经本发明应用的防蚊抗菌纺织品织物,对蚊虫具有快速击倒灭杀作用,防蚊效果达到99%;对织物的外观、强力、吸湿性等物理指标无不良影响;水洗30次后仍具有良好的防蚊虫效果;防蚊虫整理织物对皮肤无刺激、无过敏现象,对人体安全、无毒,穿着舒适。

(3)将经过步骤(1)和(2)处理的纤维并条,再依次经粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、倍捻处理得到精仿纱;
(4)采用平纹、二上一下斜纹或二上二下斜纹进行织造;
(5)加入3%的净洗剂和2%的柔软剂对衣服进行水洗处理,水温控制在40-45℃,水洗10-15min;
(6)加入抗紫外整理剂、驱蚊整理剂浸渍经过步骤(5)处理过的布匹30-70分钟,然后再在70-80℃下焙烤,最后定型处理;其中所述驱蚊整理剂的制备方法为:
第一步:制备微胶囊: 将10.0g明胶、4.5g甘油和6gβ-环糊精,加入1000ml蒸馏水中,在50℃水浴锅中溶解完全,制备明胶、甘油、β-环糊精溶液;取出100-250ml明胶、甘油、β-环糊精溶液,加入大蒜精油、桉叶精油、青蒿油、沸石粉和对孟烷-3,8-二醇按1-3:5-8:1-4:5-7:10-12的质量比的混合物,在高剪切力分散乳化机下乳化,转速为4000r/min,乳化时间为10min;乳化结束后滴加10%的醋酸溶液调节体系的pH值为4.5-5.0,转速为2500r/min条件下复凝15min,形成微胶囊悬浮液;复凝完成后,将微胶囊悬浮液置于-20℃的恒温低温反应浴中,边搅拌边降温,搅拌速度为2500r/min,待溶液温度降至5℃时,加入10%氢氧化钠溶液调节至pH为9.0,搅拌处理20min;加入5-9ml多乙烯多胺,搅拌处理20-25min,再移到45-48℃水浴锅中,搅拌处理2h,然后在转速为7000-7500r/min条件下离心5min,取沉淀,室温下晾干,得到复合精油微胶囊;第二步:制备复合精油微胶囊整理剂: 将25-35g微胶囊溶于1L纯化水中,加入聚苯乙烯2-4g,使微胶囊均匀的分散在整理液中,再加入50-150g聚乙酸乙烯酯,混合均匀得到微胶囊整理剂;
(7)检查织物是否合格,合格则为成品。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的防蚊驱蚊纺织品织物在家纺用品、卫生用品、体育用品或医疗保健上的应用。
