Abstract
本发明属于保健品技术领域,具体的说是一种柠檬酸钾泡腾片降尿酸组合物;包括降尿酸组合物、低聚麦芽糖、柠檬酸钠、氯化钠、碳酸镁、柠檬酸钾、乳酸钙、维生素B1、维生素B2、抗坏血酸、酒石酸、碳酸氢钠、左旋精氨酸、牛磺酸、绿茶提取物;本发明通过将芒果、滇拐枣和樱桃与酒混合制成果酒后,在制备泡腾片的原材料中加入果酒,泡腾片的原材料及时补给体能的泡腾片能够为机体补充足够的电解质、氯化钠以及维生素等机体所需的营养物质,维持人体的酸碱平衡,果酒中的芒果、滇拐枣、樱桃等补益性食材,中和机体过多酸性物质,抑制嘌呤氧化酶活性,减少尿酸的产生,调节机体酸碱平衡,促进尿酸排泄,降低血清尿酸水平。

本发明属于保健品技术领域,具体的说是一种柠檬酸钾泡腾片降尿酸组合物。
背景技术
痛风是一种由于机体嘌呤代谢紊乱引发的尿酸过多或者是尿酸排泄减少,并在机体内蓄积沉淀所导致的一组代谢性疾病。随着人们生活水平的提高及饮食结构的变化,痛风发病率呈逐年上升的趋势。据保守估计,目前我国有高尿酸血症患者1.2亿,患者人口接近总人口数的10%,其中北上广深等重点城市医院抗痛风药销售额增长率几乎每年都保持在30%以上。尿酸内源性产生约占80%,外源性产生约占20%。尿酸主要通过肾脏的排泄,以维持人体尿酸水平的正常。痛风患者血尿酸水平越高,其糖尿病、心衰、高血压、心梗以及肥胖的发生率也越高,与高血压、高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化、肥胖和胰岛素抵抗等疾病的发生密切相关,是当今世界尤其是中老年男性的常见病,已成为威胁人类健康的严重代谢性疾病。
运动后的人群,其体内的尿酸含量会急剧升高,高频次的产生尿酸,对人员的身体健康产生极大的危害,鉴于此,本发明提供了一种柠檬酸钾泡腾片降尿酸组合物,其能够补充人体能量消耗的同时,降低体内的尿酸含量。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种柠檬酸钾泡腾片降尿酸组合物,其主要通过能够在实现补充体能的同时降低体内尿酸的含量,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种柠檬酸钾泡腾片降尿酸组合物,该组合物原料按重量份包括以下组分:降尿酸组合物20-50份、低聚麦芽糖40-70份、柠檬酸钠1-20份、氯化钠0.1-5份、碳酸镁0.1-5份、柠檬酸钾0.1-5份、乳酸钙0.5-5份、维生素B10.01-2份、维生素B20.01-2份、抗坏血酸0.3-7份、酒石酸0.2-4份、碳酸氢钠0.1-5份、左旋精氨酸0.2-3份、牛磺酸1-20份、绿茶提取物1-15份;其中,
低聚麦芽糖,具有易消化、低甜度、低渗透特性,可延长供能时间,增强肌体耐力,抗疲劳等功能,而食用低聚麦芽糖后,不仅能保持血糖水平,减少血乳酸的产生,而且胰岛素分泌平衡,人体实验证明,使用低聚糖后耐力和功能力可增加30%以上,功效非常明显。低聚异麦芽糖还能保持水分不易蒸发,对各类食品的湿润及品质的维持效果好并能抑制蔗糖和葡萄糖的结晶形成,对稍存放即硬化的食品能防止淀粉老化,而延长保存时间。
酒石酸在药剂中用作酸化剂、矫味剂、络合剂、抗氧增效剂和泡腾剂。酒石酸的酸性较柠檬酸强,易溶于水,是一种优良的泡腾酸化剂。以酒石酸为泡腾酸化剂,泡腾力度大,吸湿性较小,便于生产操作。
柠檬酸在药剂中主要用作矫味剂、缓冲剂、抗氧增效剂、酸性泡腾剂,是目前应用最广泛的泡腾剂酸源,适于各种泡腾片。柠檬酸易溶于水、口感好,但具有很强的吸湿性,在65%~75%的相对湿度下即可吸收大量水分,生产和贮藏过程中,常造成粘冲、颗粒难烘干、易涨片等问题,因此,通过作为酸源的酒石酸、柠檬酸与作为碱源的碳酸氢钠之间通过有效的配比并协同其他组分起到增效效应,并作为泡腾崩解剂,不但可以改善口感还能解决柠檬酸的吸湿、粘冲、以及酸碱反应的问题。
