Description

Environment-friendly concentrated laundry detergent with sterilization and mite removal functions and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemicals, in particular to an environment-friendly concentrated laundry detergent with functions of sterilization and mite removal and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, laundry detergents are used for washing clothes by more and more people, the working principle of the laundry detergents is the same as that of traditional washing powder and soap, and active ingredients are all surfactants. However, the traditional washing powder and soap adopt anionic surfactants which mainly comprise sodium alkyl sulfonate and sodium stearate, have strong alkalinity, cannot be completely dissolved in the using process, are not easy to rinse, and have great damage to human skin and clothes in the using process. The pH of the laundry detergent is close to neutral, so that the laundry detergent does not hurt the skin and clothes, and the laundry detergent mostly adopts a nonionic surfactant, and the structure of the nonionic surfactant comprises a hydrophilic end and an oleophilic end, wherein the oleophilic end is combined with stains, and then the stains and fabrics are separated through physical movement (such as hand rubbing and machine movement). Meanwhile, the surfactant reduces the tension of water, so that the water can reach the surface of the fabric, the active ingredients can play a role, and the surfactant is degraded quickly after being discharged, and has obvious advantages compared with the traditional washing powder and soap.
Most of the laundry detergent products on the market at present contain water as the most abundant component, and contain surfactants, auxiliaries (solubilizers, solvents, pH regulators, thickeners and the like), functional components (degerming agents, odor removing agents, softeners, plant extract and the like) and other components (preservatives, essences, pigments and the like) besides water. The water content of the conventional laundry detergent product is 80-90%, the packaging cost and the transportation cost are high, the content of effective components is low, and the detergency is not ideal. According to technical specifications of concentrated detergent marked products (liquid detergents for clothing) proposed by the society of the China Association for the washing products industry, 25% to 30% of active substances in the laundry detergent are concentrated, more than 30% of active substances can be marked as 'concentrated laundry detergent marks', and more than 45% of active substances can be marked as 'concentrated +' marks. In terms of dosage, the concentrated laundry detergent is more economical than the common laundry detergent, because more pure cleaning factors are contained in the concentrated laundry detergent, and the laundry is cleaned more properly.
In addition, with the increasing health consciousness of people, people put forward more functional requirements on clothes washing, such as sterilization, mite removal and the like. The clothes can be infected with bacteria in the wearing and placing processes, the human body can be harmed by the breeding of a large amount of bacteria, but the bacteria are difficult to kill. The mites can bite people to suck blood and damage the skin, the human health is seriously harmed, and the mites can tightly hook the fabric fibers by using the claws, so that the mites are difficult to remove in the washing process.

The invention also introduces biological enzyme and additives prepared from eucalyptus leaves, camphor leaves, lemongrass, horseradish and the like, further improves the detergency, and endows the product with excellent effects of sterilization and mite removal. The specific analysis is as follows:
1. the surfactant combination of the present invention comprises: fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether AEO-9, octyl phenol-polyoxyethylene ether OP-13, coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide 6501 and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether glucoside AEG 3000. Generally, when the water content in the laundry detergent is too low, the aggregation form of the surfactant can be changed, liquid crystal and gel problems are very easy to occur, the product viscosity is high, the flowability is poor, and the decontamination effect is affected. On one hand, a small amount of PEG400 is introduced to play a role in solubilization, on the other hand, the use amount of the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether glucoside AEG3000 is large, repulsive force exists between six-membered rings contained in the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether glucoside AEG3000 and between the six-membered rings and main chains, branched chains and the like of other components, the phenomena of liquid crystal and gel are effectively avoided, and the fluidity is ensured on the premise of concentration.
2. In order to further improve the detergency, especially special stains such as blood stains, oil stains and the like, the biological enzyme is a good choice, but the direct addition of the biological enzyme is very easy to lose effectiveness under the influence of external environment, and particularly under the concentration condition, the dispersibility of the biological enzyme in a system is poor, so that the exertion of the decontamination performance is directly influenced. In order to improve the sterilization and mite removal effects of the product, the mixed alcohol extract of eucalyptus leaves, camphor leaves, lemongrass and horseradish is introduced, but the mixed alcohol extract has poor water solubility and cannot exert the sterilization and mite removal effects when being washed by water. In order to solve the problems of instability of biological enzyme and poor water solubility of mixed alcohol extract, the invention carries out embedding and modification treatment.
The biological enzyme is embedded by the algin, the algin forms a film on the surface of the biological enzyme and has a protective effect on the biological enzyme, but the biological enzyme is unfavorable for releasing the biological enzyme after being embedded by the algin. According to the invention, after the embedding solution and the mixed alcohol extract are prepared into mixed solution, the polyethylene glycol-b-polylactic acid copolymer is used for modification, the hydrophobic end wraps the components, the hydrophilic end faces outwards, and the hydrophilic end is rapidly combined with water in the washing process to promote the release of the biological enzyme and the mixed alcohol extract, so that the decontamination effect of the biological enzyme and the sterilization and mite removal effects of the mixed alcohol extract are exerted.
The eucalyptus leaves have special fragrance, are rich in 1, 8-cineole, can attract mites to separate from clothes and kill the mites, the camphor leaves have a sterilization effect and contain linalool and camphor, the linalool is chain terpene alcohols, the camphor is terpenes and has an insect repelling effect, the linalool has an mite removing effect and is effective on larvae and adults of the mites, the lemongrass contains piperonyl, limonene, anisaldehyde, α -terpineol and the like and has a good sterilization effect, and the horseradish contains isothiocyanate and has a sterilization effect.
Regarding the mite removing effect, the 1, 8-cineole in the eucalyptus leaves attracts mites to leave clothes, the camphor in the camphor leaves drives the mites to be free, the linalool kills the mites in the free process of the mites, and the eucalyptus leaves and the camphor leaves synergistically play a mite removing effect. Regarding the bactericidal action, a large pi bond is formed between a carbon-oxygen double bond and a carbon-carbon double bond contained in the lemongrass and a carbon-nitrogen double bond and a carbon-sulfur double bond contained in the horseradish, the bactericidal action is synergistically improved, and the contact between the effective components of the lemongrass and the horseradish and clothes is promoted by the octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether OP-13 with the bactericidal action, so that the bactericidal action is further improved.
