Abstract
本发明公开了一种吸湿透气弹力纱线的生产工艺,其包括:包括以下步骤:坯线的生产,以弹力纤维长丝作为芯丝,外包吸湿短纤维,一起加捻而纺制成坯线,然后进行第一次收卷;涂胶,对坯线进行第一次放卷,对第一次放卷中的坯线表面涂弹力胶,待弹力胶干燥后形成保护层,进行第二次收卷;针刺,对坯线进行第二次放卷,经针刺轮进行保护层表面刺破后再进行第三次收卷,得到成品。本发明所述的吸湿透气弹力纱线的生产工艺,特别在坯线的表面涂一层有机硅高弹涂层胶作为柔性的保护层,保持坯线的弹性,提升纱线的耐水洗和耐油污性能,并利用针刺轮在保护层上形成微小的气孔,既不破坏保护层的稳定性,具有良好的吸湿和透气的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及纱线生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种吸湿透气弹力纱线的生产工艺。
背景技术
为了提升面料的耐水洗和耐油污性能,可以在面料表面涂一层防水涂层。同时,通过选择弹性防水涂层胶,既能实现面料的防水,又可以保持面料原有的弹性。
面料的吸湿效果通常是由制成面料的纱线特性决定的,面料表面涂胶后,会形成防水层,使得纱线无法自由进行呼吸,吸湿透气的效果大打折扣,限制了应用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸湿透气弹力纱线的生产工艺,提升耐水洗和耐油污性能,确保吸湿透气的效果。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种吸湿透气弹力纱线的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
坯线的生产,以弹力纤维长丝作为芯丝,外包吸湿短纤维,一起加捻而纺制成坯线,然后进行第一次收卷;
涂胶,对坯线进行第一次放卷,对第一次放卷中的坯线表面涂弹力胶,待弹力胶干燥后形成保护层,进行第二次收卷;
针刺,对坯线进行第二次放卷,经针刺轮进行保护层表面刺破后再进行第三次收卷,得到成品,所述针刺轮外圆上内凹设置有一圈环形槽,所述环形槽中间隔设置有锥形针头,使得锥形针头的尖端刺入坯线而在保护层表面形成密布的气孔。
其中,所述涂胶步骤中,控制收放卷速度,以保持坯线的自然状态。
其中,所述弹力纤维长丝为氨纶长丝或者涤纶弹力纤维长丝。
其中,所述吸湿短纤维为棉纤维或者竹纤维。
其中,所述涂胶步骤中,采用胶盒进行弹力胶的盛放,通过在胶盒中安装的导线轮将坯线导入胶盒实现涂胶。
其中,所述涂胶步骤前,先进行染色,干燥后再进行涂胶。
其中,弹力胶为有机硅高弹涂层胶。
其中,所述环形槽截面为V形结构,所述锥形针头位于V形结构的底部。
本发明的有益效果:一种吸湿透气弹力纱线的生产工艺,特别在坯线的表面涂一层有机硅高弹涂层胶作为柔性的保护层,保持坯线的弹性,提升纱线的耐水洗和耐油污性能,并利用针刺轮在保护层上形成微小的气孔,既不破坏保护层的稳定性,又能保持坯线的“自由呼吸”,具有良好的吸湿和透气的效果,适用范围更加广泛。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种吸湿透气弹力纱线的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
坯线的生产,以弹力纤维长丝作为芯丝,外包吸湿短纤维,一起加捻而纺制成坯线,然后进行第一次收卷,所述弹力纤维长丝为氨纶长丝,所述吸湿短纤维为棉纤维;
染色,对坯线进行染色,然后干燥;
涂胶,对坯线进行第一次放卷,对第一次放卷中的坯线表面涂弹力胶,待弹力胶干燥后形成保护层,进行第二次收卷,控制收放卷速度,以保持坯线的自然状态,不卷曲,但又不能太紧绷,采用胶盒进行弹力胶的盛放,通过在胶盒中安装的导线轮将坯线导入胶盒实现涂胶,涂胶效果好,避免漏涂的问题;
针刺,对坯线进行第二次放卷,经针刺轮进行保护层表面刺破后再进行第三次收卷,得到成品,所述针刺轮外圆上内凹设置有一圈环形槽,所述环形槽中间隔设置有锥形针头,使得锥形针头的尖端刺入坯线而在保护层表面形成密布的气孔,确保透气和吸湿效果。
实施例2:
一种吸湿透气弹力纱线的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
坯线的生产,以弹力纤维长丝作为芯丝,外包吸湿短纤维,一起加捻而纺制成坯线,然后进行第一次收卷所述弹力纤维长丝为涤纶弹力纤维长丝,所述吸湿短纤维为竹纤维;
涂胶,对坯线进行第一次放卷,对第一次放卷中的坯线表面涂一层弹力胶,待弹力胶干燥后形成保护层,所述弹力胶为有机硅高弹涂层胶,进行第二次收卷,控制收放卷速度,以保持坯线的自然状态,不卷曲,但又不能太紧绷,采用胶盒进行弹力胶的盛放,收放卷过程中通过在胶盒中安装的导线轮将坯线导入胶盒实现涂胶,涂胶效果好;
针刺,对坯线进行第二次放卷,经针刺轮进行保护层表面刺破后再进行第三次收卷,得到成品,所述针刺轮外圆上内凹设置有一圈环形槽,所述环形槽中间隔设置有锥形针头,使得锥形针头的尖端刺入坯线而在保护层表面形成密布的气孔,确保透气和吸湿效果,所述环形槽截面为V形结构,使得坯线经过V形结构的底部,所述锥形针头位于V形结构的底部,在坯线上形成间隔均匀的气孔,既不破坏保护层的稳定性,又能确保纱线具有良好的吸湿和透气的效果。
锥形针头与针刺轮采用一体化钢结构,在环形槽内通过精雕机形成均匀间隔的锥形针头,结构牢固,耐用性好。

1.一种吸湿透气弹力纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
坯线的生产,以弹力纤维长丝作为芯丝,外包吸湿短纤维,一起加捻而纺制成坯线,然后进行第一次收卷;
涂胶,对坯线进行第一次放卷,对第一次放卷中的坯线表面涂弹力胶,待弹力胶干燥后形成保护层,进行第二次收卷;
针刺,对坯线进行第二次放卷,经针刺轮进行保护层表面刺破后再进行第三次收卷,得到成品,所述针刺轮外圆上内凹设置有一圈环形槽,所述环形槽中间隔设置有锥形针头,使得锥形针头的尖端刺入坯线而在保护层表面形成密布的气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿透气弹力纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述涂胶步骤中,控制收放卷速度,以保持坯线的自然状态。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿透气弹力纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述弹力纤维长丝为氨纶长丝或者涤纶弹力纤维长丝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿透气弹力纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述吸湿短纤维为棉纤维或者竹纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿透气弹力纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述涂胶步骤中,采用胶盒进行弹力胶的盛放,通过在胶盒中安装的导线轮将坯线导入胶盒实现涂胶。
6.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿透气弹力纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述涂胶步骤前,先进行染色,干燥后再进行涂胶。