维生素B1、维生素B2和糖、蛋白质、脂肪的代谢密切相关,是糖代谢过程中关键性的物质,广泛参与体内的新陈代谢,促进蛋白合成,加速脂肪氧化供能,有助于延缓运动性疲劳发生和促进疲劳恢复。
抗坏血酸可以保护其它抗氧化剂,如维生素A、维生素E、不饱和脂肪酸,防止自由基对人体的伤害,并提高机体的应急能力。适用于因从事剧烈运动和高强度劳动的人以补充因流汗过多而大量损失的维生素C。
左旋精氨酸,又称L-精氨酸,是合成蛋白质和肌酸的重要原料,在本发明的泡腾片中起到提高运动员、训练员的耐力、爆发力及快速反应能力。
绿茶提取物是采用优质绿茶茶叶经适宜工艺提取后,喷雾干燥而成。其主要功效成分为茶多酚和咖啡碱。茶多酚是茶叶中多种酚类物质的总称,也是茶叶中保健功能的主要成分,其清除自由基的作用明显优于维生素C和E,且与维生素C、E有增效效应,有助于清除强度运动过程中产生的自由基。
牛磺酸是含硫氨基酸代谢的终产物,是一种条件必需氨基酸。它能够加速葡萄糖进入细胞,促进糖代谢;能增加各种脂肪酶的活性,加速脂肪水解。研究表明,体内牛磺酸对维持运动能力是必需的,外界给予补充牛磺酸可增加运动能力;此外,给运动大鼠补充牛磺酸,可明显提高血浆中支链氨基酸浓度,而芳香族氨基酸浓度无明显变化,从而保持中枢的兴奋状态,延迟运动性疲劳的出现和减轻运动性疲劳的程度。且牛磺酸可与胰岛素受体结合,促进肌肉组织对葡萄糖、必需氨基酸的摄取和利用,加速糖酵解,增加糖原异生,牛磺酸易于在肠胃中吸收,无毒副作用,不会给运动机体带来健康危害因素,能提高运动机体中SOD活性并有效降低MDA含量,在抗疲劳运动、提高运动能力等方面有着显著的作用。
优选的,所述降尿酸组合物的成分及重量份为:芒果8-20份、滇拐枣5-13份、樱桃4-9份。
优选的,将各成分按各自的重量份配比后加入到1000重量份的酒精中,经充分发酵后,制成果酒,并将果酒中的各成分取出,晒干后制成粉末;果酒中的芒果、滇拐枣、樱桃等补益性食材,中和机体过多酸性物质,抑制嘌呤氧化酶活性,减少尿酸的产生,调节机体酸碱平衡,促进尿酸排泄,降低血清尿酸水平,缓解尿酸累计所致的三高、心衰、心梗、肥胖以及结石等症状。
一种泡腾片的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:称取降尿酸组合物需求份的各成分,加入食品粉碎机中粉碎混合,粉碎速度为24转/分钟,混合时间为5min,取出后放入乙醇中制成果酒,并将制成果酒后的降尿酸组合物各成分晒干制成粉末,加入到泡腾片原料中;
(2)包覆:将聚乙二醇加热熔融后用通过降尿酸组合物发酵形成的果酒稀释形成聚乙二醇-乙醇薄膜层,从而形成聚乙二醇薄膜层包覆的混合物粒子;将所述的混合物粒子充分混合搅拌形成混合物,向所述的混合物加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30的通过降尿酸组合物发酵形成的果酒溶液进行二次包覆,干燥后粉碎,混匀得到所述的双层有机薄膜层包覆的泡腾粒子;
(3)制粒:边混料边搅拌边喷洒通过降尿酸组合物发酵形成的果酒溶液,直至达到“握之成团,松之即散”的粘合状态,用制粒机对混合好的物料进行制粒,并过12目筛处理;
(4)烘干:将制好的颗粒平铺于烘盘上,每盘厚度控制在1.5-2cm,在48℃下先烘制90min,然后翻动烘盘内的物料,再在80℃下烘制3h,然后冷却处理;
(5)整粒:用整粒机对烘干后的颗粒进行整粒,过12目筛;
