Abstract
本发明公开一种高弹性吸湿排汗高尔夫运动服装面料,属于功能性面料制备技术领域,所述面料由纱线织造得到,所述纱线包括聚酯纤维和功能改性纤维,其中,所述功能改性纤维包括弹性纤维,所述弹性纤维为酰胺聚合物纤维,其通过二氨基丙醇与长碳链端烯基烷酸酯进行氨解,再通过与酸酐的酯化制备为改性酰胺单体,利用二硫醇单体与端烯基的点击反应进行聚合,最后与尼龙切片共混纺丝制得,本发明通过复合改性提高复合纤维的弹韧性,赋予服装面料良好的运动自由度;本发明还通过设置为异形纤维提高纤维的比表面积,利用毛细管效应提高纤维的吸湿、排汗和透气性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及功能性面料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种高弹性吸湿排汗高尔夫运动服装面料。
背景技术
高尔夫是人体力学所涉及的运动中最复杂的运动之一,其击球动作属于全身的整体运动,几乎需要全身肌肉和关节的运动才能完成,其中上肢力量包括:手臂,胸,后背和腰腹的肌肉,在体能方面尤其需要注重身体的协调性,上肢的力量和身体的柔韧性。另外,运动员除了需要上肢的力量外,高尔夫的18个洞打完约有7000米的距离,也属于有氧运动。通过腰部发力,挥动双臂击球,双脚走完全程,尤其是挥杆,是一套集协调、力量、爆发力的完整动作,这就要求运动时穿着具有良好的运动机能性和卫生舒适性的服装,这样的服装能够较大限度地适合人体的需要,达到卫生舒适的最佳状态。
虽然近年来高尔夫服装时装化的倾向越来越明显,但究其结构、功能等要求方面还有待进一步的改进。市场上较多的高尔夫服装,通常分为上衣和裤子两个主体,上衣多为长袖或短袖的马球衫(Polo Shirt)为主要款式的运动衫;裤子(不论长短)是纯棉或纯毛的西裤。对高尔夫服装的设计必须具备两个要求,第一是服装不妨碍挥杆和推杆动作,运动自由度较好;在高尔夫运动中,挥杆动作使局部人体尺寸较站立姿势变化明显,因此容易出现动态延伸度不足的情况,即局部运动程度大的着装部位容易牵制人体活动,挥杆至顶点等大幅度手臂动作受限;第二是穿着合身舒适,衣料质地柔软,吸汗、吸湿能力强;上述高尔夫服装的设计要求需要同时满足面料的弹性与吸湿排汗性能。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种高弹性吸湿排汗高尔夫运动服装面料。
本发明的目的采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种高弹性吸湿排汗高尔夫运动服装面料,由纱线织造得到,所述纱线包括聚酯纤维和功能改性纤维,其中,所述功能改性纤维包括弹性纤维,所述弹性纤维为酰胺聚合物纤维,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、分别称取1,3-二氨基-2-丙醇和端烯基羧酸甲酯并溶解在四氢呋喃溶剂中,升温至50-60℃,加入碱作为催化剂,保温搅拌反应16-24h,反应完成后加入醇溶剂稀释反应体系,分离沉淀,洗涤、干燥后制得白色沉淀A;
S2、将所述白色沉淀A溶解在四氢呋喃溶剂中,加入乙酸酐和DMAP催化剂,升温至50-60℃并保温反应16-24h,反应完成后加入冷的四氢呋喃溶剂和去离子水以冷却反应体系,加入二氯甲烷稀释反应体系,分离沉淀,洗涤、干燥后制得白色沉淀B;
S3、将所述白色沉淀B溶解在四氢呋喃溶剂中,加入二硫醇单体和偶氮二异丁腈,反应体系通氮除氧后,升温至60-70℃并保温反应6-12h,反应完成后加入冷的四氢呋喃以冷却反应体系,加入醇溶剂稀释反应体系,分离沉淀,洗涤、干燥后制得白色沉淀C;
S4、将所述白色沉淀C与尼龙切片混合后,入螺杆挤出机中熔融,通过计量泵控制熔融物的出料量,经异形喷丝板喷丝,制得所述酰胺聚合物纤维。
在一些优选的实施方式中,步骤S1中所述1,3-二氨基-2-丙醇与所述端烯基羧酸甲酯、所述碱的质量比例为10:(40-45):(0.03-0.04)。
在一些优选的实施方式中,步骤S2中所述白色沉淀A与所述乙酸酐、所述DMAP催化剂的质量比例为10:(3.8-4.0):(0.1-0.12)。
