技术领域
本发明属于广告用材料领域,涉及一种数码喷绘遮光用布的制备方法,具体涉及一种水性丙烯酸酯树脂及其改性聚合物基高阻燃全遮光广告材料。
背景技术
目前行业中产品大都采取直涂的工艺,性能局限于优良的喷绘性能以及拥有一定的阻燃性,不同于直涂工艺的可喷绘的遮光型产品有待开发。遇到此类需求,通常采取直涂工艺,加大涂浆量,表面涂黑从而使产品拥有遮光性。而这样操作在满足了遮光要求的同时,也存在着很多的问题。采用直涂工艺并增加上浆量,工艺上需要更高的能耗让涂层烘干,且过厚的涂层易开裂、表面起泡,最终产品手感偏硬无弹性,不便于绷框用于展览,且牢度不好(黑层易刮掉)。做出来的产品的遮光性能也较差,只能满足较低的遮光需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在不足,本发明利用水性丙烯酸酯树脂及其改性聚合物基,提供了一种数码喷绘遮光用布的制备方法,该方法生产能耗低,制得的数码喷绘遮光布具有高阻燃、全遮光、手感柔软的性能。
一种数码喷绘遮光用布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)经编布的预处理:
将经编布置于直喷浆料中浸轧,浸轧完成后,焙烘,得布料1;布料1两面分别记为A面和B面;
所述直喷浆料为质量比为9:1的防泳移剂和渗透剂的混合物,所述焙烘的温度为120~170℃,时间为1~2min;
(2)按水性丙烯酸乳液100份,钛白粉15-25份,稳泡剂20-30份,交联剂2-5份,阻燃剂30-40份,填料25-35份,防粘耐磨材料5份混合,制备好均匀的白色浆料,粘度在3000~4000cps,然后用氨水调节pH至8.0~8.5;投入发泡机中进行发泡,设定发泡机参数:泡沫密度在250~400g/L,机器速度20~30m/min,将合格的泡沫刮涂于步骤(1)制得的布料1的A面,刮涂量为50~60g/m2,然后120~170℃烘干45~90s,压平,得布料2;布料2中涂覆白色浆料的面记为A’;
(3)按水性丙烯酸乳液100份,碳黑色浆15-25份,稳泡剂20-30份,交联剂2-5份,阻燃剂30-40份,填料25-35份,防粘耐磨材料5份混合,制备好均匀的黑色浆料,粘度在3000~4000cps,然后用氨水调节pH至8.0~8.5;投入发泡机中进行发泡,设定发泡机参数:泡沫密度在250~400g/L,机器速度20~30m/min,将合格的泡沫刮涂于步骤(2)制得的布料2的A’面,刮涂量为60~70g/m2,然后120~170℃烘干45~90s,压平,得布料3;布料3中涂覆黑色浆料的面记为A”;
(4)按水性丙烯酸乳液100份、稳泡剂20-30份、交联剂2-5份、防粘耐磨材料5份混合,制备均匀的透明浆料,粘度在3000~4000cps,然后用氨水调节pH至8.0~8.5;投入发泡机中进行发泡,设定发泡机参数:泡沫密度在250~400g/L,机器速度20~30m/min,将合格的泡沫刮涂于步骤(3)制得的布料3的A”表面,或通过直涂工艺将透明浆料直涂于步骤(3)制得的布料3的A”表面;刮涂量为10~30g/m2,然后120~170℃烘干45~90s,压平,得数码喷绘遮光用布,图样喷绘或打印于数码喷绘遮光用布的B表面。其中,所述水性丙烯酸乳液的固含量为40~50wt.%,pH为4~5;
钛白粉的粒径≤3μm,
碳黑色浆的固含量在40~45wt.%,PH为7;
稳泡剂为硬脂酸胺,固含量为30~35wt.%;
交联剂为异氰酸酯;
阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷和三氧化二锑的混合物,十溴二苯乙烷和三氧化二锑的质量比为6~7:4~3;
填料为纳钙、重钙或氢氧化铝,均为纳米级;
防粘耐磨表面材料为氨基改性的有机硅;
氨水的质量百分浓度为25%。
在生产时,泡沫投入浆料槽中反冲板挡住形成一定的空间,反冲板倾斜设置,且需维持泡沫高度≥15cm,因带液量低易风干,故泡沫浆料必须持续翻滚转动,在滚筒上采取刀涂的方式进行刮涂,刀垂直设置,反冲板底部与刀的底部距离为10cm。