(6)压片:对配制好的物料进行成型制片,旋转式压片机旋转速度为15转/分,压力为250KN,使泡腾片硬度达到10kg/cm2以上,片重差异在正负4%左右;
(7)装瓶:将制成的泡腾片按规格装入口服瓶中。
芒果、滇拐枣、樱桃等补益性食材中的营养成分能够充分溶入乙醇中,被酒精锁在其中,将聚乙二醇加热熔融后用通过降尿酸组合物发酵形成的果酒稀释形成聚乙二醇-乙醇薄膜层,从而形成聚乙二醇薄膜层包覆的混合物粒子,含有芒果、滇拐枣、樱桃等补益性食材中的营养成分的薄膜层,在饮用泡腾片时能够实现降尿酸的作用。

优选的,所述导通槽位于瓶体内壁的一端底部和顶部均设置为弧面;当拨动辊推动泡腾片向导通槽处移动时,泡腾片率先与导通槽接触的位置处,顶部和底部均为弧面,能够方便泡腾片经过弧面的导向,快速进入到导通槽中,防止泡腾片未与导通槽对准时,拨动辊对泡腾片挤压时,导致泡腾片与瓶体内壁挤压而破损。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
本发明提供的一种柠檬酸钾泡腾片降尿酸组合物,将芒果、滇拐枣和樱桃与酒混合制成果酒后,在制备泡腾片的原材料中加入果酒,泡腾片的原材料及时补给体能的泡腾片能够为机体补充足够的电解质、氯化钠以及维生素等机体所需的营养物质,能够帮助能量代谢,维持人体的酸碱平衡,可作为训练前的补充和训练后的修复使用,果酒中的芒果、滇拐枣、樱桃等补益性食材,中和机体过多酸性物质,抑制嘌呤氧化酶活性,减少尿酸的产生,调节机体酸碱平衡,促进尿酸排泄,降低血清尿酸水平,缓解尿酸累计所致的三高、心衰、心梗、肥胖以及结石等症状。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-4所示,本发明所述的一种柠檬酸钾泡腾片降尿酸组合物,该组合物原料按重量份包括以下组分:降尿酸组合物20-50份、低聚麦芽糖40-70份、柠檬酸钠1-20份、氯化钠0.1-5份、碳酸镁0.1-5份、柠檬酸钾0.1-5份、乳酸钙0.5-5份、维生素B10.01-2份、维生素B20.01-2份、抗坏血酸0.3-7份、酒石酸0.2-4份、碳酸氢钠0.1-5份、左旋精氨酸0.2-3份、牛磺酸1-20份、绿茶提取物1-15份;其中,
低聚麦芽糖,具有易消化、低甜度、低渗透特性,可延长供能时间,增强肌体耐力,抗疲劳等功能,而食用低聚麦芽糖后,不仅能保持血糖水平,减少血乳酸的产生,而且胰岛素分泌平衡,人体实验证明,使用低聚糖后耐力和功能力可增加30%以上,功效非常明显。低聚异麦芽糖还能保持水分不易蒸发,对各类食品的湿润及品质的维持效果好并能抑制蔗糖和葡萄糖的结晶形成,对稍存放即硬化的食品能防止淀粉老化,而延长保存时间。
酒石酸在药剂中用作酸化剂、矫味剂、络合剂、抗氧增效剂和泡腾剂。酒石酸的酸性较柠檬酸强,易溶于水,是一种优良的泡腾酸化剂。以酒石酸为泡腾酸化剂,泡腾力度大,吸湿性较小,便于生产操作。
柠檬酸在药剂中主要用作矫味剂、缓冲剂、抗氧增效剂、酸性泡腾剂,是目前应用最广泛的泡腾剂酸源,适于各种泡腾片。柠檬酸易溶于水、口感好,但具有很强的吸湿性,在65%~75%的相对湿度下即可吸收大量水分,生产和贮藏过程中,常造成粘冲、颗粒难烘干、易涨片等问题,因此,通过作为酸源的酒石酸、柠檬酸与作为碱源的碳酸氢钠之间通过有效的配比并协同其他组分起到增效效应,并作为泡腾崩解剂,不但可以改善口感还能解决柠檬酸的吸湿、粘冲、以及酸碱反应的问题。
维生素B1、维生素B2和糖、蛋白质、脂肪的代谢密切相关,是糖代谢过程中关键性的物质,广泛参与体内的新陈代谢,促进蛋白合成,加速脂肪氧化供能,有助于延缓运动性疲劳发生和促进疲劳恢复。
