通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明制备方法简单合理,易于实施,制造成本低,适用于工业化大规模生产。本发明制备的铁皮石斛复合功能型饮料营养丰富,口感清甜,带有淡淡的香味,不含添加色素和防腐剂,绿色健康,具有良好的保健效果。本发明中以铁皮石斛叶片浸提液部分替代铁皮石斛鲜茎汁,在保证功能的前提下,降低了生产成本,铁皮石斛叶中也含有一定量的石斛多糖,叶中的多糖含量约为相应茎中的1/3,茎多糖主要由甘露糖和葡萄糖组成,叶多糖为酸性杂多糖,由甘露糖、半乳糖醛酸、葡萄糖、半乳糖和阿拉伯糖组成,但茎和叶多糖中均以甘露糖组成比例较高,茎中甘露糖和葡萄糖的含量均比相应叶中的高,不同种植基地铁皮石斛茎和叶多糖部位的指纹图谱相似性较好,相似度均在0.9以上。本发明中加入杭白菊浸提液,杭白菊含有菊城、瞟吟、氨基酸以及微量维生素等成分,性微寒,味甘苦,有散风清热、清肝明目和解毒消炎作用,能治高血压、偏头痛、急性结膜炎等症,而铁皮石斛也具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血糖、提高免疫力、促进消化、抗疲劳、增强机体免疫力等药理作用,杭白菊能够很好的与铁皮石斛配合,对降血糖,预防高血压,具有良好的效果。荸荠汁性甘、寒,能清肺热,又富含黏液质,具有生津润肺、化痰利肠、通淋利尿、消痈解毒、凉血化湿、清热去火、消食除胀的药用价值。荸荠口感甜脆,营养丰富,含有蛋白质、脂肪、粗纤维、胡萝卜素、维生素B、维生素C、铁、钙、磷和碳水化合物。雪梨汁雪梨气味甘甜、微酸,性寒,雪梨中含有柠檬酸、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、苹果酸、胡萝卜素等,具生津润燥、清热化痰之功效。而荷叶浸提液中富含荷叶碱,荷叶碱具有很多的功能,其对脂肪的分解具有很强的作用,并且还可以帮助清暑解热、利尿通便、降脂除油,对于血清中的甘油三醇和胆固醇含量的降低具有很强的作用,调节血脂可以起到很强的保健作用。

上述实施例1、实施例2和实施例3的制备方法,具体如下,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,浸提;分别对铁皮石斛叶片、杭白菊、陈皮和荷叶进行浸提。具体的,铁皮石斛叶片、杭白菊、荷叶和陈皮在进行浸提之前,都经过50-60℃热风烘干30-60min。接着以料液比为1:(10-18)加入清水,然后加热煮沸,沸腾后煮5-8min,冷却至室温后,进行超声震荡,超声震荡频率为20-30MHz,超声震荡5-8min,再进行过滤,得到浸提液。通过沸水煮泡与超声震荡配合,大大提高浸提的效率,提升浸提过程中活性成分溶出,利用率高。
步骤2,打浆;分别对荸荠、雪梨、铁皮石斛鲜茎进行打浆。具体的,对荸荠和雪梨进行打浆时,将荸荠和雪梨的果肉以料液比为1:3加入清水,榨汁,然后用200目滤布进行过滤,分别得到荸荠汁和雪梨汁;将铁皮石斛鲜茎以料液比为1:10加入清水,然后加热至75-90℃,煮5-10min,在冷却前用打浆机进行打浆,通过300目滤布进行过滤,得到铁皮石斛鲜茎汁。
步骤3,混合过滤;将步骤1的浸提液和步骤2的打浆液进行混合搅拌,并通过过滤筛进行过滤;
步骤4,调配;向步骤3的过滤液中加入等量清水,再加入蜂蜜、白砂糖、柠檬酸和稳定剂,充分搅拌,进行溶解混合;
步骤5,均质;将步骤4调配好的混合液加热至60℃-70℃,在30MPa-35MPa的压力下均质;
步骤6,灌装杀菌;将步骤4均质后的混合液加热至80℃,然后用玻璃瓶进行真空热灌装,再置于高温灭菌锅内进行灭菌,杀菌温度120-130℃,杀菌时间15-20min,灭菌结束后分段冷却至室温。

步骤2,打浆;分别对荸荠、雪梨、铁皮石斛鲜茎进行打浆;
步骤3,混合过滤;将步骤1的浸提液和步骤2的打浆液进行混合搅拌,并通过过滤筛进行过滤;
步骤4,调配;向步骤3的过滤液中加入等量清水,再加入蜂蜜、白砂糖、柠檬酸和稳定剂,充分搅拌,进行溶解混合;
步骤5,均质;将步骤4调配好的混合液加热至60℃-70℃,在30MPa-35MPa的压力下均质;
步骤6,灌装杀菌;将步骤4均质后的混合液加热至80℃,然后用玻璃瓶进行真空热灌装,再置于高温灭菌锅内进行灭菌,杀菌温度120-130℃,杀菌时间15-20min,灭菌结束后分段冷却至室温。