首先乳液我们选择了更易产生细腻且稳定泡沫的水性丙烯酸乳液,由于N/P体系的阻燃剂降低了泡沫的稳定性,因此挑选了阻燃性能好且不影响泡沫细腻度和稳定性的溴锑体系阻燃剂;由于发泡体系产品涂层牢度偏差,交联剂选择了不影响手感且交联效率更高的异氰酸酯产品。该产品要求得到的是稳定的泡沫,经高温(120~170℃)后泡沫仍能稳定存在,为此我们选择了高效的硬脂酸胺稳泡剂帮助稳定泡沫;填料方面,产品外观要求美观(光滑细腻手感柔软),我们都将填料研磨至纳米级,并添加分散剂、稳定剂等使之分散均匀稳定。用发泡机对制备好的浆料进行发泡,调整出合适的泡沫密度,泡沫密度要求在250~400g/L,使泡沫在不防水的基布上稳定存在于其表面且几乎不渗入基布中。过小的密度不易涂覆且涂层牢度差,过大的密度会使浆料渗入基布中,影响成膜性且手感硬。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明所制得的数码喷绘遮光用布背面涂覆黑色树脂涂层,充分保证了产品100%的高遮蔽率,是制作背景幕墙的绝佳材料。同时,相比于原有的背黑布系列,本发明将经遍布和发泡工艺相结合的工艺使产品具有微弹性,喷绘或打印后不仅能很好地保持画面尺寸的稳定性,也更适合应用于绷框、拉网展架或背景幕墙等展览器材。
(2)本发明得到的泡沫对比与原浆料,大大降低了其中的水分含量,更易烘干,从而有效的降低了烘箱烘干所需的能源;同时泡沫疏松多孔的结构加强了产品的柔软性,也提升了产品的遮光性能,同等测试情况下,提升了20%。
(3)传统发泡工艺的产品自身牢度较直涂差,且高温下涂层易粘在转印纸上,本发明通过在泡沫涂层上再覆盖一层由水性丙烯酸乳液、稳泡剂、交联剂、防粘耐磨材料制备的均匀透明浆料,提升了牢度且不再粘附转印纸,让目前使用的UV、直喷高温发色和转印喷绘方式都可以正常使用,阻燃方面常规的DIN-4102B1和NFPA-701都已通过。
(4)本发明背面涂覆黑色树脂涂层,具有100%高遮蔽,在展览展示器材上起到很好的遮蔽效果。
(5)由本发明喷绘或打印的图样,画面尺寸稳定,不易变形,清晰的织物表面使画面更显质感。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
实施例中,水性丙烯酸乳液的固含量为40~50wt.%,pH为4~5;钛白粉的粒径≤3μm,碳黑色浆的固含量在40~45wt.%,PH为7;稳泡剂为硬脂酸胺,固含量为30~35wt.%;交联剂为异氰酸酯;阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷和三氧化二锑的混合物,十溴二苯乙烷和三氧化二锑的质量比为6~7:4~3;填料为纳钙、重钙或氢氧化铝,均为纳米级;防粘耐磨表面材料为氨基改性的有机硅;氨水的质量百分浓度为25%。
实施例1
一种数码喷绘遮光用布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)经编布的预处理:
将经编布置于直喷浆料中浸轧,浸轧完成后,焙烘,得布料1;布料1两面分别记为A面和B面;
所述直喷浆料为质量比为9:1的防泳移剂和渗透剂的混合物,所述焙烘的温度为150℃,时间为1.5min;
(2)按水性丙烯酸乳液100份,钛白粉20份,稳泡剂25份,交联剂3份,阻燃剂35份,填料30份,防粘耐磨材料5份混合,制备好均匀的白色浆料,粘度在3000~4000cps,然后用氨水调节pH至8.0~8.5;投入发泡机中进行发泡,设定发泡机参数:泡沫密度在250~400g/L,机器速度20~30m/min,将合格的泡沫刮涂于步骤(1)制得的布料1的A面,刮涂量为55g/m2,然后150℃烘干60s,压平,得布料2;布料2中涂覆白色浆料的面记为A’;
(3)按水性丙烯酸乳液100份,碳黑色浆20份,稳泡剂25份,交联剂3份,阻燃剂35份,填料30份,防粘耐磨材料5份混合,制备好均匀的黑色浆料,粘度在3000~4000cps,然后用氨水调节pH至8.0~8.5;投入发泡机中进行发泡,设定发泡机参数:泡沫密度在250~400g/L,机器速度20~30m/min,将合格的泡沫刮涂于步骤(2)制得的布料2的A’面,刮涂量为65g/m2,然后150℃烘干60s,压平,得布料3;布料3中涂覆黑色浆料的面记为A”;
