本发明公开了一种防蚊抗菌纺织品织物及其制备方法,所述纺织品织物包括重量百分比为10‑15%黏胶负离子功能纤维、10‑15%大豆蛋白纤维、20‑30%麻纤维、5‑10%羊毛纤维、5‑10%纳米竹炭纤维、10‑15%甲壳素纤维、2‑5%纳米银离子纤维、4‑6%抗紫外整理剂和2‑4%驱蚊整理剂。所述防蚊虫抗菌织物对皮肤无刺激、无过敏现象,对人体安全、无毒,穿着舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品技术领域,尤其涉及一种防蚊抗菌纺织品织物及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织品面料主要是用于制作家纺和服装或医用纺织品,其种类很多。随着市场需求的多样化,面料的功能性也越来越受到人们的重视。随着生活水平不断提高,人们对服装面料的功能要求越来越高,除了要求服装有正常的保暖功能外,还要要求能具有防止蚊虫叮咬的功效,随着是处于炎热的夏季,蚊虫叮咬现象已经让大人小孩措手不及。蚊虫叮咬后轻则皮肤红肿,重则传染疾病,严重影响日常生活。因而研制一种可防止蚊虫叮咬的纺织面料是一种极具市场和社会效益的工程。
据资料介绍,世界卫生组织提倡以杀虫剂浸泡蚊帐,可以使织物具有杀虫或驱虫之功能。经过多年的实践证明,一般都得到良好的效果。但是处理之后,驱蚊的持久性较弱,因此,研发一种防蚊效果好并且效力持久的防蚊并具有抑菌作用的纺织品已成为目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种防蚊抗菌纺织品织物及其制备方法。经本发明应用的防蚊抗菌纺织品织物,对蚊虫具有快速击倒灭杀作用,防蚊效果达到99%;对织物的外观、强力、吸湿性等物理指标无不良影响;水洗30次后仍具有良好的防蚊虫效果;防蚊虫整理织物对皮肤无刺激、无过敏现象,对人体安全、无毒,穿着舒适。
为达此目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
第一方面,本发明提供了一种防蚊抗菌纺织品织物,所述纺织品织物包括重量百分比为10-15%黏胶负离子功能纤维、10-15%大豆蛋白纤维、20-30%麻纤维、5-10%羊毛纤维、5-10%纳米竹炭纤维、10-15%甲壳素纤维、2-5%纳米银离子纤维、4-6%抗紫外整理剂和2-4%驱蚊整理剂;
所述防蚊整理剂的防蚊药物为大蒜精油、桉叶精油、青蒿油、沸石粉和对孟烷-3,8-二醇按1-5:3-10:1-5:3-7:8-12的质量比的混合物。
根据本发明,所述黏胶负离子功能纤维在纺织品织物中的含量为10-15%,例如可以是10%、11%、12%、13%、14%或15%;所述大豆蛋白纤维在纺织品织物中的含量为10-15%,例如可以是10%、11%、12%、13%、14%或15%;所述麻纤维在纺织品织物中的含量为20-30%,例如可以是20%、21%、22%、23%、24%、25%、26%、28%或30%;所述羊毛纤维在纺织品织物中的含量为5-10%,例如可以是5%、6%、7%、8%、9%或10%;所述纳米竹炭纤维在纺织品织物中的含量为5-10%,例如可以是5%、6%、7%、8%、9%或10%;所述甲壳素纤维在纺织品织物中的含量为10-15%,例如可以是10%、11%、12%、13%、14%或15%;所述纳米银离子纤维在纺织品织物中的含量为2-5%,例如可以是2%、3%、4%或5%;所述抗紫外整理剂在纺织品织物中的含量为4-6%,例如可以是4%、4.5%、5%或6%;所述驱蚊整理剂在纺织品织物中的含量为2-4%,例如可以是2%、2.5%、3%或4%。
