Abstract
本发明涉及建筑板材技术领域,尤其为一种带木纹的复合玻镁板,包括玻镁板、平衡层和木皮。本发明中,使用指接而成的木皮作为玻镁板的封面材料,其中,木皮在水基型阻燃剂溶液中浸泡,该水基型阻燃剂选用FR‑W环保型阻燃剂,使木皮具备良好的阻燃性,原料无污染,制备简单,木皮具备良好的天然木纹,使玻镁板更具观赏性,适宜推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑板材技术领域,具体为一种带木纹的复合玻镁板。
背景技术
目前市场上存在的大部分建筑板材,种类多样,其中,玻镁板具有突出的防火性和耐磨性,使得这种材料在建筑工程、市政工程、农业生产、环保行业、机械包装、交通和轻工领域得到广泛的应用,然而,玻镁板表面纹样差,不具备观赏性,因此,针对上述问题提出一种带木纹的复合玻镁板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带木纹的复合玻镁板,使用指接而成的木皮作为玻镁板的封面材料,其中,木皮在水基型阻燃剂溶液中浸泡,该水基型阻燃剂选用FR-W环保型阻燃剂,使木皮具备良好的阻燃性,原料无污染,制备简单,木皮具备良好的天然木纹,使玻镁板更具观赏性,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种带木纹的复合玻镁板,包括玻镁板、平衡层和木皮,所述玻镁板、平衡层和木皮按照木皮、平衡层、玻镁板、平衡层、木皮的顺序从上往下依次胶合设置。
优选的,所述玻镁板由氧化镁、氯化镁、添加剂和水混合而成。
优选的,所述平衡层为半漂白的亚硫酸木浆制成的牛皮纸同三聚氰胺树脂浸渍热固化后制成。
优选的,所述木皮由木片指接胶合而成,所述木皮的加工工艺具体如下步骤:
1.将木材切割成片状的长条形板材后,放入锅炉中蒸煮,蒸煮时长60分钟,蒸煮温度90℃-100℃;
2.将蒸煮后的木片自然晾干;
3.将晾干后的木片完全沉浸在浓度为20%的水基型阻燃剂溶液中浸泡,浸泡时长为8-12h;
4.将浸泡后的木片放入碳化机中进行碳化处理,期间,碳化温度在120℃-185℃之间,碳化时长60分钟;
5.将碳化后的木片自然降温散热后上胶指接,制成木板。
优选的,所述水基型阻燃剂选用FR-W环保型阻燃剂,按重量份20∶80的比例将FR-W环保型阻燃剂加入到55℃±5℃的温水中,充分搅拌,溶解成透明溶液。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:使用指接而成的木皮作为玻镁板的封面材料,其中,木皮在水基型阻燃剂溶液中浸泡,该水基型阻燃剂选用FR-W环保型阻燃剂,使木皮具备良好的阻燃性,原料无污染,制备简单,木皮具备良好的天然木纹,使玻镁板更具观赏性,适宜推广使用。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:
一种带木纹的复合玻镁板,包括玻镁板1、平衡层2和木皮3,玻镁板1、平衡层2和木皮3按照木皮3、平衡层2、玻镁板1、平衡层2、木皮3的顺序从上往下依次胶合设置。
其中,玻镁板1由氧化镁、氯化镁、添加剂和水混合而成。
其中,平衡层2为半漂白的亚硫酸木浆制成的牛皮纸同三聚氰胺树脂浸渍热固化后制成。
其中,木皮3由木片指接胶合而成,木皮3的加工工艺具体如下步骤:
1.将木材切割成片状的长条形板材后,放入锅炉中蒸煮,蒸煮时长60分钟,蒸煮温度90℃-100℃;
2.将蒸煮后的木片自然晾干;
3.将晾干后的木片完全沉浸在浓度为20%的水基型阻燃剂溶液中浸泡,浸泡时长为8-12h;
4.将浸泡后的木片放入碳化机中进行碳化处理,期间,碳化温度在120℃-185℃之间,碳化时长60分钟;
5.将碳化后的木片自然降温散热后上胶指接,制成木板。
其中,水基型阻燃剂选用FR-W环保型阻燃剂,按重量份20∶80的比例将FR-W环保型阻燃剂加入到55℃±5℃的温水中,充分搅拌,溶解成透明溶液。

1.一种带木纹的复合玻镁板,包括玻镁板(1)、平衡层(2)和木皮(3),其特征在于:所述玻镁板(1)、平衡层(2)和木皮(3)按照木皮(3)、平衡层(2)、玻镁板(1)、平衡层(2)、木皮(3)的顺序从上往下依次胶合设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带木纹的复合玻镁板,其特征在于:所述玻镁板(1)由氧化镁、氯化镁、添加剂和水混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带木纹的复合玻镁板,其特征在于:所述平衡层(2)为半漂白的亚硫酸木浆制成的牛皮纸同三聚氰胺树脂浸渍热固化后制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带木纹的复合玻镁板,其特征在于:所述木皮(3)由木片指接胶合而成,所述木皮(3)的加工工艺具体如下步骤:
