Abstract
本发明公开了一种满足肿瘤患者营养需求的组合物及其制备方法,包括如下质量比成份:20‑35份麦角淄醇、15‑25份鹅蛋蛋白粉、15‑20份脱水菜花颗粒、15‑18份复合多糖、12‑14份中链脂肪酸、8‑10份不饱和脂肪酸、2‑6份复合矿物质和10‑16份全谷类粮食精磨粉末;本发明通过以中链脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸作为主要成分,可以通过以外源性脂肪摄入来补充肿瘤患者体内的内源性脂肪平衡,麦角淄醇能够抑制癌细胞的生长,脱水菜花颗粒的原料菜花中含有丰富的抗癌活性酶,复合多糖能够直接损伤肿瘤细胞DNA从而诱导肿瘤细胞死亡,复合益生菌和全谷类粮食精磨粉末能够有效促进肠胃蠕动,提高消化吸收能力。

本发明涉及配方食品领域,尤其涉及一种满足肿瘤患者营养需求的组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
根据《2012中国肿瘤登记年报》,全国恶性肿瘤发病率约为286/10万人,且每年新发恶性肿瘤病例约为312万,死亡病例约为270万,由于肿瘤直接导致的机体代谢异常,以及肿瘤相关症状和抗肿瘤治疗产生的副作用对患者营养状态的不良影响,恶性肿瘤患者营养不良的发生率高达40%-80%,且有30%-85%的肿瘤患者会发生癌性恶液质,营养不足使恶性肿瘤患者术后并发症、放化疗不良反应及抑郁症发生率升高,严重时还会导致死亡。
肿瘤患者因身体疼痛以及心理负担作用导致容易产生食欲不振现象,而肿瘤组织生成脂解激素水平升高、胰岛素耐受等因素,导致肿瘤患者的内源性脂肪分解加速,体内游离脂肪酸与甘油的转化和氧化加速,进一步加快了内源性脂肪消耗,导致肿瘤患者容易快速产生消瘦现象,从而导致免疫力下降,不利于身体的恢复,同时大多数的肿瘤患者长期缺乏运动加上疾病原因,导致肠胃的消化蠕动能力差,无法快速吸收摄入的营养,因此,本发明提出一种满足肿瘤患者营养需求的组合物及其制备方法,以解决现有技术中的不足之处。

进一步在于:所述鹅蛋蛋白粉为鹅蛋蛋清经过干燥脱水后得到鹅蛋蛋白粉。
进一步在于:所述脱水菜花颗粒的获取过程为:将新鲜菜花洗净切碎,得到粒径为过20-40目的菜花颗粒,再将菜花颗粒进行脱水处理,得到脱水菜花颗粒。

本发明的有益效果为:通过以中链脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸作为主要成分,可以通过以外源性脂肪摄入来补充肿瘤患者体内的内源性脂肪平衡,维持肿瘤患者体内脂肪状态平衡,麦角淄醇可以增强人体的抵抗力,能够抑制癌细胞的生长,脱水菜花颗粒的原料菜花中含有丰富的Ⅱ型酶,Ⅱ型酶是一种非常强的抗癌活性酶,对预防多种癌症都可以起到积极的作用,复合多糖能够通过非特异性刺激增强机体的免疫功能,能够直接损伤肿瘤细胞DNA、阻滞细胞分裂周期、影响肿瘤细胞基因表达,从而诱导肿瘤细胞死亡,复合益生菌和全谷类粮食精磨粉末能够有效促进肠胃蠕动,提高消化吸收能力。

所述鹅蛋蛋白粉为鹅蛋蛋清经过干燥脱水后得到鹅蛋蛋白粉。
所述脱水菜花颗粒的获取过程为:将新鲜菜花洗净切碎,得到粒径为过30目的菜花颗粒,再将菜花颗粒进行脱水处理,得到脱水菜花颗粒。

