The invention also provides a standardized artificial breeding method of the centipede subspinipes mutilans based on the artificial breeding system, which comprises the steps of feeding management, propagation management, harvesting and producing area processing.
Specifically, the breeding management steps are as follows:
(1) feeding: cutting fresh fish meat or animal viscera into pieces in the evening every day, nailing the cut food pieces on the wood plate through iron nails, providing a little vegetarian food such as fresh melon and fruit peel and vegetable leaves, and simultaneously holding water on a tray every day to provide drinking water for the centipedes; taking out the wood board at night after the centipedes forage for food at night or in the next morning, cleaning and disinfecting the wood board, and discarding food residues.
(2) Daily observation: the centipedes are observed at night by reducing the aperture of the flashlight, and the health conditions (body surface color, movement, eating and the like), the mating conditions and the safety of the rearing pond are observed. If the centipede is found to be abnormal, the centipede is recorded in time and fed separately for observation, and the centipede is returned to the feeding pool after the centipede is confirmed to be normal.
(3) Controlling temperature and humidity: the temperature of the rearing pond is kept between 22 and 30 ℃, the relative humidity of air is 60 to 70 percent, and the humidity of the feeding soil is kept between 15 and 20 percent; especially in the severe weather periods, the temperature and humidity of the rearing pond should be maintained by adding facilities of heating, ventilation, sprinkling and the like.
(4) Overwintering management: during overwintering, the invasion of natural enemies such as mice and the like should be strictly noticed, the water quantity of escape-preventing ditches around the culture pond is kept, and measures such as mouse traps and the like are put around the culture pond to prevent the mice from threatening the hibernating centipedes.
Specifically, the propagation management steps are as follows:
(1) seed source selection: the centipedes are selected from field catching or introduction from a normal provenance plant, preferably centipedes which are more than three years old and have intact bodies and glossy body surfaces, females: the male mating ratio is 1-3: 1.
(2) Managing breeding centipedes: once the centipedes enter the breeding period, a large amount of physical energy and nutrient substances are consumed, and the centipedes are not eaten or drunk within about 45 days. Therefore, before it propagates and spawns, it is necessary to supply a sufficient amount of bait of good quality. The feeding time is generally 5-6 pm every day, and the food is fed once every day. During the reproduction period, the life activities and the surrounding safety conditions of the centipedes can be observed by reducing the aperture of the flashlight, so that the problems are discovered and solved in time.
(3) Hatching eggs: the centipedes are usually incubated for 8-9 months every year, the centipedes are kept quiet during the incubation, the culture pond is forbidden to be turned over, and the problems of abortion, egg swallowing and the like caused by fright are avoided. During the incubation period, as part of centipedes do not eat any more, the food putting amount can be properly reduced, but water must be supplemented normally and regularly; and the culture pond is kept at a proper humidity of about 80%, and the temperature is controlled to be about 30-32 ℃, so that the phenomena of egg swallowing and the like caused by environmental discomfort are avoided.
(4) Management of young centipedes: although the young centipedes just leaving the parent have the self-care ability of life initially, the young centipedes are still tender, the tissues of the young centipedes do not reach the ability of protecting the body, and the young centipedes are separated from the parent centipedes or the parent centipede groups in time; by utilizing the habit that young centipedes are fond of gathering and eating sweet food, a sponge with small holes is used for absorbing solution containing glucose and milk powder through the water absorption of the sponge, and the sponge is placed in a playground of a centipede pool in the evening; the young centipedes climb to the sponge to suck and rest, the sponge is lightly clamped by the tweezers at night or in the next morning, the sponge is moved into a prepared cultivation vessel, and the young centipedes are separated by lightly shaking off; the suitable temperature of the young centipedes is 25-30 ℃, and the relative humidity of the feeding soil is 20-25%; the feeding soil needs to be loosened, and the temperature and the humidity in the feeding house need to be kept relatively stable, so that the young centipedes can smoothly enter the hibernation period.
Specifically, the harvesting and producing area processing steps are as follows: after the centipedes are cultivated for about 3 years, the centipedes can be captured and processed as commodities when the length of the individual centipedes is more than 9 cm; catching in spring and summer, and scalding with warm water; taking a thin bamboo sheet with the length and width equal to the centipede and the two ends slightly sharp, puncturing one end of the thin bamboo sheet into the lower jaw of the centipede and the other end of the thin bamboo sheet into the upper end of the tail part of the centipede, straightening the thin bamboo sheet by means of the elasticity of the bamboo sheet, and drying the thin bamboo sheet in the sun to obtain the centipede medicinal material. Attention is paid to ensure the integrity of the head and feet during the processing process.
The invention also provides measures about safety management and health and epidemic prevention in the standardized artificial breeding method of the centipede subspinipes mutilans based on the artificial breeding system, which specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) personnel safety: the feeding field and the feeding production area should have striking safety marks, and foreign personnel and non-feeding management personnel cannot enter the feeding field, the feeding production area and the processing area without permission; when the foreign person and the non-feeding manager enter the feeding production area and the processing area, the feeding technician or the feeding manager should accompany the foreign person and the non-feeding manager, and the foreign person and the non-feeding manager cannot contact the centipedes without permission; if the patient is carelessly bitten by the centipedes, the venom should be extruded out in time and the patient should be coated with essential balm or stepless ointment, and the patient should be treated in time when the patient is serious.
(2) And (3) animal safety: the introduced centipedes can be fed into a feeding production area after quarantine is qualified after isolated feeding and observation for more than 2 weeks; the activity state of the centipedes is observed every day, sick individuals are found to be isolated and treated in time, abnormal conditions are found, and the abnormal conditions are reported to technicians for treatment in time.
(3) And (3) hygiene and epidemic prevention: the feeding and processing factory areas are cleaned up sanitarily every month, and garbage, waste, animal carcasses and excrement are treated in time without pollution; the patient should be timely picked up and destroyed by burning or deep burying, or made harmless.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention constructs a set of standardized centipede medicinal material production operation flow, and can realize large-scale and stable industrial production; the egg tray-shaped special breeding mold enables each centipede to be free of interference with each other, the underground environment meets the life habit of the centipedes, and high utilization of breeding space is achieved; the independent feeding trough pins food on the iron nails, so that various diseases caused by food mildew are prevented from spreading among centipede groups, and the growth of the centipedes and the survival rate are improved by stable food supply.
