现有的防风透气保暖面料大多是三层:内层保暖绒面料贴一层防水透气膜,防水透气膜的另一面再贴一层与外界接触的面料。面料较厚较重,加工工序繁琐,损耗较大

本发明的目的在于提供一种针织防风透气保暖面料及其方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现:一种针织防风透气保暖面料,该针织防风透气保暖面料采用纱支数为30D-75D,单丝数为24F-72F的双组分涤纶低弹丝作为底纱,30D/36F涤纶低弹丝作为毛圈纱,在底纱中添纱40D氨纶和30D棉纤维,通过毛圈机编织形成毛坯布;
在本发明一个较佳的实施例中,所述纱支数为30D-75D,单丝数为24F-72F的双组分涤纶低弹丝占总比重的60-70%。
在本发明一个较佳的实施例中,所述30D/36F涤纶低弹丝占总比重的20-30%。

一种针织防风透气保暖面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)第一步:超声波处理:将编织的毛坯布完全浸入加有精炼剂2g/l,渗透剂1g/l,柔顺剂1g/l和去油剂0.5g/l,浴比1:15,温度30-40℃的水中;
(2)第二步:清洗:将(1)中处理的毛坯布完全浸入加有1g/l的双氧水,1g/l的净洗剂中,浴比为1:10,处理温度为30-50℃的水中,处理时间为5-10min;
(3)第三步:预定型:将(2)清洗后的毛坯布固定于定型机上并喂布,定型温度为150-160℃,喂布速度为18m/s,并超喂20%;
(4)第四步:染色:将(3)处理后的毛坯布进行染色处理,加入酸性染料,1g/l的渗透剂,1g/l的匀染剂,10g/l的元明粉,冰醋酸,浴比1:15,初始温度50-60℃,以5℃/min升温至100-120℃,保温时间为20-30min,之后捞出进行加强水洗处理;
(5)第五步:上柔:将(4)中染色后的毛坯布在常温下进行上柔处理,添加2g/l的亲水性非离子柔软剂和2g/l的起毛剂,浴比为1:15,处理时间10-15min;
(6)第六步:刷毛:将(5)中上柔的毛坯布,通过刷毛机,先刷毛坯布毛圈面,再翻面刷平面,再翻面刷毛圈面,导布速度20-25m/min,覆针相对速度80-90%,起针相对速度100-110%,入布张力1.5-1.7g/cm2,出布张力1.8-2g/cm2;
(7)第七步:梳毛:将(6)中的毛坯布进行梳理,梳理刷断的毛圈面,导布速度20m/min,各段张力94-97kg/cm2,梳毛率为150-160%;
(8)第八步:剪毛:将(7)中的毛坯布,剪掉超过2mm的绒毛;
(9)第九步:摇粒:将(8)中的毛坯布进行摇粒处理,温度为90℃,热风时间10min,蒸汽时间10min,冷风时间10min,摇粒出桶后立即进行理布处理;
(10)第十步:背刷:将(9)中毛坯布的平面一面用刷毛机再次刷毛;
(11)第十一步:定型:将(10)中的毛坯布放入定型机定型处理;
(12)第十二步:成品:将(11)定型的织物通过打卷机打卷包装得到最终成品。

一种针织防风透气保暖面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)第一步:超声波处理:将编织的毛坯布完全浸入加有精炼剂2g/l,渗透剂1g/l,柔顺剂1g/l和去油剂0.5g/l,浴比1:15,温度30-40℃的水中;
(2)第二步:清洗:将(1)中处理的毛坯布完全浸入加有1g/l的双氧水,1g/l的净洗剂中,浴比为1:10,处理温度为30-50℃的水中,处理时间为5-10min;
(3)第三步:预定型:将(2)清洗后的毛坯布固定于定型机上并喂布,定型温度为150-160℃,喂布速度为18m/s,并超喂20%;
(4)第四步:染色:将(3)处理后的毛坯布进行染色处理,加入酸性染料,1g/l的渗透剂,1g/l的匀染剂,10g/l的元明粉,冰醋酸,浴比1:15,初始温度50-60℃,以5℃/min升温至100-120℃,保温时间为20-30min,之后捞出进行加强水洗处理;

(7)第七步:梳毛:将(6)中的毛坯布进行梳理,梳理刷断的毛圈面,导布速度20m/min,各段张力94-97kg/cm2,梳毛率为150-160%;
(8)第八步:剪毛:将(7)中的毛坯布,剪掉超过2mm的绒毛;