抗坏血酸可以保护其它抗氧化剂,如维生素A、维生素E、不饱和脂肪酸,防止自由基对人体的伤害,并提高机体的应急能力。适用于因从事剧烈运动和高强度劳动的人以补充因流汗过多而大量损失的维生素C。
左旋精氨酸,又称L-精氨酸,是合成蛋白质和肌酸的重要原料,在本发明的泡腾片中起到提高运动员、训练员的耐力、爆发力及快速反应能力。
绿茶提取物是采用优质绿茶茶叶经适宜工艺提取后,喷雾干燥而成。其主要功效成分为茶多酚和咖啡碱。茶多酚是茶叶中多种酚类物质的总称,也是茶叶中保健功能的主要成分,其清除自由基的作用明显优于维生素C和E,且与维生素C、E有增效效应,有助于清除强度运动过程中产生的自由基。
牛磺酸是含硫氨基酸代谢的终产物,是一种条件必需氨基酸。它能够加速葡萄糖进入细胞,促进糖代谢;能增加各种脂肪酶的活性,加速脂肪水解。研究表明,体内牛磺酸对维持运动能力是必需的,外界给予补充牛磺酸可增加运动能力;此外,给运动大鼠补充牛磺酸,可明显提高血浆中支链氨基酸浓度,而芳香族氨基酸浓度无明显变化,从而保持中枢的兴奋状态,延迟运动性疲劳的出现和减轻运动性疲劳的程度。且牛磺酸可与胰岛素受体结合,促进肌肉组织对葡萄糖、必需氨基酸的摄取和利用,加速糖酵解,增加糖原异生,牛磺酸易于在肠胃中吸收,无毒副作用,不会给运动机体带来健康危害因素,能提高运动机体中SOD活性并有效降低MDA含量,在抗疲劳运动、提高运动能力等方面有着显著的作用。
所述降尿酸组合物的成分及重量份为:芒果8-20份、滇拐枣5-13份、樱桃4-9份。
将各成分按各自的重量份配比后加入到1000重量份的酒精中,经充分发酵后,制成果酒,并将果酒中的各成分取出,晒干后制成粉末;果酒中的芒果、滇拐枣、樱桃等补益性食材,中和机体过多酸性物质,抑制嘌呤氧化酶活性,减少尿酸的产生,调节机体酸碱平衡,促进尿酸排泄,降低血清尿酸水平,缓解尿酸累计所致的三高、心衰、心梗、肥胖以及结石等症状。
一种泡腾片的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:称取降尿酸组合物需求份的各成分,加入食品粉碎机中粉碎混合,粉碎速度为24转/分钟,混合时间为5min,取出后放入乙醇中制成果酒,并将制成果酒后的降尿酸组合物各成分晒干制成粉末,加入到泡腾片原料中;
(2)包覆:将聚乙二醇加热熔融后用通过降尿酸组合物发酵形成的果酒稀释形成聚乙二醇-乙醇薄膜层,从而形成聚乙二醇薄膜层包覆的混合物粒子;将所述的混合物粒子充分混合搅拌形成混合物,向所述的混合物加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30的通过降尿酸组合物发酵形成的果酒溶液进行二次包覆,干燥后粉碎,混匀得到所述的双层有机薄膜层包覆的泡腾粒子;
(3)制粒:边混料边搅拌边喷洒通过降尿酸组合物发酵形成的果酒溶液,直至达到“握之成团,松之即散”的粘合状态,用制粒机对混合好的物料进行制粒,并过12目筛处理;
(4)烘干:将制好的颗粒平铺于烘盘上,每盘厚度控制在1.5-2cm,在48℃下先烘制90min,然后翻动烘盘内的物料,再在80℃下烘制3h,然后冷却处理;
(5)整粒:用整粒机对烘干后的颗粒进行整粒,过12目筛;
(6)压片:对配制好的物料进行成型制片,旋转式压片机旋转速度为15转/分,压力为250KN,使泡腾片硬度达到10kg/cm2以上,片重差异在正负4%左右;
(7)装瓶:将制成的泡腾片按规格装入口服瓶中。
