Abstract

本发明公开了一种橡胶金属衬套结构,包括金属套和橡胶套,金属套由内、外金属圆套及下端金属圈板构成,橡胶套由内、外橡胶圆套及上端橡胶圈板构成,外橡胶圆套内壁还设有多圈橡胶环板;橡胶套中内橡胶圆套同轴装配于金属套的内金属圆套中,外橡胶圆套同轴装配于金属套的内、外金属圆套之间,内金属圆套胶黏于内橡胶圆套,外金属圆套胶黏于外橡胶圆套,由各个橡胶环板的内壁抵紧环套于内金属圆套。本发明能够有效保证金属件和橡胶件的紧密结合,还能够起到一定的减振作用。

一种橡胶金属衬套结构
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车橡胶金属衬套领域,具体是一种橡胶金属衬套结构。
背景技术
橡胶金属衬套是用于汽车中轴件的支撑部件,其一般由外金属套和内橡胶套构成,内橡胶套胶黏于外金属套内壁。现有的橡胶金属衬套在使用过程中,由于车辆振动和高温作用,内橡胶套与外金属套之间黏胶易失效,导致对轴件的支撑稳固性降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种橡胶金属衬套结构,以解决现有技术橡胶金属衬套存在橡胶件和金属件连接不稳固的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种橡胶金属衬套结构,包括轴向竖直的金属套和橡胶套,其特征在于:所述金属套由内、外金属圆套及连接于内、外金属圆套下端之间的金属圈板构成,且内、外金属圆套及金属圈板成型为一体,所述橡胶套由内、外橡胶圆套和连接于内、外橡胶圆套上端之间的橡胶圈板构成,且内、外橡胶圆套及橡胶圈板成型为一体,所述外橡胶圆套内壁还设有多圈同轴竖直分布的橡胶环板,多个橡胶环板环绕于内橡胶圆套外,每个橡胶环板的内环面分别与内橡胶圆套之间间距小于或等于内金属圆套侧壁厚度;
所述橡胶套中内橡胶圆套同轴装配于金属套的内金属圆套中,橡胶套中外橡胶圆套同轴装配于金属套的内、外金属圆套之间,且内金属圆套内壁胶黏于内橡胶圆套外壁,外金属圆套内壁胶黏于外橡胶圆套外壁,由内金属圆套、外橡胶圆套、金属圈板、橡胶圈板围成封闭的空间,并由各个橡胶环板的内壁抵紧环套于内金属圆套外壁。
所述的一种橡胶金属衬套结构,其特征在于:所述内橡胶圆套的轴向高度大于外橡胶圆套的轴向高度,外金属圆套的轴向高度大于内金属圆套的轴向高度。
所述的一种橡胶金属衬套结构,其特征在于:所述橡胶圈板和金属圈板轴向厚度一致,内金属圆套的轴向高度等于内橡胶圆套的轴向高度与橡胶圈板轴向厚度之差;外橡胶圆套的轴向高度等于外金属圆套的轴向高度与金属圈板轴向厚度之差。
所述的一种橡胶金属衬套结构,其特征在于:由内金属圆套、外橡胶圆套、金属圈板、橡胶圈板围成的封闭空间中填充有磁流体,每个橡胶圈板中分别设有随橡胶圈板形状延伸的圆弧槽,圆弧槽竖直贯通所在的橡胶圈板。
所述的一种橡胶金属衬套结构,其特征在于:所述圆弧槽的角度大于或等于200度,但小于360度。
本发明中,橡胶套嵌套于金属套中,并且在橡胶套的外橡胶圆套内壁设置多圈橡胶环板,由橡胶环板环套抵紧内金属圆套以施加一定力,使内金属圆套始终紧密结合于内橡胶圆套,即使胶黏处黏胶失效,仍可由橡胶环板施加的力使内金属圆套与内橡胶圆套紧密结合。
同时,本发明在内金属圆套、外橡胶圆套、金属圈板、橡胶圈板围成的封闭空间中填充有磁流体,橡胶环板本身由磁性橡胶材料制成,当受到振动激励时,磁流体从各个橡胶环板的圆弧槽流过,在流经每个橡胶环板时受到磁性力的作用阻碍磁流体运动,进而可消耗磁流体的能量,起到减振效果。
本发明结构简单,使用和装配方便,不仅能够保证金属件和橡胶件的紧密结合,还能够起到一定的减振作用。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1-图3所示,一种橡胶金属衬套结构,包括轴向竖直的金属套1和橡胶套2,金属套1由内、外金属圆套1.1、1.2及连接于内、外金属圆套1.1、1.2下端之间的金属圈板1.3构成,且内、外金属圆套1.1、1.2及金属圈板1.3成型为一体,橡胶套2由内、外橡胶圆套2.1、2.2和连接于内、外橡胶圆套2.1、2.2上端之间的橡胶圈板2.3构成,且内、外橡胶圆套2.1、2.2及橡胶圈板2.3成型为一体,外橡胶圆套2.2内壁还设有多圈同轴竖直分布的橡胶环板2.4,多个橡胶环板2.4环绕于内橡胶圆套2.1外,每个橡胶环板2.4的内环面分别与内橡胶圆套2.1之间间距小于或等于内金属圆套1.1侧壁厚度;
橡胶套2中内橡胶圆套2.1同轴装配于金属套1的内金属圆套1.1中,橡胶套2中外橡胶圆套2.2同轴装配于金属套1的内、外金属圆套1.1、1.2之间,且内金属圆套1.1内壁胶黏于内橡胶圆套2.1外壁,外金属圆套1.2内壁胶黏于外橡胶圆套2.2外壁,由内金属圆套1.1、外橡胶圆套2.2、金属圈板1.3、橡胶圈板2.3围成封闭的空间,并由各个橡胶环板2.4的内壁抵紧环套于内金属圆套1.1外壁。
内橡胶圆套2.1的轴向高度大于外橡胶圆套2.2的轴向高度,外金属圆套1.2的轴向高度大于内金属圆套1.1的轴向高度。
橡胶圈板2.3和金属圈板1.3轴向厚度一致,内金属圆套1.1的轴向高度等于内橡胶圆套2.1的轴向高度与橡胶圈板2.3轴向厚度之差;外橡胶圆套2.2的轴向高度等于外金属圆套1.2的轴向高度与金属圈板1.3轴向厚度之差。
由内金属圆套1.1、外橡胶圆套2.2、金属圈板1.3、橡胶圈板2.3围成的封闭空间中填充有磁流体,每个橡胶圈板2.4中分别设有随橡胶圈板2.4形状延伸的圆弧槽2.5,圆弧槽2.5竖直贯通所在的橡胶圈,2.4,圆弧槽2.5的角度大于或等于200度,但小于360度。

