Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of washing products, in particular to sweet wormwood wax oil mosquito-repellent, antibacterial, disinfectant and skin-care water-free hand sanitizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Artemisia apiacea, Artemisia annua (A. Merr.), (Artemisia annuaLinn.), is an annual herb plant of the genus Artemisia of the family Compositae, the class Dicotyledoneae, and mainly contains volatile oil, and contains artemisinin, flavonoid compounds, etc. Wherein, the artemisinin is a compound containing peroxy bridge sesquiterpene lactone, and is a main effective component for antimalarial. During the extraction of artemisinin, a byproduct, namely artemisia apiacea wax oil, is produced, about five tons of artemisia apiacea wax oil are produced as a byproduct when one ton of artemisinin is produced, and about 500 tons of artemisia apiacea wax oil are roughly estimated to be produced by artemisinin enterprises per year. The herba Artemisiae Annuae wax oil is semisolid at room temperature, has dark color and heavy medicinal taste, and contains a large amount of chlorophyll, volatile oil, fatty acid, vegetable wax and other active ingredients. Wherein, the chlorophyll has a plurality of functions of hematopoiesis, vitamin supply, detoxification, disease resistance and the like; the volatile oil has antiinflammatory, antiallergic, antimicrobial, antimutagenic and anticancer, anthelmintic, enzyme inhibiting, central nervous system, and respiratory system effects; the fatty acid can be used for producing high-grade soap, transparent soap, stearic acid and intermediates of various surfactants; the vegetable wax can be used for preparing medicines, cosmetics, etc., and these components have been developedThe utilization value is high.
The Chinese patent CN 110105195A 'a method for extracting dihydroartemisinic acid from artemisia apiacea wax oil', introduces that the artemisia apiacea wax oil is extracted and filtered by various solvents, and then is subjected to chromatography, concentration, extraction and impurity removal, and then the crude product is refined for multiple times to obtain the dihydroartemisinic acid. Chinese patent CN 110591821 a, "a method for extracting sweet wormwood essential oil", describes that sweet wormwood wax oil is extracted by twice hot reflux, and then is subjected to vacuum centrifugal filtration and further concentration to obtain sweet wormwood essential oil. Chinese patent CN 110623002A "a method for preparing insect repellent from wax oil of Artemisia annua" introduces an insect repellent prepared by mixing and stirring wax oil of Artemisia annua, polysorbate 65, ethanol, water, etc., and is mainly used in the technical field of deinsectization.