在一些优选的实施方式中,步骤S3中所述白色沉淀B与所述二硫醇单体、所述偶氮二异丁腈的质量比例为10:(4-5):(0.1-0.12)。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述白色沉淀C与所述尼龙切片的混合质量比例为(14-32):100;所述酰胺聚合物纤维的纤度在40-200D。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述异形喷丝板具有十字形或Y字形或W形或T字形异形截面。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述尼龙切片为PA6、PA66、PA610、PA612或PA9。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述功能改性纤维包括吸湿纤维,所述吸湿纤维为改性聚氨酯纤维,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
将聚氨酯纤维在乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷的乙醇溶液中浸渍活化,得到表面活化聚氨酯纤维,备用;将丙烯酰胺单体和丙烯酸单体混合溶解在去离子水中,加入过硫酸钾,得到单体溶液,将所述表面活化聚氨酯纤维浸入所述单体溶液中,在60-70℃下保温浸渍2-6h,再加入氯化钙,继续保温反应0.5-2h,反应完成后取出并以去离子水漂洗,干燥后制得;
其中,所述丙烯酰胺单体和所述丙烯酸单体的质量比为(3-4):1。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述聚酯纤维与所述弹性纤维、所述吸湿纤维的质量比例为(1-1.8):1:(0.5-1.5)。
本发明的有益效果为:
基于高尔夫服装的设计要求,本发明在聚酯纤维面料的基础上,通过混纺功能改性纤维,提供一种具有高弹性与吸湿排汗性能的高尔夫运动服装面料,具体的,所述功能改性纤维包括酰胺聚合物弹性纤维,先通过二氨基丙醇与长碳链端烯基烷酸酯进行氨解,再通过与酸酐的酯化制备为改性酰胺单体,利用二硫醇单体与端烯基的点击反应进行聚合,再与尼龙切片共混纺丝,制得改性的酰胺聚合物纤维,有效提高纱线/面料的弹韧性,其还可通过衍生化的二硫醇单体中的巯醚与金属(Fe,Ⅲ)配位进一步提高弹韧性,赋予纱线/面料良好的运动自由度;本发明还通过设置为异形纤维提高纤维的比表面积,利用毛细管效应提高纤维的吸湿、排汗和透气性;进一步的,所述功能改性纤维包括吸湿纤维,本发明基于高弹性的聚氨酯纤维,依次通过表面乙烯基活化,与丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺共聚改性并复合氯化钙,获得一种兼具高弹性和良好吸湿性的改性纤维,极大地提高面料的服用性能。
具体实施方式
结合以下实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
一种高弹性吸湿排汗高尔夫运动服装面料,由混纺纱线织造得到,所述混纺纱线由聚酯纤维、弹性纤维和吸湿纤维组成,所述聚酯纤维与所述弹性纤维、所述吸湿纤维的质量比例为1.3:1:0.85;
所述弹性纤维为酰胺聚合物纤维,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、分别称取1,3-二氨基-2-丙醇和癸-9-烯酸甲酯并溶解在四氢呋喃溶剂中,升温至55℃,加入甲醇钠(甲醇或乙醇溶液),保温搅拌反应20h,反应完成后加入甲醇或乙醇稀释反应体系,分离沉淀,洗涤、干燥后制得白色沉淀A;
其中,所述1,3-二氨基-2-丙醇与所述癸-9-烯酸甲酯、所述甲醇钠的质量比例为10:42:0.03;
S2、将所述白色沉淀A溶解在四氢呋喃溶剂中,加入乙酸酐和DMAP催化剂,升温至55℃并保温反应20h,反应完成后加入冷的四氢呋喃溶剂和去离子水以冷却反应体系,加入二氯甲烷稀释反应体系,分离沉淀,洗涤、干燥后制得白色沉淀B;
其中,所述白色沉淀A与所述乙酸酐、所述DMAP催化剂的质量比例为10:3.9:0.1;
S3、将所述白色沉淀B溶解在四氢呋喃溶剂中,加入3,6-二氧杂-1,8-辛二硫醇单体和偶氮二异丁腈,反应体系通氮除氧后,升温至60℃并保温反应8h,反应完成后加入冷的四氢呋喃以冷却反应体系,加入甲醇或乙醇稀释反应体系,分离沉淀,洗涤、干燥后制得白色沉淀C;
其中,所述白色沉淀B与所述3,6-二氧杂-1,8-辛二硫醇单体、所述偶氮二异丁腈的质量比例为10:4:0.1;
