技术领域
本发明涉及一种液晶显示技术领域,尤指一种具有屏下镜头的显示装置。
背景技术
随着液晶显示技术的发展,特别是全面屏技术的发展,将显示装置(例如平板、智能手机等)的显示区域内开孔,设置面内摄像头(即屏下摄像头),以提高显示区域屏占比的需求越来越高。现有的显示装置包括显示面板、设在显示面板下方的背光模块、设在所述显示面板上方的玻璃盖板以及设在玻璃盖板下方的摄像模块。所述背光模块还开设有摄像孔以利摄像模块设置。此外,显示面板上下表面贴设的上、下偏光膜对应摄像孔同样开设有过孔,以利摄像模块通过显示面板取像。由于背光模块的光线容易通过上偏光膜和下偏光膜的过孔边缘漏光,影响摄像头成像质量与品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种具有屏下镜头的显示装置,避免所述液晶显示模块的第一过孔和第二过孔侧漏光的风险,加强摄像模块摄像效果、品质与市场竞争力。
为达到本发明前述目的,本发明提供一种显示装置,包括背光模块及液晶显示模块。所述背光模块开设有通孔。所述液晶显示模块包括显示面板及设置在所述显示面板二相对表面的下偏光膜和上偏光膜。所述下偏光膜开设有第一过孔,所述上偏光膜对应所述第一过孔开设有第二过孔,其中所述第二过孔的两侧边缘涂布有遮光部。
优选地,还包括设置在所述通孔的摄像模块及设置在所述第一过孔的两侧边缘的遮光胶材,所述通孔与所述第一过孔相对应设置,所述遮光胶材从所述第一过孔延伸至所述通孔的孔壁周围。
优选地,所述遮光部选自于黑色紫外线光胶、黑色热熔胶或黑色环氧树脂其中之一。
优选地,所述遮光胶材选自于黑色紫外线光胶、黑色热熔胶或黑色环氧树脂其中之一。
优选地,所述遮光部包括设置在与所述显示面板接触的顶面和与所述上偏光片靠近所述第二通孔侧壁接触的边缘。
优选地,所述液晶显示模块还包括设置在所述上偏光膜上的光学层,所述光学层填充于所述第一过孔并包覆邻接所述遮光部。
优选地,所述通孔、所述第一过孔和所述第二过孔的孔径大于或等于所述摄像模块的尺寸。
优选地,所述通孔和所述第一过孔共同形成所述显示装置的屏下盲孔,所述摄像模块为摄像头,所述背光模块为侧入式光源或直下式光源。
优选地,所述显示面板还包括设置在所述下偏光膜上的薄膜晶体管基板、设置在所述薄膜晶体管基板上的彩膜基板和夹设在所述薄膜晶体管基板和所述彩膜基板之间的两个遮光胶层。
优选地,每一所述遮光胶层的第一端靠近所述第一过孔和所述第二过孔设置,且所述第一端不超过所述遮光部。
本发明还具有以下功效,本发明摄像模块设置在显示面板的下方,能够有效地扩大显示装置显示区域的屏占比。借此,达到显示装置窄边框,甚至无边框的外观效果,提升了显示装置的视觉冲击效果和产品表现力。

请参照图1所示,图1为本发明具有屏下镜头的显示装置的横截面示意图。如图所示,本发明提供一种具有屏下镜头的显示装置1,包括背光模块11、液晶显示模块12及摄像模块15。在此所指的显示装置1包括但不限于智能手机,车载触摸显示屏、工业控制显示屏或其他消费型显示装置等。所述背光模块11可任选为侧入式光源或直下式光源,视需要而改变。所述摄像模块15即为一般的摄像头,其为现有技术,在此不多加赘述。
所述背光模块11开设有通孔111,在本实施例中的通孔111尤指为摄像孔。所述液晶显示模块12包括显示面板13及设置在所述显示面板13二相对表面的下偏光膜121和上偏光膜124。所述下偏光膜122开设有第一过孔123,所述上偏光膜124对应所述第一过孔123开设有第二过孔125,其中所述第一过孔123和所述第二过孔125的二侧边缘分别涂布有遮光部14与遮光胶材17。所述摄像模块15设置在所述通孔111。
所述通孔111与所述第一过孔123相连通且相对应设置,其中所述遮光胶材17从所述第一过孔123延伸至所述通孔111的孔壁周围,以增加遮光效果。所述遮光部14或所述遮光胶材17选自于黑色紫外线光(UV)胶、黑色热熔胶、黑色环氧树脂或其他适合的材料其中之一。因此,涂布在第一过孔123和通孔111孔壁周围的遮光部14,以及涂布在第二过孔125两侧边缘的遮光胶材17能够避免所述液晶显示模块12的第一过孔123、第二过孔125和通孔111侧漏光的风险,加强摄像模块15摄像/成像效果、品质与市场竞争力。
