背景技术
通常,车辆内装部件是用于车辆内部装饰的部件,在面料等第一部件上压紧树脂等第二部件形成一体后安装在车辆上。
以往的车辆只是被视为一种运输工具,并未过多考虑车辆内装部件的美观性或触感等。然而,目前的车辆已不再局限于运输工具的功能,还被视为体现用户个性的物品,因此改进车辆内装部件方面的研究呈现上升趋势。
在这种趋势中,车辆的内装部件已经逐渐改进到能够满足用户期望的美观性与感性品质,尤其车辆内装部件中的门饰板(door trim)方面开发出了多种形状以赋予其美观性。

技术问题
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种尤其能够提高车辆内装部件的美观性且能够提高用户感性品质的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构及方法。
技术方案
为达成上述目的,本发明一个方面的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构包括:基材;电致发光片(EL:Electro luminescence sheet),其配置于所述基材的上侧且能够发光;泡沫层,其配置于所述电致发光片的上侧;以及表层,其配置于所述泡沫层的上侧。
并且,本发明一个实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构还可以包括配置于所述表层的上侧的表面处理层。
其中,所述表面处理层可以由能够调节透过率的材料形成。
并且,所述泡沫层可以由热塑性弹性体(TPE)材料形成。
并且,本发明一个实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构可以发泡形成所述表层以提高柔软感。
本发明的电致发光片可以被设置成在多种条件下发光,例如,可以制造成安装在车辆门饰条内部一侧并在用户乘车或下车时发光。
另外,本发明另一方面的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型方法包括:形成基材的步骤;在所述基材的上侧形成能够发光的电致发光片(EL:Electro luminescencesheet)的步骤;在所述电致发光片的上侧形成泡沫层的步骤;以及在所述泡沫层的上侧形成表层的步骤。
此处,所述表层可以在提前预热后被模具内侧转印纹路。
并且,关于所述基材及电致发光片,可以向所述基材粘接所述电致发光片或成型基材时嵌入电致发光片成型为一体后安装到模具内侧。
技术效果
本发明在车辆内装部件设置电致发光片使车辆内部预定部位发光,从而能够提高内部装饰效果。
并且,本发明包括泡沫层,因此能够通过提高车辆内装部件的柔软感提升感性品质。
并且,就门饰板来讲,能够打破现有的氛围照明部位仅适用于装饰物、握柄、遮光板等没有缓冲层的硬板的局限性,能够进一步适用于具有缓冲层与表层的软板(门上面装饰条、肘靠)。

具体实施方式
以下参见附图具体说明本发明的优选实施例。首先,需要注意的是在对各图的构成要素添加附图标记方面,即使同一构成要素出现在不同的附图上也尽可能添加相同的附图标记。另外,在说明本发明时当判断认为对相关公知结构或功能的具体说明可能会混淆本发明的重点时省略对相关内容的具体说明。另外,以下将说明本发明的优选实施例,但本发明的技术方案并不限定或限制于此,所属技术领域的技术人员可任意变形实施,这是理所当然的。
图1显示本发明一个实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构的制造过程。
如图1所示,本发明一个实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构通过准备步骤(a)、移送步骤(b)、预成型(Preforming)步骤(c)、注塑发泡步骤(d)制造而成。
准备步骤(a)包括安装到模具之前预先加热的表层预热过程和粘接基材与电致发光片(EL:Electro luminescence sheet)的过程。
在该准备步骤(a)形成基材111并在基材111的上侧形成能够发光的电致发光片113。
并且,执行表层预热过程使得表层117安装在模具上确保能够转印纹路以形成期望纹路。
然后在移送步骤(b),用自动机械130移送表层117、粘接有电致发光片113的基材111。
然后在预成型步骤(c),通过自动机械130将表层117、粘接有电致发光片113的基材111分别装入第一模具211及第二模具213。
此处,预热的表层117被设置于第一模具211的吸附孔211a吸附以真空吸附到第一模具211的表面,按照第一模具211表面的形状转印纹路。
并且,粘接有电致发光片113的基材111被设置于第二模具213的吸附孔213a吸附安装在第二模具213上。
在表层117与粘接有电致发光片113的基材111插入到第一模具211及第二模具213的上述状态下,在预成型步骤(c),第一模具211向第二模具213侧移动后,沿形成于第二模具213的注入孔213b注入泡沫材料或注入后发泡形成泡沫层115。
本发明一个实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型方法通过上述过程在基材111的上侧形成电致发光片113,在电致发光片113的上侧形成泡沫层115,在泡沫层115的上侧形成表层117。
此处,泡沫层115可以由热塑性弹性体(TPE)材料形成。
热塑性弹性体(TPE)是结合有橡胶(弹性体)特性与塑料(plastic)的优良成型特性的物质,同时具有塑料(热塑性)与橡胶(弹性体)的特性,与热塑性树脂一样,TPE也在加热时变成塑料,冷却时成为弹性体。
