发明内容
1.技术问题
为了解决上述问题而完成了本发明,并且本发明的技术目的在于提供一种用于车辆的开关组件的软门装饰件以及一种制造该软门装饰件的方法,该软门装饰件能够在不损坏透明蒙皮的情况下在其上门装饰件的透明蒙皮上显示符号。
2.技术方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明的权利要求1所述的制造用于车门的开关组件的软上装饰件的方法包括:(a)注塑成型上基板,使得在其下侧中的下凹槽和在其上侧中的上凹槽相互连通,其中将开关模块插入下凹槽中,并且将导光板插入上凹槽中;(b)将导光板组装在上凹槽中,其中导光板的厚度等于上凹槽的厚度;(c)在上基板的和导光板的上表面上涂覆粘合剂;(d)在真空模具中将透反式网眼泡沫真空压制在上基板的和导光板的上表面上,其中粘合剂涂覆在上基板的和导光板的上表面上;(e)在透反式网眼泡沫的上表面上印刷符号;以及(f)在模内压纹模具中对透反式网眼泡沫的上表面上的透明蒙皮进行真空压制,其中透明蒙皮具有涂覆有粘合剂的下表面。
本发明的权利要求2所述的制造用于车门的开关组件的软上装饰件的方法包括:(a)注塑成型上基板,使得在其下侧中的下凹槽和在其上侧中的上凹槽相互连通,其中将开关模块插入下凹槽中,并且将导光板插入上凹槽中;(b)将导光板组装在上凹槽中,其中导光板的厚度等于上凹槽的厚度;(c)在真空模具中将透反式网眼泡沫真空压制在上基板的和导光板的上表面上,其中透反式网眼泡沫的下表面涂覆有粘合剂;(d)在透反式网眼泡沫的上表面上印刷符号;(e)在模内压纹模具中将透明蒙皮进行真空压制在透反式网眼泡沫的上表面上,其中透明蒙皮的下表面涂覆有粘合剂。
权利要求3中所述的用于车门的开关组件的软上装饰件包括层压的上基板、泡沫和透明蒙皮,其中通孔垂直地形成在上基板中,开关模块插入在该通孔中,下凹槽形成在上基板的下侧中,该下凹槽的直径大于通孔的直径,上凹槽形成在上基板的上侧中,该上凹槽的直径大于通孔的直径,导光板组装在上凹槽中,该导光板的厚度等于上凹槽的厚度,泡沫是透反式网眼泡沫,在其上面形成有符号,该透反式网眼泡沫附接到上基板的和导光板的上表面,并且透明蒙皮附接到透反式网眼泡沫的上表面。
在本发明的权利要求4所述的软上装饰件中,导光板包括侧板和上板,上板被配置成连接侧板的上表面,其中在导光板的下侧内侧还形成有容纳槽,开关模块的上侧被插入并且被容纳在该容纳槽中。
3.有利效果
本发明具有以下效果。
由于透反式网眼泡沫和透明蒙皮在其中设置有开关模块的凹槽形成在上基板的下表面中之后被层压,因此保持了传统透明蒙皮的连续性以确保开关模块的隐藏性和透明蒙皮的光滑度两者,从而提供优异的外观。
特别地,由于符号印刷在透气和透反式网眼泡沫的上表面上,因此从导光板照射的光仅穿过印刷符号以清楚地实现符号。
另外,由于符号在靠近窗口的特定位置处显示在上基板处,因此可以在车辆内部以及从车辆外部通过窗口检查符号。特别地,可以检查门是否被正确地锁定(当在中心基板或下基板上形成符号时,驾驶员难以或不可能在车辆内部或外部检查符号)。
透明蒙皮和透反式泡沫被分开成型,并且当透明蒙皮被真空成型时,透反式泡沫被实施为透气网眼泡沫,以确保压制并且附接有泡沫的上基材的透气性,因此,当进行模内压纹(IMG)成型(垂直真空压制成型)时,可以防止空气填充在透明蒙皮与网眼泡沫之间。
由于容纳开关模块的上侧的容纳槽形成在导光板的下表面的中心,所以导光板的上板的厚度因容纳槽的厚度而减小,使得可以显著提高透射率,从而可以大大提高透射率,由此可以进一步提高符号的清晰度,并且容纳槽还可以用于固定开关模块。

具体实施方式
在下文中,将参考附图详细描述本发明的示例性实施例。将对与常规部件相同的部件给予相同的附图标记,并且将省略其详细描述。
图4是示出根据本发明示例性实施例的制造用于车门的开关组件的软上装饰件的方法的一组顺序图。图5是示出符号印刷在图4的透反式网眼泡沫上的状态的图。图6是隐藏开关的一组操作顺序图。
如图4F所示,根据本实施例的用于车门的开关组件的软上装饰件100包括:上基板200,在其上组装有开关模块1;导光板300,其被组装到上基板200;透反式网眼泡沫400,其附接于导光板300的和上基板200的上表面;以及透明蒙皮500,其被真空压制在透反式网眼泡沫400的上表面上。
