Abstract

本发明一种陶瓷表面三维结构的快速制备方法,具体步骤如下:1)选取氮化硅、氮化铝、氧化铝、氧化锆、氧化镁、氧化钇或其混合物,填入模具压实,其中模具内侧加工有对应的三维图案;2)将模具置于直流热压烧结装置中,电极在混合氧化物两侧加以压力和直流电压,控制电流,获得合适的反应温度,完成烧结;3)降温,得到带有表面三维结构的陶瓷产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及结构陶瓷产品制备技术,具体的,其展示一种陶瓷表面三维结构的快速制备方法。
背景技术
结构陶瓷是具有耐高温、耐冲刷、耐腐蚀、高硬度、高强度、低蠕变速率等优异力学、热学、化学性能,常用于各种结构部件的先进陶瓷。
结构陶瓷具有优越的强度、硬度、绝缘性、热传导、耐高温、耐氧化、耐腐蚀、耐磨耗、高温强度等特色,因此,在非常严苛的环境或工程应用条件下,所展现的高稳定性与优异的机械性能,在材料工业上已倍受瞩目,其使用范围亦日渐扩大。而全球及国内业界对于高精密度、高耐磨耗、高可靠度机械零组件或电子元件的要求日趋严格,因而陶瓷产品的需求相当受重视,其市场成长率也颇可观。随着应用范围的拓展,市场对陶瓷表面三维结构的需求也越来越多。需要制备的三维结构也越来越复杂。
但是陶瓷因其硬度高、脆性大,加工极为困难,利用传统机械加工的方式制备三维结构耗时长,成本高。
因此,有必要提供一种陶瓷表面三维结构的快速制备方法来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种陶瓷表面三维结构的快速制备方法,提升烧结生产效率和性能,同时降低成本。
技术方案如下:
一种陶瓷表面三维结构的快速制备方法,具体步骤如下:
1)选取氮化硅、氮化铝、氧化铝、氧化锆、氧化镁、氧化钇或其混合物,填入模具压实,其中模具内侧加工有对应的三维图案;
2)将模具置于直流热压烧结装置中,电极在混合氧化物两侧加以压力和直流电压,控制电流,获得合适的反应温度,完成烧结;
3)降温,得到带有表面三维结构的陶瓷产品。
进一步的,步骤1)中,氮化硅、氮化铝、氧化铝、氧化锆、氧化镁、氧化钇或其混合物通过高能球磨混合,混合时间为10~20小时。
进一步的,步骤1)中,模具内侧加工有的三维图案为通过数控加工方式加工出的与欲在陶瓷上制备的三维结构反相的结构。
进一步的,步骤2)具体为:控制电流强度,使其快速加热到900~1300℃,同时加压50~100MPa,保温3~5分钟。
进一步的,步骤2)中,烧结电极为石墨电极。
进一步的,步骤2)中,固相反应时间不超过15分钟。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1)用加工石墨代替了直接加工陶瓷,与传统的机械加工工艺相比,加工工时下降到了原来的五分之一到十分之一;
2)烧结时间不超过15分钟,从而提高了生产效率,显著节约能源。
具体实施方式
实施例:
本实施例展示一种陶瓷表面三维结构的快速制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)称取氧化铝50克,氧化镁0.4克放入刚玉球磨罐中,使用氧化铝磨球,速度为90RPM,球磨时间20小时;
(2)将步骤1所得粉料装入直径50毫米的圆柱形石墨模具中,压实;
(3)在石墨模具压头的内侧用数控加工的方式加工出宽度为1毫米,深度0.5毫米,间距2毫米的平行凹槽;
(4)将装配好的模具置于直流热压烧结装置中,程序控制电流强度约5000A,可以在10分钟内加热至1100℃,同时加压100MPa,保温5分钟;
(4)关掉电源,随炉降温,得到氧化铝陶瓷产品,其表面分布有宽度为1毫米,高度0.5毫米,间距2毫米的平行凸起三维结构;
(5)经简单的抛光即可获得满足使用要求的表面三维结构氧化铝陶瓷产品。
其中:
步骤(3)仅为本实施例的一展现形式,其加热温度范围可在900~1300℃,加压范围可在50~100MPa,保温时间可在3~5分钟。
烧结电极为石墨电极;同时烧结反应时间不超过15分钟。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1)用加工石墨代替了直接加工陶瓷,与传统的机械加工工艺相比,加工工时下降到了原来的五分之一到十分之一;
2)烧结时间不超过15分钟,从而提高了生产效率,显著节约能源。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种陶瓷表面三维结构的快速制备方法,其特征在于:
具体步骤如下:
1)选取氮化硅、氮化铝、氧化铝、氧化锆、氧化镁、氧化钇或其混合物,填入模具压实,其中模具内侧加工有对应的三维图案;
2)将模具置于直流热压烧结装置中,电极在混合氧化物两侧加以压力和直流电压,控制电流,获得合适的反应温度,完成烧结;
3)降温,得到带有表面三维结构的陶瓷产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷表面三维结构的快速制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中,氮化硅、氮化铝、氧化铝、氧化锆、氧化镁、氧化钇或其混合物通过高能球磨混合,混合时间为10~20小时。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种陶瓷表面三维结构的快速制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中,模具内侧加工有的三维图案为通过数控加工方式加工出的与欲在陶瓷上制备的三维结构反相的结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种陶瓷表面三维结构的快速制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)具体为:控制电流强度,使其快速加热到900~1300℃,同时加压50~100MPa,保温3~5分钟。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种陶瓷表面三维结构的快速制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中,烧结电极为石墨电极。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种陶瓷表面三维结构的快速制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中,固相反应时间不超过15分钟。
