另外,发泡成型的泡沫50和透明表皮60进一步层压在上基板20上(参见图1)。
泡沫50提供缓冲感,透明表皮60提供奢华感,如皮革感。
另一方面,在专利文献(日本专利公告第4218660号)中,如图2和3所示,当驾驶员将手放在驾驶座位附近时,操作符号显示在装饰面板14上,驾驶员按下所需的操作符号进行操作。
也就是说,配置为显示符号的开关装置10为被嵌入到车门饰板的基板中的隐藏开关类型。

在下文中,将参考附图详细描述本发明的示例性实施例。将对与常规部件相同的部件给予相同的附图标记,并且将省略对其的详细描述。
图4是示出根据本发明示例性实施例的制造用于车门开关组件的软上饰板的方法的一组顺序图;图5是示出在图4所示的导光板上刻制符号的过程的一组顺序图;图6是隐藏开关的一组操作顺序图。
如图4的(f)所示,根据本实施例的用于车门开关组件的软上饰板100包括:上基板200,其供开关模块1布置在其上;导光板300,其组装至该上基板200和多孔泡沫400;以及透明表皮500,其压接到多孔泡沫400和导光板300的上表面上。
上基板200是由聚丙烯(PP)制成的注模产品。
如图4的(a)所示,在上基板200中沿上基板200的垂直中心线形成有第一通孔210。在上基板200的中间侧和下侧处围绕上基板200的第一通孔210形成有第一闩锁阶状部211和第二闩锁阶状部213,且第一闩锁阶状部211供导光板300卡在其上,第二闩锁阶状部213供开关模块1卡在其上。
第一通孔210形成供开关模块1如图4的(g)所示而布置在其中的空间。
如图4的(b)所示,在被注塑成型成上述形状的上基板200的上表面201上涂有粘合剂600。如图4的(c)所示,将多孔泡沫400放置在上表面201上并在真空模具中对其进行真空压制以层压多孔泡沫400和上基板200。
由于真空模具的上模具不具有压花部分和透气性,而其下模具有透气性,因此真空模具使用通过下模具进行真空抽吸以进行真空压制的方法。
多孔泡沫400由PP或多酚氧化酶(PPO)材料制成,并且是通过对预先发泡挤出的泡沫进行针刺而形成为具有多孔性的泡沫。
进行针刺以解决以下问题:在泡沫400不能透气的情况下,当在层压泡沫400和基板200后将下面将描述的透明表皮500层压在泡沫400和基板200上时,在模内压纹(IMG)成型期间,空气可能填充在透明表皮500和泡沫400之间。
在将多孔泡沫400层压在上基板200上之后,如图4的(d)所示,切出供导光板300插入的第二通孔450。
第二通孔450形成在与第一通孔210垂直连通的位置处。
当如上所述形成第二通孔450时,如图4的(e)所示,使导光板300穿过第一通孔210插入第二通孔450中。
在这种情况下,插入导光板300,使得导光板300的上表面与多孔泡沫400的上表面处于同一水平面并位于同一直线上。当插入导光板300直到导光板300的凸缘304卡在第一闩锁阶状部211上时,导光板300的上表面被自动调节。
导光板300是附属于诸如聚碳酸酯(PC)的工程塑料的材料,并且用于使开关模块1中的开关装置3的发光二极管(LED)(未示出)的光进行散射。
如图5所示,在将不透明涂料310作为掩模涂覆在导光板300的上表面上之后,通过使用激光切割和去除不透明涂料310来形成对应于上锁符号311和解锁符号313的图案。可以附接薄膜以代替掩模,在该薄膜上形成有符号315。
因此,当光被发射穿过导光板300时,光可以仅穿过上锁符号311和解锁符号313。因此,驾驶员可以看到上锁符号311/解锁符号313。
如图5所示,导光板300包括:侧板301;上板303,所述上板303连接侧板301的上表面并在其中刻有符号311和313;以及凸缘304,所述凸缘304形成在所述侧板301的下侧。在导光板300的下侧内部还形成有容纳槽305,该容纳槽305供开关模块1的上侧插入并容纳在其中。
因此,由于上板303的厚度h2小于导光板300的厚度h1,所以光可以更显著地散射并穿过上板303。
另外,由于开关模块1的上侧如图4的(g)所示而容纳并组装在容纳槽305中,因此更好地固定开关模块1。
由于开关模块1被插入直到开关模块1的边框5卡在第二闩锁阶状部213上,因此导光板300不会被过度向上按压。
如图4的(f)所示,在IMG模具中,透明表皮500真空压制在多孔泡沫400和导光板300的上表面上。
在透明表皮500的下表面上涂覆有热熔粘合剂。
透明表皮500通过IMG成型被压接,该是IMG成型是一种立式真空抽吸压制成型。
由于IMG模具的上模具和下模具在其中刻制有压花部分并且所述下模具有透气性,因此压花部分在成型过程中自然地转印到非纹理表皮上,以便看起来像皮革图案。
透明表皮500可以是热塑性烯烃(TPO)织物,其厚度为0.5mm至1.0mm或其厚度为1.0mm或更大,透射率为约10%至15%。
所述TPO织物是一种被广泛用作车辆内部材料的材料。
开关模块1包括开关装置3和用于安装开关装置3的边框5,所述开关装置3包括上锁和解锁对应的LED、印刷电路板(PCB)等。
将参考图4描述制造上述用于车门开关组件的软上饰板100的方法。
如图4的(a)所示,注塑成型上基板200,该上基板200中形成有第一通孔210,所述第一通孔210供开关模块1布置在其中。
如图4的(b)所示,将粘合剂600涂覆在经注模成型的上基板200的上表面201上。
在涂覆粘合剂600之后,如图4的(c)所示,将经针刺的多孔泡沫400放置在上基板200的上表面201上,并在真空模具中进行真空压制。
如图4的(d)所示,在被压制附接到上基板200的上表面201上的多孔泡沫400中切出第二通孔450。
如图4的(e)所示,在切出第二通孔450之后,使导光板300穿过第一通孔210插入到第二通孔450中。插入导光板300,使得导光板300的上表面与多孔泡沫400的上表面处于同一水平面。
在将导光板300插入第二通孔450中之后,如图4的(f)所示,放置具有涂有粘合剂的下表面的透明表皮500,并在IMG模具中对其进行真空抽吸并进行压制。
如图4的(g)所示,将开关模块1组装到如上制造的用于车门开关组件的软上饰板100上。
将与开关模块1组装的软上饰板联接到中心饰板,并且组装下饰板并用作车门的最终内部材料。
因此,如图6所示,当驾驶员的手在15mm范围内接近在组装有隐藏开关模块1的位置处的透明表皮500时,接近传感器感测到所述手并照射LED光以在透明表皮500上仅显示上锁/解锁符号315。
当在所显示的上锁/解锁符号315当中触摸所需的符号时,关闭不需要的符号的光,并且在几秒钟之后关闭所需的符号,结束开关模块1的操作。
为了关闭符号315,可以设置LED的光照时间。
另一方面,代替在上基板200的上表面201上喷射和涂覆图4的(b)的粘合剂600,可以将具有预先涂覆有粘合剂(诸如热熔粘合剂)的下表面的多孔泡沫400真空压制到上基板200的上表面201上。
另外,尽管已经描述了符号315是上锁/解锁图案,但是符号315还可以包括用于执行车辆内部功能的操作符号,或者形成有用于LED情绪照明的照明图案的照明符号。

