本发明提供了一种癌症恢复期全营养配方食品,以富硒植物蛋白粉为主要原料,加入多种有抑制癌细胞作用的中草药,并在此基础上加入调节脾胃、促进吸收,补益气血,提高机体免疫力的成分,同时谷物、蔬菜、海产品和菌类相结合,营养结构均衡;而加入低聚甘露糖有助于肠道吸收,对肠道吸收功能不好的中老年人群效果显著。本发明按常规方法制成粉剂长期服用,易于吸收。

背景技术
富硒食品就是富含微量元素硒的食品,一般分为天然富硒食品(又称植物活性硒食品),外源硒富硒食品(也称人工有机硒食品),比如黑山药、黑芝麻,黑豆,黑花生,黑米、大蒜等黑色食物都含有硒元素。
硒是人体必需的微量元素。硒参与合成人体内多种含硒酶和含硒蛋白。其中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,在生物体内催化氢过氧化物或脂质过氧化物转变为水或各种醇类,消除自由基对生物膜的攻击,保护生物膜免受氧化损伤;硒参与构成碘化甲状腺胺酸脱碘酶。国内市场上打着富硒旗号的食品有很多,但是每款产品的硒含量并没有明确的标注,这对消费者造成了很大的困扰,我到底要吃多少这样的食品,才能达到补硒的效果。
硒能提高人体免疫,促进淋巴细胞的增殖及抗体和免疫球蛋白的合成。硒对结肠癌、皮肤癌、肝癌、乳腺癌等多种癌症具有明显的抑制和防护的作用,其在机体内的中间代谢产物甲基烯醇具有较强的抗癌活性。硒与维生素E、大蒜素、亚油酸、锗、锌等营养素具有协同抗氧化的功效,增加抗氧化活性。同时,硒具有减轻和缓解重金属毒性的作用。
硒与它的同族元素硫相比,在地壳中的含量少得多。硒成单质存在的矿是极难找到的,全球唯一硒独立成矿的地区位于中国湖北恩施。
硒是从燃烧黄铁矿以制取硫酸的铅室中发现的,是贝齐里乌斯发现铈、钍后1817年发现的又一个化学元素。他命名这种新元素为selenium。他还发现到硒的同素异形体。他还原硒的氧化物,得到橙色无定形硒;缓慢冷却熔融的硒,得到灰色晶体硒;在空气中让硒化物自然分解,得到黑色晶体硒。
食物硒含量受地理影响很大,土壤硒的不同造成各地食品中硒含量的极大差异。土壤含硒量在0.4毫克/千克以上,就属于富硒土壤。我国72%的国土都属贫硒或缺硒土壤,长期摄入严重缺硒食品,必然会造成硒缺乏疾病。
中国营养学会对我国13个省市做过一项调查表明,成人日平均硒摄入量为26-32微克,离中国营养学会推荐的最低限度50微克相距甚远。一般植物性食品含硒量比较低,因此,开发经济、方便,适合长期食用的富硒食品已经势在必行。

优选的,所述的癌症恢复期全营养配方食品,包括以下重量百分比的成分:富硒植物蛋白粉40-50%、大蒜提取物1-2%、西兰花提取物2-5%、大豆提取物2-3%、麦芽提取物2-3%、绿茶精粉8-12%、红薯提取物2-5%、麦麸提取物1-3%、黄瓜提取物2-3%、芦笋提取物1-2%、海藻提取物2-3%、薏仁提取物1-2%、香菇提取物2-3%、蛹虫草提取物0.5-1%、山药提取物2-3%、茯苓精粉5-8%、和低聚甘露糖余量。

优选的,所述的富硒植物蛋白粉的硒含量是35-60mg/kg。
本发明的富硒植物蛋白粉,可以为富硒水稻蛋白粉、富硒小麦蛋白粉、富硒蔬菜蛋白粉或者富硒水果蛋白粉。
大蒜(Garlic)又叫蒜头、大蒜头、胡蒜、葫、独蒜、独头蒜,是蒜类植物的统称。半年生草本植物,百合科葱属,以鳞茎入药。春、夏采收,扎把,悬挂通风处,阴干备用。农谚说“种蒜不出九(月),出九长独头”,6月叶枯时采挖,除去泥沙,通风晾干或烘烤至外皮干燥。