根据本发明,所述防蚊药物为大蒜精油、桉叶精油、青蒿油、沸石粉和对孟烷-3,8-二醇按1-5:3-10:1-5:3-7:8-12的质量比的混合物;所述大蒜精油、桉叶精油、青蒿油、沸石粉和对孟烷-3,8-二醇的质量比为1-5:3-10:1-5:3-7:8-12,例如可以是1:3:1:3:8、2:4:3:6:9、4:3:1:5:10、5:5:1:7:12、2:6:2:7:8、2:4:2:3:8、1:7:2:7:11、3:6:2:5:9、2:4:3:6:12、2:7:2:5:8、1:4:1:7:8、5:10:2:4:8、1:6:5:7:9或5:10:1:7:12,优选为1-3:5-8:1-4:5-7:10-12,进一步优选为1:3:1:3:8。
本发明通过采用由大蒜精油、桉叶精油、青蒿油、沸石粉和对孟烷-3,8-二醇组成的防蚊药物,其相比采用单独的各组分而言,该组合物各组分之间具有协同增效作用,其能够使纺织品织物具有更好的防蚊效果,并且持久性更强。
第二方面,本发明还提供了一种如第一方面所述防蚊抗菌纺织品织物的制备方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将黏胶负离子功能纤维、羊毛纤维、纳米竹炭纤维、纳米银离子纤维混合均匀,加入分散剂、粘结剂、柔软剂,经过搅拌,晾干处理;
(2)将大豆蛋白纤维、麻纤维、甲壳素纤维各自经清棉、疏棉处理;
(3)将经过步骤(1)和(2)处理的纤维并条,再依次经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精仿纱;
(4)采用平纹、二上一下斜纹或二上二下斜纹进行织造;
(5)加入3%的净洗剂和2%的柔软剂对衣服进行水洗处理,水温控制在40-45℃,水洗10-15min;
(6)加入抗紫外整理剂、驱蚊整理剂浸渍经过步骤(5)处理过的布匹30-70分钟,然后再在70-80℃下焙烤,最后定型处理;
(7)检查织物是否合格,合格则为成品。
根据本发明,所述驱蚊整理剂的制备方法为:
第一步:制备微胶囊:
将10.0g明胶、4.5g甘油和6gβ-环糊精,加入1000ml蒸馏水中,在50℃水浴锅中溶解完全,制备明胶、甘油、β-环糊精溶液;
取出100-250ml明胶、甘油、β-环糊精溶液,加入大蒜精油、桉叶精油、青蒿油、沸石粉和对孟烷-3,8-二醇按1-3:5-8:1-4:5-7:10-12的质量比的混合物,在高剪切力分散乳化机下乳化,转速为4000r/min,乳化时间为10min;乳化结束后滴加10%的醋酸溶液调节体系的pH值为4.5-5.0,转速为2500r/min条件下复凝15min,形成微胶囊悬浮液;复凝完成后,将微胶囊悬浮液置于-20℃的恒温低温反应浴中,边搅拌边降温,搅拌速度为2500r/min,待溶液温度降至5℃时,加入10%氢氧化钠溶液调节至pH为9.0,搅拌处理20min;加入5-9ml多乙烯多胺,搅拌处理20-25min,再移到45-48℃水浴锅中,搅拌处理2h,然后在转速为7000-7500r/min条件下离心5min,取沉淀,室温下晾干,得到复合精油微胶囊;
第二步:制备复合精油微胶囊整理剂:
将25-35g微胶囊溶于1L纯化水中,加入聚苯乙烯2-4g,使微胶囊均匀的分散在整理液中,再加入50-150g聚乙酸乙烯酯,混合均匀得到微胶囊整理剂。
具体的,本发明所述防蚊抗菌纺织品织物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将黏胶负离子功能纤维、羊毛纤维、纳米竹炭纤维、纳米银离子纤维混合均匀,加入分散剂、粘结剂、柔软剂,经过搅拌,晾干处理;
(2)将大豆蛋白纤维、麻纤维、甲壳素纤维各自经清棉、疏棉处理;
