技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车辆的制动装置,更具体地,涉及一种用于车辆的制动装置,其能够提高泵利用效率,最小化脉冲幅度,实现踏板模拟器功能,以及以少量阀门确保所需制动性能。
背景技术
近来,为了提高燃料效率和减少废气排放,积极地开发了混合动力车辆、燃料电池车辆,电动车辆等。这些车辆必然需要制动装置,即用于降低驾驶车辆的速度或停止车辆的制动装置。
传统电子控制制动系统的制动装置包括真空制动器,其使用发动机的吸入压力产生制动力;和液压制动器,其使用液压产生制动力。此外,随着最新安全驾驶系统的发展,开发了在车辆驾驶期间紧急情况下能够进行自动紧急制动(Autonomous EmergencyBraking,AEB)的附加功能。
最近,已经提出了一种ESC集成的制动系统,其中能够主动制动的电子稳定控制(Electronic Stability Control,ESC)集成在传统的制动系统中。
当车辆直行、转弯或爬坡时车辆的稳定性降低时,ESC集成的制动系统通过操作防抱死制动系统(Anti-lock Brake System,ABS)、车辆动力学控制(Vehicle DynamicsControl,VDC)和牵引力控制系统(Traction Control System,TCS)的功能来确保车辆的稳定性。
为了改善制动系统的性能,正在进行研究以增加泵的数量和电动机容量。然而,泵的数量的增加和电动机容量的增加可能增加成本和重量并且不利地影响外围电气部件(ECU等)。
在2013年9月23日公开的、公开号为10-2013-0102923、名称为“电子液压制动设备”的韩国专利申请中公开了本发明的相关技术。
发明内容
本发明的实施方式涉及一种用于车辆的制动装置,其可以提高泵利用效率,最小化脉冲幅度,实现踏板模拟器功能,并且利用少量阀门确保所需的制动性能。

在下文中,将参照附图描述根据本发明的用于车辆的制动装置的实施方式。应当注意,附图不是精确的比例,并且为了描述方便和清楚起见,可能夸大线的粗细或部件的尺寸。此外,本文使用的术语是通过考虑本发明的功能来定义的,并且可以根据用户或操作者的习惯或意图来改变。因此,术语的定义应根据本文所述的总体公开内容进行。

如图1所示,根据本发明的用于车辆的制动装置包括主缸单元100,主缸单元100包括主缸110,主缸110具有第一出口MC1和第二出口MC2并且被配置为通过接收制动踏板10的操作力来产生制动液压;储罐120,配置为存储制动油并通过与主缸110连接将制动油供给主缸110;液压泵单元200,配置与所述主缸单元100分开地产生制动液压,并且包括安装的第一和第二液压泵210和220以便通过彼此互锁而交替地执行抽吸操作和排放操作和安装的第三和第四液压泵230和240以便通过彼此互锁而交替地执行抽吸操作和排放操作;轮缸单元300,配置为通过被供应来自主缸单元100或液压泵单元200的制动液压来制动车轮;第一流动路径单元400,配置为通过将主缸110的第一出口MC1与轮缸单元300连接而将制动液压供应到轮缸单元300;第二流动路径单元500,配置为通过将主缸110的第二出口MC2与轮缸单元300连接而将制动液压供应到轮缸单元300;第三流动路径单元600,配置为将储罐120与第一和第二液压泵210和220连接;和第四流动路径单元700,配置为将储罐120与第三和第四液压泵230和240连接。
在第一流动路径单元400和第二流动路径单元500中,安装有用于增加轮缸单元300压力的进给阀RLIV、FRIV、FLIV和RRIV,和用于降低轮缸单元300压力的排出阀RLOV、FROV、FLOV和RROV,其中所述轮缸单元300制动车轮。
轮缸单元300包括第一和第二轮缸310和320以及第三和第四轮缸330和340,第一流动路径单元400通过将主缸单元100的第一出口MC1与第一和第二轮缸310和320连接而将制动液压供应到第一和第二轮缸310和320,并且第二流动路径单元500通过将主缸单元100的第二出口MC2与第三和第四轮缸330和340连接而将制动液压供应到第三和第四轮缸330和340。