芒果、滇拐枣、樱桃等补益性食材中的营养成分能够充分溶入乙醇中,被酒精锁在其中,将聚乙二醇加热熔融后用通过降尿酸组合物发酵形成的果酒稀释形成聚乙二醇-乙醇薄膜层,从而形成聚乙二醇薄膜层包覆的混合物粒子,含有芒果、滇拐枣、樱桃等补益性食材中的营养成分的薄膜层,在饮用泡腾片时能够实现降尿酸的作用。
所述口服瓶包括瓶体1,瓶体1内部设置有分隔层2,分隔层2内侧底部固连有支撑弹簧3,支撑弹簧3顶部固连有补充板4;所述瓶体1顶部转动连接有封盖5;分隔层2底部的所述瓶体1内部设置有拨动杆6,拨动杆6一端与瓶体1内壁铰接,拨动杆6另一端设置在瓶体1外侧,拨动杆6顶部固连有弧形杆7,弧形杆7顶端连接有弧形板8,靠近弧形板8的所述瓶体1的壁厚上设置有挤压囊9,挤压囊9外侧通过环形筒10封堵;所述挤压囊9顶部连通有连接管11,连接管11顶部连通有膨出囊12,膨出囊12的一部分位于瓶体1外侧,膨出囊12顶部连通有导通管13,所述封盖5内部设置有导气腔14,导气腔14一端底部的所述封盖5内部设置有限位槽15,限位槽15内部设置有推动板16,所述封盖5底部设置有多个拨动辊17,一部分拨动辊17顶部与推动板16底面接触;与推动板16位于分隔层2同一侧的所述瓶体1顶端开设有导通槽18,与导通槽18相对应的所述封盖5上设置有进食管19,进食管19与瓶体1内部通过导通槽18导通;工作时,将泡腾片装入到口服瓶中,使补充板4底部的支撑弹簧3压缩,当需要使用泡腾片时,通过推动拨动杆6位于外部的一端,拨动杆6推动弧形杆7,弧形杆7推动弧形板8,弧形板8将挤压囊9压缩,挤压囊9内部的气体通过连接管11进入到膨出囊12中,使膨出囊12涨大,此时通过旋动封盖5,使进食管19与喷出囊处于同一条直线上,此时导通槽18与进食管19连通,导通管13与导气腔14连通,膨出囊12内的气体通过导通管13进入到导气腔14中,气体会使推动板16向远离进食管19的方向移动,与拨动辊17摩擦时会带动拨动辊17摩擦,拨动辊17底端会将泡腾片向进食管19处拨动,将泡腾片从导通槽18内拨入到进食管19中,最终从进食管19中滚出,人员每次可以取出一粒,完成后,使拨动杆6回到原位,挤压囊9内部抽气,将推动板16抽回原位,旋动封盖5,使导通槽18与进食管19分离,即可达到使用时一次取出一粒,不用时处于密封的状态。

为检验本发明的用于运动中及时补给体能的泡腾片对大强度持续运动体能维持效果,进行了如下实验。
1、受试材料:以降尿酸组合物30份低聚麦芽糖50份、柠檬酸10份、氯化钠0.1份、碳酸镁1份、柠檬酸钾0.1份、乳酸钙1.5份、0.01份维生素B1、0.1份维生素B2、抗坏血酸0.5份、酒石酸1份、碳酸氢钠0.1份、左旋精氨酸1份、牛磺酸1份、绿茶提取物1份为实验样品,以等体积等热量的糖水作为对照样品。
2、受试对象:选出身体条件接近的16人作为受试对象参加实验,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组8人。实验开始前7天,16名受试对象进行统一集中管理,统一作息时间,每天安排同等强度的运动。期间,严格按照同一热量标准供应膳食,除自由饮水外,不允许进食任何其它食物或营养补充品,禁止吸烟和饮酒。实验组于每天早餐后饮用实验样品600ml,对照组饮用等量对照样品,连续7天。
3、实验方法
正式实验日,取受试对象早餐后按规定饮用实验样品或对照样品后35分钟,进行同等强度的跑步运动,根据受试对象近期5公里跑成绩,要求在24分钟内完成,以避免各受试对象运动强度相差过大从而影响实验结果,准确记录每名受试对象的成绩。
在运动前、运动后即刻、运动后3分钟、5分钟、15分钟和30分钟分别采指血测血糖和血乳酸。其中血糖采用One touch Ultra血糖仪测定,血乳酸采用YSI1500乳酸仪测定。
4、实验结果
