本实用新型针对现有技术存在之缺失，其主要目的是在保持现在可纺性的前提下，提供一种吸湿、透气及挺括、强度高等性能更好的仿天然纤维的涤纶长丝，包括芯层和表层，所述芯层为涤纶层，所述表层为天然纤维层，所述天然纤维表层包覆上述涤纶芯层构成皮芯结构的仿天然纤维的涤纶长丝。在保持现在可纺性的前提下,以涤纶为芯层、天然纤维为表层包覆的纱线加工的织物,保持了天然纤维的柔软、舒适、吸湿、透气等自然风格,又发挥了涤纶长丝悬垂性好、挺括、不易起皱等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种合成纤维，尤其是一种仿天然纤维的涤纶长丝。
背景技术
涤纶作为合成纤维中的三大主力纤维之一，因其优良的物理及化学特性被广泛应用于服装面料以及其他非服装领域。涤纶产品自问世以来，也曾以其悬垂好、强度高、挺括、不易起皱而被下游用户当作主要纺织原料来织造各类纺织品。但由于它的疏水特性而在对吸湿性或水性要求较高的领域中的应用受到了限制。未来衣着用织物将朝向舒适、健康的方向发展，透气、吸湿排汗织物即是其中的重要指标之一。
本实用新型发明人即针对上述问题，提出了一种新的技术方案，很好地获得了较好的技术效果。

本实用新型针对现有技术存在之缺失，其主要目的是在保持现在可纺性的前提下，提供一种吸湿、透气及挺括、强度高等性能更好的仿天然纤维的涤纶长丝。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下之技术方案：一种仿天然纤维的涤纶长丝，其特征在于：包括芯层和表层，所述芯层为涤纶层，所述表层为天然纤维层，所述天然纤维表层包覆上述涤纶芯层构成皮芯结构的仿天然纤维的涤纶长丝。
所述天然纤维为高支棉纱或蚕丝。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案后，其有益效果在于：在保持现在可纺性的前提下,以涤纶为芯层、天然纤维为表层包覆的纱线加工的织物,保持了天然纤维的柔软、舒适、吸湿、透气等自然风格,又发挥了涤纶长丝悬垂性好、挺括、不易起皱等优点。所加工的织物皮肤触感好,保持了天然纤维的柔软、舒适、吸湿、透气的功能自然风格。可广泛用于制作时装、夹克、女装、运动服、休闲服等。

下面结合附图与具体实施例来对本实用新型进行详细说明：如图1所示为本实用新型的一种仿天然纤维的涤纶长丝，其特征在于：包括芯层1和表层2，所述芯层1为涤纶层，所述表层2为天然纤维层，所述天然纤维表层2包覆上述涤纶芯层1构成皮芯结构的仿天然纤维的涤纶长丝。其中所述天然纤维为高支棉纱或蚕丝。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种仿天然纤维的涤纶长丝，其特征在于：所述天然纤维为高支棉纱或蚕丝。