在如图1所示的实施例中,所述遮光部14包括涂布在与所述显示面板12接触的顶面和与所述上偏光片124靠近所述第二通孔125侧壁接触的边缘上,从而增加遮光部14的附着力与遮光能力。
此外,所述通孔111、所述第一过孔123和所述第二过孔125的孔径大于或等于所述摄像模块15的尺寸,以利摄像模块15容置其中。再者,所述通孔111和所述第一过孔123还共同形成所述显示装置1的屏下盲孔16,使摄像模块15设置在显示面板13的下方,从而有效地扩大显示装置1显示区域的屏占比。借此,达到显示装置1窄边框,甚至无边框的外观效果,提升了显示装置1的视觉冲击效果和产品表现力。
所述显示面板13还包括设置在所述下偏光膜122上的薄膜晶体管基板131、设置在所述薄膜晶体管基板131上的彩膜基板132和夹设在所述薄膜晶体管基板131和所述彩膜基板132之间的二遮光胶层133。如图1所示的实施例中,各所述遮光胶层133的一端对应所述第一过孔123或所述第二过孔125的边缘设置,且所述端不超过所述遮光部14。
所述液晶显示模块12还包括设置在所述上偏光膜124上的光学层126和设置在所述光学层126上的玻璃盖板127。本实施例在制作过程中,所述光学层126最终能够填充于所述第一过孔125并包覆邻接所述遮光部14。所述光学层126可选自光学胶(OCA;opticalclear adhesive)、光学透明树(OCA;optical clear resin)或其他适合的材料,并不限定。具体而言,如图1所示的光学层126能够填满于第二过孔125内,达到结合玻璃盖板127和彩膜基板132或其他作用的效果。
综上所述,虽然本发明结合其具体实施例而被描述,应该理解的是,许多替代、修改及变化对于那些本领域的技术人员将是显而易见的。因此,其意在包含落入所附权利要求书的范围内的所有替代、修改及变化。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括:
背光模块,所述背光模块开设有通孔;及
液晶显示模块,所述液晶显示模块包括显示面板及设置在所述显示面板二相对表面的下偏光膜和上偏光膜,所述下偏光膜开设有第一过孔,所述上偏光膜对应所述第一过孔开设有第二过孔,其中所述第二过孔的两侧边缘设有遮光部。
2.如权利要求1所述显示装置,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述通孔的摄像模块及设置在所述第一过孔的两侧边缘的遮光胶材,所述通孔与所述第一过孔相对应设置,所述遮光胶材从所述第一过孔延伸至所述通孔的孔壁周围。
3.如权利要求1所述显示装置,其特征在于,所述遮光部选自于黑色紫外线光胶、黑色热熔胶或黑色环氧树脂其中之一。
4.如权利要求2所述显示装置,其特征在于,所述遮光胶材选自于黑色紫外线光胶、黑色热熔胶或黑色环氧树脂其中之一。
5.如权利要求1或3所述显示装置,其特征在于,所述遮光部包括设置在与所述显示面板接触的顶面和与所述上偏光片靠近所述第二通孔侧壁接触的边缘。
6.如权利要求1所述显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶显示模块还包括设置在所述上偏光膜上的光学层,所述光学层填充于所述第一过孔并包覆邻接所述遮光部。
7.如权利要求2所述显示装置,其特征在于,所述通孔、所述第一过孔和所述第二过孔的孔径大于或等于所述摄像模块的尺寸。
8.如权利要求2所述显示装置,其特征在于,所述通孔和所述第一过孔共同形成所述显示装置的屏下盲孔,所述摄像模块为摄像头,所述背光模块为侧入式光源或直下式光源。
9.如权利要求1所述显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示面板还包括设置在所述下偏光膜上的薄膜晶体管基板、设置在所述薄膜晶体管基板上的彩膜基板和夹设在所述薄膜晶体管基板和所述彩膜基板之间的两个遮光胶层。
10.如权利要求9所述显示装置,其特征在于,每一所述遮光胶层的第一端靠近所述第一过孔和所述第二过孔设置,且所述第一端不超过所述遮光部。
