本发明公开了一种经编持久抗菌平布面料及其制备工艺,面料包含如下原料:A:32s~60s竹涤包芯纱,B:32s~60s棉纱,C:30D~40D氨纶,所述竹涤包芯纱为以涤纶长丝为纱芯,外包竹纤维的纱线。本发明制得的面料面料弹性佳、克重适中:利用最后一把氨纶梳栉走经平,使布面纵横向均产生弹性;尺寸稳定性好,手感柔软、力学性能优异:利用竹涤包芯纱与棉纤维正反捻交错编织,抵消应力,防止面料卷边,使面料手感柔软而具有较好的强力及挺括性;穿着舒适、合体美观:由于经编弹性面料双向弹性、轻弹舒适,穿着时无束缚感,不会起拱变形;由于面料将抗菌纱线及抗菌整理剂的结合应用,不仅降低成本,更加环保,同时也赋予了面料优良的抗菌性。

技术领域
本发明属于经编抗菌面料及其生产技术领域,特别涉及一种经编持久抗菌平布面料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
近年来,人们生活水平随着经济蓬勃发展显著提高,对服装面料的要求也不再仅限于御寒保暖得闲性能,还会考虑服装的舒适性、环保性和功能性等。基于此,面料设计时应考虑到消费者多元化的需求。在面料的织造中主要有针织、机织与非织造,而针织中又分为纬编和经编。经编织物是由一组或多组纱线平行排列纵向喂入机器全部织针,同时成圈形成的织物。相对于机织与非织造而言,针织具有较好的延展性,而针织中的经编相对于纬编而言,尺寸稳定性较好,且不易脱散。由此可见,经编织物所具有的特性符合了人们对服装面料舒适性的需求,同时也是近年生产热点。
日常生活中,人们容易接触到各种各样的细菌,也容易因自身的汗液、油脂的分泌为细菌的滋长提供生长条件。在现今人们健康意识普遍提高的大背景下,具有抗菌性能的面料已成为发展的趋势之一。但目前经编面料的抗菌性能通常用抗菌纱线或抗菌剂整理而获得,方式略显单一且面料的力学性能及抗菌性能难以得到最佳体现。抗菌纱线的使用成本高、不易于生产与市场的投入,抗菌后整理的环保性低且多次水洗后会导致抗菌性能降低。在本专利申请中,从原料、结构、工艺与后整多道生产工序综合考虑,赋予面料更持久的抗菌性能,使面料达到消费者对舒适性与功能性的需求,并提供一种环保可生产的方法。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种经编持久抗菌平布面料,本发明的原理是在特里科经编机上三把梳栉穿的纱线分别走两针经平和三针经平组织在工艺反面形成平纹,工艺反面作为该面料的服用正面。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种经编持久抗菌平布面料,包含如下原料:A:32s~60s竹涤包芯纱,B:32s~60s棉纱,C:30D~40D氨纶,所述竹涤包芯纱为以涤纶长丝为纱芯,外包竹纤维的纱线,所述面料单梳组织结构、穿纱原料和穿纱方式为:
GB1梳:1-2/1-0//,1*,1A;
GB2梳:1-2/1-0//,1B,1*;
GB3梳:1-0/1-2//,2C
或者
GB1梳:1-2/1-0//,3*,1A;
GB2梳:1-2/1-0//,3B,1*;
GB3梳:1-0/2-3//,2C。
竹涤包芯纱是指以涤纶长丝为纱芯,外包竹纤维,具有竹纤维优异的抗菌性能,且竹纤维的吸湿性能在一定程度上改善了涤纶纤维较差的吸湿性能,同时涤纶较好的强力有利于上机生产,面料也更具挺括性。针对竹涤包芯纱成本较高的问题,用与棉纱正反捻交错编织的方法,一方面,涤纶包芯纱使织物具有抗菌性能、增加了织物的挺括性,棉纱的结合应用降低了抗菌纤维的使用成本,减少了抗菌整理剂的剂量,使生产过程更具环保性,同时增加织物吸湿性能,进一步改善穿着舒适性,另一方面正反捻向织造可抵消应力,减少织物卷边现象。其次,使用经预牵伸的氨纶裸丝提供了织物的弹性和良好的弹性回复性。选配好竹纤维原料和涤纶长丝是提高包芯纱质量的前提,力求选配纤维强力好、纤度变异系数小的竹纤维和涤纶,以保证竹涤包芯纱的质量和成纱强力及条干。
进一步的,上述的经编持久抗菌平布面料,其中,所述的面料利用三把梳栉穿的纱线走经平组织在工艺反面形成平纹,工艺反面作为该面料的服用正面。
本发明还公开了上述经编持久抗菌平布面料的制备工艺,包括如下工艺步骤:
1)选料:选择32s~60s竹涤包芯纱,32s~60s棉纱,30D~40D氨纶为原料;
2)整经:将32s~60s竹涤包芯纱纱,32s~60s棉纱按门幅和横密要求在电脑拷贝整经机上按一定头份数进行整经,将30D~40D氨纶按门幅和横密要求在氨纶整经机上整经,牵伸率75%~85%;
3)织造:采用特里科经编机进行织造,经过织造后获得具有平纹效果及抗菌性能的毛坯布;
4)后整理:例1:①水洗②预定形:用定形机定形,烘箱温度为150~200℃,根据原料性能和生产实践此温度范围内定型效果最佳,同时控制布匹要求宽度及克重;③抗菌剂整理:银离子涂层;④染色:采用双染,竹涤包芯纱和棉分两次染色;⑤成品定型;
5)检测,包装。
作为优选,上述的经编持久抗菌平布面料成品平方米克重为330~370g/m2
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制得的面料弹性佳、克重适中:利用最后一把氨纶梳栉走经平,使布面纵横向均产生弹性;尺寸稳定性介于机织产品和纬编针织产品之间,优于纬编产品;手感柔软、力学性能优异:利用竹涤包芯纱与棉纤维正反捻交错编织,抵消应力,防止面料卷边,使面料手感柔软而具有较好的强力及挺括性;穿着舒适、合体美观:由于经编弹性面料双向弹性、轻弹舒适,穿着时无束缚感,不会起拱变形,具有持久的抗菌效果:由于面料将抗菌纱线及抗菌整理剂的结合应用,不仅降低成本,更加环保,同时也赋予了面料优良的抗菌性。

