Abstract
本发明公开了一种团状模塑料用双螺杆挤出机,包括料筒,料筒内设有挤出螺杆,挤出螺杆一端伸出料筒且其上设有控制转动的电机一,料筒的侧壁上开设有供物料挤出的排料口,料筒两侧分别设有侧架,侧架上具有自下而上倾斜延伸的滑槽,滑槽的上端靠近料筒,下端远离料筒;侧架间设有送料斗,送料斗两侧分别固接有送料架,送料架间设有端部均滑动连接于滑槽的升降辊;侧架顶端转动连接有绕线盘,绕线盘上设有控制其转动的电机二,绕线盘与送料架间连接有牵引丝;还包括与电机一、电机二均电连接的控制器。该双螺杆挤出机具有原料倾倒便捷,挤出料可自动切断的特点,整体功能完善,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及挤出机技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种团状模塑料用双螺杆挤出机。
背景技术
团状模塑料在混合制备过程前,需要进行对不同材料的添加,而后将其倒入料筒,由料筒内的螺杆搅拌并挤压,从排料口处挤岀呈泥状的团状模塑料挤出料。但现有的双螺杆挤出机,结构简单,原料混合后,添加到料筒不便,较大量的原料倒入具有一定高度的料筒较为费力;而且从排料口处挤岀的挤出料需要手动切成段状,操作繁琐,整体效果不佳。据此,本发明提出了一种团状模塑料用双螺杆挤出机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种团状模塑料用双螺杆挤出机,该双螺杆挤出机具有原料倾倒便捷,挤出料可自动切断的特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是这样实现的:本发明所涉及的一种团状模塑料用双螺杆挤出机,包括料筒,料筒内设有挤出螺杆,挤出螺杆一端伸出料筒且其上设有控制转动的电机一,所述料筒的侧壁上开设有供物料挤出的排料口,所述料筒两侧分别设有侧架,侧架上具有自下而上倾斜延伸的滑槽,滑槽的上端靠近所述料筒,下端远离所述料筒;所述侧架间设有送料斗,送料斗两侧分别固接有送料架,送料架间设有端部均滑动连接于所述滑槽的升降辊;所述侧架顶端转动连接有绕线盘,绕线盘上设有控制其转动的电机二,所述绕线盘与送料架间连接有牵引丝;还包括与电机一、电机二均电连接的控制器。
本发明进一步设置为:还包括接料平台,接料平台上设有位于所述排料口前方的切料组件,切料组件包括具有垂直导向槽的切料侧板、滑动连接于垂直导向槽的切刀、控制切刀作上下运动的伸缩气缸。
本发明进一步设置为:所述切刀的至少一侧设有滑块,滑块内插有与所述垂直导向槽平行的导向杆,所述滑块相对导向杆作上下滑动。
本发明进一步设置为:所述滑槽的顶端具有与滑槽相连通的限位槽,限位槽向所述料筒侧横向延伸。
本发明进一步设置为:所述升降辊下方设有两端均固接于侧架的定位辊,所述送料架下方承靠于定位辊。
本发明进一步设置为:所述侧架间设有横挡。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.物料可在较低位置状态下的送料斗内混合,而后经电机以及绕线盘的牵引抬升后将原料倾倒至料筒内,原料添加省力,操作简单便捷;
2.切料组件的设置,实现对挤出料的成段切割,无需人工操作,切割精准,操作简单便捷;
3.滑块配合导向杆的设置,起到了导向的作用,避免经若干次的切割后,切刀位置偏移,影响切割效果;
4.限位槽的设置,使得升降辊上升到滑槽的最高位置后,会滑入限位槽,致使送料架以及送料斗的整体重量压在限位槽上,减小绕线盘载荷,便于倾倒送料斗内的原料;
5.定位辊的增设,给予送料斗作承靠作用,使其放置平稳,便于加料;
6.横挡的增设,用于连接料筒两侧的侧架,起到了加固的作用,整体功能完善,实用性强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和优选实施例对本发明进一步说明。
参见图1至2所示,本实施例所涉及的一种团状模塑料用双螺杆挤出机,包括料筒1,料筒1内设有挤出螺杆2,挤出螺杆2一端伸出料筒1且其上设有控制转动的电机一3,所述料筒1的侧壁上开设有供物料挤出的排料口4,所述料筒1两侧分别设有侧架5,侧架5上具有自下而上倾斜延伸的滑槽6,滑槽6的上端靠近所述料筒1,下端远离所述料筒1;所述侧架5间设有送料斗7,送料斗7两侧分别固接有送料架8,送料架8间设有端部均滑动连接于所述滑槽6的升降辊9;所述侧架5顶端转动连接有绕线盘10,绕线盘10上设有控制其转动的电机二11,所述绕线盘10与送料架8间连接有牵引丝12;还包括与电机一3、电机二11均电连接的控制器13。
在本实施方案中,首先,送料架8、送料斗7处于最低位置,通过需要搅拌混合的原料倒入送料斗7,经控制器13开启电机二11,绕线盘10转动,盘卷牵引丝12,使得送料架8携送料斗7上升,升降辊9在滑槽6内向上滑动,逐渐升至滑槽6的最高位置,送料架8、送料斗7以及升降辊9处于滑槽6最高位置,绕线盘10继续转动,送料斗7绕升降辊9轴线翘起,将送料斗7内的原料倾倒至料筒1内,而后,由控制器13开启电机一3,电机一3携挤出螺杆2转动,电机一3具有正反转功能,正转状态下,为搅拌功能,反转状态下,混合的原料会从排料口4被推送岀。
