本发明提供了一种抗菌防臭吸汗面料及其制备方法,该面料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:竹炭纤维20‑40份、甲壳素纤维15‑30份、蜂窝涤纶纤维15‑25份、棉麻纤维18‑30份、聚氨酯纤维10‑20份、负离子纤维12‑20份、纳米银溶胶8‑15份、介孔氧化硅6‑10份、金纳米星3‑8份、聚乙烯醇4‑9份、甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯5‑10份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯5‑12份、乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷3‑6份。本发明制得的面料具有良好的吸湿性能,同时对金黄葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌的抑菌率均达到99%以上,因此本发明制得的面料作为一种运动面料具有重要的应用前景。

本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌防臭吸汗面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来户外运动作为一种新兴的运动方式得到了众多运动爱好者的青睐。目前在我国开展的主要户外休闲运动有登山、冲浪、滑翔、滑水、攀冰、穿越、定向、远足、滑雪、潜水、滑草、高山速降自行车、飞行滑索等。伴随着这些户外休闲运动的兴起,户外服装类商品销售增长迅猛。然而目前国内尚无针对户外运动服装的国家标准出台,在一定程度上制约了行业的健康有序发展。
户外运动服装的常规服用性能需要满足抗菌、吸汗的要求,从而提高运动人员在运动过程中穿着的舒适度,虽然现有技术开发了多种功能性运动面料,然而其在抗菌吸汗方面的性能仍未满足现代消费者的需求,因此,进一步开发抗菌防臭吸汗面料对运动服装的发展起到重要的作用。

为了解决以上现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌防臭吸汗面料及其制备方法。

一种抗菌防臭吸汗面料的制备方法,该面料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
竹炭纤维20-40份、甲壳素纤维15-30份、蜂窝涤纶纤维15-25份、棉麻纤维18-30份、聚氨酯纤维10-20份、负离子纤维12-20份、纳米银溶胶8-15份、介孔氧化硅6-10份、金纳米星3-8份、聚乙烯醇4-9份、甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯5-10份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯5-12份、乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷3-6份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份称取各原料;
(2)将竹炭纤维、甲壳素纤维、蜂窝涤纶纤维、棉麻纤维、聚氨酯纤维、负离子纤维置于搅拌机中,于500-1000r/min的转速下搅拌20-40min;再将甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、水20-80份依次加入,再次于60-80℃的温度下搅拌混合1-2h,即得混合液;
(3)将上述混合液晾干后,经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线处理后制得纺纱;
(4)将上述纺纱进行机织成布匹备用;
(5)将所制布匹以1:30-50的浴比置于由纳米银溶胶、介孔氧化硅、金纳米星、聚乙烯醇、
乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷、水30-50份组成的混合溶液中,于25-40℃的温度下搅拌混合1-3h,取出后将其拧干表面的水分,于室温自然晾干,即制得抗菌防臭吸汗面料。
优选的,本发明所述的一种抗菌防臭吸汗面料的制备方法中,该面料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:竹炭纤维30份、甲壳素纤维22份、蜂窝涤纶纤维20份、棉麻纤维24份、聚氨酯纤维15份、负离子纤维16份、纳米银溶胶12份、介孔氧化硅8份、金纳米星5份、聚乙烯醇6份、甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯8份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯8份、乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷5份。
进一步的,所述纳米银溶胶的粒径为5-15nm。
进一步的,所述介孔氧化硅的介孔孔径为10-30nm。
进一步的,所述金纳米星的粒径为40-80nm。
进一步的,所述布匹的经线密度为90-120根/cm、纬线密度为50-60根/cm。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种抗菌防臭吸汗面料及其制备方法,该面料主要由竹炭纤维、甲壳素纤维、蜂窝涤纶纤维、棉麻纤维、聚氨酯纤维、负离子纤维混纺而成,然后再使用功能性原料进行处理,提高面料的综合性能。从测试结果得出,本发明制得的面料具有良好的吸湿性能,同时对金黄葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌的抑菌率均达到99%以上,从对比例得知,竹炭纤维和甲壳素纤维对面料的吸湿性能和抗菌性具有重要的作用,介孔氧化硅和金纳米星对面料的抗菌性起到重要的作用。因此本发明制得的面料作为一种运动面料具有重要的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步描述本发明,但实施例仅是范例性的,并不对本发明的范围构成任何限制。本领域技术人员应该理解的是,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围下可以对本发明技术方案的细节和形式进行修改或替换,但这些修改和替换均落入本发明的保护范围内。
实施例1
一种抗菌防臭吸汗面料的制备方法,该面料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