根据本发明的用于车辆的制动装置还可包括第五流动路径单元800,其配置为通过将第三流动路径单元600与第一和第二轮缸310和320连接而将制动液压供应到第一和第二轮缸310和320。
此外,还可包括第六流动路径单元900,其配置为通过将第四流动路径单元700与第三和第四轮缸330和340连接而将制动液压供应到第三和第四轮缸330和340。
在第三流动路径单元600和第四流动路径单元700中,安装多个止回阀C,以便在固定方向上传递制动液压,而不管第一和第二液压泵210和220以及第三和第四液压泵230和240的操作状态如何。
在第五流动路径单元800和第六流动路径单元900中,蓄压器A1和A2能够排放轮缸单元300的液压。
第五流动路径单元800可以经由连接阀V1与第六流动路径单元900连接。因为第五流动路径单元800根据连接阀V1的操作与第六流动路径单元900连接,所以第一和第二液压泵210和220以及第三和第四液压泵230和240可以共同使用在第三流动路径单元600和第四流动路径单元700中,从而可以提高泵利用效率并且可以使脉冲的幅度最小化。
第一和第二液压泵210和220以及第三和第四液压泵230和240被连接以便由单个驱动电动机250操作。第一和第二液压泵210和220以及第三和第四液压泵230和240配置有往复活塞。基于在驱动电动机250的一次旋转期间的偏心轴承的旋转,第一和第二液压泵210和220交替地执行抽吸操作和排放操作,并且第三和第四液压泵230和240也交替地执行抽吸操作和排放操作。
此外,第一和第二液压泵210和220具有通过组合抽吸流动路径和排放流动路径形成的单个流动路径,并且第三和第四液压泵230和240具有通过组合抽吸流路径和排放流路径形成的单个流动路径。多个止回阀C安装在各自的流动路径中,使得在固定方向上传递制动液压。
因此,当第一液压泵210或第三液压泵230执行抽吸操作(排放操作)时,第二液压泵220或第四液压泵240执行排放操作(抽吸操作)。
由于组合抽吸流动路径和排放流动路径以便在各自的液压泵中形成单个流动路径,因此不需要额外的阀,从而可以减少部件的数量并且获得了降低成本的效果。而且,可以解决由于阀的操作引起的脉冲问题。
在主缸单元100中,可以安装配置为感测制动踏板10的操作的踏板踩踏传感器20。
此外,可以进一步包括第七流动路径单元1000,配置成将主缸110与储罐120连接,使得主缸110的制动油转移到储罐120。
在第七流动路径单元1000中,可以安装配置成控制第七流动路径单元1000的控制阀V2。控制阀V2控制第七流动路径单元1000,使得基于驾驶员的制动需要当踏板踩踏传感器20感测到所述制动需要时执行制动操作。
第一和第二液压泵210和220以及第三和第四液压泵230和240使用传递到储罐120的制动油产生制动液压并将制动液压传递到需要增加制动力的轮缸。
在第一流动路径单元400和第二流动路径单元500中,安装压力传感器。此外,第一牵引力控制阀TCV1和第二牵引力控制阀TCV2分别安装在第一流动路径单元400和第二流动路径单元500中,其中所述第一牵引力控制阀TCV1和第二牵引力控制阀TCV2配置为通过将由主缸110产生的制动液压供应到轮缸单元300来制动车轮,而不管驾驶员意图如何操作制动踏板10。
通过控制第一牵引力控制阀TCV1,第二牵引力控制阀TCV2和控制阀V2,可以实现踏板模拟器功能。
根据本发明的实施例的用于车辆的制动装置可以使用比集成ESC系统(其使用15个阀)更少数量的阀(即12个阀,如现有ESC系统中)来确保所需的制动性能。
在下文中,将参照图2至图7描述根据本发明的实施例的用于车辆的制动装置的操作。
当供电时,控制第一牵引力控制阀TCV1和第二牵引力控制阀TCV2,以便在所有制动情况下共同地维持每个制动模式所需的压力水平。