S4、将所述白色沉淀C与干燥的尼龙切片按质量比1:4混合后,入螺杆挤出机中熔融,通过计量泵控制熔融物的出料量,经具有Y形截面喷丝板喷丝,制得所述酰胺聚合物纤维,所述酰胺聚合物纤维的纤度为100D;
所述尼龙切片为PA6,熔点220℃,密度1.13g/cm3。
所述吸湿纤维为改性聚氨酯纤维,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯并溶解在二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中,加入二月桂酸二丁基锡做催化剂,搅拌反应1h,加入4,4'-二羟基二苯二硫醚,升温至40℃并搅拌反应18h,反应完成后静电纺丝法制备为纤维,制得所述聚氨酯纤维;
其中,所述异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯与所述二月桂酸二丁基锡、所述4,4'-二羟基二苯二硫醚的质量比例为10:0.075:5.4;
(2)将聚氨酯纤维在乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷的乙醇溶液(2.8wt.%)中浸渍活化,得到表面活化聚氨酯纤维,备用;将丙烯酰胺单体和丙烯酸单体按质量比4:1混合溶解在去离子水中(单体溶解浓度5wt%),加入单体质量0.2wt%的过硫酸钾,得到单体溶液,将所述表面活化聚氨酯纤维浸入所述单体溶液中,在65℃下保温浸渍3h,再加入氯化钙(终浓度3.6wt%),继续保温反应1h,反应完成后取出并以去离子水漂洗,干燥后制得。
实施例2
一种高弹性吸湿排汗高尔夫运动服装面料,由混纺纱线织造得到,所述混纺纱线由聚酯纤维和弹性纤维组成,所述聚酯纤维与所述弹性纤维的质量比例为1.3:1;
所述弹性纤维为酰胺聚合物纤维,其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种高弹性吸湿排汗高尔夫运动服装面料,由混纺纱线织造得到,所述混纺纱线由聚酯纤维和吸湿纤维组成,所述聚酯纤维与所述吸湿纤维的质量比例为1.3:0.85;
所述吸湿纤维为改性聚氨酯纤维,其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
一种高弹性吸湿排汗高尔夫运动服装面料,同实施例1,区别在于,所述吸湿纤维的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将聚氨酯纤维在乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷的乙醇溶液(2.8wt.%)中浸渍活化,得到表面活化聚氨酯纤维,备用;将丙烯酰胺单体和丙烯酸单体按质量比4:1混合溶解在去离子水中(单体溶解浓度5wt%),加入单体质量0.2wt%的过硫酸钾,得到单体溶液,将所述表面活化聚氨酯纤维浸入所述单体溶液中,在65℃下保温浸渍4h,反应完成后取出并以去离子水漂洗,干燥后制得。
实施例5
一种高弹性吸湿排汗高尔夫运动服装面料,同实施例1,区别在于,所述聚氨酯纤维的制备方法包括以下步骤:
称取异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯并溶解在二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中,加入二月桂酸二丁基锡做催化剂,搅拌反应1h,加入4,4'-二羟基二苯二硫醚和聚四氢呋喃,升温至40℃并搅拌反应18h,反应完成后静电纺丝法制备为纤维,制得所述聚氨酯纤维;
其中,所述异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯与所述二月桂酸二丁基锡、所述4,4'-二羟基二苯二硫醚、所述聚四氢呋喃的质量比例为10:0.075:5.4:14.5。
实施例6
一种高弹性吸湿排汗高尔夫运动服装面料,同实施例1,区别在于,步骤S3如下:
S3、将所述白色沉淀B溶解在四氢呋喃溶剂中,加入3,6-二氧杂-1,8-辛二硫醇单体、偶氮二异丁腈和氯化铁,反应体系通氮除氧后,升温至60℃并保温反应8h,反应完成后加入冷的四氢呋喃以冷却反应体系,加入甲醇或乙醇稀释反应体系,分离沉淀,洗涤、干燥后制得白色沉淀C;
