本发明公开了一种高反射节能卷帘面料及其制备方法,其卷帘面料包括以下重量份的原料:气态铝20‑25份,铝粉15‑20份,水性丙烯酸酯乳液10‑16,玻纤面料7‑12份,聚酯面料10‑19份,蚕丝6‑10份,黄麻1‑7份,剑麻3‑8份,蕉麻1‑5份,呢绒2‑9份,莫代尔10‑13份,阻燃面料7‑11份,化纤面料4‑9份,本发明通过加入玻纤面料、聚酯面料、蚕丝、黄麻、剑麻和蕉麻有效的降低了卷帘面料的透光率,同时提高了面料的遮阳效果,加入化纤面料具有提高卷帘面料的防水、防火、抗静电、抗紫外线、透气透湿的功能,加入聚酯纤维使得产品具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,本发明制备效率高,制备方法简单,使用方便,成本低。

一种高反射节能卷帘面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及卷帘窗帘技术领域,尤其涉及一种高反射节能卷帘面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
卷帘窗帘又名卷式窗帘,相对于传统布艺左右开合式窗帘而言,通过卷管带动整幅窗帘上下卷动而得名,广泛应用于办公场所、写字楼、银行、学校都较正式场合。是一种最常见的办公类窗帘之一。按照操作方式的不同可分为拉珠式卷帘窗帘、弹簧式卷帘窗帘、电动卷帘窗帘。
现有的卷帘面料在使用的过程中,其透光率高,遮阳效果差,同时其隔热以及阻燃效果均不理想,同时其制备效率低,随着社会的发展,人们对卷帘面料的生产提出更高的要求,所以我们提出了一种高反射节能卷帘面料及其制备方法,用以解决上述所提出的问题。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术之缺陷,本发明目的就是提供一种高反射节能卷帘面料及其制备方法,目的在于解决卷帘面料其透光率高,遮阳效果差,同时其隔热以及阻燃效果均不理想的问题。
本发明提出的一种高反射节能卷帘面料,包括以下重量份的原料:气态铝20-25份,铝粉 15-20份,水性丙烯酸酯乳液10-16,玻纤面料7-12份,聚酯面料10-19份,蚕丝6-10份,黄麻1-7份,剑麻3-8份,蕉麻1-5份,呢绒2-9份,莫代尔10-13份,阻燃面料7-11份,化纤面料4-9份,聚酯纤维10-16份,玻璃丝纤维13-17份,抗拉材料12-17份和防静电面料11-19份。
优选的,所述玻纤面料包括PVC包覆玻璃纤维,聚酯面料包括PVC包覆涤聚酯纤维。
优选的,所述阻燃面料包括芳纶、腈棉、杜邦凯夫拉、诺梅克斯和澳大利亚PR97中的一种或者多种组合。
优选的,所述化纤面料包括春亚纺、尼丝纺、桃皮绒、麂皮绒和涤塔夫中的一种或者多种组合,具有提高产品防水、防火、抗静电、抗紫外线、透气透湿的功能。
优选的,所述聚酯纤维由有机二元酸和二元醇缩聚而成的聚酯经纺丝所得的合成纤维,聚酯纤维具有提高产品的抗皱性和保形性,使得产品具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,其具有坚牢耐用、抗皱免烫和不粘毛的优点。
优选的,所述防静电面料包括经纱和纬纱,所述的经纱包括棉质纱线和导电纱线,棉质纱线和导电纱线相互平行,相邻的两根导电纱线之间布设两根棉质纱线,棉质纱线由棉纤维制成,导电纱线包括纱芯和包裹在纱芯外表面的导电层,所述纬纱和纱芯均由棉纤维制成;
所述防静电面料经过炭化或掺杂,将炭黑与纤维物质混合,炭黑在纤维中成连续相结构,赋予纤维导电性。
优选的,所述抗拉材料包括剑麻层和蕉麻层。
本发明还提出了一种高反射节能卷帘面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将玻纤面料,聚酯面料,蚕丝,黄麻,剑麻,蕉麻,呢绒,莫代尔,阻燃面料,化纤面料,聚酯纤维,玻璃丝纤维,抗拉材料和防静电面料进行混合制成经线和纬线;
S3:用络筒机将经线和纬线制成加捻筒子;
S4:把加捻筒子上的经线和纬线按整经工艺要求通过整经机制成经轴;
S5:把加捻筒子上的经线进行分批整经,卷绕成浆轴,整经车速150~220米/分钟,浆轴硬度71~75% ;出纱的张力为2~6g/根,罗拉的加压为0.20~0.28Mpa;
S6:通过浆纱机将若干只经轴上的经线和纬线同时引出, 浸入浆液,压去余液;
S7:进行穿筘作业织布, 把经轴放在织步机上进行织造,进而制成面料;
S8:将面料投入蒸发室内,将气态铝在面料的表面沉淀并形成铝层;
