The volume ratio of the sweet wormwood wax oil added in the step 1 to the polysorbate 65 and the ethanol added in the step 2 is as follows: the sweet wormwood wax oil is polysorbate 65 and ethanol 1:2: 1.
The sweet wormwood wax oil and polysorbate 65 added in the step 1 and the ethanol added in the step 2 are respectively 80ml, 160ml and 80ml, and the purified water is added in the step 3 until the total amount is 1L.
The stirring time in the step 1 is 30 min.