其中,所述白色沉淀B与所述3,6-二氧杂-1,8-辛二硫醇单体、所述偶氮二异丁腈、所述氯化铁的质量比例为10:4:0.1:0.37;
对比例
一种面料,由混纺纱线织造得到,所述混纺纱线由聚酯纤维、PA6纤维和聚氨酯纤维组成,所述聚酯纤维与所述PA6纤维、所述聚氨酯纤维的质量比例为1.3:1:0.85。
实验例
为了能够更加清楚地说明本发明,本发明对各实施例制得的面料(经密为130根/10cm,纬密为116根/10cm)进行了检测,具体的,面料的透气率、吸水率参考GB/T5453-1997进行测试;面料的透湿性参考GB/T127041-2009第一部分进行测试;混纺纱线的拉伸性能参考GB/T14343-2008进行测试;测试结果如表1所示。

Claims (9)
1.一种高弹性吸湿排汗高尔夫运动服装面料,由纱线织造得到,其特征在于,所述纱线包括聚酯纤维和功能改性纤维,其中,所述功能改性纤维包括弹性纤维,所述弹性纤维为酰胺聚合物纤维,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、分别称取1,3-二氨基-2-丙醇和端烯基羧酸甲酯并溶解在四氢呋喃溶剂中,升温至50-60℃,加入碱作为催化剂,保温搅拌反应16-24h,反应完成后加入醇溶剂稀释反应体系,分离沉淀,洗涤、干燥后制得白色沉淀A;
S2、将所述白色沉淀A溶解在四氢呋喃溶剂中,加入乙酸酐和DMAP催化剂,升温至50-60℃并保温反应16-24h,反应完成后加入冷的四氢呋喃溶剂和去离子水以冷却反应体系,加入二氯甲烷稀释反应体系,分离沉淀,洗涤、干燥后制得白色沉淀B;
S3、将所述白色沉淀B溶解在四氢呋喃溶剂中,加入二硫醇单体和偶氮二异丁腈,反应体系通氮除氧后,升温至60-70℃并保温反应6-12h,反应完成后加入冷的四氢呋喃以冷却反应体系,加入醇溶剂稀释反应体系,分离沉淀,洗涤、干燥后制得白色沉淀C;
S4、将所述白色沉淀C与尼龙切片混合后,入螺杆挤出机中熔融,通过计量泵控制熔融物的出料量,经异形喷丝板喷丝,制得所述酰胺聚合物纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性吸湿排汗高尔夫运动服装面料,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述1,3-二氨基-2-丙醇与所述端烯基羧酸甲酯、所述碱的质量比例为10:(40-45):(0.03-0.04)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性吸湿排汗高尔夫运动服装面料,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述白色沉淀A与所述乙酸酐、所述DMAP催化剂的质量比例为10:(3.8-4.0):(0.1-0.12)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性吸湿排汗高尔夫运动服装面料,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述白色沉淀B与所述二硫醇单体、所述偶氮二异丁腈的质量比例为10:(4-5):(0.1-0.12)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性吸湿排汗高尔夫运动服装面料,其特征在于,所述白色沉淀C与所述尼龙切片的混合质量比例为(14-32):100;所述酰胺聚合物纤维的纤度在40-200D。

将聚氨酯纤维在乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷的乙醇溶液中浸渍活化,得到表面活化聚氨酯纤维,备用;将丙烯酰胺单体和丙烯酸单体混合溶解在去离子水中,加入过硫酸钾,得到单体溶液,将所述表面活化聚氨酯纤维浸入所述单体溶液中,在60-70℃下保温浸渍2-6h,再加入氯化钙,继续保温反应0.5-2h,反应完成后取出并以去离子水漂洗,干燥后制得;
其中,所述丙烯酰胺单体和所述丙烯酸单体的质量比为(3-4):1。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种高弹性吸湿排汗高尔夫运动服装面料,其特征在于,所述聚酯纤维与所述弹性纤维、所述吸湿纤维的质量比例为(1-1.8):1:(0.5-1.5)。