具体实施方式
经编持久抗菌平布面料,包含如下原料:A:32s~60s竹涤包芯纱,B:32s~60s棉纱,C:30D~40D氨纶,所述竹涤包芯纱为以涤纶长丝为纱芯,外包竹纤维的纱线,所述面料单梳组织结构、穿纱原料和穿纱方式为:

竹涤包芯纱是指以涤纶长丝为纱芯,外包竹纤维,具有竹纤维优异的抗菌性能,且竹纤维的吸湿性能在一定程度上改善了涤纶纤维较差的吸湿性能,同时涤纶较好的强力有利于上机生产,面料也更具挺括性。针对竹涤包芯纱成本较高的问题,用与棉纱正反捻交错编织的方法,一方面,涤纶包芯纱使织物具有抗菌性能、增加了织物的挺括性,棉纱的结合应用降低了抗菌纤维的使用成本,减少了抗菌整理剂的剂量,使生产过程更具环保性,同时增加织物吸湿性能,进一步改善穿着舒适性,另一方面正反捻向织造可抵消应力,减少织物卷边现象。其次,使用经预牵伸的氨纶裸丝提供了织物的弹性和良好的弹性回复性。选配好竹纤维原料和涤纶长丝是提高包芯纱质量的前提,力求选配纤维强力好、纤度变异系数小的竹纤维和涤纶,以保证竹涤包芯纱的质量和成纱强力及条干。

上述的经编持久抗菌平布面料成品平方米克重为330-370g/m2。
本发明制得的面料弹性佳、克重适中:利用最后一把氨纶梳栉走经平,使布面纵横向均产生弹性;尺寸稳定性介于机织产品和纬编针织产品之间,优于纬编产品;手感柔软、力学性能优异:利用竹涤包芯纱与棉纤维正反捻交错编织,抵消应力,防止面料卷边,使面料手感柔软而具有较好的强力及挺括性;穿着舒适、合体美观:由于经编弹性面料双向弹性、轻弹舒适,穿着时无束缚感,不会起拱变形,具有持久的抗菌效果:由于面料将抗菌纱线及抗菌整理剂的结合应用,不仅降低成本,更加环保,同时也赋予了面料优良的抗菌性。

GB2梳:1-2/1-0//,1B,1*;
GB3梳:1-0/1-2//,2C
或者
GB1梳:1-2/1-0//,3*,1A;

2.根据权利要求1所述的经编持久抗菌平布面料,其特征在于,所述的面料利用三把梳栉穿的纱线走经平组织在工艺反面形成平纹,工艺反面作为该面料的服用正面。
3.经编持久抗菌平布面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包含如下步骤:
1)选料:选择32s~60s竹涤包芯纱,32s~60s棉纱,30D~40D氨纶为原料;
2)整经:将32s~60s竹涤包芯纱纱,32s~60s棉纱按门幅和横密要求在电脑拷贝整经机上按一定头份数进行整经,将30D~40D氨纶按门幅和横密要求在氨纶整经机上整经,牵伸率75%~85%;
3)织造:采用特里科经编机进行织造,经过织造后获得具有平纹效果及抗菌性能的毛坯布;织造时,所述面料单梳组织结构、穿纱原料和穿纱方式为:
