Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车门的软上装饰件,在所述软上装饰件中层压有上基板、泡沫和透明蒙皮,特别是涉及一种用于车门的开关组件的软上装饰件以及一种制造该软上装饰件的方法,其中开关可以容易地将开关组装到上基板,该开关被配置为保持透明蒙皮的连续性并且在透明蒙皮上显示锁定和解锁符号。
背景技术
在专利文献(韩国专利注册No.10-1087875)中公开了一种用于车辆的车门上装饰件侧的泡沫蒙皮装饰件70(参见图1)。
也就是说,用于车辆的门装饰件的基板被分成注塑成型的上基板、中心基板和下基板。三个分开的基板通过螺钉等连接。
另外,将发泡成型的泡沫50和透明蒙皮60进一步层压在上基板20上(参见图1)。
泡沫50提供缓冲感,并且透明蒙皮60提供诸如皮革感的奢华感。
另一方面,在专利文献(日本专利公开No.4218660)中,如图2和图3所示,当驾驶员将手放在驾驶座位附近时,操作符号显示在装饰面板14上,并且驾驶员按下所需的操作符号以进行操作。
也就是说,被配置为显示符号的开关装置10是隐藏开关类型,其嵌入在车辆的车门装饰件的基板中。
隐藏开关装置10具有仅嵌入硬质基板中的结构。特别地,隐藏开关装置10被嵌入以设置在下装饰件的上部和下部之间。
因此,离开车辆的驾驶员可能不会通过窗户检查车辆内的符号。
特别地,在门被锁定或解锁之后,当驾驶员离开车辆时,驾驶员倾向于通过窗户检查符号,但是可能不满足这种要求。

同时,在专利文献(韩国专利特开公开No.10-2017-0074740)中,由于在基板上设置开关,因此与专利文献(日本专利公开No.4218660)类似地出现相同的问题。

发明内容
1.技术问题
为了解决上述问题而完成了本发明,并且本发明的技术目的在于提供一种用于车辆的开关组件的软门装饰件,该软门装饰件能够在不损坏透明蒙皮的情况下在其上门装饰件的透明蒙皮上显示符号,以及一种制造该软门装饰件的方法。
2.解决问题的方法
为了实现上述目的,本发明的权利要求1所述的制造用于车门的开关组件的软上装饰件的方法包括:(a)将上基板和导光板在插入状态下双重注塑成型在发泡成型泡沫的下表面上,使得其中插入有开关模块的上基板的上表面被放置在与导光板的上表面相同的线上;(b)在泡沫中形成一个孔直到放置导光板的位置;(c)在模内压纹模具中将预热的透明蒙皮真空压制在泡沫上;(d)在与孔对应的位置处在导光板的后表面上刻制符号。
权利要求2所述的用于车门的开关组件的软上装饰件包括层压的上基板、泡沫和透明蒙皮,其中凹槽形成在上基板中,开关模块插入该凹槽中,放置在与上基板的上表面相同的直线上的导光板在凹槽上方注塑成型,并且符号刻制在导光板的后表面中。
在本发明的权利要求3中所述的软上装饰件中,导光板包括侧板、连接侧板的上表面并且具有刻制在其中的符号的上板、以及形成在侧板的下端的凸缘,其中,在导光板的下侧内侧还形成有容纳槽,在容纳槽中插入并且容纳有开关模块的上侧。
3.有利的效果
本发明具有以下效果。
由于上基板和导光板在插入泡沫的状态下双重注塑成型,因此可以简化工艺,并且可以应用导光板以具有最小厚度。因此,确保可视性是非常有利的。
另外,由于开关模块安装在上基板的凹槽中,该凹槽形成在导光板的下表面上,因此保持了传统透明蒙皮的连续性,以确保开关模块的隐藏性和透明蒙皮的光滑度,从而提供优异的外观。
特别地,由于孔形成在非透明泡沫中直到放置符号的位置,因此照明在符号的图案上的光被清晰地照射在透明蒙皮上。
此外,由于符号在靠近窗户的特定位置处显示在上基板上,因此可以在车辆内部以及从车辆外部通过窗口检查符号。特别地,可以检查门是否被正确地锁定(当在中心基板或下基板上形成符号时,驾驶员难以或不可能在车辆内部或外部检查符号)。