S9:将铝粉和水性丙烯酸酯乳液混合均匀,并喷洒到面料的外侧,形成铝膜;
S10:再对面料进行烘干,此时便完成了卷帘面料的制备。
优选的,所述S5中,整经车速155~215米/分钟,浆轴硬度72~74% ;出纱的张力为2~5g/根,罗拉的加压为0.22~0.25Mpa。
本发明中,所述一种高反射节能卷帘面料及其制备方法通过加入玻纤面料、聚酯面料、蚕丝、黄麻、剑麻和蕉麻有效的降低了卷帘面料的透光率,同时提高了面料的遮阳效果,加入化纤面料具有提高卷帘面料的防水、防火、抗静电、抗紫外线、透气透湿的功能,加入聚酯纤维使得产品具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,其具有坚牢耐用、抗皱免烫和不粘毛的优点,本发明制备效率高,制备方法简单,使用方便,成本低。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一
本实施例提出了一种高反射节能卷帘面料,一种高反射节能卷帘面料,包括以下重量份的原料:气态铝20份,铝粉 15份,水性丙烯酸酯乳液10,玻纤面料7份,聚酯面料10份,蚕丝6份,黄麻1份,剑麻3份,蕉麻1份,呢绒2份,莫代尔10份,阻燃面料7份,化纤面料4份,聚酯纤维10份,玻璃丝纤维13份,抗拉材料12份和防静电面料11份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将玻纤面料,聚酯面料,蚕丝,黄麻,剑麻,蕉麻,呢绒,莫代尔,阻燃面料,化纤面料,聚酯纤维,玻璃丝纤维,抗拉材料和防静电面料进行混合制成经线和纬线;
S3:用络筒机将经线和纬线制成加捻筒子;
S4:把加捻筒子上的经线和纬线按整经工艺要求通过整经机制成经轴;
S5:把加捻筒子上的经线进行分批整经,卷绕成浆轴,整经车速150米/分钟,浆轴硬度71% ;出纱的张力为2g/根,罗拉的加压为0.20Mpa;
S6:通过浆纱机将若干只经轴上的经线和纬线同时引出, 浸入浆液,压去余液;
S7:进行穿筘作业织布, 把经轴放在织步机上进行织造,进而制成面料;
S8:将面料投入蒸发室内,将气态铝在面料的表面沉淀并形成铝层;
S9:将铝粉和水性丙烯酸酯乳液混合均匀,并喷洒到面料的外侧,形成铝膜;
S10:再对面料进行烘干,此时便完成了卷帘面料的制备。
实施例二
本实施例提出了一种高反射节能卷帘面料,一种高反射节能卷帘面料,包括以下重量份的原料:气态铝22份,铝粉 17份,水性丙烯酸酯乳液13,玻纤面料10份,聚酯面料12份,蚕丝8份,黄麻2份,剑麻5份,蕉麻3份,呢绒4份,莫代尔12份,阻燃面料9份,化纤面料6份,聚酯纤维13份,玻璃丝纤维15份,抗拉材料15份和防静电面料12份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将玻纤面料,聚酯面料,蚕丝,黄麻,剑麻,蕉麻,呢绒,莫代尔,阻燃面料,化纤面料,聚酯纤维,玻璃丝纤维,抗拉材料和防静电面料进行混合制成经线和纬线;
S3:用络筒机将经线和纬线制成加捻筒子;
S4:把加捻筒子上的经线和纬线按整经工艺要求通过整经机制成经轴;
S5:把加捻筒子上的经线进行分批整经,卷绕成浆轴,整经车速200米/分钟,浆轴硬度73% ;出纱的张力为4g/根,罗拉的加压为0.25Mpa;
S6:通过浆纱机将若干只经轴上的经线和纬线同时引出, 浸入浆液,压去余液;
S7:进行穿筘作业织布, 把经轴放在织步机上进行织造,进而制成面料;
S8:将面料投入蒸发室内,将气态铝在面料的表面沉淀并形成铝层;
S9:将铝粉和水性丙烯酸酯乳液混合均匀,并喷洒到面料的外侧,形成铝膜;
S10:再对面料进行烘干,此时便完成了卷帘面料的制备。
实施例三
本实施例提出了一种高反射节能卷帘面料,一种高反射节能卷帘面料,包括以下重量份的原料:气态铝25份,铝粉 20份,水性丙烯酸酯乳液16,玻纤面料12份,聚酯面料19份,蚕丝10份,黄麻7份,剑麻8份,蕉麻5份,呢绒9份,莫代尔13份,阻燃面料11份,化纤面料9份,聚酯纤维16份,玻璃丝纤维17份,抗拉材料17份和防静电面料19份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将玻纤面料,聚酯面料,蚕丝,黄麻,剑麻,蕉麻,呢绒,莫代尔,阻燃面料,化纤面料,聚酯纤维,玻璃丝纤维,抗拉材料和防静电面料进行混合制成经线和纬线;
S3:用络筒机将经线和纬线制成加捻筒子;
S4:把加捻筒子上的经线和纬线按整经工艺要求通过整经机制成经轴;
