Abstract

本发明涉及一种花式纱生产工艺,工序包括收卷无纺布、在大切机上操作分切、在分条机上进行切割分条、在合捻机上合并加捻成“纸带花式纱”、送入锅炉内定型、用络筒机(缠绕)在宝塔型纸管上、收缩包装为成品。本发明通过上述具体流程设计,改变了原来生产纱线的传统工艺,“纸带花式纱”的特点是环保型、无甲醛、柔软、轻盈、不伤害皮肤、米数长,可以根据客户服装设计,搭配其它纱线,合股做成时尚服装、面料等,“特种纸带花式纱”可以直接做成毛衣、围巾、帽子、手套、袜子、圆机布、梭子布、横机布等,具有工艺步骤简单,可操作性强的优点。

一种花式纱生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种花式纱生产工艺。
背景技术
现代纺织服装业处于追求时尚、个性化、多元化和高品质的时代,人们对于服装面料的要求也不断提高,其中花式纱线占据着不可取代的地位。花式纱线是指在纺纱和制线过程中采用特种原料、特种设备或特种工艺对纤维或纱线进行加工而得到的具有特种结构和外观效应的纱线,是纱线产品中具有装饰作用的一种纱线。花式纱的结构独特、造型灵活,色彩表现丰富,原料的使用多元化,富有创造力,这些促使花式纱线产品容易推陈出新,生产出较多差异化纺织产品,在当今追求个性化消费的时代,花式纱线的应用领域逐渐扩大,市面上独特、高端的花式纱线产品日新月异,具有广阔的应用前景。花式纱线在很大程度上改变了面料的外观风格,使之立体感增强、色彩更加丰富。花式纱线被广泛地应用于各种服装面料以及装饰产品的开发,风格独特,开发出高端的花式纱线产品必将成为一种流行趋势,而传统花式纱生产工艺的局限性较大,很难适应这种流行趋势的变化。
发明内容
为了克服现有花式纱生产工艺技术所存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种步骤简单,可操作性强的花式纱生产工艺,该花式纱生产工艺的过程环保型无甲醛不污染环境、生产的花式纱柔软、轻盈、米数长。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用工艺流程包括:
第一道工序:用平纸管收卷无纺布,无纺布厚度30克,门幅1.02米,布收卷外径60cm;
第二道工序:把门幅1.02米的无纺布用长轴套入纸管,在大切机上操作分切,分切盘数5卷,每卷宽度20cm,用平纸管收卷成型,收卷外径60cm;
第三道工序:把已分切成20cm宽度的无纺布,再在分条机上进行切割分条,切割分条的宽度为3mm,条数64条,用平纸管收卷成型,每条标重1000克/只,简称“纸带纱”;
第四道工序:
1).用摇纱机将摇纱原料尼龙100%,长丝规格(FDY)140D/48f摇纱到工字型电木管上,电木管的高度14.5cm,工字型外圆径9cm,装纱重量200克/只;
2) .把摇好尼龙长丝的电木管安装在合捻机锭杆上,然后再将“纸带纱”穿入锭杆内孔,用长钩针拉出“纸带纱”与尼龙长丝合并加捻成“纸带花式纱”;
第五道工序:把加工好的“纸带花式纱”,送入锅炉内定型,选择蒸汽定型温度85 ℃,时间5分钟,然后取出降温冷却;
第六道工序:把锅炉里定型好的“纸带花式纱”,用络筒机(缠绕)在宝塔型纸管上,纸管标重60克,缠绕纱线净重量500克/只;
第七道工序:经过络筒加工后,用收缩膜套住整粒的纱线,收缩包装为成品。
在第四道工序中的合捻机上再安装幻彩丝原料,幻彩丝的规格为宽度16丝,厚度12丝,组合三条线一起合捻缠绕在塑料网孔圆管上,在合捻机上进行自然收卷。
无纺布原料可采用锦纶、麻纸、棉纸、天丝、粘胶、涤棉、涤纶或聚丙烯。
本发明通过上述具体流程设计,改变了原来生产纱线的传统工艺,“纸带花式纱”的特点是环保型、无甲醛、柔软、轻盈、不伤害皮肤、米数长,可以根据客户服装设计,搭配其它纱线,合股做成时尚服装、面料等,“特种纸带花式纱”可以直接做成毛衣、围巾、帽子、手套、袜子、圆机布、梭子布、横机布等,具有工艺步骤简单,可操作性强的优点。
具体实施方式
本发明具体的工艺流程包括:
第一道工序: 用平纸管收卷无纺布(平纸管内径7.8cm),无纺布成分:锦纶100%,布厚度30克,门幅1.02米,布收卷外径60cm,长度:2000米,重量:65kg。在本实施例中无纺布由锦纶短丝制成,无纺布的表面可以粘结分布镭射闪光粉末,锦纶短丝经过静电剂喷洒,进入疏毛机处理,疏毛成型后,经过过道,过道上安装镭射闪光粉末喷入器,镭射闪光粉末的总称是金银丝粉末,它采用聚酯薄膜再经加工成质地柔软、色泽华丽的金银丝粉末。镭射闪光粉末喷入锦纶表面后进入布网定型,再经过胶水槽后由蒸汽烘干,卷成筒后为成品。无纺布原料可选择采用锦纶、麻纸、棉纸、天丝、粘胶、涤棉、涤纶或聚丙烯等。
第二道工序:无纺布进行大切分割工艺如下:用中国台湾设备:大切机:AFSL-1020型,首先把门幅1.02米的无纺布,用长轴套入纸管,放在机器上操作分切,分切盘数5卷,每卷宽度20cm,用平纸管收卷成型,收卷外径60cm。
