本发明公开了一种含有POSS改性聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜,通过在其表面增设POSS改性聚合物膜,经UV辐照或原子态氧轰击POSS改性聚合物膜表面,使之原位改性,生成二氧化硅层。本发明的封装膜较现有技术产品具有较高的机械强度、较好的韧性、较高的工作温度、较强的防火等级、较高的膜表面硬度,特别是具有较高的阻隔水汽的能力和紫外防护能力,焚烧过程中不会产生剧毒产物,有利于寿命期的回收,环境友好。
Description
技术领域
本发明总体地涉及光伏组件技术领域,具体地涉及一种含有POSS(多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷)改性聚合物的光伏组件封装膜。
背景技术
现有光伏组件技术对封装膜的基本功能要求包括:
1)绝缘性能;
2)水汽防护性能和抗水解性能;
3)紫外阻隔性能和抗紫外降解性能;
4)合适的阻燃性能;
5)环境友好性。
为满足这些要求,现有技术的光伏组件封装膜由两层以上的聚合物薄膜复合组成,特别对于其外层的薄膜的阻水抗水解、阻隔紫外线、抗紫外线的能力提出了较高的要求。为此,通常封装膜外层的聚合物薄膜采用氟塑料,主要是PVF(聚氟乙烯)或PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)。
氟塑料具有耐紫外辐射、阻燃等级高、抗水解的优点,然而,氟塑料材料也存在如下缺点:
1)环境友好性较差。氟塑料化学性质稳定、不易降解,而且封装膜又是多种材料的复合,不利分类回收,回收利用成本较高,因此常常采用焚烧回收能量的方式处理。然而,氟塑料燃烧产生的毒性物质氟化氢,腐蚀设备、污染大气,产生较严重的环境问题。特别是当发生火灾事故时,PVF、PVDF都会产生大量有毒气体;
2)氟塑料材料对水汽防护性能较差。现有技术的PVF膜材料结构疏松,PVDF又是极性材料,因此,现有技术的PVF和PVDF的水汽透过率都偏高,不利保护封装膜内部材料不被水解,不利保护光伏组件内部的光伏电池及其连接线路的安全;
3)PVF和PVDF薄膜的机械强度较低,表面硬度低、容易划伤,抵御风沙的能力较弱。
POSS材料是一种具有纳米结构的有机/无机杂化材料,POSS结构简式为(RSiO1.5)n,其中的硅氧元素通过一些闭合的共价键形成中空笼形的结构,R表示有机基团,可以是反应性基团或非反应性基团,可以通过这些反应性基团与聚合物材料的基团成键,对聚合物材料进行改性。n一般为6、8、10、12等。其中以n=8是最常见、最典型的多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷。
由于POSS具有特殊的纳米尺度、有机无机杂化以及中空笼型的结构特点,故POSS改性聚合物往往不仅保留了高分子材料优良的加工性、韧性与低成本等特性,同时又具有无机材料突出的耐热、耐氧化性以及优异的力学性能。
发明内容
本发明注意到POSS材料的特点,首先,以POSS改性的聚合物薄膜代替现有技术中光伏组件封装膜中的PVF、PVDF薄膜,接下来处于所述封装膜外层的POSS改性聚合物膜的外表面在UV(紫外线)照射环境,或者是原子态氧元素轰击环境下,原位改性所生成二氧化硅薄层,所述UV照射环境包括光伏组件在工作状态时所述封装膜所处的自然阳光环境。通过UV辐照或原子氧轰击处理,打断材料表面聚合物的碳-碳、碳-氢键,使之氧化、气化,使暴露的硅-氧元素成键原位改性形成稳定的二氧化硅薄层。
本发明,POSS改性聚合物封装膜具有如下优点:
1)改性生成的二氧化硅层使封装膜具有较优良的阻隔水汽的性能;
2)改性生成的二氧化硅层使封装膜具有较优良的阻隔紫外线的性能;
3)改性生成的二氧化硅层使封装膜的表面硬度增加,抵御划伤的能力增加,具有较好的抵御风沙的性能;
4)原位改性生成的二氧化硅层使封装膜具有较好的自我修复能力,一旦发生表面划伤,在阳光紫外线和氧气环境中很快在划伤处形成新的二氧化硅保护层;
5)POSS的硅氧笼型骨架刚性较强,能够限制分子链的运动,因此经POSS改性的聚合物链强度较高;
6)POSS的硅氧笼型骨架尺寸在纳米级,能够填充聚合物中的空隙,从而可以降低聚合物的收缩性、增加材料的韧性;
7)POSS的无机内核由Si-O键组成,其键能较高,且POSS的笼型结构能与断裂的自由链之间产生物理交联,阻止聚合物链段的降解,因而分解温度更高,具有较高的耐热性;
8)遇火时,POSS改性聚合物表面会生成二氧化硅,提高材料的阻燃特性,而且,不会像氟塑料那样产生剧毒的氟化氢气体。
为此,本发明公开了一种含有POSS改性聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜的结构和制作方法,通过将POSS改性的聚合物膜用于光伏组件封装膜中,并且用UV辐照和/或原子态氧轰击的方法对所述POSS改性的聚合物膜进行原位改性得到二氧化硅薄层的方法,提高光伏组件封装膜的阻隔水汽、阻隔紫外线、提高防火阻燃等级、提高封装膜表面硬度、达到环境友好,便于回收处理的技术效果。
本发明的技术方案是,一种含有POSS改性聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜,包括内层聚合物膜和外层聚合物膜,所述外层聚合物膜是POSS改性的聚合物膜,外层聚合物膜的外表面后二氧化硅薄层。
