Background
Hypertension is a systemic chronic disease mainly caused by continuous increase of circulating arterial blood pressure, and has a tendency of gradually reducing the onset age in recent years, and the incidence of long-term mental stress lack of physical activity, genetic factors, obesity and salt excess is high. At present, the medicine for reducing blood pressure is mainly prepared from western medicines, the western medicines have great side effects and great dependence in treatment and need to be taken for a long time, the most important point is unstable blood pressure reduction, the blood pressure is suddenly high and suddenly low in the medicine taking process, the disease roots cannot be removed, and the blood pressure is instantly increased once the medicine is stopped. Pure traditional Chinese medicines are also used for treatment, but the treatment effect is generally not obvious.

Preferably, the medicine for treating hypertension further comprises 0.5-2 parts by weight of buckeye.
Preferably, the medicine for treating hypertension further comprises 1-3 parts by weight of caulis Erycibes.
A preparation method of a medicine for treating hypertension comprises the following steps:
1) and (3) breaking the wall at low temperature: setting the raw materials of polygonatum, cassia seed, chrysanthemum, astragalus, harlequin glorybower leaf, motherwort fruit, elsholtzia, hibiscus flower, broadleaf holly leaf, earthworm, Chinese buckeye and erycibe obtusifolia in the formula at the temperature of minus 15-minus 20 ℃, and breaking the cell wall of the raw material medicine by a wall breaking machine to expose the effective components in the cell;
2) extraction and purification: putting the polygonatum odoratum, the cassia seed, the chrysanthemum, the astragalus membranaceus, the harlequin glorybower leaf, the motherwort fruit, the elsholtzia, the shrubalthea flower, the broadleaf holly leaf, the earthworm, the buckeye seed and the male erycibe stem after the wall breaking in the step 1) into an extraction kettle, adding ethanol with the mass concentration of 20% and the weight which is 10-12 times that of the wall breaking raw material medicines into the extraction kettle, extracting the mixture for 2-4 hours, and filtering the mixture to obtain filtrate;
3) evaporating the filtrate and concentrating to obtain soft extract;
4) adding adjuvants into the extract, stirring, drying, pulverizing into 100 mesh fine powder, and making into clinically acceptable dosage forms by conventional method.
Preferably, the preparation method of the medicine for treating hypertension comprises the steps of treating the wall-broken polygonatum, semen cassiae, chrysanthemum, astragalus membranaceus, harlequin glorybower leaf, motherwort fruit, elsholtzia, hibiscus flower, broadleaf holly leaf, lumbricus, buckeye and erycibe obtusifolia after the step 2) for 5 times, and combining the filtrates after the 5 times; the clinically acceptable dosage form is a tablet or pill.

2) extraction and purification: putting the polygonatum odoratum, the cassia seed, the chrysanthemum, the astragalus membranaceus, the harlequin glorybower leaf, the motherwort fruit, the elsholtzia, the hibiscus flower, the broadleaf holly leaf, the earthworm and the erycibe obtusifolia after the wall breaking in the step 1) into an extraction kettle, adding ethanol with the mass concentration of 20% and the weight which is 12 times that of the wall breaking raw materials into the extraction kettle, extracting for 4 hours, and filtering to obtain filtrate; extracting the residue for 4 times, extracting for 5 times, and mixing the filtrates of 5 times;
3) evaporating the filtrate and concentrating to obtain soft extract;
4) adding adjuvants into the extract, stirring, drying, pulverizing into 100 mesh fine powder, and making into tablet by conventional method.
Comparative example 6:

Test example 1 clinical study
The clinical data of the traditional Chinese medicine health-care preparation for conditioning hypertension are shown below.
1. Clinical observations subjects: 540 clinically diagnosed patients with typical hypertension were selected, among which 180 cases of primary hypertension, 180 cases of secondary hypertension (moderate) and 180 cases of tertiary hypertension (severe). The male and female are both 40-75 years old, and each group has 60 cases, including 20 cases of primary hypertension, 20 cases of secondary hypertension (moderate) and 20 cases of tertiary hypertension (severe).
2. The treatment method comprises the following steps: when the inventive examples 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 1 to 6 were taken, the specifications were as follows: 1.0 g/tablet. The use method comprises the following steps: the decoction is taken orally with warm boiled water in the morning and evening respectively in 3 tablets. The course of treatment is as follows: 3 months 1 cycle, typically 3 cycles are observed.
3. The therapeutic effect judgment standard is as follows: the blood pressure tends to be normal, and no recurrence phenomenon exists within 3 months after the treatment is stopped as cure; hypertension changes from the third grade to the second grade or the first grade, and the hypertension changes from the second grade to the first grade to be effective; the hypertension was significantly improved to be ineffective.
4. And (3) measuring results: clinical observations are shown in table 1.
The results in table 1 show that the cure rate of the first-grade hypertension of examples 1 to 3 is 100%; the cure rate of the second-grade hypertension is more than 55 percent, and the effective rate is more than 95 percent; the cure rate of the hypertension III is more than 45 percent, and the effective rate is more than 90 percent. Therefore, the medicine of the invention has obvious effects of improving and regulating hypertension of different degrees. The traditional Chinese medicine composition disclosed by the invention is prepared from medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicinal materials, is free from toxic and side effects, can be eaten for a long time, and avoids the negative effects of western medicine treatment on the body.
While embodiments of the invention have been disclosed above, it is not limited solely to the applications set forth in the specification and illustrated embodiments, but it is well within the purview of one skilled in the art to utilize the invention in various fields appropriate for the invention and with additional specificity to be achieved in the specific details.