(3)将经过步骤(1)和(2)处理的纤维并条,再依次经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精仿纱;
(4)采用平纹、二上一下斜纹或二上二下斜纹进行织造;
(5)加入3%的净洗剂和2%的柔软剂对衣服进行水洗处理,水温控制在40-45℃,水洗10-15min;
(6)加入抗紫外整理剂、驱蚊整理剂浸渍经过步骤(5)处理过的布匹30-70分钟,然后再在70-80℃下焙烤,最后定型处理;
其中所述驱蚊整理剂的制备方法为:
第一步:制备微胶囊:

取出100-250ml明胶、甘油、β-环糊精溶液,加入大蒜精油、桉叶精油、青蒿油、沸石粉和对孟烷-3,8-二醇按1-3:5-8:1-4:5-7:10-12的质量比的混合物,在高剪切力分散乳化机下乳化,转速为4000r/min,乳化时间为10min;乳化结束后滴加10%的醋酸溶液调节体系的pH值为4.5-5.0,转速为2500r/min条件下复凝15min,形成微胶囊悬浮液;复凝完成后,将微胶囊悬浮液置于-20℃的恒温低温反应浴中,边搅拌边降温,搅拌速度为2500r/min,待溶液温度降至5℃时,加入10%氢氧化钠溶液调节至pH为9.0,搅拌处理20min;加入5-9ml多乙烯多胺,搅拌处理20-25min,再移到45-48℃水浴锅中,搅拌处理2h,然后在转速为7000-7500r/min条件下离心5min,取沉淀,室温下晾干,得到复合精油微胶囊;
第二步:制备复合精油微胶囊整理剂:
将25-35g微胶囊溶于1L纯化水中,加入聚苯乙烯2-4g,使微胶囊均匀的分散在整理液中,再加入50-150g聚乙酸乙烯酯,混合均匀得到微胶囊整理剂。
(7)检查织物是否合格,合格则为成品。
示例性地,所述防蚊抗菌纺织品织物的制备方法为:
(1)将黏胶负离子功能纤维、羊毛纤维、纳米竹炭纤维、纳米银离子纤维混合均匀,加入分散剂、粘结剂、柔软剂,经过搅拌,晾干处理;
(2)将大豆蛋白纤维、麻纤维、甲壳素纤维各自经清棉、疏棉处理;
(3)将经过步骤(1)和(2)处理的纤维并条,再依次经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精仿纱;
(4)采用平纹、二上一下斜纹或二上二下斜纹进行织造;
(5)加入3%的净洗剂和2%的柔软剂对衣服进行水洗处理,水温控制在40-45℃,水洗10-15min;
(6)加入抗紫外整理剂、驱蚊整理剂浸渍经过步骤(5)处理过的布匹70分钟,然后再在80℃下焙烤,最后定型处理;
其中所述驱蚊整理剂的制备方法为:
第一步:制备微胶囊:
将10.0g明胶、4.5g甘油和6gβ-环糊精,加入1000ml蒸馏水中,在50℃水浴锅中溶解完全,制备明胶、甘油、β-环糊精溶液;
取出100-250ml明胶、甘油、β-环糊精溶液,加入大蒜精油、桉叶精油、青蒿油、沸石粉和对孟烷-3,8-二醇按1:3:1:3:8的质量比的混合物,在高剪切力分散乳化机下乳化,转速为4000r/min,乳化时间为10min;乳化结束后滴加10%的醋酸溶液调节体系的pH值为5.0,转速为2500r/min条件下复凝15min,形成微胶囊悬浮液;复凝完成后,将微胶囊悬浮液置于-20℃的恒温低温反应浴中,边搅拌边降温,搅拌速度为2500r/min,待溶液温度降至5℃时,加入10%氢氧化钠溶液调节至pH为9.0,搅拌处理20min;加入5-9ml多乙烯多胺,搅拌处理25min,再移到48℃水浴锅中,搅拌处理2h,然后在转速为7500r/min条件下离心5min,取沉淀,室温下晾干,得到复合精油微胶囊;
第二步:制备复合精油微胶囊整理剂:
将25g微胶囊溶于1L纯化水中,加入聚苯乙烯4g,使微胶囊均匀的分散在整理液中,再加入150g聚乙酸乙烯酯,混合均匀得到微胶囊整理剂。
(7)检查织物是否合格,合格则为成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下有益效果:
经本发明应用的防蚊抗菌纺织品织物,对蚊虫具有快速击倒灭杀作用,防蚊效果达到99%;对织物的外观、强力、吸湿性等物理指标无不良影响;水洗30次后仍具有良好的防蚊虫效果;防蚊虫整理织物对皮肤无刺激、无过敏现象,对人体安全、无毒,穿着舒适。

实施例1
一种防蚊抗菌纺织品织物,包括重量百分比为10%黏胶负离子功能纤维、10%大豆蛋白纤维、30%麻纤维、10%羊毛纤维、10%纳米竹炭纤维、10%甲壳素纤维、2%纳米银离子纤维、4%抗紫外整理剂、2%驱蚊整理剂;其中黏胶负离子功能纤维采用120旦的复丝,且黏胶负离子功能纤维中负离子粉添加量为5%;纳米二氮化钛的粒径为70nm;抗紫外整理剂是由40%氧化锌、40%二氧化钛、20%的聚酯母粒混合而成;驱蚊整理剂为大蒜精油、桉叶精油、青蒿油、沸石粉和对孟烷-3,8-二醇按1:3:1:3:8的质量比的混合物。
所述防蚊抗菌纺织品织物,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黏胶负离子功能纤维、羊毛纤维、纳米竹炭纤维、纳米银离子纤维混合均匀,加入分散剂、粘结剂、柔软剂,经过搅拌,晾干处理;

第二步:制备复合精油微胶囊整理剂:
将25g微胶囊溶于1L纯化水中,加入聚苯乙烯4g,使微胶囊均匀的分散在整理液中,再加入150g聚乙酸乙烯酯,混合均匀得到微胶囊整理剂。
(7)检查织物是否合格,合格则为成品。
实施例2
一种防蚊抗菌纺织品织物,包括重量百分比为12%黏胶负离子功能纤维、12%大豆蛋白纤维、25%麻纤维、8%羊毛纤维、7%纳米竹炭纤维、12%甲壳素纤维、4%纳米银离子纤维、5%抗紫外整理剂和3%驱蚊整理剂;其中黏胶负离子功能纤维采用120旦的复丝,且黏胶负离子功能纤维中负离子粉添加量为5%;纳米二氮化钛的粒径为85nm;抗紫外整理剂是由40%氧化锌、40%二氧化钛、20%的聚酯母粒混合而成;驱蚊整理剂为大蒜精油、桉叶精油、青蒿油、沸石粉和对孟烷-3,8-二醇按2:6:2:7:8的质量比的混合物。
所述防蚊抗菌纺织品织物,包括以下步骤:

第二步:制备复合精油微胶囊整理剂:
将28g微胶囊溶于1L纯化水中,加入聚苯乙烯4g,使微胶囊均匀的分散在整理液中,再加入100g聚乙酸乙烯酯,混合均匀得到微胶囊整理剂。
(7)检查织物是否合格,合格则为成品。
实施例3
一种防蚊抗菌纺织品织物,包括重量百分比为15%黏胶负离子功能纤维、15%大豆蛋白纤维、20%麻纤维、5%羊毛纤维、5%纳米竹炭纤维、15%甲壳素纤维、5%纳米银离子纤维、6%抗紫外整理剂和4%驱蚊整理剂;其中黏胶负离子功能纤维采用120旦的复丝,且黏胶负离子功能纤维中负离子粉添加量为5%;纳米二氮化钛的粒径为105nm;抗紫外整理剂是由40%氧化锌、40%二氧化钛、20%的聚酯母粒混合而成;驱蚊整理剂为大蒜精油、桉叶精油、青蒿油、沸石粉和对孟烷-3,8-二醇按1:4:1:7:8的质量比的混合物。
所述防蚊抗菌纺织品织物,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黏胶负离子功能纤维、羊毛纤维、纳米竹炭纤维、纳米银离子纤维混合均匀,加入分散剂、粘结剂、柔软剂,经过搅拌,晾干处理;
(2)将大豆蛋白纤维、麻纤维、甲壳素纤维各自经清棉、疏棉处理;
