Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of washing, in particular to a wash-free antibacterial hand sanitizer of alcohol-free sweet wormwood wax oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the progress of society, people attach more and more importance to personal hygiene, bottled liquid soap can be directly used after being simply pressed, and the problem of secondary pollution does not exist, so that the bottled liquid soap becomes a substitute for perfumed soap. Under the outdoor environment, the portable hand sanitizer with the no-clean function is required to be developed because of the limitation of water quantity. The sweet wormwood wax oil is a natural byproduct in the process of extracting sweet wormwood from plant sweet wormwood, and the main components of the sweet wormwood wax oil comprise terpenes, flavonoids, phenylpropanoids, fatty acids and biological phenols, and the sweet wormwood wax oil has natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory components and has the functions of diminishing inflammation, repelling mosquitoes and removing mites. Because the plant extract oil is dissolved in ethanol, the conventional non-washing hand-washing liquid containing the plant extract oil generally contains ethanol, has a certain stimulation effect on skin and is not suitable for long-term use, so that development of the non-ethanol non-washing hand-washing liquid of the plant extract oil series is urgent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a non-alcoholic sweet wormwood wax oil washing-free antibacterial hand sanitizer and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme for realizing the invention is as follows:
a wash-free antibacterial hand sanitizer of alcohol-free sweet wormwood wax oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3-10% of water-soluble silicone oil, 0.1-0.5% of sweet wormwood wax oil, 0.1-0.5% of surfactant, 0.5-1% of glycerol, 0.2-0.5% of gardenia essence, 0.2-0.6% of water-soluble sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.1-0.6% of bacteriostatic agent, 0.1-0.5% of antioxidant and 0.01-0.05% of anti-inflammatory additive, and adding ultrapure water to 100%.
The bacteriostatic agent is at least one of benzalkonium chloride or benzethonium chloride, the antioxidant is EDTA disodium, the anti-inflammatory auxiliary agent is geniposide, and the surfactant is a nonionic surfactant.
The nonionic surfactant is nonionic ester ether series surfactant (castor oil/hydrogenated castor oil and epoxy condensate ethane, the type used in the examples).
The sweet wormwood wax oil is used after purification, and the purification method is as follows: dissolving sweet wormwood wax oil in a proper amount of ethanol, fully stirring and dissolving, carrying out suction filtration, filtering, steaming out ethanol by rotary steaming, and repeating for three times to obtain purified sweet wormwood wax oil.
Sweet wormwood wax oil and ethanol according to the following ratio of 1:10, stirring for 1h, and suction filtering.
The preparation method of the alcohol-free sweet wormwood wax oil washing-free antibacterial hand sanitizer comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparation of an oil phase: according to the formula amount, the sweet wormwood wax oil, the water-soluble silicone oil, the gardenia essence, the glycerol and the surfactant are stirred and mixed at normal temperature to obtain an oil phase solution;
(2) Preparation of an aqueous phase: fully dissolving water-soluble sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in water until the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is clear to obtain a water phase solution;
(3) Adding the oil phase solution obtained in the step (1) into the water phase solution obtained in the step (2), adding a bacteriostatic agent, an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory auxiliary agent, adding ultrapure water, stirring and emulsifying for 30min-1h at the normal temperature under the rotating speed of 2000r/s of an emulsifying machine, and then standing.
The dissolution temperature of the water-soluble sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in the step (2) is 50-60 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: by adopting a microemulsifying method, sweet wormwood wax oil is dissolved in water under the condition of no alcohol, and the sweet wormwood wax oil antibacterial hand-washing liquid has low viscosity, is easy to knead and quick-dry, and can kill various bacteria. The skin-care product does not contain ethanol, is added with a plurality of plant extract components, has no stimulation to skin, has moisturizing effect, and has double effects of cleaning and moisturizing.

Mixing the oil phase and the water phase, adding benzalkonium chloride or benzethonium chloride, geniposide and EDTA disodium, adding water to 100%, and stirring and mixing to obtain the sweet wormwood wax oil antibacterial hand-washing liquid.
Example 5
The alcohol-free washing-free antibacterial hand sanitizer of sweet wormwood wax oil in the embodiment comprises, by weight, 10% of water-soluble silicone oil, 0.5% of sweet wormwood wax oil, 1% of glycerol, 0.3% of gardenia essence, 0.5% of ester ether series nonionic surfactant, 0.6% of water-soluble sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.6% of benzalkonium chloride, 0.5% of EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid), 0.05% of geniposide and the balance of deionized water.
The purification method of the sweet wormwood wax oil comprises the following steps: sweet wormwood wax oil and ethanol are mixed according to the following ratio of 1:10 is dissolved in ethanol for 1h, and is filtered by suction after dissolution, and is repeated for three times. And (3) spin-evaporating the solution at 60 ℃ to obtain solvent ethanol to obtain purified sweet wormwood wax oil.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the alcohol-free sweet wormwood wax oil hand sanitizer, and the sweet wormwood wax oil, the water-soluble silicone oil, the gardenia essence, the glycerol and the nonionic surfactant are uniformly stirred and mixed according to the formula amount to prepare an oil phase. Dissolving water-soluble sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in water at 60deg.C, clarifying to obtain water phase. Mixing the oil phase and the water phase, adding geniposide, EDTA disodium and benzalkonium chloride, emulsifying by an emulsifying machine, adding the rest deionized water, stirring, mixing, and standing.
Effect examples
The hand-washing-free liquid soap has the effects of sterilization and bacteriostasis:
table 1 diameter of antibacterial ring (mm) of hand cleanser
The hand sanitizer has antibacterial effect on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans, and the diameter result of the antibacterial ring meets the requirements of disinfection technical Specification (2002 edition).
TABLE 2 antibacterial Rate of hand sanitizer against different bacteria (%)
The hand sanitizer has the functions of 2min,5min,10min and 20min, has the average antibacterial rate of more than or equal to 99.97 percent on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans, meets the requirements of the sanitary standard of disposable sanitary products (GB 15979-2002), and has stronger antibacterial effect.
Compared with the commercial alcohol hand-washing-free liquid soap, the sweet wormwood wax oil hand-washing-free liquid soap can still obtain better antibacterial effect under the condition of no alcohol.
TABLE 3 kneading drying results
2-3ml of the hand sanitizer is placed on the palm of a user, timing is started when spreading and rubbing are started, thorough drying timing is finished, and the drying time of the hand sanitizer is about 10-20 s.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, alternatives, and improvements that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
