Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻燃型汽车用结构胶,所述结构胶按照重量份数计,包含如下组分的原料:环氧树脂35‑50份、溴化环氧树脂0‑12份、聚氨酯10‑20份、增韧剂8‑15份、填料10‑20份、固化剂5‑8份、吸湿剂2‑5份、偶联剂0.1‑0.5份、稀释剂1‑5份,其中,填料选用了白炭黑、硅灰石、氢氧化铝至少两种。该结构胶在用于汽车钢板粘接时,粘接强度好,能够在钢板表面均匀的发挥粘结力,通过板材的应力分布起到稳定结构的作用,同时大大降低了车身电焊时爆焊、火花的发生,安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车材料技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃型汽车用结构胶。
背景技术
汽车用结构胶是以环氧树脂为主要成分的单组份糊状产品,适用于汽车钢板结合部位上代替点焊而适用的高强度的胶粘剂,也可以用于难以点焊的部位上。
在用于主机厂焊装工序上时通过电泳烤箱后固化,与钢板产生强有力的粘着力,起到代替或减少点焊的作用,并在表面上均匀发挥粘贴力,通过板材的应力分布起到稳定结构的作用。
由于环氧树脂的着火点在300℃左右,而点焊的瞬间温度能达到1000多度,在车身点焊工艺时,若钢板之间涂胶不均匀或胶量偏多时,会出现胶着火和爆焊的现象发生。如何提高结构胶的阻燃性是本领域技术人员致力于解决的事情。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种阻燃型汽车用结构胶,其与钢板之间的粘接性强,强度高,阻燃性好。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种阻燃型汽车用结构胶,所述结构胶按照重量份数计,包含如下组分的原料:环氧树脂35-50份、溴化环氧树脂0-12份、聚氨酯10-20份、增韧剂8-15份、填料10-20份、固化剂5-8份、吸湿剂2-5份、偶联剂0.1-0.5份、稀释剂1-5份,其中,填料选用了白炭黑、硅灰石、氢氧化铝至少两种。
优选地,原料中,固化剂采用了双氰胺与脲类促进剂,所述双氰胺与脲类促进剂的重量比为5-6:1。
优选地,原料中所采用的稀释剂为聚丙二醇而缩水甘油醚,吸湿剂为氧化钙。
优选地,所述溴化环氧树脂与环氧树脂的重量比为1:3.5-6。
优选地,所述填料选用了白炭黑、硅灰石与氢氧化铝,其中,白炭黑、硅灰石与氢氧化铝的重量比为1:1:2-3。
作为一种具体的实施方式,所述结构胶按照重量份数计,包含如下组分的原料:环氧树脂39-49份、溴化环氧树脂7-10份、聚氨酯15份、增韧剂10份、白炭黑2-5份、硅灰石2-5份、氢氧化铝5-8份、固化剂6-8份、吸湿剂2-3份、偶联剂0.3-0.5份、稀释剂2-3份。
优选地,所述结构胶的原料中还包括颜料0.3-0.5份。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的阻燃型汽车用结构胶,其主分采用了环氧树脂、溴化环氧树脂、聚氨酯及增韧剂,通过添加溴化环氧树脂增加了结构胶的阻燃性能,采用增韧剂来提高体系的韧性,提高结构胶的抗冲击强度,在填料中,增加通过白炭黑、硅灰石配合氢氧化铝,能够增加结构胶的比重,调整结构胶的剪切强度,提高阻燃性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
一种阻燃型汽车用结构胶,按照重量份数计,包含如下组分的原料:环氧树脂35-50份、溴化环氧树脂0-12份、聚氨酯10-20份、增韧剂8-15份、填料10-20份、固化剂5-8份、吸湿剂2-5份、颜料0.3-0.5份、偶联剂0.1-0.5份、稀释剂1-5份,其中,填料选用了白炭黑、硅灰石、氢氧化铝至少两种。
其中,固化剂采用了双氰胺与脲类促进剂;吸湿剂采用了氧化钙,稀释剂采用了聚丙二醇而缩水甘油醚。
实施例1
一种阻燃型汽车用结构胶,由如下组分的原料组成:环氧树脂49g、聚氨酯15g、增韧剂10g、紫色颜料0.3g、白炭黑3g、硅灰石11g、双氰胺6g、脲类促进剂1g、氧化钙2.4g、偶联剂0.3g、聚丙二醇而缩水甘油醚2g。
实施例2
一种阻燃型汽车用结构胶,由如下组分的原料组成:环氧树脂42g、溴化环氧树脂7g、聚氨酯15g、增韧剂10g、紫色颜料0.3g、白炭黑3g、硅灰石11g、双氰胺6g、脲类促进剂1g、氧化钙2.4g、偶联剂0.3g、聚丙二醇而缩水甘油醚2g。
实施例3
一种阻燃型汽车用结构胶,由如下组分的原料组成:环氧树脂39g、溴化环氧树脂10g、聚氨酯15g、增韧剂10g、紫色颜料0.3g、白炭黑3g、硅灰石11g、双氰胺6g、脲类促进剂1g、氧化钙2.4g、偶联剂0.3g、聚丙二醇而缩水甘油醚2g。实施例4
一种阻燃型汽车用结构胶,由如下组分的原料组成:环氧树脂39g、溴化环氧树脂10g、聚氨酯15g、增韧剂10g、紫色颜料0.3g、白炭黑3g、硅灰石3g、氢氧化铝8g、双氰胺6g、脲类促进剂1g、氧化钙2.4g、偶联剂0.3g、聚丙二醇而缩水甘油醚2g。
对比例
一种阻燃型汽车用结构胶,由如下组分的原料组成:环氧树脂52g、聚氨酯10g、增韧剂10g、紫色颜料0.3g、白炭黑10g、硅灰石5g、双氰胺6g、脲类促进剂1g、氧化钙2.4g、偶联剂0.3g、聚丙二醇而缩水甘油醚2g。
以下表1对比上述实施例1至4及对比例中各原料的具体组分:

从表2中我们看出,在其他原料相同的情况下,添加溴化环氧树脂能够改善结构胶的阻燃性,同时随着溴化环氧树脂的增加、环氧树脂的减少,其阻燃性会相应增加,但是溴化环氧树脂与环氧树脂的重量比控制在1:3.5-6。在其他组分相同的情况下,增加氢氧化铝的用量,能够调整结构胶的比重,同时能进一步提高结构胶的阻燃性。

Claims (7)

1.一种阻燃型汽车用结构胶,其特征在于,所述结构胶按照重量份数计,包含如下组分的原料:环氧树脂35-50份、溴化环氧树脂0-12份、聚氨酯10-20份、增韧剂8-15份、填料10-20份、固化剂5-8份、吸湿剂2-5份、偶联剂0.1-0.5份、稀释剂1-5份,其中,填料选用了白炭黑、硅灰石、氢氧化铝至少两种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃型汽车用结构胶,其特征在于,原料中,固化剂采用了双氰胺与脲类促进剂,所述双氰胺与脲类促进剂的重量比为5-6:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃型汽车用结构胶,其特征在于,原料中所采用的稀释剂为聚丙二醇而缩水甘油醚,吸湿剂为氧化钙。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃型汽车用结构胶,其特征在于,所述溴化环氧树脂与环氧树脂的重量比为1:3.5-6。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃型汽车用结构胶,其特征在于,所述填料选用了白炭黑、硅灰石与氢氧化铝,其中,白炭黑、硅灰石与氢氧化铝的重量比为1:1:2-3。
6.根据权利要求5所述的阻燃型汽车用结构胶,其特征在于,所述结构胶按照重量份数计,包含如下组分的原料:环氧树脂39-49份、溴化环氧树脂7-10份、聚氨酯15份、增韧剂10份、白炭黑2-5份、硅灰石2-5份、氢氧化铝5-8份、固化剂6-8份、吸湿剂2-3份、偶联剂0.3-0.5份、稀释剂2-3份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃型汽车用结构胶,其特征在于,所述结构胶的原料中还包括颜料0.3-0.5份。