(4)按水性丙烯酸乳液100份、稳泡剂25份、交联剂3份、防粘耐磨材料5份混合,制备均匀的透明浆料,粘度在3000~4000cps,然后用氨水调节pH至8.0~8.5;投入发泡机中进行发泡,设定发泡机参数:泡沫密度在250~400g/L,机器速度20~30m/min,将合格的泡沫刮涂于步骤(3)制得的布料3的A”表面,刮涂量为20g/m2,然后150℃烘干60s,压平,得数码喷绘遮光用布,图样喷绘或打印于数码喷绘遮光用布的B表面。
实施例2
一种数码喷绘遮光用布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)经编布的预处理:

(2)按水性丙烯酸乳液100份,钛白粉25份,稳泡剂30份,交联剂5份,阻燃剂40份,填料35份,防粘耐磨材料5份混合,制备好均匀的白色浆料,粘度在3000~4000cps,然后用氨水调节pH至8.0~8.5;投入发泡机中进行发泡,设定发泡机参数:泡沫密度在250~400g/L,机器速度20~30m/min,将合格的泡沫刮涂于步骤(1)制得的布料1的A面,刮涂量为60g/m2,然后170℃烘干90s,压平,得布料2;布料2中涂覆白色浆料的面记为A’;
(3)按水性丙烯酸乳液100份,碳黑色浆25份,稳泡剂30份,交联剂5份,阻燃剂40份,填料35份,防粘耐磨材料5份混合,制备好均匀的黑色浆料,粘度在3000~4000cps,然后用氨水调节pH至8.0~8.5;投入发泡机中进行发泡,设定发泡机参数:泡沫密度在250~400g/L,机器速度20~30m/min,将合格的泡沫刮涂于步骤(2)制得的布料2的A’面,刮涂量为70g/m2,然后170℃烘干90s,压平,得布料3;布料3中涂覆黑色浆料的面记为A”;
(4)按水性丙烯酸乳液100份、稳泡剂30份、交联剂5份、防粘耐磨材料5份混合,制备均匀的透明浆料,粘度在3000~4000cps,然后用氨水调节pH至8.0~8.5;通过直涂工艺将透明浆料直涂于步骤(3)制得的布料3的A”表面,刮涂量为30g/m2,然后170℃烘干90s,压平,得数码喷绘遮光用布,图样喷绘或打印于数码喷绘遮光用布的B表面。
经检测,新产品可达到技术指标如下:
(1)干热收缩率:经向≤2.0%,纬向≤2.0%;(平板压烫仪)
(2)弹性(20N/5cm):经向:4±2%,纬向:6±3%;(微机控制电子万能试验机)
(3)遮蔽率:100%;(遮蔽率仪、照度计)
(4)断裂强力(N/5cm):经向≥260;纬向≥490;(微机控制电子万能试验机)
(5)阻燃性能:达到DIN4102-1 B1。(悬挂织物燃烧测试仪)
所述实施例为本发明的优选的实施方式,但本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在不背离本发明的实质内容的情况下,本领域技术人员能够做出的任何显而易见的改进、替换或变型均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种数码喷绘遮光用布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)经编布的预处理:将经编布置于直喷浆料中浸轧,浸轧完成后,焙烘,得布料1,布料1两面分别记为A面和B面;
(2)按比例将水性丙烯酸乳液,钛白粉,稳泡剂,交联剂,阻燃剂,填料,防粘耐磨材料混合,制备好均匀的白色浆料,然后用氨水调节pH;投入发泡机中进行发泡,设定发泡机参数;将合格的泡沫刮涂于步骤(1)制得的布料1的A面,刮涂量为50~60g/m2,然后烘干,压平,得布料2;布料2中涂覆白色浆料的面记为A’;
(3)按比例将水性丙烯酸乳液,碳黑色浆,稳泡剂,交联剂,阻燃剂,填料,防粘耐磨材料混合,制备好均匀的黑色浆料,然后用氨水调节pH;投入发泡机中进行发泡,设定发泡机参数;将合格的泡沫刮涂于步骤(2)制得的布料2的A’面,刮涂量为60~70g/m2,然后烘干,压平,得布料3;布料3中涂覆黑色浆料的面记为A”;
