Abstract
本发明涉及一种传动装置双向推力座,包括座体和输出轴,在输出轴外圆面与座体安装孔之间设置止推轴承;其特征是:止推轴承采用外止推环和内止推环安装在输出轴与座体之间组成双向推力装置,外止推环的外圆面固定安装在座体内腔壁,内止推环的内孔壁固定安装在输出轴外圆面,外止推环内孔与内止推环外圆面动配合,止推轴承下环面安装在外止推环和内止推环的上端面,止推轴承上环面安装在座体内腔壁的径向内台阶和输出轴的径向凸肩下端面之间。采用一个止推轴承实现了对输出轴的上下限位,减小了阀门执行器或减速机体积、降低产品成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传动装置,尤其涉及一种传动装置的轴承推力装置。本发明适用于阀门执行器、减速机等传动装置的轴承推力座。
背景技术
阀门执行器、减速机等传动装置由驱动装置和齿轮箱组成,齿轮箱将驱动装置的输出力矩减速后传动负载升降或旋转,其结构包括箱体、减速机构和输出轴,在输出轴外圆面与箱体安装孔之间设置止推轴承,承受输出轴传动过程中的轴向力,对输出轴的轴向限位。现有技术的缺点是:输出轴上、下两个方向的轴向限位,需要在输出轴与箱体之间安装两个止推轴承分别承受两个方向的轴向推力,箱体需要较大的结构尺寸,使阀门执行器或减速机的产品体积大、制造成本高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种可以减小阀门执行器或减速机体积、降低产品成本的传动装置双向推力座。
本发明的技术方案包括座体和输出轴,在输出轴外圆面与座体安装孔之间设置止推轴承;其特征是:止推轴承采用外止推环和内止推环安装在输出轴与座体之间组成双向推力装置,外止推环的外圆面固定安装在座体内腔壁,内止推环的内孔壁固定安装在输出轴外圆面,外止推环内孔与内止推环外圆面动配合,止推轴承下环面安装在外止推环和内止推环的上端面,止推轴承上环面安装在座体内腔壁的径向内台阶和输出轴的径向凸肩下端面之间。
在以上技术方案中,输出轴采用内螺纹与丝杆螺纹配合传动,输出轴上端外圆面与减速箱的从动轮固定连接。
在以上技术方案中,输出轴采用蜗杆。
本发明的与现有技术相比的有益效果是:止推轴承在输出轴与座体之间组成双向推力装置,一个止推轴承实现了对输出轴的上下限位,减小了阀门执行器或减速机体积、降低产品成本。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的传动装置双向推力座,包括座体2和输出轴1,在输出轴1外圆面与座体2安装孔之间设置止推轴承3;其特征是:止推轴承3采用外止推环5和内止推环4安装在输出轴1与座体2之间组成双向推力装置,外止推环5的外圆面固定安装在座体2的内腔壁,外止推环5采用外螺纹固定安装在座体2的内腔壁,也可以采用螺钉、焊接等固定方式,内止推环4的内孔壁固定安装在输出轴1外圆面,内止推环4采用内螺纹与输出轴1外圆面的外螺纹固定连接,也可以采用螺钉、焊接等固定方式,外止推环5内孔与内止推环4外圆面动配合,两者之间组成轴套与转轴配合结构,减小输出轴1旋转的径向摩擦力,止推轴承3下环面安装在外止推环5和内止推环4的上端面,止推轴承3上环面安装在座体2内腔壁的径向内台阶和输出轴1的径向凸肩下端面之间。
输出轴1采用内螺纹与丝杆6螺纹配合传动,输出轴1上端外圆面与减速箱的从动轮固定连接,从动轮为齿轮或皮带轮,如图1所示。当输出轴1传动丝杆6下降时,止推轴承3在内止推环4与座体2内腔壁的径向内台阶之间承受向上的轴向推力,由座体2内腔壁的径向内台阶对输出轴1实现轴向上限位;当输出轴1传动丝杆6上升时,止推轴承3在外止推环5与输出轴1的径向凸肩之间承受向下的轴向推力,由外止推环5对输出轴1实现轴向下限位。
输出轴1采用蜗杆,由蜗杆传动蜗轮,如图2所示。当蜗杆传动蜗轮时,座体2内腔壁的径向内台阶和外止推环5分别对输出轴1实现上下限位。
本发明由一个止推轴承组成双向推力装置,实现了一个止推轴承承担双向轴向限位推力,解决了现有产品由两个止推轴承分别承担两个方向轴向限位推力的问题,与现有技术相比减小了产品体积,降低制造成本。
Claims (3)
1.一种传动装置双向推力座,包括座体(2)和输出轴(1),在输出轴(1)外圆面与座体(2)安装孔之间设置止推轴承(3);其特征是:止推轴承(3)采用外止推环(5)和内止推环(4)安装在输出轴(1)与座体(2)之间组成双向推力装置,外止推环(5)的外圆面固定安装在座体(2)的内腔壁,内止推环(4)的内孔壁固定安装在输出轴(1)外圆面,外止推环(5)内孔与内止推环(4)外圆面动配合,止推轴承(3)下环面安装在外止推环(5)和内止推环(4)的上端面,止推轴承(3)上环面安装在座体(2)内腔壁的径向内台阶和输出轴(1)的径向凸肩下端面之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传动装置双向推力座,其特征是:输出轴(1)采用内螺纹与丝杆(6)螺纹配合传动,输出轴(1)上端外圆面与减速箱的从动轮固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的传动装置双向推力座,其特征是:输出轴(1)采用蜗杆,蜗杆与蜗轮传动连接。