大蒜呈扁球形或短圆锥形,外面有灰白色或淡棕色膜质鳞皮,剥去鳞叶,内有6~10个蒜瓣,轮生于花茎的周围,茎基部盘状,生有多数须根。每一蒜瓣外包薄膜,剥去薄膜,即见白色、肥厚多汁的鳞片。有浓烈的蒜辣气,味辛辣。有刺激性气味,可食用或供调味,亦可入药。地下鳞茎分瓣,按皮色不同分为紫皮种和白皮种。大蒜是秦汉时从西域传入中国,经人工栽培繁育,具有抗癌功效,深受大众喜食。
大蒜主治解毒杀虫,消肿止痛,止泻止痢,治肺,驱虫,此外还有温脾暖胃。
西兰花,又名绿菜花,为1-2年生草本植物,原产于地中海东部沿岸地区,目前我国南北方均有栽培,已成为日常主要蔬菜之一。西兰花营养丰富,含蛋白质、糖、脂肪、维生素和胡萝卜素,营养成份位居同类蔬菜之首,被誉为“蔬菜皇冠”。
西兰花可能最显著的就是具有防癌抗癌的功效,菜花含维生素C较多,比大白菜、番茄、芹菜都高,尤其是在防治胃癌、乳腺癌方面效果尤佳。研究表明,患胃癌时人体血清硒的水平明显下降,胃液中的维C浓度也显著低于正常人,而菜花不但能给人补充一定量的硒和维C,同时也能供给丰富的胡萝卜素,起到阻止癌前病变细胞形成的作用,抑制癌肿生长。据美国营养学家研究,菜花内还有多种吲哚衍生物,此化合物有降低人体内雌激素水平的作用,可预防乳腺癌的发生。此外,研究表明,西兰花中预防癌症最重要的成分是“萝卜硫素”,这种物质有提高致癌物解毒酶活性的作用,并帮助癌变细胞修复为正常细胞。
大豆(学名:Glycine max(Linn.)Merr.)通称黄豆。豆科大豆属一年生草本,高30-90厘米。茎粗壮,直立,密被褐色长硬毛。叶通常具3小叶;托叶具脉纹,被黄色柔毛;叶柄长2-20厘米;小叶宽卵形,纸质;总状花序短的少花,长的多花;总花梗通常有5-8朵无柄、紧挤的花;苞片披针形,被糙伏毛;小苞片披针形,被伏贴的刚毛;花萼披针形,花紫色、淡紫色或白色,基部具瓣柄,翼瓣蓖状。荚果肥大,稍弯,下垂,黄绿色,密被褐黄色长毛;种子2-5颗,椭圆形、近球形,种皮光滑,有淡绿、黄、褐和黑色等多样。花期6-7月,果期7-9月。
大豆不单单指黄豆,它还包含黑豆和青豆。大豆营养全面,含量丰富,其中蛋白质的含量比猪肉高2倍,是鸡蛋含量的2.5倍。蛋白质的含量不仅高,而且质量好。大豆蛋白质的氨基酸组成和动物蛋白质近似,其中氨基酸比较接近人体需要的比值,所以容易被消化吸收。如果把大豆和肉类食品、蛋类食品搭配着来吃,其营养可以和蛋、奶的营养相比,甚至还超过蛋和奶的营养。
大豆脂肪也具有很高的营养价值,这种脂肪里含有很多不饱和脂肪酸,容易被人体消化吸收。而且大豆脂肪可以阻止胆固醇的吸收,所以大豆对于动脉硬化患者来说,是一种理想的营养品。
麦芽,中药名。多生长在北方区域,为禾本科植物大麦Hordeurn vulgare L.的成熟果实经发芽干燥的炮制加工品。将麦粒用水浸泡后,保持适宜温、湿度,待幼芽长至约5mm时,晒干或低温干燥。麦芽主治食积不消,脘腹胀痛,脾虚食少,乳汁郁积,乳房胀痛,妇女断乳,肝郁胁痛,肝胃气痛。
绿茶(Green Tea),是中国的主要茶类之一,是指采取茶树的新叶或芽,未经发酵,经杀青、整形、烘干等工艺而制作的饮品。其制成品的色泽和冲泡后的茶汤较多的保存了鲜茶叶的绿色格调。常饮绿茶能防癌,降脂和减肥,对吸烟者也可减轻其受到的尼古丁伤害。
