The concentration of the ethanol aqueous solution in the step (3) is 75%.
The mixing ratio of the tea powder and the ethanol aqueous solution in the step (3) is 5g/100 mL.
The preferable ultrasonic extraction conditions in the step (3) are as follows: power 350w, temperature 60oC. The action time is 30 min.
The preferable volume ratio of the thickener colloid to the extracting solution in the step (4) is 5: 16.
