1-5 parts of the preparation, 50% of sulfur suspending agent, 5% of amino-oligosaccharin and clear water are respectively subjected to garden cleaning treatment of mango garden, and the mango garden is located in east city of Hainan province. Application concentration was 1000ppm, 8 treatments were performed, 3 replicates each, 2 mango replicates each. The pesticide application period is that spraying treatment is carried out 5 days before garden cleaning, garden cleaning treatment is carried out 2 days after garden cleaning, powdery mildew control effect investigation, virus disease control effect investigation, scale insect control effect investigation and red spider control effect investigation are carried out on the garden cleaning effect 10 days after the pesticide application for the second time, and tender shoot growth condition investigation and wound recovery condition investigation are promoted. Wherein, the control effect of powdery mildew is investigated, the control effect of virus disease is investigated, the control effect of scale insect is investigated, and the control effect of red spider is investigated according to a standard method. The growth of the tender tips is promoted, the growth improvement rate of the tender tips is calculated, and the growth improvement rate is calculated relative to the tender tips treated by clear water. The method for calculating the wound recovery rate is as follows: the wound (wound recovery standard) with the wound healing rate of more than 95% is determined as wound recovery, and the ratio of the number of the wounds of the wound recovery to the total number of the wounds is the wound recovery rate. See table 1 below for details.
TABLE 1 clean garden effect of Chitosan oligosaccharide sulphur composition on mango orchards
As can be seen from table 1, the preparations 1 to 3 of the composition of chitosan oligosaccharide and sulfur had synergistic effects on powdery mildew, viral diseases, scale insect and red spider in clearing gardens, and also had excellent effects on the growth of tender tips and the recovery of wounds. When the wound recovery effect is counted, the wound recovery time is found to be earlier than that of a clear water control and a sulfur suspending agent, and the standard of wound recovery is achieved 2 days earlier in general.
Example 3 use of Chitosan oligosaccharide, Sulfur for Citrus orchard cleaning
Respectively performing cleaning treatment on the preparation 1-5, 50% of sulfur suspending agent, 5% of amino-oligosaccharin and clean water in a citrus orchard, wherein the citrus orchard is a Hainan green-gold citrus orchard, the application concentration is 800ppm, 8 treatments are performed, each treatment is performed for 3 times, and each treatment is performed for 2 plants of kumquats. The pesticide application period is that spraying treatment is carried out 3 days before garden cleaning, garden cleaning treatment is carried out 3 days after garden cleaning, powdery mildew control effect investigation, virus disease control effect investigation, scale insect control effect investigation and red spider control effect investigation are carried out on the garden cleaning effect 7 days after the pesticide application for the second time, and tender shoot growth condition investigation and wound recovery condition investigation are promoted. See example 2 for methods of investigation. See table 2 below for specific results.
TABLE 2 cleaning effect of Chitosan oligosaccharide sulphur composition on green gold orange garden
Table 2 shows the excellent effects of the composition of chitosan oligosaccharide and sulfur on clearing the green gold orange garden, especially on controlling powdery mildew, viral diseases, scale insect and red spider, and the preparations 1, 2 and 3 show synergistic effects, and have outstanding effects on improving the growth of tender tips and recovering wounds. When the wound recovery rate is investigated, pruning wounds of the green kumquats applying the preparations 1-5 can be recovered faster, and the wound recovery rate reaches the wound recovery standard 2 days earlier than that of amino-oligosaccharin, clear water and sulfur suspending agents.