图2是示出根据本发明的实施例的用于车辆的制动装置的液压回路图,以及示出当未供电时的常规制动系统(Conventional Brake System,CBS)的制动模式的视图。
参见图2,当未供电时,第一牵引力控制阀TCV1和第二牵引力控制阀TCV2处于打开状态。连接阀V1处于关闭状态。
此外,配置为控制第七流动路径单元1000的控制阀V2处于关闭状态。
当未供电时,基于制动踏板10的操作力在主缸单元100中产生的制动液压经由第一流动路径单元400和第二流动路径单元500传递到轮缸单元300,由此在不供电的情况下执行CBS制动。
图3是示出根据本发明的实施例的用于车辆的制动装置的液压回路图,以及示出当供电时车辆在没有制动的情况下行驶的模式的视图。
参见图3,在通电状态下,给第一牵引力控制阀TCV1,第二牵引力控制阀TCV2,连接阀V1和控制阀V2供电。
不给进给阀RLIV、FRIV、FLIV和RRIV以及排出阀RLOV、FROV、FLOV和RROV供电。
在通电状态下,第一牵引力控制阀TCV1和第二牵引力控制阀TCV2关闭。如果超过设定压力,则可以排放(drained)第一牵引力控制阀TCV1和第二牵引力控制阀TCV2。
此外,在通电状态下,配置为控制第七流动路径单元1000的连接阀V1和控制阀V2打开。
图4是示出根据本发明的实施例的用于车辆的制动装置的液压回路图,以及示出当供电时的CBS制动模式的视图。
参见图4,在通电状态下,给第一牵引力控制阀TCV1、第二牵引力控制阀TCV2、连接阀V1和控制阀V2供电。
不给进给阀RLIV、FRIV、FLIV和RRIV以及排出阀RLOV、FROV、FLOV和RROV供电。
当将操作力施加到制动踏板10时,制动踏板10的操作由踏板踩踏传感器20感测,由此控制阀V2基于由踏板踩踏传感器20感测到的驾驶员请求的制动力而打开。
当控制阀V2打开时,主缸110的制动油被传递到储罐120。
当控制阀V2打开时,连接阀V1同时打开,并且液压泵单元200中的第一和第二液压泵210和220以及第三和第四液压泵230和240被操作,由此产生制动液压并传递到轮缸单元300。因此,强制地增加了压力。
图5是示出根据本发明的实施例的用于车辆的制动装置的液压回路图,并且是示出通过在供电时车辆制动行驶模式中的车辆动力学控制(Vehicle Dynamics Control,VDC)强制施加增压模式的状态的视图。
也就是说,图5示出了不涉及驾驶员的紧急制动状态或自主制动状态。
参见图5,在通电状态下,给第一牵引力控制阀TCV1、第二牵引力控制阀TCV2、连接阀V1和控制阀V2供电。
不给进给阀RLIV、FRIV、FLIV和RRIV以及排出阀RLOV、FROV、FLOV和RROV供电。
当在通电状态下车辆制动行驶的模式下,确定车辆直行、转弯或爬坡时车辆的稳定性降低时,打开控制阀V2,并且操作液压泵单元200中的第一和第二液压泵210和220以及第三和第四液压泵230和240,由此产生制动液压并将其传递到轮缸单元300中需要制动力的轮缸。因此,增加了制动力,并且可以满足所需的减速。
图6是示出根据本发明的实施例的用于车辆的制动装置的液压回路图,并且是示出在供电时CBS制动模式中的车轮锁定情况下应用ABS协同控制的状态的视图。
参见图6,在通电状态下,给第一牵引力控制阀TCV1、第二牵引力控制阀TCV2、连接阀V1和控制阀V2供电。
给进给阀RLIV、FRIV、FLIV和RRIV以及排出阀RLOV、FROV、FLOV和RROV供电。
当确定车辆的车轮在通电状态下的CBS制动模式中被锁定,进给阀RLIV、FRIV、FLIV和RRIV关闭,并且排出阀RLOV、FROV、FLOV和RROV打开。因此,传递到轮缸单元300的制动液压是减小的,从而防止车轮锁定。
图7是示出根据本发明的实施例的用于车辆的制动装置的液压回路图,并且是示出在ABS协同控制期间对需要增压的车轮施加增压控制的状态的视图。
参见图7,在通电状态下,对第一牵引力控制阀TCV1,第二牵引力控制阀TCV2,连接阀V1和控制阀V2供电。
给进给阀RLIV、FRIV、FLIV和RRIV以及排出阀RLOV、FROV、FLOV和RROV供电。