1.一种橡胶金属衬套结构,包括轴向竖直的金属套和橡胶套,其特征在于:所述金属套由内、外金属圆套及连接于内、外金属圆套下端之间的金属圈板构成,且内、外金属圆套及金属圈板成型为一体,所述橡胶套由内、外橡胶圆套和连接于内、外橡胶圆套上端之间的橡胶圈板构成,且内、外橡胶圆套及橡胶圈板成型为一体,所述外橡胶圆套内壁还设有多圈同轴竖直分布的橡胶环板,多个橡胶环板环绕于内橡胶圆套外,每个橡胶环板的内环面分别与内橡胶圆套之间间距小于或等于内金属圆套侧壁厚度;
所述橡胶套中内橡胶圆套同轴装配于金属套的内金属圆套中,橡胶套中外橡胶圆套同轴装配于金属套的内、外金属圆套之间,且内金属圆套内壁胶黏于内橡胶圆套外壁,外金属圆套内壁胶黏于外橡胶圆套外壁,由内金属圆套、外橡胶圆套、金属圈板、橡胶圈板围成封闭的空间,并由各个橡胶环板的内壁抵紧环套于内金属圆套外壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶金属衬套结构,其特征在于:所述内橡胶圆套的轴向高度大于外橡胶圆套的轴向高度,外金属圆套的轴向高度大于内金属圆套的轴向高度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶金属衬套结构,其特征在于:所述橡胶圈板和金属圈板轴向厚度一致,内金属圆套的轴向高度等于内橡胶圆套的轴向高度与橡胶圈板轴向厚度之差;外橡胶圆套的轴向高度等于外金属圆套的轴向高度与金属圈板轴向厚度之差。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶金属衬套结构,其特征在于:由内金属圆套、外橡胶圆套、金属圈板、橡胶圈板围成的封闭空间中填充有磁流体,每个橡胶圈板中分别设有随橡胶圈板形状延伸的圆弧槽,圆弧槽竖直贯通所在的橡胶圈板。