竹炭纤维30份、甲壳素纤维22份、蜂窝涤纶纤维20份、棉麻纤维24份、聚氨酯纤维15份、负离子纤维16份、纳米银溶胶12份、介孔氧化硅8份、金纳米星5份、聚乙烯醇6份、甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯8份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯8份、乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷5份。其中,所述纳米银溶胶的粒径为8-10nm;所述介孔氧化硅的介孔孔径为15-18nm;所述金纳米星的粒径为60-65nm。
其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份称取各原料;
(2)将竹炭纤维、甲壳素纤维、蜂窝涤纶纤维、棉麻纤维、聚氨酯纤维、负离子纤维置于搅拌机中,于800r/min的转速下搅拌30min;再将甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、水50份依次加入,再次于70℃的温度下搅拌混合1.5h,即得混合液;
(3)将上述混合液晾干后,经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线处理后制得纺纱;
(4)将上述纺纱进行机织成布匹备用,所述布匹的经线密度为110根/cm、纬线密度为55根/cm;
(5)将所制布匹以1:40的浴比置于由纳米银溶胶、介孔氧化硅、金纳米星、聚乙烯醇、
乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷、水40份组成的混合溶液中,于35℃的温度下搅拌混合2h,取出后将其拧干表面的水分,于室温自然晾干,即制得抗菌防臭吸汗面料。
实施例2
一种抗菌防臭吸汗面料的制备方法,该面料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
竹炭纤维20份、甲壳素纤维15份、蜂窝涤纶纤维15份、棉麻纤维18份、聚氨酯纤维10份、负离子纤维12份、纳米银溶胶8份、介孔氧化硅6份、金纳米星3份、聚乙烯醇4份、甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯5份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯5份、乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷3份;其中,所述纳米银溶胶的粒径为5-8nm;所述介孔氧化硅的介孔孔径为10-15nm;所述金纳米星的粒径为40-45nm。
其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份称取各原料;
(2)将竹炭纤维、甲壳素纤维、蜂窝涤纶纤维、棉麻纤维、聚氨酯纤维、负离子纤维置于搅拌机中,于500r/min的转速下搅拌20min;再将甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、水20份依次加入,再次于60℃的温度下搅拌混合1h,即得混合液;
(3)将上述混合液晾干后,经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线处理后制得纺纱;
(4)将上述纺纱进行机织成布匹备用,所述布匹的经线密度为90根/cm、纬线密度为50根/cm;
(5)将所制布匹以1:30的浴比置于由纳米银溶胶、介孔氧化硅、金纳米星、聚乙烯醇、
乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷、水30份组成的混合溶液中,于25℃的温度下搅拌混合1h,取出后将其拧干表面的水分,于室温自然晾干,即制得抗菌防臭吸汗面料。
实施例3
一种抗菌防臭吸汗面料的制备方法,该面料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
竹炭纤维25份、甲壳素纤维20份、蜂窝涤纶纤维18份、棉麻纤维22份、聚氨酯纤维12份、负离子纤维14份、纳米银溶胶10份、介孔氧化硅7份、金纳米星4份、聚乙烯醇5份、甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯6份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯7份、乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷4份;其中,所述纳米银溶胶的粒径为6-8nm;所述介孔氧化硅的介孔孔径为15-20nm;所述金纳米星的粒径为50-55nm。
其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份称取各原料;
(2)将竹炭纤维、甲壳素纤维、蜂窝涤纶纤维、棉麻纤维、聚氨酯纤维、负离子纤维置于搅拌机中,于600r/min的转速下搅拌25min;再将甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、水40份依次加入,再次于65℃的温度下搅拌混合1.3h,即得混合液;
(3)将上述混合液晾干后,经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线处理后制得纺纱;
(4)将上述纺纱进行机织成布匹备用,所述布匹的经线密度为100根/cm、纬线密度为52根/cm;
(5)将所制布匹以1:35的浴比置于由纳米银溶胶、介孔氧化硅、金纳米星、聚乙烯醇、
乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷、水35份组成的混合溶液中,于30℃的温度下搅拌混合1.5h,取出后将其拧干表面的水分,于室温自然晾干,即制得抗菌防臭吸汗面料。
实施例4
一种抗菌防臭吸汗面料的制备方法,该面料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