S5:把加捻筒子上的经线进行分批整经,卷绕成浆轴,整经车速220米/分钟,浆轴硬度75% ;出纱的张力为6g/根,罗拉的加压为0.28Mpa;
S6:通过浆纱机将若干只经轴上的经线和纬线同时引出, 浸入浆液,压去余液;
S7:进行穿筘作业织布, 把经轴放在织步机上进行织造,进而制成面料;
S8:将面料投入蒸发室内,将气态铝在面料的表面沉淀并形成铝层;
S9:将铝粉和水性丙烯酸酯乳液混合均匀,并喷洒到面料的外侧,形成铝膜;
S10:再对面料进行烘干,此时便完成了卷帘面料的制备。
对比常规的卷帘面料的制备速率与实施例一至三的有卷帘面料的制备速率,实施例一至三的卷帘面料的制备速率比较常规的卷帘面料的制备速率提高百分比如下表:

由上述表格可知,本发明提出的卷帘面料比较常规的卷帘面料,在制备效率上具有明显提高,实施例二为最佳实施例。

1.一种高反射节能卷帘面料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:气态铝20-25份,铝粉 15-20份,水性丙烯酸酯乳液10-16,玻纤面料7-12份,聚酯面料10-19份,蚕丝6-10份,黄麻1-7份,剑麻3-8份,蕉麻1-5份,呢绒2-9份,莫代尔10-13份,阻燃面料7-11份,化纤面料4-9份,聚酯纤维10-16份,玻璃丝纤维13-17份,抗拉材料12-17份和防静电面料11-19份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高反射节能卷帘面料,其特征在于,所述玻纤面料包括PVC包覆玻璃纤维,聚酯面料包括PVC包覆涤聚酯纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高反射节能卷帘面料,其特征在于,所述阻燃面料包括芳纶、腈棉、杜邦凯夫拉、诺梅克斯和澳大利亚PR97中的一种或者多种组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高反射节能卷帘面料,其特征在于,所述化纤面料包括春亚纺、尼丝纺、桃皮绒、麂皮绒和涤塔夫中的一种或者多种组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高反射节能卷帘面料,其特征在于,所述聚酯纤维由有机二元酸和二元醇缩聚而成的聚酯经纺丝所得的合成纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高反射节能卷帘面料,其特征在于,所述防静电面料包括经纱和纬纱,所述的经纱包括棉质纱线和导电纱线,棉质纱线和导电纱线相互平行,相邻的两根导电纱线之间布设两根棉质纱线,棉质纱线由棉纤维制成,导电纱线包括纱芯和包裹在纱芯外表面的导电层,所述纬纱和纱芯均由棉纤维制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高反射节能卷帘面料,其特征在于,所述抗拉材料包括剑麻层和蕉麻层。
8.一种高反射节能卷帘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将玻纤面料,聚酯面料,蚕丝,黄麻,剑麻,蕉麻,呢绒,莫代尔,阻燃面料,化纤面料,聚酯纤维,玻璃丝纤维,抗拉材料和防静电面料进行混合制成经线和纬线;
S3:用络筒机将经线和纬线制成加捻筒子;
S4:把加捻筒子上的经线和纬线按整经工艺要求通过整经机制成经轴;
S5:把加捻筒子上的经线进行分批整经,卷绕成浆轴,整经车速150~220米/分钟,浆轴硬度71~75% ;出纱的张力为2~6g/根,罗拉的加压为0.20~0.28Mpa;
S6:通过浆纱机将若干只经轴上的经线和纬线同时引出, 浸入浆液,压去余液;
S7:进行穿筘作业织布, 把经轴放在织步机上进行织造,进而制成面料;
S8:将面料投入蒸发室内,将气态铝在面料的表面沉淀并形成铝层;
S9:将铝粉和水性丙烯酸酯乳液混合均匀,并喷洒到面料的外侧,形成铝膜;
S10:对面料进行烘干,此时便完成了卷帘面料的制备。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种高反射节能卷帘面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S5中,整经车速155~215米/分钟,浆轴硬度72~74% ;出纱的张力为2~5g/根,罗拉的加压为0.22~0.25Mpa。