(3)将经过步骤(1)和(2)处理的纤维并条,再依次经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精仿纱;
(4)采用平纹、二上一下斜纹或二上二下斜纹进行织造;
(5)加入3%的净洗剂和2%的柔软剂对衣服进行水洗处理,水温控制在40℃,水洗15min;
(6)加入抗紫外整理剂、驱蚊整理剂浸渍经过步骤(5)处理过的布匹30分钟,然后再在70℃下焙烤,最后定型处理;
所述驱蚊整理剂的制备方法为:
第一步:制备微胶囊:
将10.0g明胶、4.5g甘油和6gβ-环糊精,加入1000ml蒸馏水中,在50℃水浴锅中溶解完全,制备明胶、甘油、β-环糊精溶液;
取出100-250ml明胶、甘油、β-环糊精溶液,加入大蒜精油、桉叶精油、青蒿油、沸石粉和对孟烷-3,8-二醇按1:4:1:7:8的质量比的混合物,在高剪切力分散乳化机下乳化,转速为4000r/min,乳化时间为10min;乳化结束后滴加10%的醋酸溶液调节体系的pH值为4.5-5.0,转速为2500r/min条件下复凝15min,形成微胶囊悬浮液;复凝完成后,将微胶囊悬浮液置于-20℃的恒温低温反应浴中,边搅拌边降温,搅拌速度为2500r/min,待溶液温度降至5℃时,加入10%氢氧化钠溶液调节至pH为9.0,搅拌处理20min;加入5ml多乙烯多胺,搅拌处理20min,再移到45℃水浴锅中,搅拌处理2h,然后在转速为7500r/min条件下离心5min,取沉淀,室温下晾干,得到复合精油微胶囊;
第二步:制备复合精油微胶囊整理剂:
将25g微胶囊溶于1L纯化水中,加入聚苯乙烯4g,使微胶囊均匀的分散在整理液中,再加入100g聚乙酸乙烯酯,混合均匀得到微胶囊整理剂。
(7)检查织物是否合格,合格则为成品。
实施例4
一种防蚊抗菌纺织品织物,包括重量百分比为15%黏胶负离子功能纤维、15%大豆蛋白纤维、20%麻纤维、10%羊毛纤维、10%纳米竹炭纤维、10%甲壳素纤维、2%纳米银离子纤维、4%抗紫外整理剂、2%驱蚊整理剂;其中黏胶负离子功能纤维采用120旦的复丝,且黏胶负离子功能纤维中负离子粉添加量为5%;纳米二氮化钛的粒径为90nm;抗紫外整理剂是由40%氧化锌、40%二氧化钛、20%的聚酯母粒混合而成;驱蚊整理剂为大蒜精油、桉叶精油、青蒿油、沸石粉和对孟烷-3,8-二醇按1:7:2:7:11的质量比的混合物。
所述防蚊抗菌纺织品织物,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黏胶负离子功能纤维、羊毛纤维、纳米竹炭纤维、纳米银离子纤维混合均匀,加入分散剂、粘结剂、柔软剂,经过搅拌,晾干处理;

第二步:制备复合精油微胶囊整理剂:
将35g微胶囊溶于1L纯化水中,加入聚苯乙烯3g,使微胶囊均匀的分散在整理液中,再加入50g聚乙酸乙烯酯,混合均匀得到微胶囊整理剂。
(7)检查织物是否合格,合格则为成品。

Claims (6)
1. 一种防蚊抗菌纺织品织物,其特征在于,所述纺织品织物包括重量百分比为10-15%黏胶负离子功能纤维、10-15%大豆蛋白纤维、20-30%麻纤维、5-10%羊毛纤维、5-10%纳米竹炭纤维、10-15%甲壳素纤维、2-5%纳米银离子纤维、4-6%抗紫外整理剂和2-4%驱蚊整理剂;所述防蚊整理剂的防蚊药物为大蒜精油、桉叶精油、青蒿油、沸石粉和对孟烷-3,8-二醇按1-5:3-10:1-5:3-7:8-12的质量比的混合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的防蚊抗菌纺织品织物,其特征在于,所述防蚊药物为大蒜精油、桉叶精油、青蒿油、沸石粉和对孟烷-3,8-二醇按1-3:5-8:1-4:5-7:10-12的质量比的混合物。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的防蚊抗菌纺织品织物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将黏胶负离子功能纤维、羊毛纤维、纳米竹炭纤维、纳米银离子纤维混合均匀,加入分散剂、粘结剂、柔软剂,经过搅拌,晾干处理;