绿茶是未经发酵制成的茶,保留了鲜叶的天然物质,含有的茶多酚、儿茶素、叶绿素、咖啡碱、氨基酸、维生素等营养成分也较多。绿茶中的这些天然营养成份对防衰老、防癌、抗癌、杀菌、消炎等具有特殊效果,是其他茶类所不及的。绿茶是以适宜茶树新梢为原料,经杀青、揉捻、干燥等典型工艺过程制成的茶叶。其干茶色泽和冲泡后的茶汤、叶底以绿色为主调,故名绿茶。绿茶是将采摘来的鲜叶先经高温杀青,杀灭了各种氧化酶,保持了茶叶绿色,然后经揉捻、干燥而制成,清汤绿叶是绿茶品质的共同特点。中国生产绿茶的范围极为广泛,河南、贵州、江西、安徽、浙江、江苏、四川、陕西(陕南)、湖南、湖北、广西、福建是我国的绿茶主产省份。
红薯(英文:sweet potato)(学名:Ipomoea batatas(L.)Lam.),又名山芋、红玉、甘薯、番薯、番芋、山药(河北)、地瓜(北方)、红苕、线苕、白薯、金薯、甜薯、朱薯、枕薯、番葛、白芋、茴芋地瓜、红皮番薯、萌番薯等。
红薯属管状花目,旋花科一年生草本植物,长2米以上,平卧地面斜上,叶片通常为宽卵形,长4-13厘米,宽3-13厘米,花冠粉红色、白色、淡紫色或紫色,钟状或漏斗状,长3-4厘米,蒴果卵形或扁圆形,有假隔膜,分为4室,具地下块根,块根纺锤形,外皮土黄色或紫红色。
红薯富含蛋白质、淀粉、果胶、纤维素、氨基酸、维生素及多种矿物质,有“长寿食品”之誉。含糖量达到15%-20%。有抗癌、保护心脏、预防肺气肿、糖尿病、减肥等功效。明代李时珍《本草纲目》记有“甘薯补虚,健脾开胃,强肾阴”,并说海中之人食之长寿。中医视红薯为良药。
麦麸,即麦皮,小麦加工面粉副产品,麦黄色,片状或粉状。富含纤维素和维生素,主要用途有食用、入药、饲料原料、酿酒等。为小麦磨取面粉后筛下的种皮,就是外面的皮,主要是纤维、糊粉、一些矿物质和维生素性味甘凉,可收敛汗液。《本草纲目》中曰:“麸皮乃麦皮也,与浮(小麦)同性,而止汗之功次于浮麦,盖浮麦有肉也。”《本草拾遗》谓其“和面作饼,止泄痢,调中去热,健人。以醋拌蒸热,袋盛,烫腰脚伤折处,止痛散血。”牛奶为牛之血液所化,其味甘,其性微寒,无毒,能滋养五脏。《日华子本草》记载:“润皮肤,养心肺,解热毒。”《本草纲目》记载:“润大便,治气痢,除黄疸,老人煮粥甚益。”牛奶与麦皮合而为粥,既能补虚、止渴,又能止汗、通便。由于此粥滋补甘腻,故脾胃虚寒者易出现泻泄,有湿痰积饮者慎服。
黄瓜(学名:Cucumis sativus L.)葫芦科一年生蔓生或攀援草本植物。茎、枝伸长,有棱沟,被白色的糙硬毛。卷须细。叶柄稍粗糙,有糙硬毛;叶片宽卵状心形,膜质,裂片三角形,有齿。雌雄同株。雄花:常数朵在叶腋簇生;花梗纤细,被微柔毛;花冠黄白色,花冠裂片长圆状披针形。雌花:单生或稀簇生;花梗粗壮,被柔毛;子房粗糙。果实长圆形或圆柱形,熟时黄绿色,表面粗糙。种子小,狭卵形,白色,无边缘,两端近急尖。花果期夏季。
中国各地普遍栽培,且许多地区均有温室或塑料大棚栽培;现广泛种植于温带和热带地区。黄瓜为中国各地夏季主要菜蔬之一。茎藤药用,能消炎、祛痰、镇痉。
芦笋,学名石刁柏,是一个春天的蔬菜,多年生开花植物。像它的表兄弟韭,葱,蒜,它一度被归入百合科。但百合科已被拆分,这洋葱类植物现在归类于天门冬科中的石蒜属和和天门冬属(芦笋属)中。芦笋食药同源,自古以来备受推崇。《神农本草》将芦笋列为“上品之上”,称“久服不仅能轻身,还有益气延年”的功效。明朝李时珍《本草纲目》记载:芦笋“瘿结热气,利小便”,具润肺、镇咳、祛痰、杀虫之功效,称其能“解诸内毒”。《中华医典》更是详述芦笋内含芦丁、维生素C,能降低血压、软化血管,减少胆固醇吸收,可作为高血压、冠心病人的食疗方剂。
