Description

本发明涉及一种用于传输电功率的传输线。
在1989年10月16日的8913488和1992年6月3日的9206733号法国专利申请中,申请人描述了一种三相电力传输线,它采用压缩氮绝缘,可架空架设或埋置入地。这种电线结构是在三根各代表一相的导体外面包有钢外套,其中每根导体包绕一个外套,以防止尘土侵入。由于在三相导体中流过的电流平衡,在短距离(几米)上的总磁场几乎为零,从而该导线对于居住在附近的居民不会构成任何危险。但是,在钢套管和导体本身之间的短距离上却存在很大的磁场,从而引起钢管内出现涡流现象,导致引起发热的焦耳损耗。
阅读WO-A-7900607号文件,人们知道加装诸如铝材料的非磁性金属屏蔽在导体和钢外套之间,可减小上述的损耗。
本发明的目的是提供一种简单、坚固和价廉的装置,用于将电导体和铝屏蔽件均装在气体绝缘电力线的钢护套内。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种具有导体防尘功能的传输线。
本发明提供的三相电力线包括内部充有加压气体的钢密封管式外套,这些气体例如氮气或二氧化碳CO2,在钢套内的三相导体与一个薄铝管套布置在一起,该铝管套位于钢套和导线之间,这种传输线的特征在于:这些导体由非磁性材料制成的束套套住,该束套的外径等于铝管套的内径,并且具有三个辐射状支臂,它们拧紧到包围导体的绝缘支撑件的定位接头上。

由于在导体中流过的三相电流是平衡的,因此在几米的距离上磁场的总和几乎为零,即该电线对附近的居民不构成危险,甚至电线穿入排水槽内也无危险。
不过,在钢管和导线之间的短距离上的磁场很大,为了避免在钢管内产生涡流损失,可与该钢管同轴地围绕导体装入薄的管形铝套3。
最好由非磁性金属材料制成的束套4沿着该铝管各处布置,其外径等于铝管的内径,并且具有三个各相距120°的臂4A,4B和4C,这些臂朝向导线的轴线轴向地延伸。
每个臂具有与例如绝缘支撑6的接收螺母5搭接的孔,每个绝缘支撑包括环绕一根导体固定的中心部分7,它们与两个定位接头8和9构成一个整体。支撑件6最好由环氧树脂制成。它们能够紧紧地夹持住导体,这一点尤其在由短路电流产生的大电动力出现时很重要。
束套4具有整体模制的成对连接件10A-11A,10B-11B,10C-11C,它们最好与相应的臂配齐,并且用于容纳轮12A,12B和12C,以使管3能沿着钢管的内壁行进。铝管上带有槽口,可允许轮穿过,而防尘密封功能是由绝缘束套实现的。
束套与臂和与轮连接件对齐,该束套具有平台13A,13B和13C,以使铝管3尽可能紧地装到钢管1上。
本发明的构造简单,价廉和坚固,并且易于安装,而导体具有防尘保护措施。

Claims (3)

1、三相输电线,包括一密封的管形钢外套,其内充有加压的绝缘气体,如氮气或二氧化碳CO2,并且具有三根靠在一起的导体;这些导体带有一薄的管形铝外套(3),它位于钢外套(2)和导体(1A,1B,1C)之间,其特征在于,这些导体(1A,1B,1C)由非磁性材料制成的束套(4)夹持,束套的外径等于铝管套(3)的内径,并有三个辐射状臂(4A,4B,4C),它们拧紧到环绕该导体的绝缘支撑件(6)的定位接头(7,8)上。