(2)将大豆蛋白纤维、麻纤维、甲壳素纤维各自经清棉、疏棉处理;
(3)将经过步骤(1)和(2)处理的纤维并条,再依次经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精仿纱;
(4)采用平纹、二上一下斜纹或二上二下斜纹进行织造;
(5)加入3%的净洗剂和2%的柔软剂对衣服进行水洗处理,水温控制在40-45℃,水洗10-15min;
(6)加入抗紫外整理剂、驱蚊整理剂浸渍经过步骤(5)处理过的布匹30-70分钟,然后再在70-80℃下焙烤,最后定型处理;
(7)检查织物是否合格,合格则为成品。
4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述驱蚊整理剂的制备方法为:第一步:制备微胶囊: 将10.0g明胶、4.5g甘油和6gβ-环糊精,加入1000ml蒸馏水中,在50℃水浴锅中溶解完全,制备明胶、甘油、β-环糊精溶液;取出100-250ml明胶、甘油、β-环糊精溶液,加入大蒜精油、桉叶精油、青蒿油、沸石粉和对孟烷-3,8-二醇按1-3:5-8:1-4:5-7:10-12的质量比的混合物,在高剪切力分散乳化机下乳化,转速为4000r/min,乳化时间为10min;乳化结束后滴加10%的醋酸溶液调节体系的pH值为4.5-5.0,转速为2500r/min条件下复凝15min,形成微胶囊悬浮液;复凝完成后,将微胶囊悬浮液置于-20℃的恒温低温反应浴中,边搅拌边降温,搅拌速度为2500r/min,待溶液温度降至5℃时,加入10%氢氧化钠溶液调节至pH为9.0,搅拌处理20min;加入5-9ml多乙烯多胺,搅拌处理20-25min,再移到45-48℃水浴锅中,搅拌处理2h,然后在转速为7000-7500r/min条件下离心5min,取沉淀,室温下晾干,得到复合精油微胶囊;第二步:制备复合精油微胶囊整理剂:将25-35g微胶囊溶于1L纯化水中,加入聚苯乙烯2-4g,使微胶囊均匀的分散在整理液中,再加入50-150g聚乙酸乙烯酯,混合均匀得到微胶囊整理剂。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将黏胶负离子功能纤维、羊毛纤维、纳米竹炭纤维、纳米银离子纤维混合均匀,加入分散剂、粘结剂、柔软剂,经过搅拌,晾干处理;
(2)将大豆蛋白纤维、麻纤维、甲壳素纤维各自经清棉、疏棉处理;
(3)将经过步骤(1)和(2)处理的纤维并条,再依次经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精仿纱;
(4)采用平纹、二上一下斜纹或二上二下斜纹进行织造;
(5)加入3%的净洗剂和2%的柔软剂对衣服进行水洗处理,水温控制在40-45℃,水洗10-15min;
(6)加入抗紫外整理剂、驱蚊整理剂浸渍经过步骤(5)处理过的布匹30-70分钟,然后再在70-80℃下焙烤,最后定型处理;其中所述驱蚊整理剂的制备方法为:

(7)检查织物是否合格,合格则为成品。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的防蚊驱蚊纺织品织物在家纺用品、卫生用品、体育用品或医疗保健上的应用。