近两年,湖南中医药大学、湖南农业大学专家对芦笋的药理进行研究,结果让人大吃一惊:芦笋中含有大量的膳食纤维和丰富的硒元素,具有较强的防癌、抗癌活性。芦笋中的组织蛋白能促使细胞正常生长,并对癌细胞有抑制作用,对所有癌症病人有一定疗效,可以作为各类癌症病人的辅助治疗食品。同时,芦笋还是很好的抗氧化食物,是营养、美容、减肥、抗衰老的保健佳品。
“海藻”是海带、紫菜、裙带菜、石花菜等海洋藻类的总称,是生长在海中的藻类,是植物界的隐花植物,藻类包括数种不同类以光合作用产生能量的生物。它们一般被认为是简单的植物,主要特征为:无维管束组织,没有真正根、茎、叶的分化现象;不开花,无果实和种子;生殖器官无特化的保护组织,常直接由单一细胞产生孢子或配子;以及无胚胎的形成。海藻也是印尼及其它东南亚国家的传统药材,用于退烧、治咳,以及治疗气喘、痔疮、流鼻涕、肠胃不适及泌尿疾病等。日本人喜欢食用海藻,以加强身体抗癌、抗肿瘤的能力,且可有效改善糖尿病症状及纾解紧张压力。
薏仁(拉丁Semen Coicis英文名Coix Seed)又名薏苡仁、苡米、苡仁,土玉米,薏米、起实、薏珠子、草珠珠、回回米、米仁、六谷子。是常用的中药,又是普遍、常吃的食物,性味甘淡微寒,有利水消肿、健脾去湿、舒筋除痹、清热排脓等功效,为常用的利水渗湿药。薏仁又是一种美容食品,常食可以保持人体皮肤光泽细腻,消除粉刺、雀斑、老年斑、妊娠斑、蝴蝶斑,对脱屑、痤疮、皲裂、皮肤粗糙等都有良好疗效。主治健脾渗湿,除痹止泻。薏米可用于治疗水肿、脚气、小便不利、湿痹拘挛、脾虚泄泻。是缓和的清热祛湿之品,中医常用其来治疗脾虚腹泻、肌肉酸重、关节疼痛、水肿、脚气等病症。
香菇,又名花菇、香蕈、香信、香菌、冬菇、香菰,为侧耳科植物香蕈的子实体。香菇是世界第二大食用菌,也是我国特产之一,在民间素有“山珍”之称。它是一种生长在木材上的真菌。味道鲜美,香气沁人,营养丰富。香菇富含维生素B群、铁、钾、维生素D原(经日晒后转成维生素D)、味甘,性平。主治食欲减退,少气乏力。
香菇素有山珍之王之称,是高蛋白、低脂肪的营养保健食品。中国历代医学家对香菇均有著名论述。现代医学和营养学不断深入研究,香菇的药用价值也不断被发掘。香菇中麦角甾醇含量很高,对防治佝偻病有效;香菇多糖(β~1,3葡聚糖)能增强细胞免疫能力,从而抑制癌细胞的生长;香菇含有六大酶类的40多种酶,可以纠正人体酶缺乏症;香菇中的脂肪所含脂肪酸,对人体降低血脂有益。
蛹虫草-形态特征子座单生或数个一起从寄生蛹体的头部或节部长出,颜色为橘黄或橘红色,全长2—8厘米,蛹体颜色为紫色,长约1.5—2厘米。蛹虫草中的虫草素,可抗病毒、抗菌、明显抑制肿瘤生长、干扰人体RNA及DNA合成。蛹虫草富含虫草酸,虫草酸能有效预防治疗脑血栓、脑溢血、肾功能衰竭,同时还具有利尿作用。蛹虫草中的腺苷,可以抗病毒、抗菌,抑制血小板积聚防治血栓形成,还可消除面斑,抗衰防皱。蛹虫草中虫草多糖,有提高免疫力,延缓衰老,扶正固本,保护心脏、肝脏,抗痉的作用。蛹虫草中的麦角甾醇、超氧化物歧化酶,对抑制或消除催人衰老的超氧自由基形成及抗癌、防衰、减毒有良好作用。蛹虫草还富含硒,大量的科学实践证明硒可以明显地抑制癌细胞的生长,刺激免疫球蛋白和抗体的产生,增强机体免疫和抗氧化能力。