所述鹅蛋蛋白粉为鹅蛋蛋清经过干燥脱水后得到鹅蛋蛋白粉。
所述脱水菜花颗粒的获取过程为:将新鲜菜花洗净切碎,得到粒径为过30目的菜花颗粒,再将菜花颗粒进行脱水处理,得到脱水菜花颗粒。

步骤二:将沙虫干粉、海蜇提取物、牡蛎提取物、熟薏米和全谷类粮食精磨粉末进行预搅拌5分钟,然后与甜杏仁精榨油进行混合搅拌16分钟,最后将脱水菜花颗粒加入进行共同搅拌10分钟,制成混合物B。

根据实施例一、实施例二和实施例三可以得出,本发明通过质量比成份为:20-35份麦角淄醇、15-25份鹅蛋蛋白粉、15-20份脱水菜花颗粒、5-8份叶绿素、5-8份胡萝卜素、5-7份沙虫干粉、3-7份海蜇提取物、3-6份牡蛎提取物、10-15份熟薏米、1-4份甜杏仁精榨油、15-18份复合多糖、12-14份中链脂肪酸、8-10份不饱和脂肪酸、6-8份复合维生素、2-6份复合矿物质和10-16份全谷类粮食精磨粉末制成的满足肿瘤患者营养需求的组合物平衡内源性脂肪最好,且具有良好的抑制肿瘤细胞的特性,还可以促进肠胃蠕动,有利于人体提高吸收消化能力。
效果实验一
选择正在接受放化疗的肺癌中度营养不良患者30名,男女比例1:1,然后分为实验组、空白组、对照组,每组10人,提供产品营养支持3周时间后分别记录患者体重。
实验组的10名患者正常饮食,然后饭后服用本发明实施例一、实施例二或实施例三中任意一个实施例得到满足肿瘤患者营养需求的组合物,一日三次,每次20克。
空白组的10名患者正常饮食,不服用任何用于提高肿瘤患者营养的其余辅助组合物。
对照组的10名患者正常饮食,服用市场上售卖的普通营养品如芝麻糊等,一日三次,每次20克。
30天后对30名肺癌中度营养不良患者进行体重检测,得出下表1:

根据表1可以得出,食用本发明的满足肿瘤患者营养需求的组合物的肺癌中度营养不良患者体重明显增加,比对照组中食用市场上售卖的普通品,肺癌中度营养不良患者的体重增幅更加明显,效果更好。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种满足肿瘤患者营养需求的组合物,其特征在于:包括如下质量比成份:30份麦角淄醇、20份鹅蛋蛋白粉、17份脱水菜花颗粒、6份叶绿素、6份胡萝卜素、6份沙虫干粉、5份海蜇提取物、4份牡蛎提取物、12份熟薏米、2份甜杏仁精榨油、16份复合多糖、13份中链脂肪酸、9份不饱和脂肪酸、7份复合维生素、5份复合矿物质和14份全谷类粮食精磨粉末。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种满足肿瘤患者营养需求的组合物,其特征在于:所述复合多糖为香菇多糖、灵芝多糖和白参多糖按1:1:1的质量比例复配而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种满足肿瘤患者营养需求的组合物,其特征在于:所述海蜇提取物和牡蛎提取物为海蜇和牡蛎肉经过低温烘焙、研磨后得到的海蜇粉和牡蛎粉。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种满足肿瘤患者营养需求的组合物,其特征在于:所述复合维生素为维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、叶酸和烟酸按照质量比1:1.5:1: 0.5:3:2:3:0.5:0.5:0.8:1的比例复配而成。

步骤二:将沙虫干粉、海蜇提取物、牡蛎提取物、熟薏米和全谷类粮食精磨粉末进行预搅拌5分钟,然后与甜杏仁精榨油进行混合搅拌15-20分钟,最后将脱水菜花颗粒加入进行共同搅拌10分钟,制成混合物B;
步骤三:将混合物A与混合物B进行混合搅拌,然后进行混合机混匀12-15分钟,制成组合物;
步骤四:将组合物进行杀菌、分装、质检和包装。
