Description

Feed additive for preventing and controlling black body disease of siganus oramin and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
the invention relates to the technical field of feed additive manufacturing, in particular to a feed additive for preventing and controlling a black body disease of siganus guttatus as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The Siganus belongs to the genus Siganus, family Siganus and genus Siganus, is distributed in the Indian ocean, the pacific ocean, the Mediterranean sea and other areas, and is also common warm water-based offshore small-sized fish in the east ocean and the south ocean of China, commonly called mud-fierce and stink fishes. The fish is tender in meat quality and delicious, is deeply loved by consumers, and is one of the important economic fishes for mariculture in south China.
the Nervous Necrosis Virus (NNV) is one of the important diseases of various seawater fishes in the world, commonly called as 'black body' disease, and is characterized in that fish bodies are black and have no blood color, have no obvious injury, lie on one side, float in water to be rotated, do not eat and the like. The 'black body' disease is a fulminant infectious disease, the harm to the siganids is particularly serious, and the fatality rate after infection can reach 100 percent. During the attack period, the siganus are thin and weak in constitution and poor in resistance, and other diseases are easy to be secondary to the siganus, such as: bacterial diseases, parasitic diseases, etc., often accelerate death. When the 'black body disease' occurs, farmers often use a large amount of antibiotics to prevent pathogenic bacteria secondary infection, and the food safety problem also occurs due to the phenomena of liver and intestinal tract overload, liver swelling, yellowing, hardening, intestinal fat accumulation, toughness weakening, bleeding and congestion and the like caused by long-time bait feeding. The disease is particularly serious in outbreak in high-temperature seasons, effective drug treatment is not available at present, farmers can only prevent and control the development of the disease by adopting no feeding or little feeding, and the loss of the breeding benefit is obvious.

During the temporary rearing period, the compound feed for the siganus oramin is used for feeding 4 times (7:00, 11:00, 15:00 and 19:00) every day, and each feeding lasts for at least half an hour, so that the siganus are adaptive to the rearing environment and the feed. Then, the mixed feed is randomly divided into 4 groups, 3 test net cages are respectively fed with the siganus oramin compound feed, the compound feed containing the example 1, the compound feed containing the example 2 and the compound feed containing the example 3 according to the comparative example, the mixed feed is manually fed at the time of 7:00, 11:00, 15:00 and 19:00 every day, and each feeding lasts for at least half an hour to ensure that the fish is apparently satiated. And recording the daily food intake, the total dead fish number, the black dead fish number and the dead fish weight of each net cage. The test period is 90 days, the fish in each net cage is weighed when the test is finished, and the test results are shown in table 1.