由于容纳开关模块的上侧的容纳凹槽形成在导光板的下表面的中心,导光板的上板的厚度因容纳凹槽的厚度而减小以显著提高透射率,从而可以大大提高透射率,由此可以进一步提高符号的清晰度,并且容纳凹槽还可以用于固定开关模块。
另外,由于凸缘形成在导光板的下侧处,所以在双重注塑成型期间,凸缘穿过上基板以完全防止导光板分离。

如图4D所示,根据本实施例的用于车门的开关组件的软上装饰件100包括泡沫400、双重注塑成型在泡沫400的下表面上的上基板200和导光板300、形成在泡沫400中的孔700、以及真空压制在泡沫400的上表面上的透明蒙皮500。
泡沫400具有约2mm至5mm的厚度,并且是由聚丙烯(PP)制成并且预先泡沫成型的泡沫。
上基板200和导光板300是双重注塑成型的,以便在插入泡沫400的状态下与泡沫400的下表面接触。
当上基板200由丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)材料制成并且导光板300由聚碳酸酯(PC)材料制成时,上基板200和导光板300在双重注塑成型时彼此具有高亲和性。
也就是说,上基板200和导光板300被注塑成型,使得凹槽210形成在上基板200中,并且与上基板200的上表面放置在同一直线上的导光板300设置在凹槽210上方。
如图4A所示,凹槽210具有:第一凹槽230,开关模块1插入第一凹槽230中;和第二凹槽240,开关模块1卡在第二凹槽240上。
导光板300可以是附属于诸如聚碳酸酯(PC)的工程塑料的材料,并且可以用于扩散开关模块1中的开关装置3的发光二极管(LED(未示出))的光。
另外,参照图5,在将不透明涂料310作为掩模涂覆在导光板300的后表面上之后,通过使用激光切割和去除不透明涂料310来形成对应于锁定符号311和解锁符号313的图案。可以附着其上形成符号315的膜而不是掩模。
因此,当光通过导光板300发射时,光可以仅通过锁定和解锁符号311和313。因此,驾驶员可以观看锁定/解锁符号311和313。
如图5所示,导光板300包括侧板301、连接侧板301的上表面并且具有刻制在其中的符号311和313的上板303、以及形成在侧板301的下侧处的凸缘304。在导光板300的下侧的内侧还形成有容纳槽305,开关模块1的上侧插入并容纳在容纳槽305中。
因此,由于上板303的厚度h2小于导光板300的厚度h1,所以光可以更清楚地扩散并且穿过上板303。
另外,由于开关模块1的上侧容纳并且组装在容纳槽305中,因此开关模块1的额外固定更好。
凸缘304用作楔入件,其穿过上基板200并且完全防止导光板300从上基板200向上和向下分离。
当如上所述将上基板200和导光板300双重注塑成型在泡沫400的下表面上时,如图4B所示,使用激光钻孔700。
这些孔700用作通道,通过该通道照射开关模块1的LED(未示出)的光。
也就是说,由于非透明泡沫400覆盖导光板300的整个上表面,所以光不会穿过导光板300。因此,需要形成孔700。
如图4D所示,孔700位于与形成在导光板300的后表面上的符号315所在的位置相同的位置。
也就是说,孔700具有两个孔,即,与锁定符号311对应的孔和与解锁符号313对应的孔,并且允许光被照亮,使得显示清晰的符号。
孔700用作光通过的通道,并且因此,符号315显示在透明蒙皮500上。
在模内压纹(IMG)模具中将透明蒙皮500真空压制在泡沫400的上表面上。