其中,滑槽6倾斜设置,便于送料架8、送料斗7以及升降辊9的抬升。
进一步的,还包括接料平台14,接料平台14上设有位于所述排料口4前方的切料组件15,切料组件15包括具有垂直导向槽154的切料侧板151、滑动连接于垂直导向槽154的切刀152、控制切刀152作上下运动的伸缩气缸153,通过给予伸缩气缸153进出气,实现伸缩气缸153按一定频率携切刀152作上下往复切割运动,完成对挤出料的成段切割;其中,接料平台14用于盛放被切成段的挤出料。
进一步的,所述切刀152的至少一侧设有滑块155,滑块155内插有与所述垂直导向槽154平行的导向杆156,所述滑块155相对导向杆156作上下滑动,给予切刀152上下滑动时的导向作用,避免经若干次的切割后,切刀152位置偏移,影响切割效果。
进一步的,所述滑槽6的顶端具有与滑槽6相连通的限位槽16,限位槽16向所述料筒1侧横向延伸,限位槽16的设置,使得当升降辊9上升到滑槽6的最高位置后,会滑入限位槽16,致使送料架8以及送料斗7的整体重量压在限位槽16上,减小绕线盘10载荷,而继续盘绕牵引丝12,可使送料斗7翻起,将送料斗7内的混合原料倒入料筒1。
进一步的,所述升降辊9下方设有两端均固接于侧架5的定位辊17,所述送料架8下方承靠于定位辊17,当送料斗7处于最低位置时,为了防止在给予送料斗7添加原料而产生震动,用于给予送料架8以及送料斗7一定的承靠效果,起到了使送料斗7放置平稳,便于加料的作用。
进一步的,所述侧架5间设有横挡18,用于连接料筒1两侧的侧架5,起到了加固的作用。
本发明所涉及的团状模塑料用双螺杆挤出机,通过物料可在较低位置状态下的送料斗内混合,而后经电机以及绕线盘的牵引抬升后将原料倾倒至料筒内,原料添加省力,操作简单便捷;通过切料组件的设置,实现对挤出料的成段切割,无需人工操作,切割精准,操作简单便捷;通过滑块配合导向杆的设置,起到了导向的作用,避免经若干次的切割后,切刀位置偏移,影响切割效果;通过限位槽的设置,使得升降辊上升到滑槽的最高位置后,会滑入限位槽,致使送料架以及送料斗的整体重量压在限位槽上,减小绕线盘载荷,便于倾倒送料斗内的原料;通过定位辊的增设,给予送料斗作承靠作用,使其放置平稳,便于加料;通过横挡的增设,用于连接料筒两侧的侧架,起到了加固的作用,整体功能完善,实用性强。

1.一种团状模塑料用双螺杆挤出机,包括料筒,料筒内设有挤出螺杆,挤出螺杆一端伸出料筒且其上设有控制转动的电机一,所述料筒的侧壁上开设有供物料挤出的排料口,其特征在于:所述料筒两侧分别设有侧架,侧架上具有自下而上倾斜延伸的滑槽,滑槽的上端靠近所述料筒,下端远离所述料筒;所述侧架间设有送料斗,送料斗两侧分别固接有送料架,送料架间设有端部均滑动连接于所述滑槽的升降辊;所述侧架顶端转动连接有绕线盘,绕线盘上设有控制其转动的电机二,所述绕线盘与送料架间连接有牵引丝;还包括与电机一、电机二均电连接的控制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的团状模塑料用双螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:还包括接料平台,接料平台上设有位于所述排料口前方的切料组件,切料组件包括具有垂直导向槽的切料侧板、滑动连接于垂直导向槽的切刀、控制切刀作上下运动的伸缩气缸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的团状模塑料用双螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:所述切刀的至少一侧设有滑块,滑块内插有与所述垂直导向槽平行的导向杆,所述滑块相对导向杆作上下滑动。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的团状模塑料用双螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:所述滑槽的顶端具有与滑槽相连通的限位槽,限位槽向所述料筒侧横向延伸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的团状模塑料用双螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:所述升降辊下方设有两端均固接于侧架的定位辊,所述送料架下方承靠于定位辊。
6.根据权利要求1所述的团状模塑料用双螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:所述侧架间设有横挡。