上基板200是由聚丙烯(PP)制成的注模产品。
如图4A所示,通孔210沿着基板200的垂直中心线形成在上基板200中。直径大于通孔210的直径的下凹槽230形成在上基板200的下侧中,以与通孔210连通。
如图4G所示,通孔210和下凹槽230成为开关模块1被卡并且被组装在其中的空间。
直径大于通孔210的直径的上凹槽240形成在上基板200的上侧中。
导光板300被组装在上凹槽240中。
导光板300是附属于诸如聚碳酸酯(PC)的工程塑料的材料,并且用于均匀地扩散开关模块1中的开关装置3的发光二极管(LED(未示出))的光。
如图4B所示,导光板300包括侧板301和上板303,该上板303被配置成连接侧板301的上表面。在导光板300的下侧的内部进一步形成有容纳槽305,开关模块1的上侧被插入并且被容纳在该容纳槽305中。
因此,由于上板303的厚度h2'小于导光板300或侧板301的厚度h2,所以光可以更明显地扩散并且穿过上板303。
另外,由于开关模块1的上侧被容纳并且被组装在容纳槽305中,因此对开关模块1的额外固定更好。
由于插入开关模块1直到开关模块1的边框5卡在下凹槽230上,所以导光板300不会被过度向上按压。
另外,如图4B所示,上凹槽240的厚度h1可以等于导光板300的或侧板301的厚度h2。也就是说,上基板200的上表面可以至少与导光板300的上表面相同。
泡沫400是具有透气性的透反式网眼泡沫400。特别地,由于网眼以三维(3D)形状形成,所以透反式网眼泡沫400可以被实施为由纤维或PP材料制成的3D网眼泡沫。
此外,如图4D所示,在真空模具中将透反式网眼泡沫400真空压制在上基板200的上表面和导光板300的上表面上。
由于真空模具的下模具有透气性,因此当向下进行真空抽吸时,泡沫400被真空压制在上基板200和导光板300的上表面上。
这里,如图4C所示,在将粘合剂喷射并且涂覆在上基板200的上表面和导光板300的上表面上之后,将透反式网眼泡沫400放置并且真空压制在上基板200的上表面和导光板300的上表面上。或者,将具有涂覆有粘合剂的下表面的透反式网眼泡沫400放置并且真空压制在上基板200的上表面和导光板300的上表面上。
透反式网眼泡沫400可以具有约2mm的厚度。
如上所述,由于透反式网眼泡沫400覆盖上基板200的整个上表面和导光板300的整个上表面,所以即使当在模内压纹(IMG)工艺中对透明蒙皮500进行真空压制时,也能防止透明蒙皮500起皱或不均匀。
另外,如图4E和图6所示,对应于锁定符号411和解锁符号413的图案被印刷(衬垫印刷或成形薄膜层压)在透反式网眼泡沫400的上表面上。
附图标记410表示屏蔽层,其被设置用于将光聚集在符号411和413上,使得更清楚地看到符号411和413。
因此,当光穿过导光板300并且通过透反式网眼泡沫400发射时,只有锁定和解锁符号411和413穿过透明蒙皮500。因此,驾驶员可以看到锁定和解锁符号411和413。
在透反式网眼泡沫400被真空压制之后,如图4F所示,将透明蒙皮500真空压制在泡沫400的上表面上。
将透明蒙皮500真空压制在IMG模具中。
由于IMG模具的上模具有刻制在其中的压花部分并且具有透气性,因此压花部分(皮革图案等)自然地转移到蒙皮上。
透明蒙皮500是非纹理片。透明蒙皮500可以是预热的半透明聚氯乙烯(PVC)或热塑性烯烃(TPO)织物。
透明蒙皮500可以具有约0.5mm至1.0mm的厚度和约10%至15%的透射率。
TPO织物是广泛用作车辆的内部材料的材料。
厚度为2.0mm的透反式网眼泡沫400和厚度为0.5mm的透明蒙皮500具有约2%至约5%的透射率。
开关模块1包括:开关装置3,该开关装置3包括对应锁定和解锁的LED、印刷电路板(PCB)等;和边框5,开关装置3安装在边框5上。
将参考图4描述制造用于车门的开关组件的上述软上装饰件100的方法。
如图4A所示,注塑成型上基板200,使得下凹槽230和上凹槽240彼此连通,其中开关模块1被插入上基板200的下侧中的下凹槽230中,并且导光板300被插入上凹槽240中。