由于IMG模具的上模具有透气性并且在其中刻制有压花部分,因此压花部分(皮革图案等)在模制期间自然地转移到蒙皮上。
透明蒙皮500是非纹理薄片。透明蒙皮500可以是预热的热塑性烯烃(TPO)或聚氯乙烯(PVC)织物。
透明蒙皮500可以具有1.0mm或更大的厚度和大约10%至15%的透射率。
TPO织物是广泛用作车辆内部材料的材料。
开关模块1包括:开关装置3,开关装置3包括对应锁定和解锁的LED、印刷电路板(PCB)等;和边框5,开关装置3安装在边框5上。
将参考图4描述制造上述用于上述车门的开关组件的软上装饰件100的方法。
如图4A所示,在插入泡沫模制泡沫400的状态下,将上基板200和导光板300双重注塑成型在泡沫400的下表面上,使得上基板的上表面放置在与导光板300的上表面相同的线上,开关模块1插入在该上基板中。
当将上基板200和导光板300在泡沫400上双重注塑成型时,如图4B所示,利用激光进行刻划以在泡沫400中钻孔700直到放置导光板300的上表面的位置。
当形成孔700时,如图4C所示,将预热的透明蒙皮500放置在泡沫400上并且在IMG模具中真空压制。
在将透明蒙皮500真空压制在泡沫400上之后,如图4D所示,符号315在与孔700对应的位置处被刻制在导光板300中的上板303的后表面中。
如图4E所示,开关模块1被组装到用于如上制造的车门的开关组件的软上装饰件100。
与开关模块1组装的软上装饰件联接到中心装饰件和下装饰件,并且被组装并用作车门的最终内部材料。
因此,如图6所示,当驾驶员的手在组装隐藏开关模块1的位置处接近透明蒙皮500的15mm内时,接近传感器感测到手,并且LED的光穿过孔。因此,仅在透明蒙皮500上显示锁定/解锁符号315。
当在所显示的锁定/解锁符号315中触摸期望的符号时,关闭不期望符号的光,并且在几秒钟之后关闭期望符号,结束开关模块1的操作。
为了关闭符号315,可以设置LED的光照射时间。
另外,尽管已经描述了符号315是锁定/解锁图案,但是符号315还包括用于执行车辆内部功能的操作符号或者在其上形成用于LED气氛照明的照明图案的照明符号。
虽然本发明的示例性实施例易于产生各种修改和替换形式,但是其特定示例性实施例在附图中以示例的方式示出并且将在本文中详细描述。然而,应该理解,并不意图将本发明限制于所公开的特定形式,而是相反,本发明将覆盖落入本发明的精神和范围内的所有修改、等同物和替代物。

Claims (3)
1.一种制造用于车门的开关组件的软上装饰件的方法,所述方法包括:
(a)将上基板和导光板在插入状态下双重注塑成型在发泡成型泡沫的下表面上,使得其中插入有开关模块的所述上基板的上表面被放置在与所述导光板的上表面相同的线上;
(b)在所述发泡成型泡沫中形成孔直到放置所述导光板的位置;
(c)在模内压纹模具中将预热的透明蒙皮真空压制在发泡成型泡沫上;和
(d)在与所述孔对应的位置处在所述导光板的后表面中刻制符号。
2.一种用于车门的开关组件的软上装饰件,在所述软上装饰件中层压有上基板、泡沫和透明蒙皮,其中:
凹槽形成在所述上基板中,开关模块插入所述凹槽中;
导光板注塑成型在所述凹槽上方,所述导光板放置在与所述上基板的上表面相同的直线上;并且
符号刻制在所述导光板的后表面中;
孔形成在所述泡沫中直到放置所述导光板的位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的软上装饰件,其中所述导光板包括侧板、连接所述侧板的上表面并且具有刻制在其中的符号的上板、以及形成在所述侧板的下端处的凸缘,其中在所述导光板的下侧内部还形成有容纳槽,所述开关模块的上侧被插入并且被容纳在所述容纳槽中。
