Sinergasilliasis, lernaea, ichthyophthirius multifiliis, dactylogyrus and other common parasitic pathogens for aquaculture, and the damage is extremely large. In the fishery insecticide, the medicaments such as dichlorvos, malachite green and the like are eliminated due to poor safety, environmental pollution and harm to human health, and although the botanical fishery insecticide is used for preventing and treating aquatic animal diseases, the botanical fishery insecticide has the defects of large usage amount, slow effect, incomplete killing effect, high cost and the like. The avermectin is a macrolide antiparasitic drug produced by the avermitilis, has strong expelling and killing effects on nematodes, sinergsilus and lernaea, and is widely applied to the prevention and treatment of in-vivo and in-vitro parasites of aquatic animals. However, most of the existing avermectin insecticides are avermectin with a single component or avermectin and other insecticide compound insecticides, and the insecticides have the following disadvantages: benzene is used as a solvent, and is a pesticide type emulsifiable concentrate pesticide, so that the environment is greatly influenced, the crop residue and toxic and side effects are large, and the parasite is easy to generate drug resistance after long-term use, thereby influencing the healthy development of the aquatic product industry in China.

The invention provides an abamectin preparation for aquaculture, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of abamectin, 1-10 parts of tannic acid, 1-30 parts of an organic solvent, 1-30 parts of a surfactant and 25-96 parts of water.
The abamectin is an antibiotic insecticide, acaricide, nematicide, belongs to an insect nerve poison, has the action mechanism of interfering the physiological activity of parasite nerves, stimulating to release gamma-aminobutyric acid, acting on a nerve-muscle joint, increasing the release of chloride ions, inhibiting the information transfer of the nerve joint, leading parasites such as pests, mites and the like to be paralyzed and poisoned to die, and can be used for killing parasitic diseases such as sinnaea, lernaea, trichodina, dactylogyrus, nematode larvae and the like parasitized on fish bodies or branchia. Tannic acid: the tannic acid is yellow or light brown light amorphous powder or flake, has no odor, little special odor, and extremely astringent taste, and has effects of diminishing inflammation, relieving swelling, and promoting wound healing. The abamectin is supplemented with tannic acid, so that the parasite can be efficiently killed, and secondary infection of a wound caused by killing the parasite can be effectively prevented.
The organic solvent is selected from one or more of ethanol, methanol, xylene, toluene, polyethylene glycol and N, N-dimethylformamide. The organic solvent can dissolve the abamectin and dissolve the abamectin with water, and the microemulsion is convenient to prepare.
The surfactant is selected from one or more of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, cocamidopropyl betaine, calcium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, Tween 80, hydroxyethyl cellulose, and styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether. Preferably, the surfactant is an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant. The surfactant emulsifies, disperses and increases the permeability of the abamectin and the organic solvent to form a micro-emulsion abamectin preparation, so that the abamectin preparation is uniformly dispersed in the aquaculture water body, the overhigh local concentration is avoided, the toxic and side effects of the effective components and the organic solvent are greatly reduced, the usage amount of the organic solvent is greatly reduced, and the cost and the pollution are reduced.