如图4B所示,厚度h2等于上凹槽240的厚度h1(h1=h2)的导光板300被插入并且组装在注模的上基板200的上凹槽240中。
在将导光板300组装在上凹槽240中之后,如图4C所示,将粘合剂600涂覆在上基板200的上表面和导光板300的上表面上。
如图4D所示,透气和透反式网眼泡沫400在真空模具中被向下真空抽吸,并且因此被真空压制在涂覆粘合剂600的上基板200的上表面和导光板300的上表面上。
在透反式网眼泡沫400被真空压制之后,如图4E所示,符号415被印刷在网眼泡沫400的上表面上。
在符号415被印刷在透反式网眼泡沫400的上表面上之后,如图4F所示,将具有涂覆有粘合剂的下表面的透明蒙皮500放置在IMG模具中,并且在IMG模具中抽真空并且压制。
如图4G所示,开关模块1被组装到用于如上所述制造用于车门的开关组件的软上装饰件100。
与开关模块1组装的软上装饰件联接到中心装饰件和下装饰件,并且被组装并用作车门的最终内部材料。
因此,如图6所示,当驾驶员的手在组装隐藏开关模块1的位置处接近透明蒙皮500的15mm内时,接近传感器感测到手,并且LED的光穿过导光板300和透反式网眼泡沫400以仅显示透明蒙皮500上的锁定和解锁符号415。
当在所显示的锁定/解锁符号415中触摸期望符号时,关闭不期望符号的光,并且在几秒钟之后关闭期望符号,结束开关模块1的操作。
为了关闭符号415,可以设置LED的光照射时间。
另一方面,代替在上基板200的和导光板300的上表面上喷射和涂覆图4C的粘合剂600,具有预先涂覆有诸如热熔粘合剂的粘合剂的下表面的透反式网眼泡沫400可以真空压制在上基板200的和导光板300的上表面上。
另外,尽管已经描述了符号415是锁定/解锁图案,但是符号415还包括用于执行车辆内部功能的操作符号或者在其上形成用于LED气氛照明的照明图案的照明符号。

Claims (4)
1.一种制造用于车门的开关组件的软上装饰件的方法,所述方法包括:
(a)注塑成型上基板,使得在其下侧中的下凹槽和在其上侧中的上凹槽彼此连通,其中将开关模块插入所述下凹槽中,并且将导光板插入所述上凹槽中;
(b)将所述导光板组装在所述上凹槽中,其中所述导光板的厚度等于所述上凹槽的厚度;
(c)在所述上基板的和所述导光板的上表面上涂覆粘合剂;
(d)在真空模具中将透反式网眼泡沫真空压制在所述上基板的和所述导光板的上表面上,其中所述粘合剂涂覆在所述上基板的和所述导光板的上表面上;
(e)在所述透反式网眼泡沫的上表面印刷符号;以及
(f)在模内压纹模具中对透反式网眼泡沫的上表面上的透明蒙皮进行真空压制,其中所述透明蒙皮具有涂覆有粘合剂的下表面。
2.一种制造用于车门的开关组件的软上装饰件的方法,所述方法包括:
(a)注塑成型上基板,使得在其下侧中的下凹槽和在其上侧中的上凹槽彼此连通,其中将开关模块插入所述下凹槽中并且将导光板插入所述上凹槽中;
(b)将所述导光板组装在所述上凹槽中,其中所述导光板的厚度等于所述上凹槽的厚度;
(c)在真空模具中将透反式网眼泡沫真空压制在所述上基板的和所述导光板的上表面上,其中所述透反式网眼泡沫的下表面涂覆有粘合剂;
(d)在所述透反式网眼泡沫的上表面上印刷符号;以及
(e)在模内压纹模具中将透明蒙皮真空压制在透反式网眼泡沫的上表面上,其中所述透明蒙皮的下表面涂覆有粘合剂。
3.一种用于车门的开关组件的软上装饰件,在所述软上装饰件中层压有上基板、泡沫和透明蒙皮,其中:
通孔垂直地形成在所述上基板中,开关模块插入在所述通孔中;
下凹槽形成在所述上基板的下侧中,所述下凹槽的直径大于所述通孔的直径;
上凹槽形成在所述上基板的上侧中,所述上凹槽的直径大于所述贯通孔的直径;
导光板组装在所述上凹槽中,所述导光板的厚度等于所述上凹槽的厚度,
所述泡沫是透反式网眼泡沫,在其上表面上形成有符号;
所述透反式网眼泡沫附接到所述上基板的和所述导光板的上表面;以及
所述透明蒙皮附接到所述透反式网眼泡沫的上表面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的软质上装饰件,其中所述导光板包括侧板和上板,所述上板被配置成连接所述侧板的上表面,其中在所述导光板的下侧内部还形成有容纳凹槽,所述开关模块的上侧被插入并且被容纳在所述容纳凹槽中。