第三道工序:用日本设备分条机:YS.MICRO.SLITTER,把已分切成20cm的宽度无纺布,再放在机器上进行切割分条,宽度:3mm,条数:64条,用平纸管收卷成型,标重1000克/只,称为“纸带纱”。“纸带纱”用途广泛,可以直接生产毛衣、围巾、帽子、手套、织布等。
第四道工序:合捻包覆工艺如下:
1).用韩国富光设备:摇纱机锭数100/台(型号BU.KWANG)
a.摇纱配用工字型电木管,高度:14.5cm,工字型外圆径9cm,装纱重量:200克/只,摇纱(电木管)需要数量186只。
b.摇纱原料:尼龙100%,长丝规格(FDY)140D/48f。
2) .合捻包覆机:用韩国一信设备,机器锭数186/台,机台长度18米,宽度60cm,高度2.5米,设定上下两层收纱架,上下层配备两只马达,各7.5千瓦,转数200-1200。
3) .把摇好的电木管186只尼龙长丝,分别安装在合捻机上下层锭杆上,然后再选用“纸带纱”186只(每只重量1000克),分别穿入锭杆内孔,用长钩针拉出纸带纱,与尼龙长丝合并加捻成“纸带花式纱”。
4) .在改进的合捻包覆机上再安装幻彩丝原料,幻彩丝原料的规格:宽度16丝,厚度12丝,组合三条线一起合捻缠绕在塑料网孔圆管上,放在机器上进行自然收卷,经过合捻包覆加工,生产要求捻度480,捻度可以根据需求调整生产,经过加工合捻后的产品,称为“特种纸带花式纱”,“特种纸带花式纱”设计特定支数有3-28支,可以根据需求改变支数规格。
第五道工序:锅炉定型处理:
1)把加工好的“纸带花式纱”或“特种纸带花式纱”,摆放在塑料框里,使用滑轮推车把塑料筐送入锅炉内定型,关好安全门加保险锁。
2)调试自动控温钮,选择蒸汽定型温度85 ℃,时间5分钟,然后取出降温冷却。经过定型后的“纸带花式纱”,线条均匀,手感柔软,润滑性好,会更加适合做各种服装产品。
第六道工序:络筒成型工艺:用上海产设备:络筒机24锭/台,把锅炉里定型好的“纸带花式纱”,经过冷却不烫手,取出来要仔细检验挑选,然后用络筒机(缠绕)在宝塔型纸管上,纸管标重:60克,缠绕纱线净重量:500克/只。宝塔成型要标准,外形平整。在络筒过程中,不合格的“纸带花式纱”要处理掉,保证最佳优质产品。
第七道工序:成品包装:经过络筒加工后,要再次需要认真检验,质量优,成型好,重量标准的产品,进行合格包装,用收缩膜套住整粒的纱线,放入输送带,经过恒温机进行收缩,收缩好的产品为成品。
以上所述的实施例仅仅是对本发明一种花式纱生产工艺的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对发明的构思和范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明方案的前提下,本领域技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种改进,均应落入本发明一种花式纱生产工艺的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种花式纱生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下工序:
第一道工序:用平纸管收卷无纺布,无纺布厚度30克,门幅1.02米,布收卷外径60cm;
第二道工序:把门幅1.02米的无纺布用长轴套入纸管,在大切机上操作分切,分切盘数5卷,每卷宽度20cm,用平纸管收卷成型,收卷外径60cm;
第三道工序:把已分切成20cm宽度的无纺布,再在分条机上进行切割分条,切割分条的宽度为3mm,条数64条,用平纸管收卷成型,每条标重1000克/只,简称“纸带纱”;
第四道工序:
1).用摇纱机将摇纱原料尼龙100%,长丝规格(FDY)140D/48f摇纱到工字型电木管上,电木管的高度14.5cm,工字型外圆径9cm,装纱重量200克/只;
2) .把摇好尼龙长丝的电木管安装在合捻机锭杆上,然后再将“纸带纱”穿入锭杆内孔,用长钩针拉出“纸带纱”与尼龙长丝合并加捻成“纸带花式纱”;
第五道工序:把加工好的“纸带花式纱”,送入锅炉内定型,选择蒸汽定型温度85 ℃,时间5分钟,然后取出降温冷却;
第六道工序:把锅炉里定型好的“纸带花式纱”,用络筒机(缠绕)在宝塔型纸管上,纸管标重60克,缠绕纱线净重量500克/只;
第七道工序:经过络筒加工后,用收缩膜套住整粒的纱线,收缩包装为成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述得出一种花式纱生产工艺,其特征是在第四道工序中的合捻机上再安装幻彩丝原料,幻彩丝的规格为宽度16丝,厚度12丝,组合三条线一起合捻缠绕在塑料网孔圆管上,在合捻机上进行自然收卷。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述得出一种花式纱生产工艺,其特征在于,无纺布原料可采用锦纶、麻纸、棉纸、天丝、粘胶、涤棉、涤纶或聚丙烯。