本发明一种含有POSS改性聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜的外层聚合物膜主要承担阻隔紫外、阻隔水汽、提供表面硬度、提高阻燃等级等作用;内层聚合物膜主要承担提高机械和电气强度,且满足与光伏组件内部胶膜胶粘的技术要求。
进一步的,上述二氧化硅薄膜是外层聚合物膜的外表面在UV照射环境或原子态氧元素轰击环境下,原位改性生成;所述UV照射环境可以是光伏组件封装膜在制造时采用UV进行照射的环境,也可以是光伏组件封装膜组装成光伏组件以后,在光伏组件处于工作状态时,所述封装膜所处的自然阳光照射的环境。
更进一步的,上述外层聚合物膜与内层聚合物膜通过共挤出工艺形成所述含有POSS改性聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜,其中所述内层聚合物膜为一层或多层聚合物膜,所述外层聚合物膜的厚度为2微米~20微米,所述外层聚合物膜中POSS的含量按重量百分比计为4%~50%。
更进一步的,上述外层聚合物膜与内层聚合物膜通过胶粘复合工艺形成所述含有POSS改性聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜,其中所述内层聚合物膜为一层或多层聚合物膜,所述外层聚合物膜的厚度为10微米~50微米,所述外层聚合物膜中POSS的含量按重量百分比计为4%~50%。
更进一步的,上述内层聚合物膜为一层或多层聚合物膜,所述外层聚合物膜是以POSS改性的丙烯酸酯涂料经涂覆、交联或熟化形成的膜层,其中,所述外层聚合物膜中丙烯酸酯的重量百分比大于50%,POSS的重量百分比为3%~30%。
更进一步的,上述由POSS改性的聚合物膜中的聚合物膜为PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)膜或聚烯烃膜或PET与聚烯烃的复合膜。
本发明同时提供了一种光伏组件,包括前面板、光伏电池连接组、胶膜和背面板,其中前面板和/或背面板为上述含有POSS改性的聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜。
本发明的先进点在于:
通过将POSS改性聚合物膜应用于光伏组件封装膜,并且通过在POSS改性聚合物膜层表面原位改性得到二氧化硅薄层,使光伏组件封装膜具有较高的机械强度、较好的韧性、较高的工作温度、较强的防火等级、特别是具有较好的阻隔水汽的能力和紫外防护能力,焚烧过程中不会产生剧毒产物,有利于寿命期的回收,环境友好。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种含有POSS改性聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜,其结构如图1所示,包括内层聚合物膜12和外层聚合物膜11。其中所述外层聚合物膜11是POSS改性PET膜,所述外层聚合物膜11中POSS的含量按重量百分比计为4%~50%,所述外层聚合物膜11的厚度20μm;所述内层聚合物膜12是第一内膜121与第二内膜122的两层复合膜,本实施例中,第一内膜121材质是聚烯烃,第二内膜122是PET,第二内膜的厚度按照系统电压和机械强度的要求设计,第一内膜的厚度为20μm;所述第一内膜121和第二内膜122之间、内层聚合物膜12和外层聚合物膜11之间的复合工艺如图2所示,均通过胶粘剂复合。所述POSS改性的聚合物膜11表面有二氧化硅薄层111,所述二氧化硅薄层111是外层聚合物膜11的外表面通过UV照射,在所述外层聚合物膜11原位改性所生成。
实施例2
一种含有POSS改性聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜,其结构如图1所示,包括内层聚合物膜12和外层聚合物膜11。其中所述外层聚合物膜11是POSS改性聚烯烃膜,所述外层聚合物膜11中POSS的含量按重量百分比计为4%~50%,所述外层聚合物膜11的厚度为10μm;所述内层聚合物膜12是聚烯烃膜,其厚度按照系统电压和机械强度的要求设计,内层聚合物膜12和外层聚合物膜11之间的复合工艺如图3所示,是通过共挤出工艺挤出复合。所述POSS改性的聚合物膜11表面有二氧化硅薄层111,由于本发明的应用场合是自然曝晒环境,所述二氧化硅薄层111是在完成光伏组件以后,外层聚合物膜11的外表面在室外阳光UV的长期作用下原位改性所生成的。
实施例3
一种含有POSS改性聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜,其结构如图1所示,包括内层聚合物膜12和外层聚合物膜11。如图4所示,其中所述外层聚合物膜11是以POSS改性的丙烯酸酯涂料经涂覆、交联或熟化形成的膜层,其中,所述外层聚合物膜11中丙烯酸酯的重量百分比大于50%,POSS的重量百分比为3%~30%。所述内层聚合物膜12是PET膜,其厚度按照系统电压和机械强度的要求设计,所述POSS改性的聚合物膜11表面有二氧化硅薄层111,所述二氧化硅薄层111是外层聚合物膜11的外表面在原子态氧环境中经原子态氧轰击氧化,以使其表层原位改性所得。
实施例4
