Abstract

含杀虫活性成分(+)-1R,反-2,2-二甲基-3- (2,2-二氯乙烯基)环丙烷酸2,3,5,6-四氟苄基酯和 N-(2-乙基己基)双环-[2.2.1]庚-5-烯-2,3-二羧酰 亚胺的杀虫组合物,可以在一段长时间内保持稳定的 杀虫效果,特别是用于热薰蒸时。

Description

本发明涉及一种新的杀虫组合物,特别一种适合于热薰蒸的杀虫组合物。
美国专利第4,889,872号的说明书中描述了(+)-1R,反-2,2-二甲基-3-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)环丙烷酸2,3,5,6-四氟苄基酯(下文称“benfluthrin”)有杀虫功能。
但是,当benfluthrin用来做为热薰蒸杀虫组合物时,要想长时间获得一稳定的杀虫效果就变得非常困难。
本发明人经过认真的研究,最终发现由benfluthrin和N-(2-乙基已基)双环-[2.2.1]庚-5-烯-2,3-二羧酰亚胺(Carboximide)(下文称“MGK264”)构成的杀虫组合物(此处所述组合物,下文称“本组合物”),当用于热薰蒸时,可以长时间保持稳定效果。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种新的杀虫组合物。
另一目的是提供一种可长时间保持稳定杀虫效果适于热薰蒸的杀虫组合物。
进一步的目的是提供一种热薰蒸上述杀虫组合物来控制有害昆虫的方法。
随着下面的描述,本发明的其它目的和优点将逐渐显现出来。
根据本发明,它提供了一种由benfluthrin作为杀虫活性成分和MGK264组成的杀虫组合物。
用于热薰蒸的杀虫组合物由benfluthrin、MGK264和纤维载体组成,benfluthrin和MGK264承载于纤维载体上。
通常benfluthrin和MGK264的混合比例大致为重量比1∶2至1∶50,最好大致为1∶3至1∶20。
本组合物适合于热薰蒸法,这种适合薰蒸的组合物可以浸渍或相似方法将benfluthrin和MGK264的组合或benfluthrin和MGK264和任选的稀释剂、增效剂、稳定剂、着色剂、香料,其它杀虫活性成分等的混合物承载于纤维载体上而制得。如应用纤维载体,有例证显示,纤维载体包括赛璐璐(如纸和纸浆),植物纤维(如棉花),动物纤维(如羊毛),玻璃纤维和合成纤维中的一种或其组合。例如,厚度为1-4mm,最好为1.5-3mm的纤维载体,通过浸渍或相似方式来承载总量分别为0.6-4mg/cm2和5-30mg/cm2的benfluthrin和MGK264。因为MGK264的高粘度,因此最好在浸渍时,于MGK264中加入一溶剂,如石蜡。溶剂量通常为5-20mg/cm2
通过上述方法获得的本组合物适用于热薰蒸法。例如,它适合于通过一可加热该组合物至120℃-170℃的电薰蒸器来气化该杀虫成分。
本组合物对应用benfluthrin可控制的各种有害昆虫是非常有效的,benfluthrin已在美国专利第4,889,872号的说明书中叙述过。本组合物在通过热薰蒸控制如苍蝇、蚊子等有害昆虫方面特别有效。
下述配方实例、参考实例和试验实例具体说明了本发明,但并不是说本发明局限于此范围。
配方实例1:将10mgbenfluthrin与60mgMGK264混合,再加入130mgIP溶剂2028(主要由Idemitsu Petro chemical Co.生产的异链烷烃构成),从而得到一溶液,用该溶液浸渍一块由纸浆和棉花组成的22mm×35mm×2.8mm的纤维板(800mg),以得到本组合物(1)。
配方实例2:
将10mgbenfluthrin与140mgMGK264混合,再加入50mgIP溶剂2028(主要由Idemitsu Petro chemical Co.生产的异链烷烃构成),从而得到一溶液,用该溶液浸渍一块由纸浆和棉花组成的22mm×35mm×2.8mm的纤维板(800mg),以得到本组合物(2)。
参考实例1:
将190mgIP溶剂2028加入10mgbenfluthrin中以得到一溶液,用该溶液浸渍一块由纸浆和棉花组成的22mm×35mm×2.8mm的纤维板(800mg),以得到参考组合物(1)。
参考实例2:
除了用60mg(2,3,3,3-四氯丙醚代替60mgMGK264之外,完全按配方实例1的方法制得参考组合物(2)。
参考实例3:
除了用60mg胡椒基丁醚代替60mgMGK264之外,完全按配方实例1的方法制及参考组合物(3)。
试验实例1
每种将被试验的组合物都被置于一可加热组合物至160-170℃的电薰蒸器上,并且电薰蒸器上覆盖一玻璃漏斗。将装有5.0克硅胶,并将上部和下部用吸水絮塞封闭的搅拌管的一端与玻璃漏斗连接,另一端与吸气泵相连。在电流开始通过电薰蒸器的同时,开始吸气以调整空气吸入率达2.0升/分。
在电流开始通过电薰蒸器之后的限定时间内,蒸气吸附于硅胶上,粘附于柱内壁上。漏斗用丙酮洗提,再接着用丙酮清洗,由此收集作为活性成分的benfluthrin。挥发掉的benfluthrin的量可通过气体色谱法测量。
表1指示了电流开始通过电薰蒸器之后0-4小时和4-8小时内的benfluthrin蒸发率,以及8小时之后每种杀虫组合物内benfluthrin的残留量。

