Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of washing, in particular to an alcohol-free sweet wormwood wax oil washing-free antibacterial hand sanitizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the progress of society, people attach more and more importance to personal hygiene, and bottled hand sanitizer can be directly used after being simply pressed, does not have the problem of secondary pollution, and has become a substitute of soap. In outdoor environment, because of the limitation of water amount, a portable hand sanitizer with no-clean function needs to be developed. The sweet wormwood wax oil is a natural byproduct in the process of extracting the artemisinin from the plant sweet wormwood, mainly comprises terpenes, flavonoids, phenylpropanoids, fatty acids and biological phenol, has natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory components, and has the functions of diminishing inflammation, repelling mosquitoes and removing mites. Because the plant extract oil needs to be dissolved in the ethanol, the common non-washing hand sanitizer containing the plant extract oil generally contains the alcohol, has a certain stimulation effect on the skin, and is not suitable for long-term use, so that the development of the plant extract oil series of non-alcohol non-washing hand sanitizers is urgent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an alcohol-free sweet wormwood wax oil washing-free antibacterial hand sanitizer and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme for realizing the invention is as follows:
an alcohol-free sweet wormwood wax oil washing-free antibacterial hand sanitizer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3-10% of water-soluble silicone oil, 0.1-0.5% of sweet wormwood herb wax oil, 0.1-0.5% of surfactant, 0.5-1% of glycerol, 0.2-0.5% of gardenia essence, 0.2-0.6% of water-soluble sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 0.1-0.6% of bacteriostatic agent, 0.1-0.5% of antioxidant, 0.01-0.05% of anti-inflammatory auxiliary agent and ultrapure water added to 100%.
The bacteriostatic agent is at least one of benzalkonium chloride or benzethonium chloride, the antioxidant is disodium EDTA, the anti-inflammatory auxiliary agent is geniposide, and the surfactant is a nonionic surfactant.
The nonionic surfactant is a nonionic ester ether series surfactant (castor oil/hydrogenated castor oil and ethylene oxide condensate, which is used in examples).
The sweet wormwood wax oil is used after being purified, and the purification method comprises the following steps: dissolving sweet wormwood wax oil in an appropriate amount of ethanol, fully stirring and dissolving, performing suction filtration, filtering, performing rotary evaporation to evaporate ethanol, and repeating for three times to obtain purified sweet wormwood wax oil.
Mixing sweet wormwood wax oil and ethanol according to the weight ratio of 1: dissolving at the ratio of 10, stirring for 1h, and performing suction filtration.
The preparation method of the alcohol-free sweet wormwood wax oil washing-free antibacterial hand sanitizer comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of oil phase: according to the formula amount, sweet wormwood wax oil, water-soluble silicone oil, gardenia essence, glycerol and surfactant are stirred and mixed at normal temperature to obtain oil phase solution;
(2) preparation of the aqueous phase: fully dissolving water-soluble sodium carboxymethylcellulose in water until the solution is clear to obtain a water phase solution;
(3) adding the oil phase solution obtained in the step (1) into the water phase solution obtained in the step (2), adding a bacteriostatic agent, an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory auxiliary agent, adding ultrapure water, stirring and emulsifying at the normal temperature for 30min-1h at the rotating speed of 2000r/s by using an emulsifying machine, and standing.
The temperature for dissolving the water-soluble sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in the step (2) is 50-60 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: by adopting a micro-emulsification method, the sweet wormwood wax oil is dissolved in water under the condition of no alcohol, and the sweet wormwood wax oil bacteriostatic no-wash hand sanitizer has low viscosity, is easy to rub and dry, and can kill various bacteria. The skin-moistening cream does not contain ethanol, is added with various plant extracts, has no stimulation to skin, has the effects of moisturizing and moistening, and has the dual effects of cleaning and moistening skin.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the alcohol-free sweet wormwood wax oil hand sanitizer, which is characterized in that according to the formula, sweet wormwood wax oil, water-soluble silicone oil, gardenia essence, glycerol and a nonionic surfactant are stirred and mixed uniformly to prepare an oil phase. Dissolving water-soluble sodium carboxymethylcellulose in water at 60 deg.C, clarifying, and making into water phase. Mixing the oil phase and the water phase, adding geniposide, disodium EDTA and benzalkonium chloride, emulsifying with an emulsifying machine, adding deionized water, stirring, mixing, and standing.
Effects of the embodiment
The no-clean hand sanitizer has the following sterilization and bacteriostasis effects:
TABLE 1 antibacterial Ring diameter (mm) of hand cleanser
The hand sanitizer has the bacteriostatic action on the antibacterial ring diameter results of staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans which meet the requirements of disinfection technical specifications (2002 edition).
TABLE 2 antibacterial ratio (%) of the lotions to different bacteria
The average bacteriostasis rates of the hand sanitizer on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans are more than or equal to 99.97 percent after the hand sanitizer acts for 2min, 5min, 10min and 20min, the requirements of sanitary standards for disposable sanitary products (GB 15979-.
Compared with the commercially available alcohol type no-clean hand sanitizer, the sweet wormwood wax oil no-clean hand sanitizer can still obtain a good antibacterial effect under the condition of no alcohol.
TABLE 3 rub drying results
Placing 2-3ml of the hand sanitizer in the palm of a user, starting timing when spreading and rubbing are started, and finishing the thorough drying and timing, wherein the drying time of the hand sanitizer is about 10-20 s.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
