本发明提供了牡蛎醋,该牡蛎醋由如下比例的原料制成:牡蛎萃取液10%,春砂仁鲜果真空浓缩液8%,益智果鲜果酵素萃取液6%,山楂果萃取液8%,木糖醇3%,三氯蔗糖0.2g/Kg,山西发酵陈醋10%,山梨酸钾1g/Kg,饮用水50%,白砂糖5%,柠檬酸钠0.2%。本发明所述的牡蛎醋含有丰富的蛋白质、维生素、牛黄酸、黄酮、铁、锌、钙等微量元素以及氨基酸等营养成分,不仅能够开胃健脾,强筋健骨,细肤美颜,延年寿,而且具有预防糖尿病、心脑血管疾病以及清除疲劳的作用,功效好。

本发明属于药食同源领域饮品,尤其是利用牡蛎制作牡蛎醋。
背景技术
牡蛎别名又叫生蚝,是所有食物中含锌最丰富的(每100g牡蛎,不包括壳的重量,含水87.1%,含锌71.2mg),是很好的补锌食物,为牡蛎科动物牡蛎及其近缘动物的全体,是海产贝壳。为了提高牡蛎的食用价值,人们发明了牡蛎醋。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出牡蛎醋,相对于传统的保健饮品他(牡蛎醋)更具有开胃健脾、怡脑心舒、强筋健骨、细肤美颜、延年寿、预防糖尿病、心脑血管疾病以及清除疲劳的作用。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
牡蛎醋,该牡蛎醋由如下比例的原料制成:牡蛎(蚝)萃取液10%,春砂仁鲜果真空浓缩液8%、益智果鲜果酵素萃取液6%、山楂果萃取液8%、木糖醇3%、三氯蔗糖0.2g/Kg、山西发酵陈醋10%、山梨酸钾1g/Kg、饮用水50%、白砂糖5%、柠檬酸钠0.2%。
进一步的,所述牡蛎萃取液符合国家标准,且其浓度大于等于80%,牡蛎含有蛋白质45-57%、肝糖源19-38%、多种维生素、牛磺酸、钙、铁、磷等营养成分,有宁心安神、强筋健骨、细肤美颜、延年寿的作用,有效提高血清睾酮水平,所述春砂仁鲜果真空浓缩液符合国家标准,且其浓度大于等于60%,春砂仁果浑身是宝,主治胸脘、胀满、胃呆、安胎、止呕,具有化湿行气的作用,所述益智果鲜果酵素萃取液符合国家标准,且其浓度大于等于60%,益智果能够健脾暖胃、固精缩尿,对脾胃虚弱、梦遗以及男性的养胃早泄有调节的作用,益智果中的纤维素和钙离子非常丰富,能够预防心脑血管疾病,可以在一定程度上增加骨骼强度,所述山楂果萃取液符合国家标准,且其浓度大于等于70%,山楂有助消化、行气痉挛、化瘀止痛、化浊降血脂的作用,山楂中的黄酮化合物,有抗癌、抑癌以及防癌的作用。
进一步的,所述三氯蔗糖符合国家标准,且其甜度大于等于95%,所述山西发酵陈醋符合国家标准,且其酸度大于等于9度,山西发酵陈醋含有人体必需18种以上氨基酸、维生素、铁、锌、钙等微量元素,具有防治糖尿病、肥胖、扩张血管、降低血压、防止动脉硬化、防止衰老、美容护肤和清除疲劳的作用。
进一步的,所述饮用水符合国家标准,且经过三次过滤,所述白砂糖符合国家标准,且其甜度大于等于95%。
所述的牡蛎醋的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将牡蛎萃取液、春砂仁鲜果真空浓缩液、益智果鲜果酵素萃取液、山楂果萃取液以及山西发酵陈醋按上述比例加入到均质机中,进行均匀的混合,的混合液;
将步骤(1)中的混合液加入到乳化机中进行乳化处理;
向步骤(2)经过乳化处理的后的混合液中按上述比例加入白砂糖、三氯蔗糖、木糖醇、柠檬酸钠以及饮用水,并进行搅拌,通过胶体磨化处理过滤后,再经过杀菌消毒后,装罐再杀菌便可成牡蛎醋。

该牡蛎醋由如下比例的原料制成:牡蛎萃取液10%、春砂仁鲜果真空浓缩液8%、益智果鲜果酵素萃取液6%、山楂果萃取液8%、木糖醇3%、三氯蔗糖0.2g/Kg、山西发酵陈醋10%、山梨酸钾1g/Kg、饮用水50%、白砂糖5%、柠檬酸钠0.2%。

1.牡蛎醋其特征在于:该牡蛎醋由牡蛎(蚝)、春砂仁、益智果原料精制萃取按比例荟萃而成,其中牡蛎萃取液10%、春砂仁鲜果真空浓缩液8%、益智果鲜果酵素萃取液6%、山楂果萃取液8%、木糖醇3%、三氯蔗糖0.2g/Kg、山西发酵陈醋10%、山梨酸钾1g/Kg、饮用水50%、白砂糖5%、柠檬酸钠0.2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牡蛎醋,其特征在于:所述牡蛎萃取液符合国家标准,且其浓度大于等于80%,所述春砂仁鲜果真空浓缩液符合国家标准,且其浓度大于等于60%,所述益智果鲜果酵素萃取液符合国家标准,且其浓度大于等于60%,所述山楂果萃取液符合国家标准,且其浓度大于等于70%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的牡蛎醋,其特征在于:所述三氯蔗糖符合国家标准,且其甜度大于等于95%,所述山西发酵陈醋符合国家标准,且其酸度大于等于9度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的牡蛎醋,其特征在于:所述饮用水符合国家标准,且经过三次过滤,所述白砂糖符合国家标准,且其甜度大于等于95%。
5.权利要求1-4中任一项所述的牡蛎醋的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将牡蛎萃取液、春砂仁鲜果真空浓缩液、益智果鲜果酵素萃取液、山楂果萃取液以及山西发酵陈醋按上述比例加入到均质机中,进行均匀的混合,的混合液;
(2)将步骤(1)中的混合液加入到乳化机中进行乳化处理;
(3)向步骤(2)经过乳化处理的后的混合液中安上述比例加入白砂糖、木糖醇、柠檬酸钠、三氯蔗糖以及饮用水,并进行搅拌,通过胶体磨化处理过滤后,再经过杀菌消毒后,装罐,再杀菌便成药食同源的牡蛎醋。