正如表1所示,本组合物中benfluthrin的蒸发率下降,因此可以推测出含已知增效剂MGK264的本组合物可以在一相对长的时间内有效地发挥作用。另一方面,分别含(2,3,3,3-四氯丙醚[S-421]和胡椒基丁醚[PBO]的参考组合物(1),(2)和(3)(其中[S-421]和[OBP]是已知增效剂)是很难在一长时间内保持一稳定杀虫效果,因为大部分活性成分benfluthrin在早期阶段就挥发了。

Claims (5)

1、一种杀虫组合物,该杀虫组合物包括(+)-1R,反-2,2-二甲基-3-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)环丙烷酸2,3,5,6-四氟苄基酯作为杀虫活性成分和N-(2-乙基己基)双环-[2.2.1]庚-5-烯-2,3-二羧酰亚胺。
2、一种用于热薰蒸的杀虫组合物,该组合物含(+)-1R,反-2,2-二甲基-3-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)环丙烷酸2,3,5,6-四氟苄基酯,N-(2-乙基已基)双环-[2.2.1]庚-5-烯-2,3-二羧酰亚胺和纤维载体,(+)-1R,反-2,2-二甲基-3-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)环丙烷酸2,3,5,6-四氟苄基酯和N-(2-乙基已基)双环[2.2.1]庚-5-烯-2,3-二羧酰亚胺承载于纤维载体上。
3、权利要求2的热薰蒸组合物,该组合物中(+)-1R,反-2,2-二甲基-3-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)环丙烷酸2,3,5,6-四氟苄基酯,N-(2-乙基已基)双环-[2.2.1]庚-5-烯-2,3-二羧酰亚胺的混合比例大致为重量比1∶2至1∶50。
4、权利要求2的热薰蒸组合物,其中纤维载体厚度为1-4mm,(+)-1R,反-2,2-二甲基-3-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)环丙烷酸2,3,5,6-四氟苄基酯承载于该载体上,其量为0.6-4.0mg/cm2所述载体;N-(2-乙基已基)双环-[2.2.1]庚-5-烯-2,3-二羧酰亚胺亦承载于该载体上,其量为5-30mg/cm2所述载体。
5、通过热薰蒸权利要求2中的杀虫组合物来控制有害混虫的方法。