竹炭纤维40份、甲壳素纤维30份、蜂窝涤纶纤维25份、棉麻纤维30份、聚氨酯纤维20份、负离子纤维20份、纳米银溶胶15份、介孔氧化硅10份、金纳米星8份、聚乙烯醇9份、甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯10份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯12份、乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷6份;其中,所述纳米银溶胶的粒径为15nm;所述介孔氧化硅的介孔孔径为30nm;所述金纳米星的粒径为80nm。
其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份称取各原料;
(2)将竹炭纤维、甲壳素纤维、蜂窝涤纶纤维、棉麻纤维、聚氨酯纤维、负离子纤维置于搅拌机中,于1000r/min的转速下搅拌40min;再将甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、水80份依次加入,再次于80℃的温度下搅拌混合2h,即得混合液;
(3)将上述混合液晾干后,经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线处理后制得纺纱;
(4)将上述纺纱进行机织成布匹备用,所述布匹的经线密度为120根/cm、纬线密度为60根/cm;
(5)将所制布匹以1:50的浴比置于由纳米银溶胶、介孔氧化硅、金纳米星、聚乙烯醇、
乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷、水50份组成的混合溶液中,于40℃的温度下搅拌混合3h,取出后将其拧干表面的水分,于室温自然晾干,即制得抗菌防臭吸汗面料。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例1的区别在于,对比例1中未添加竹炭纤维和甲壳素纤维。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例1的区别在于,对比例2中未添加介孔氧化硅和金纳米星。
将实施例1-4、对比例1-2制得面料进行以下性能测试:
吸湿测试:从样品的纵向和横向分别取5张大小为200mm×25mm的试样,然后放入水槽中,把试样固定在支撑水槽水面上,再将面料浸渍在水中10min,10min后测定由于毛细管现象水上升的高度,计算出5次的平均值;抗菌性:参照国际标准ISO 20743进行检测。
测试结果如表1所示,从表1中得出,本发明制得的面料具有良好的吸湿性能,同时对金黄葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌的抑菌率均达到99%以上,从对比例得知,竹炭纤维和甲壳素纤维对面料的吸湿性能具有重要的作用,介孔氧化硅和金纳米星对面料的抗菌性起到重要的作用。

Claims (7)
1.一种抗菌防臭吸汗面料的制备方法,其特征在于,该面料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
竹炭纤维20-40份、甲壳素纤维15-30份、蜂窝涤纶纤维15-25份、棉麻纤维18-30份、聚氨酯纤维10-20份、负离子纤维12-20份、纳米银溶胶8-15份、介孔氧化硅6-10份、金纳米星3-8份、聚乙烯醇4-9份、甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯5-10份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯5-12份、乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷3-6份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份称取各原料;
(2)将竹炭纤维、甲壳素纤维、蜂窝涤纶纤维、棉麻纤维、聚氨酯纤维、负离子纤维置于搅拌机中,于500-1000r/min的转速下搅拌20-40min;再将甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、水20-80份依次加入,再次于60-80℃的温度下搅拌混合1-2h,即得混合液;
(3)将上述混合液晾干后,经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线处理后制得纺纱;
(4)将上述纺纱进行机织成布匹备用;
(5)将所制布匹以1:30-50的浴比置于由纳米银溶胶、介孔氧化硅、金纳米星、聚乙烯醇、
乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷、水30-50份组成的混合溶液中,于25-40℃的温度下搅拌混合1-3h,取出后将其拧干表面的水分,于室温自然晾干,即制得抗菌防臭吸汗面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防臭吸汗面料的制备方法,其特征在于,该面料由以下重量份的原料制备而成:竹炭纤维30份、甲壳素纤维22份、蜂窝涤纶纤维20份、棉麻纤维24份、聚氨酯纤维15份、负离子纤维16份、纳米银溶胶12份、介孔氧化硅8份、金纳米星5份、聚乙烯醇6份、甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯8份、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯8份、乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防臭吸汗面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纳米银溶胶的粒径为5-15nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防臭吸汗面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述介孔氧化硅的介孔孔径为10-30nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防臭吸汗面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述金纳米星的粒径为40-80nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防臭吸汗面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述布匹的经线密度为90-120根/cm、纬线密度为50-60根/cm。
7.权利要求1-6任一项所述的制备方法制得的抗菌防臭吸汗面料。