Claims (3)

1.一种制造用于车门开关组件的软上饰板的方法,所述方法包括:
(a)注塑成型上基板,在所述上基板中形成有第一通孔,其中所述第一通孔供开关模块布置于其中;
(b)在所述上基板的上表面上涂覆粘合剂;
(c)在所述上基板的涂有所述粘合剂的所述上表面上真空压制经针刺的多孔泡沫;
(d)与所述第一通孔相应地切割所述多孔泡沫以形成第二通孔,所述第二通孔供导光板插入所述第二通孔中,其中所述导光板具有刻有符号的上表面和用于组装所述开关模块的下表面;
(e)将所述导光板布置成穿过所述第一通孔插入到所述第二通孔中,其中,所述多孔泡沫的上表面与所述导光板的上表面布置在同一水平面上;以及
(f)在模内压纹模具中将透明表皮真空压制到所述多孔泡沫的上表面和所述导光板的上表面上,其中,所述透明表皮的下表面涂有粘合剂。
2.一种制造用于车门开关组件的软上饰板的方法,所述方法包括:
(a)注塑成型上基板,在所述上基板中形成有第一通孔,其中所述第一通孔供开关模块布置于其中;
(b)在真空模具中将多孔泡沫真空压制在所述上基板的上表面上,其中所述多孔泡沫是经针刺的并且所述多孔泡沫的下表面涂有粘合剂;
(c)与所述第一通孔相应地切割所述多孔泡沫以形成第二通孔,所述第二通孔供导光板插入所述第二通孔中,其中所述导光板具有刻有符号的上表面和用于组装所述开关模块的下表面;
(d)将所述导光板布置成穿过所述第一通孔插入所述第二通孔中,其中所述多孔泡沫的上表面与所述导光板的上表面布置在同一水平面上;以及
(e)在模内压纹模具中将透明表皮真空压制到所述多孔泡沫的上表面和所述导光板的上表面上,其中所述透明表皮的下表面涂有粘合剂。
3.一种用于车门开关组件的软上饰板,在所述软上饰板中层压有上基板、泡沫和透明表皮,其中:
所述上基板具有垂直形成于所述上基板中的第一通孔,所述第一通孔供开关模块布置于其中;
所述泡沫是经针刺的多孔泡沫,并且具有形成在与所述第一通孔相对应的位置处的第二通孔;
在所述第二通孔中插入有导光板,其中在所述导光板的上表面中刻有符号,并且所述多孔泡沫的上表面与所述导光板的上表面布置在同一水平面上;并且
所述透明表皮附着在所述多孔泡沫的上表面和所述导光板的上表面上;
其中:
所述导光板包括:侧板;上板,所述上板连接所述侧板的上表面并且在所述上板中刻有所述符号;以及凸缘,所述凸缘形成在所述侧板的下侧并且卡在所述第一通孔的闩锁阶状部上;并且
在所述导光板的下侧内形成有容纳槽,所述容纳槽供所述开关模块插入和容纳在所述容纳槽中。
