Abstract
本发明为一种涤棉交织双层面料的雕花印花方法。它包括如下步骤:1)织造:通过双经轴织机用接结双层组织法将涤纶纱置于表面、棉纱置于里层进行面料织造,得到初始面料,其中,所述涤纶纱的强力为700‑750cN,棉纱的强力为350‑400cN;2)雕花:将初始面料置于滚筒印花机或平网印花机上,将质量百分比浓度为25%‑30%的无机强碱对所述初始面料的涤纶纤维局部炭化,炭化时间为2‑3min,然后水洗除去炭屑,在初始面料上形成图案。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种家纺面料的制备方法,特别是公开一种涤棉交织双层面料的雕花印花方法。
背景技术
随着社会与科技的发展,人们越来越追求个性和独特,对纺织品的要求由过去的“经济实用性”向“功能化、科技化、装饰化、个性化、时尚化”发展,不再把纺织品的耐用性能作为消费的首要指标,而是将纺织品的功能性、外观时尚性、绿色环保性作为首要消费考虑因素。为了适应这一市场要求,纺织新产品要不断的推陈出新,不仅要加强对功能性纺织品的开发,也要逐渐重视面料的外观设计。
雕花印花指在两种或两种纤维以上组成的织物上印腐蚀性化学药品(如强碱、硫酸、ALCL3等)浆料,经烘干、烘焙等后处理使某一纤维组分溶解或炭化而形成图案的印花工艺。雕花印花产品风格独特,晶莹剔透,花纹凹凸有序,装饰性强。亦可于印浆中加入适当耐受性染料,在烂掉某一纤维组分的同时使另一组分纤维着色,获得彩色雕花效应。
目前市场上的雕花面料主要以涤纶材质为主,或是全涤织物通过碱剂腐蚀或碱性条件下腐蚀并印花处理。此类雕花面料生产工艺简单成熟,涤纶织物多样性高,易于操作,但其易产生静电、亲肤性差、吸湿性差等缺点,另外,由于双层织物比较厚重,透气性差,如果应用在家纺产品上会影响产品的舒适度,因此很少应用在家纺产品上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种通过雕花印花应用于家纺面料,使面料既具有舒适、透气的性能,又具有良好外观的涤棉交织双层面料的雕花印花方法。
本发明是这样实现的:一种涤棉交织双层面料的雕花印花方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)织造:通过双经轴织机用接结双层组织法将涤纶纱置于表面、棉纱置于里层进行面料织造,得到初始面料,其中,所述涤纶纱的强力为700-750cN,棉纱的强力为350-400cN;
2)雕花:将初始面料置于滚筒印花机或平网印花机上,将质量百分比浓度为25%-30%的无机强碱对所述初始面料的涤纶纤维局部炭化,炭化时间为2-3min,然后水洗除去炭屑,在初始面料上形成图案。
步骤1中,所述棉纱为色织棉纱。
步骤2中,所述滚筒印花机的滚筒压力设置为5-7kPa,车速为25-40m/min。
所述无机强碱为氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾。
步骤1中,所述初始面料由经纱和纬纱相互交织形成双层结构,经纱分为上层经纱和下层经纱;所述的上层经纱为60D有光丝,所述下层经纱和纬纱为60支全棉纱。
步骤2中,所述的水洗除去炭屑中,水洗过程为:依次经过冷水洗、热水洗、冷水洗,其中热水洗用0.5g/L的碳酸钠和0.5g/L的硫代硫酸钠,温度在80-85℃,水洗时间为20min;水洗完成后,对面料进行脱水,脱水时间为10-15min,脱水转速为1000r/min;然后进行烘干,烘干温度为105-110℃,时间为20-30min。
本发明的有益效果是:将涤纶纱和棉纱进行组合交织成双层面料利于雕花印花,通过化学助剂腐蚀局部涤纶表层,留下棉底层,本发明的棉纱为色纱,雕花印花后不用染整,减小了染整所产生的废水和能耗。将双层织物与雕花印花相结合,能更好的将雕花技术运用于家纺,拓宽家纺技术的多元化。本发明方法制得的面料既具有舒适、透气的性能,又具有厚薄对比、密实对比的良好外观,具趣味性和时尚性,吸引消费者目光。
具体实施方式
本发明一种涤棉交织双层面料的雕花印花方法法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)织造:通过双经轴织机用接结双层组织法将涤纶纱置于表面、棉纱置于里层进行面料织造,得到初始面料,其中,所述涤纶纱的强力为700-750cN,棉纱的强力为350-400cN;所述棉纱为色织棉纱。所述初始面料由经纱和纬纱相互交织形成双层结构,经纱分为上层经纱和下层经纱;所述的上层经纱为60D有光丝,所述下层经纱和纬纱为60支全棉纱。
2)雕花:将初始面料置于滚筒印花机或平网印花机上,所述滚筒印花机的滚筒压力设置为5-7kPa,车速为25-40m/min;将质量百分比浓度为25%-30%的无机强碱对所述初始面料的涤纶纤维局部炭化,所述无机强碱为氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾,炭化时间为2-3min。然后水洗除去炭屑,所述的水洗除去炭屑中,水洗过程为:依次经过冷水洗、热水洗、冷水洗,其中热水洗用0.5g/L的碳酸钠和0.5g/L的硫代硫酸钠,温度在80-85℃,水洗时间为20min;水洗完成后,对面料进行脱水,脱水时间为10-15min,脱水转速为1000r/min;然后进行烘干,烘干温度为105-110℃,时间为20-30min。最后在初始面料上形成图案。

1.一种涤棉交织双层面料的雕花印花方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)织造:通过双经轴织机用接结双层组织法将涤纶纱置于表面、棉纱置于里层进行面料织造,得到初始面料,其中,所述涤纶纱的强力为700-750cN,棉纱的强力为350-400cN;2)雕花:将初始面料置于滚筒印花机或平网印花机上,将质量百分比浓度为25%-30%的无机强碱对所述初始面料的涤纶纤维局部炭化,炭化时间为2-3min,然后水洗除去炭屑,在初始面料上形成图案。