4.1血糖变化情况

如表1所示,对照组和实验组的血糖水平在运动前无显著性差异。运动后3、5、15和30分钟时,实验组的血糖水平均高于相应时间点对照组的值,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);另一方面,实验组在直至运动后30分钟时,血糖水平虽有所下降,但不显著;而对照组在运动后,血糖水平下降明显,运动后5分钟的血糖水平明显低于运动前(P<0.05)。
以上结果表明,泡腾片维持持续运动时血糖水平的效果良好,该产品具有延缓运动疲劳发生的作用。
4.2血乳酸变化

如表2所示,对照组和实验组的血乳酸水平在运动前无显著性差异。运动后5、15和30分钟时,实验组的血乳酸水平均低于相应时间点对照组的值,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);以上结果表明,与单纯糖水相比,泡腾片清除高强度运动后血乳酸的效果良好,有助于减缓疲劳感,促进高强度运动后的体能恢复。

如表3所示,对照组和实验组的跑步运动成绩在实验前无显著性差异;对照组的跑步运动成绩实验前后无明显变化。而经过连续7天服用泡腾片,实验组的跑步运动所需时间较实验前减少,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,泡腾片有助于提高机体耐力运动的能力。

1.一种柠檬酸钾泡腾片降尿酸组合物,其特征在于:该组合物原料按重量份包括以下组分:降尿酸组合物20-50份、低聚麦芽糖40-70份、柠檬酸钠1-20份、氯化钠0.1-5份、碳酸镁0.1-5份、柠檬酸钾0.1-5份、乳酸钙0.5-5份、维生素B10.01-2份、维生素B20.01-2份、抗坏血酸0.3-7份、酒石酸0.2-4份、碳酸氢钠0.1-5份、左旋精氨酸0.2-3份、牛磺酸1-20份、绿茶提取物1-15份;其中,
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柠檬酸钾泡腾片降尿酸组合物,其特征在于:所述降尿酸组合物的成分及重量份为:芒果8-20份、滇拐枣5-13份、樱桃4-9份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柠檬酸钾泡腾片降尿酸组合物,其特征在于:将降尿酸组合物各成分按各自的重量份配比后加入到1000重量份的酒精中,经充分发酵后,制成果酒,并将果酒中的各成分取出,晒干后制成粉末。
4.一种泡腾片的制备方法,该方法适用于权利要求1至3的任意一项的柠檬酸钾泡腾片降尿酸组合物,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:称取降尿酸组合物需求份的各成分,加入食品粉碎机中粉碎混合,粉碎速度为24转/分钟,混合时间为5min,取出后放入乙醇中制成果酒,并将制成果酒后的降尿酸组合物各成分晒干制成粉末,加入到泡腾片原料中;
(2)包覆:将聚乙二醇加热熔融后用通过降尿酸组合物发酵形成的果酒稀释形成聚乙二醇-乙醇薄膜层,从而形成聚乙二醇薄膜层包覆的混合物粒子;将所述的混合物粒子充分混合搅拌形成混合物,向所述的混合物加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30的通过降尿酸组合物发酵形成的果酒溶液进行二次包覆,干燥后粉碎,混匀得到所述的双层有机薄膜层包覆的泡腾粒子;
(3)制粒:边混料边搅拌边喷洒通过降尿酸组合物发酵形成的果酒溶液,直至达到“握之成团,松之即散”的粘合状态,用制粒机对混合好的物料进行制粒,并过12目筛处理;
