Abstract
本发明公开了一种高弹高回复针织面料的织造方法,S1、选材:选取涤纶长丝和棉氨纶作为制布原料,选取双氧水稳定剂:5‑20份,合纤用精炼剂:5‑20份,精炼剂:1‑3份,纯碱:0.2‑0.4份,双氧水:0.3‑0.7份,冰醋酸:0.5‑1.0份,过氧化氢酶:3‑5份,螯合分散剂:10‑20份,浴中抗皱剂:5‑10份,元明粉:1‑1.5份,净洗剂:0.2‑0.6份,软油精:0.1‑0.3份作为助剂原料;S2、选取织布机器:选择单面圆纬机作为织造机器,并进行空机工作测试。与其它织造技术相比,技术价格低廉、工艺成熟,可抵抗应力,藉以改善针织面料的弹力与回复程度,大大提高针织面料的使用质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及针织面料的技术领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种高弹高回复针织面料的织造方法。
背景技术
随着全民运动热潮的兴起,人们越来越重视运动服装和配件的舒适性。其中,在健身、塑形等领域要求面料不仅具有较高的弹性,而且要有较高的回复性,并且在运动过程中能将这种弹性和回复性控制在一定范围内,使穿着和使用者能有较好的舒适感。氨纶具有高伸长率和高回复率的特点,将涤纶和氨纶交织还需要考虑到工艺参数的合理配置,才能使最终产品获得符合人体的最合适的高弹高回复性能,为此,我们提出一种高弹高回复针织面料的织造方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种高弹高回复针织面料的织造方法,减少产品报废率的更高效的电路板拼板方式及连接器的焊接工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高弹高回复针织面料的织造方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、选材:选取涤纶长丝和棉氨纶作为制布原料,选取双氧水稳定剂:5-20份,合纤用精炼剂:5-20份,精炼剂:1-3份,纯碱:0 .2-0 .4份,双氧水:0 .3-0 .7份,冰醋酸:0 .5-1 .0份,过氧化氢酶:3-5份,螯合分散剂:10-20份,浴中抗皱剂:5-10份,元明粉:1-1 .5份,净洗剂:0 .2-0 .6份,软油精:0 .1-0 .3份作为助剂原料;
S2、选取织布机器:选择单面圆纬机作为织造机器,并进行空机工作测试;
S3、配比助剂:称量按比例称取所需重量的精炼剂、纯碱、双氧水、冰醋酸、过氧化氢酶、螯合分散剂、浴中抗皱剂、元明粉、净洗剂、软油精进行助剂混合;
S4、加工制布原料:精炼剂、纯碱和双氧水通过湿发纺丝的方式形成拥有一定强度的合成纤维,合成纤维随后重新熔融成玻璃态,随后再造粒过程中加入元明粉、净洗剂、软油精进行酸洗,在高速混合机加热温度95℃,加热5min,冷却4min;
S5、原料冷却:将之前的纤维和造粒后的可以一侧进行降温水碱后形成弹力针织面料;
S6、制布:设置单面圆纬机的各路三角全出针,接涤纶长丝并衬棉氨纶进行织造,所述涤纶长丝和棉氨纶的牵伸倍数控制为2 .9~3 .3,所述涤纶长丝的张力设置为5~6gf,所述棉氨纶的张力设置为2~4gf;
S7、检验:织布完成后,将制作完成后的布匹进行弹力与回复的测试。
优选的,单面圆纬机采用30”32G或30”36G高针距单面圆纬机。
优选的,面料外表面不容易褶皱,在长时间褶皱后,遇水后浴中抗皱剂起到作用,使得面料表面的折痕消失。
优选的,检验时保证弹力针织面料在-10℃至100℃范围保持各项物理指标的稳定性,人工气候老化试验5000小时。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
1、具有很好的柔软悬垂、触感独特、飘逸动感、透气透湿、素雅光泽等特点,并且具有干的快、湿强力,干湿强比85%,具有良好的弹力与回复性能。
2、对涤纶和氨纶的组分以及织造的工艺参数进行合理配置,可以将面料的纵向和横向的伸长率和弹性模量控制在最合适人体舒适感的范围内。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
一种高弹高回复针织面料的织造方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、选材:选取涤纶长丝和棉氨纶作为制布原料,选取双氧水稳定剂:5-20份,合纤用精炼剂:5-20份,精炼剂:1-3份,纯碱:0 .2-0 .4份,双氧水:0 .3-0 .7份,冰醋酸:0 .5-1 .0份,过氧化氢酶:3-5份,螯合分散剂:10-20份,浴中抗皱剂:5-10份,元明粉:1-1 .5份,净洗剂:0 .2-0 .6份,软油精:0 .1-0 .3份作为助剂原料;
S2、选取织布机器:选择单面圆纬机作为织造机器,并进行空机工作测试;
S3、配比助剂:称量按比例称取所需重量的精炼剂、纯碱、双氧水、冰醋酸、过氧化氢酶、螯合分散剂、浴中抗皱剂、元明粉、净洗剂、软油精进行助剂混合;
S4、加工制布原料:精炼剂、纯碱和双氧水通过湿发纺丝的方式形成拥有一定强度的合成纤维,合成纤维随后重新熔融成玻璃态,随后再造粒过程中加入元明粉、净洗剂、软油精进行酸洗,在高速混合机加热温度95℃,加热5min,冷却4min;

综上所述:本发明提供的一种高弹高回复针织面料的织造方法,与其它织造技术相比,技术价格低廉、工艺成熟,可抵抗应力,藉以改善针织面料的弹力与回复程度,大大提高针织面料的使用质量。

1.一种高弹高回复针织面料的织造方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、选材:选取涤纶长丝和棉氨纶作为制布原料,选取双氧水稳定剂:5-20份,合纤用精炼剂:5-20份,精炼剂:1-3份,纯碱:0 .2-0 .4份,双氧水:0 .3-0 .7份,冰醋酸:0 .5-1 .0份,过氧化氢酶:3-5份,螯合分散剂:10-20份,浴中抗皱剂:5-10份,元明粉:1-1 .5份,净洗剂:0 .2-0 .6份,软油精:0 .1-0 .3份作为助剂原料;
S2、选取织布机器:选择单面圆纬机作为织造机器,并进行空机工作测试;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹高回复针织面料的织造方法,其特征在于:单面圆纬机采用30”32G或30”36G高针距单面圆纬机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹高回复针织面料的织造方法,其特征在于:面料外表面不容易褶皱,在长时间褶皱后,遇水后浴中抗皱剂起到作用,使得面料表面的折痕消失。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹高回复针织面料的织造方法,其特征在于:检验时保证弹力针织面料在-10℃至100℃范围保持各项物理指标的稳定性,人工气候老化试验5000小时。