参见附图5,一种光伏组件,包括前面板21、光伏电池连接组22、胶膜23和背面板24。其中,所述前面板21为透明的所述含有POSS改性聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜。通过在其表面增设POSS改性聚合物层,使光伏组件封装膜较现有技术产品具有较高的机械强度、较好的韧性、较高的工作温度、较强的防火等级、较好的阻隔水汽的能力和紫外防护能力,特别是有利于寿命期的回收,环境友好。
实施例5
结合附图5,一种光伏组件,包括前面板21、光伏电池连接组22、胶膜23和背面板24。其中,所述背面板24为所述含有POSS改性聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜。通过在其表面增设POSS改性聚合物层,使光伏组件封装膜之较现有技术产品具有较高的机械强度、较好的韧性、较高的工作温度、较强的防火等级、较好的阻隔水汽的能力和紫外防护能力,特别是有利于寿命期的回收,环境友好。
以上已经描述了本发明的各实施例,上述说明是示例性的,并非穷尽性的,并且也不限于所披露的各实施例。在不偏离所说明的各实施例的范围和精神的情况下,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说许多修改和变更都是显而易见的。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (8)
1.一种含有POSS改性聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜,包括内层聚合物膜(12)和外层聚合物膜(11),其特征在于:所述外层聚合物膜(11)是POSS改性的聚合物膜,所述POSS改性的聚合物膜表面有二氧化硅薄层(111)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有POSS改性的聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜,其特征在于:所述二氧化硅薄层(111)是UV照射环境下对所述外层聚合物膜(11)表面原位改性所得,或者是对所述外层聚合物膜(11)表面进行原子态氧元素轰击,以在表面原位改性所得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含有POSS改性的聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜,其特征在于:所述UV照射环境为光伏组件封装膜在制造时采用UV进行照射的环境,或者为光伏组件封装膜组装成光伏组件以后处于工作状态时所述封装膜所处的自然阳光照射的环境。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有POSS改性的聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜,其特征在于:外层聚合物膜(11)与内层聚合物膜(12)通过共挤出工艺形成所述含有POSS改性聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜,其中所述内层聚合物膜(12)为一层或多层聚合物膜,所述外层聚合物膜(11)的厚度为2微米~20微米,所述外层聚合物膜(11)中POSS的含量按重量百分比计为4%~50%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有POSS改性的聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜,其特征在于:外层聚合物膜(11)与内层聚合物膜(12)通过胶粘复合工艺形成所述含有POSS改性聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜,其中所述内层聚合物膜(12)为一层或多层聚合物膜,所述外层聚合物膜(11)的厚度为10微米~50微米,所述外层聚合物膜(11)中POSS的含量按重量百分比计为4%~50%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含有POSS改性的聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜,其特征在于:所述内层聚合物膜(12)为一层或多层聚合物膜,所述外层聚合物膜(11)是POSS改性的丙烯酸酯涂料经涂覆、交联或熟化形成的膜层,其中,所述外层聚合物膜(11)中丙烯酸酯的重量百分比大于50%,POSS的重量百分比为3%~30%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含有POSS改性的聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜,其特征在于:所述由POSS改性的聚合物膜中的聚合物膜为PET膜、聚烯烃膜或PET与聚烯烃的复合膜。
8.一种光伏组件,包括前面板(21)、光伏电池连接组(22)、胶膜(23)和背面板(24),其特征在于:所述前面板(21)和/或背面板(24)为权利要求1-7中任一权利要求所述的含有POSS改性聚合物膜的光伏组件封装膜。