(4)按比例将水性丙烯酸乳液、稳泡剂、交联剂、防粘耐磨材料混合,制备均匀的透明浆料,然后用氨水调节pH;通过发泡工艺将合格的泡沫刮涂于或通过直涂工艺将透明浆料直涂于步骤(3)制得的布料3的A”表面,刮涂量为10~30g/m2,然后烘干,压平,得数码喷绘遮光用布,图样喷绘或打印于数码喷绘遮光用布的B表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种数码喷绘遮光用布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述直喷浆料为质量比为9:1的防泳移剂和渗透剂的混合物,所述焙烘的温度为120~170℃,时间为1~2min。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种数码喷绘遮光用布的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述水性丙烯酸乳液的固含量为40~50wt.%,pH为4~5;
钛白粉的粒径≤3μm;
碳黑色浆的固含量在40~45wt.%,PH为7;
稳泡剂为硬脂酸胺,固含量为30~35wt.%;
交联剂为异氰酸酯;
阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷和三氧化二锑的混合物,十溴二苯乙烷和三氧化二锑的质量比为6~7:4~3;
填料为纳钙、重钙或氢氧化铝,均为纳米级;
防粘耐磨表面材料为氨基改性的有机硅;
氨水的质量百分浓度为25%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种数码喷绘遮光用布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述白色浆料中水性丙烯酸乳液100份,钛白粉15-25份,稳泡剂20-30份,交联剂2-5份,阻燃剂30-40份,填料25-35份,防粘耐磨材料5份;白色浆料的粘度在3000~4000cps。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种数码喷绘遮光用布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述黑色浆料中水性丙烯酸乳液100份,碳黑色浆15-25份,稳泡剂20-30份,交联剂2-5份,阻燃剂30-40份,填料25-35份,防粘耐磨材料5份;黑色浆料的粘度在3000~4000cps。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种数码喷绘遮光用布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,所述透明浆料中水性丙烯酸乳液100份、稳泡剂20-30份、交联剂2-5份、防粘耐磨材料5份;透明浆料的粘度在3000~4000cps。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种数码喷绘遮光用布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)、(3)和(4)中,用氨水调节pH至8.0~8.5。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种数码喷绘遮光用布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)、(3)和(4)中,发泡机参数均为:泡沫密度在250~400g/L,机器速度20~30m/min;所述合格的泡沫为密度为250~400g/L的泡沫。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种数码喷绘遮光用布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)、(3)和(4)中,烘干条件均为:烘干的温度120~170℃,时间45~90s。
