The addition of the bentonite can improve the granulation efficiency of the biological fertilizer.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of organic fertilizers, and particularly relates to a rice biological fertilizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Rice is one of herbaceous rice genera, and is also the most prominent and longest kind of grain in the rice genus. Native to China and is one of the main grain crops in the world.
Biofertilizers are generally biological agents produced by biotechnology and having a specific fertilizer effect (or both fertilizer effect and stimulating effect) on crops, and the active ingredients of the biological agents can be specific living organisms, metabolites of the organisms or transformation products of substrates, and the like, and the organisms can be microorganisms, and can also be animal and plant tissues and cells. Biological fertilizers are important fertilizer sources in agricultural production, like chemical fertilizers and organic fertilizers.
In recent years, due to the unreasonable application of a large amount of chemical fertilizers and chemical pesticides, a large amount of non-renewable resources are consumed, the soil structure is damaged, the quality and the environment of agricultural products are polluted, and the healthy survival of human beings is influenced. Therefore, from the development trend of green agriculture and ecological agriculture advocated in modern agricultural production, the pollution-free biological fertilizer without polluting the environment will play an important role in future agricultural production.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a rice biological fertilizer, which provides essential elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matters and the like for plant growth by utilizing straw powder and plant ash, provides various mineral substances such as calcium, magnesium, sulfur and the like and trace elements by utilizing biological manure, and effectively improves the rice yield.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a rice biological fertilizer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-10% of straw powder, 10-15% of dry chicken manure, 25-35% of plant ash, 1-5% of bentonite, 25-30% of distilled water and 10-15% of bacillus.
A preparation method of a rice biological fertilizer comprises the following steps:
1) weighing straw powder and plant ash according to a ratio, sieving, and mechanically mixing by a mixer;
2) anaerobic fermentation is carried out on the chicken manure in a fermentation tank, and the fermented chicken manure is dried in the shade to obtain dry chicken manure;
3) sequentially weighing bentonite, distilled water and bacillus according to the proportion, stirring and mixing the mixture of the straw powder and the plant ash in the step 1 with the dry chicken manure, and finally adding the bentonite and the distilled water into the mixture and adding the bacillus to obtain a mixed material;
4) and after the mixed material is cooled to room temperature, granulating in a granulator to obtain the rice bio-fertilizer.
In the step 1, the straw powder and the plant ash are sieved by a sieve of 300-400 meshes, and the sieving is repeated for 2-3 times.
In the step 1, the mechanical mixing time is 15-20 min.
In the step 2, the temperature of anaerobic fermentation is 30-36 ℃, and the vacuum degree of a fermentation tank is-83 KPa-90 KPa.
In the step 3, the stirring and mixing time is controlled to be 20min, and the temperature is controlled to be 27-30 ℃.
The invention utilizes the straw powder and the plant ash to provide essential elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matters and the like for the growth of rice, and the biological manure provides various mineral substances such as calcium, magnesium, sulfur and the like and trace elements, thereby effectively improving the yield of the rice. The addition of the bentonite can improve the granulation efficiency of the biological fertilizer.