当在通电状态下ABS协同控制期间需要车辆的任何一个车轮增压时,需要增压的车轮侧面上的进给阀(即FLIV)按需要打开,相应车轮侧面上的排出阀(即FLOV)关闭。因此,制动液压传递到相应的轮缸(即320)以增加压力,从而为需要增压的车轮增加制动力。
如上所述,根据本发明,可以提高泵利用效率,可以使脉冲幅度最小化,可以实现踏板模拟器功能,并且可以用少量阀门确保所需的制动性能。

尽管出于说明性目的公开了本发明的优选实施方式,但是本领域技术人员将理解,在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,可以进行各种修改、添加和替换。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于车辆的制动装置,包括:
主缸单元,包括主缸,其具有第一出口和第二出口并且被配置为通过接收制动踏板的操作力来产生制动液压,和储罐,配置为在其中储存制动油和通过与所述主缸连接将所述制动油供给所述主缸;
液压泵单元,配置为与所述主缸单元分开地产生制动液压并且包括安装的多个液压泵以便通过彼此互锁而交替地执行抽吸操作和排放操作;
轮缸单元,配置为通过被供应来自所述主缸单元或所述液压泵单元的制动液压来制动车轮;
第一流动路径单元,配置为通过将所述主缸的第一出口与所述轮缸单元连接而将制动液压供应到所述轮缸单元;和
第二流动路径单元,配置为通过将所述主缸的第二出口与所述轮缸单元连接而将制动液压供应到所述轮缸单元,
其中,所述轮缸单元包括第一轮缸、第二轮缸、第三轮缸和第四轮缸,
所述第一流动路径单元通过将所述主缸的第一出口与所述第一轮缸和所述第二轮缸连接而将制动液压供应到所述第一轮缸和所述第二轮缸,
所述第二流动路径单元通过将所述主缸的第二出口与所述第三轮缸和所述第四轮缸连接而将制动液压供应到所述第三轮缸和所述第四轮缸,
所述多个液压泵包括偶数个液压泵,以通过偏心轴承彼此互锁而交替地执行抽吸操作和排放操作,
所述多个液压泵中的每一个具有通过组合抽吸流动路径和排放流动路径形成的单个流动路径,
所述偶数个液压泵包括第一液压泵和第二液压泵,其安装成使得通过彼此互锁而交替地执行抽吸操作和排放操作,以及第三液压泵和第四液压泵,其安装成使得通过彼此互锁而交替地执行抽吸操作和排放操作,
所述用于车辆的制动装置进一步包括:
第三流动路径单元,配置为将所述储罐与所述第一液压泵和所述第二液压泵连接;
第四流动路径单元,配置为将所述储罐与所述第三液压泵和所述第四液压泵连接;
第五流动路径单元,配置为通过将所述第三流动路径单元与所述第一轮缸和所述第二轮缸连接而将制动液压供应给所述第一轮缸和所述第二轮缸,以及
第六流动路径单元,配置为通过将所述第四流动路径单元与所述第三轮缸和所述第四轮缸连接而将制动液压供应给所述第三轮缸和所述第四轮缸;
其中所述第五流动路径单元和所述第六流动路径单元经由连接阀彼此连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的制动装置,其中在所述主缸单元中,安装有用于感测所述制动踏板的操作的踏板踩踏传感器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的制动装置,进一步包括:
第七流动路径单元,配置为将所述主缸与所述储罐连接,使得所述主缸的制动油转移到所述储罐,
其中在所述第七流动路径单元中安装有配置为控制所述第七流动路径单元的控制阀,并且所述控制阀控制所述第七流动路径单元,使得基于由所述踏板踩踏传感器感测的驾驶员所需制动力来执行制动操作。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的制动装置,其中分别在所述第一流动路径单元和所述第二流动路径单元中安装第一牵引力控制阀和第二牵引力控制阀,所述第一牵引力控制阀和所述第二牵引力控制阀配置为通过将由所述主缸产生的制动液压供应到所述轮缸单元来制动所述车轮。