山药又称薯蓣、土薯、山薯蓣、怀山药、淮山、白山药,是《中华本草》收载的草药,药用来源为薯蓣科植物山药干燥根茎。
山药具有滋养强壮,助消化,敛虚汗,止泻之功效,主治脾虚腹泻、肺虚咳嗽、糖尿病消渴、小便短频、遗精、妇女带下及消化不良的慢性肠炎。山药最适宜与灵芝搭配服用,具有防治糖尿病的作用,山药在食品业和加工业上大有发展前途。
茯苓,中药名。为多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf的干燥菌核。多于7~9月采挖,挖出后除去泥沙,堆置“发汗”后,摊开晾至表面干燥,再“发汗”,反复数次至现皱纹、内部水分大部散失后,阴干,称为“茯苓个”;或将鲜茯苓按不同部位切制,阴干,分别称为“茯苓块”和“茯苓片”。茯苓的主要功效为利水渗湿,健脾,宁心。主要用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
低聚甘露糖(MOS)于2013年10月30日被国家卫生和计划生育委员会批准为新食品原料。低聚甘露糖是由D-甘露糖通过β-1,4糖苷键连接形成主链,在主链或支链上连接葡萄糖而成,聚合度在2~10之间的寡糖。它是一种新型的益生元,能大量激活与增殖双歧杆菌和乳酸菌,调节微生态平衡。

一种癌症恢复期全营养配方食品,包括以下重量百分比的成分:富硒植物蛋白粉42%、大蒜提取物1.5%、西兰花提取物3%、大豆提取物2.5%、麦芽提取物2.5%、绿茶精粉10%、红薯提取物3%、麦麸提取物2%、黄瓜提取物2.5%、芦笋提取物1.5%、海藻提取物2.5%、薏仁提取物1.5%、香菇提取物2.5%、蛹虫草提取物0.8%、山药提取物2.8%、茯苓精粉7%、和低聚甘露糖余量。
所述的大蒜提取物、西兰花提取物、大豆提取物、麦芽提取物、红薯提取物、麦麸提取物、黄瓜提取物、芦笋提取物、海藻提取物、薏仁提取物、香菇提取物、蛹虫草提取物、山药提取物均为10∶1的浓缩提取物。
所述的富硒植物蛋白粉的硒含量是45mg/kg。

所述的大蒜提取物、西兰花提取物、大豆提取物、麦芽提取物、红薯提取物、麦麸提取物、黄瓜提取物、芦笋提取物、海藻提取物、薏仁提取物、香菇提取物、蛹虫草提取物、山药提取物均为12∶1的浓缩提取物。
所述的富硒植物蛋白粉的硒含量是60mg/kg。
实施例3
一种癌症恢复期全营养配方食品,包括以下重量百分比的成分:富硒植物蛋白粉40%、大蒜提取物2%、西兰花提取物5%、大豆提取物3%、麦芽提取物3%、绿茶精粉12%、红薯提取物5%、麦麸提取物3%、黄瓜提取物3%、芦笋提取物2%、海藻提取物3%、薏仁提取物2%、香菇提取物3%、蛹虫草提取物1%、山药提取物3%、茯苓精粉5%、和低聚甘露糖余量。
所述的大蒜提取物、西兰花提取物、大豆提取物、麦芽提取物、红薯提取物、麦麸提取物、黄瓜提取物、芦笋提取物、海藻提取物、薏仁提取物、香菇提取物、蛹虫草提取物、山药提取物均为2∶1的浓缩提取物。
所述的富硒植物蛋白粉的硒含量是35mg/kg。
实施例4
一种癌症恢复期全营养配方食品,包括以下重量百分比的成分:富硒植物蛋白粉45%、大蒜提取物1.5%、西兰花提取物3%、大豆提取物2.5%、麦芽提取物2%、绿茶精粉12%、红薯提取物2%、麦麸提取物3%、黄瓜提取物2%、芦笋提取物2%、海藻提取物2%、薏仁提取物2%、香菇提取物2%、蛹虫草提取物1%、山药提取物2%、茯苓精粉7%、和低聚甘露糖余量。
所述的大蒜提取物、西兰花提取物、大豆提取物、麦芽提取物、红薯提取物、麦麸提取物、黄瓜提取物、芦笋提取物、海藻提取物、薏仁提取物、香菇提取物、蛹虫草提取物、山药提取物均为10∶1的浓缩提取物。
所述的富硒植物蛋白粉的硒含量是50mg/kg。
对比实施例1
将实施例1中的黄瓜替换为富硒植物蛋白粉,其余配方和制备条件不变。
对比实施例2
将实施例1中的茯苓精粉替换为富硒植物蛋白粉,其余配方和制备条件不变。
以下对实施例1-4和对比实施例1-2制作的癌症恢复期全营养配方食品进行临床效果实验。
实验1
实验征集到癌症恢复期的患者共计300人,年龄从40-60周岁,男女不限,每个实施例有50人参加实验。
实验方法:每组患者服用实施例1-4和对比实施例1-2制备的全营养配方食品粉剂,每日3次,每次20g,服用方法:三餐半小时后100ml温开水冲调服用,实验期间不服用任何药物,控制饮食品种和饮食量,180天以后统计疗效。
有效:患者精神和体力均有明显改善;无效:患者精神和体力无明显提高。
实验结果见表1:

由以上测试结果可以知道,本发明的癌症恢复期全营养配方食品中不加入黄瓜或者茯苓精粉对部分患者的辅助治疗效果有显著影响。

1.一种癌症恢复期全营养配方食品,其特征在于,包括以下成分:富硒植物蛋白粉、大蒜提取物、西兰花提取物、大豆提取物、麦芽提取物、绿茶精粉、红薯提取物、麦麸提取物、黄瓜提取物、芦笋提取物、海藻提取物、薏仁提取物、香菇提取物、蛹虫草提取物、山药提取物、茯苓精粉、低聚甘露糖。
2.如权利要求1所述的癌症恢复期全营养配方食品,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的成分:富硒植物蛋白粉40-50%、大蒜提取物1-2%、西兰花提取物2-5%、大豆提取物2-3%、麦芽提取物2-3%、绿茶精粉8-12%、红薯提取物2-5%、麦麸提取物1-3%、黄瓜提取物2-3%、芦笋提取物1-2%、海藻提取物2-3%、薏仁提取物1-2%、香菇提取物2-3%、蛹虫草提取物0.5-1%、山药提取物2-3%、茯苓精粉5-8%、和低聚甘露糖余量。
3.如权利要求1所述的癌症恢复期全营养配方食品,其特征在于,所述的大蒜提取物、西兰花提取物、大豆提取物、麦芽提取物、红薯提取物、麦麸提取物、黄瓜提取物、芦笋提取物、海藻提取物、薏仁提取物、香菇提取物、蛹虫草提取物、山药提取物均为(2-12)∶1的浓缩提取物。
4.如权利要求2所述的癌症恢复期全营养配方食品,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的成分:富硒植物蛋白粉42%、大蒜提取物1.5%、西兰花提取物3%、大豆提取物2.5%、麦芽提取物2.5%、绿茶精粉10%、红薯提取物3%、麦麸提取物2%、黄瓜提取物2.5%、芦笋提取物1.5%、海藻提取物2.5%、薏仁提取物1.5%、香菇提取物2.5%、蛹虫草提取物0.8%、山药提取物2.8%、茯苓精粉7%、和低聚甘露糖余量。
5.如权利要求1所述的癌症恢复期全营养配方食品,其特征在于,所述的富硒植物蛋白粉的硒含量是35-60mg/kg。