即,TPE显现类似于弹性体的弹性特性,但同时也具有热塑性树脂所具有的反复变形及复原特性,由于容易热塑成型、周期短、能耗少、具有热稳定性、能够双重或三重成型,因此具有降低组装费用、能够结合两种材料(硬质-软质成分)、能够100%再利用、包括更高端设计用颜色效果的多种着色选择等优点,因此本实施例的泡沫层115采用该物质。
图2显示本发明一个实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构。
参见图2,本发明一个实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构100包括基材111、配置于基材111上侧的电致发光片113、配置于电致发光片113上侧的泡沫层115及配置于泡沫层115上侧的表层117。
并且,还可以包括配置于所述表层117上侧的表面处理层119。
此处,表层117或表面处理层119可以由能够调整透过率的材料形成。
关于调整透过率,可以采用透过率随光量变化的材料,也可以采用光透过率随外部施加的压力或电压等变化的材料。根据另一实施例,可以向表层117或表面处理层119投入特定添加物以调整到期望的透过率。
并且,本发明实施例的表层117发泡而成使得能够感受到较为柔软的触感。
本发明一个实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构中,泡沫层115在调节柔软感方面起到重要作用,可以同时考虑成型性与柔软感以确定其厚度。
为了能够通过一般注塑形成泡沫层115且提高柔软感,可以通过多种发泡方式,例如通过化学发泡或物理发泡等形成各种厚度的泡沫层115,其厚度大致可以是1~2mm。为了加强柔软感,可以使泡沫层115厚度为3~5mm,可以在发泡单元的大小的基础上考虑EL膜光源的透过率与散射等,按照设计及发光范围确定发泡厚度。
另外,电致发光片113为发光层,优选的是其厚度为0.3mm左右,电致发光片的保护膜通常采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)材质的氧化铟锡(ITO)膜,因此为了确保无极性的TPE泡沫层与PPF基材之间的粘接性而适用PP膜作为保护膜。
本发明一个实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构100可以是电致发光片113设置为车辆内装部件的一部分通过多种条件发光的结构。
根据一个实施例,可以设置在车辆门饰板内部一侧使得用户乘车或下车时发光以提高用户便利性。即,可以将电致发光片113安装成夜间或天气特别阴等车辆周边环境暗时发光以提高识别力,改善车辆内部装饰。
图3显示本发明另一实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构,是埋有电源线的结构。
以下参见图3说明本发明另一实施例。具有与一个实施例相同的附图标记的构成为起到相同功能的构成,因此省略其说明,以不同的构成为中心进行说明。
基材111由硬质(rigid)材料形成,其上端部形成有用于埋设电源线113a的埋入部111a。
并且,电致发光片113配置于基材111的上侧,该电源线113a埋设在所述埋入部111a。
如上,本发明一个实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构将电源线113a埋在由非柔韧性的坚硬的硬质材料形成的基材111,因此不仅能够牢固安装电源线113a,而且不会出现外露。
向基材111埋入电源线113a的方式可以采用多种方式。
例如,可以采用将电致发光片113以下侧配置有电源线113a的状态插入模具,并在电致发光片113的下侧注塑基材111的一体成型的方式。
根据其他方法,可以将模具制造成使基材111的上侧具有对应于电源线113a的槽形态的埋入部111a以另外制造基材111,然后将电致发光片113的电源线113a插入到埋入部111a使得结合。
基材111可以由多种材料形成,但优选的是使用容易加工且单价低廉而广泛使用的聚丙烯(PP:Polypropylene)材料。
此处,PP材料为热塑性泛用树脂的一种,其优点是具有耐热性、耐药品性强且刚性高。
图4显示本发明又一实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构,是埋有电源线的结构。
以下参见图4说明本发明的又一实施例。具有与一个实施例相同的附图标记的构成为起到相同功能的构成,因此省略其说明,以不同的构成为中心进行说明。
本发明又一实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型方法可以向TPE材料的泡沫层115添加添加物120。
即,电致发光片113不发光时基材111或电致发光片113可能通过由透明材料形成的TPE泡沫层115与表层117向外侧露出,为防止这种情况,可以向TPE树脂混入偏光颜料或荧光颜料等添加物120注塑以提高美观性。并且,可以通过调节表层的透过度防止基材或电致发光片露出。
参见图4,本发明又一实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构200包括基材111、配置于基材111上侧的电致发光片113、配置于电致发光片113上侧的泡沫层115及配置于泡沫层115上侧的表层117。
此处,泡沫层115可以由TPE材料发泡形成,可以添加添加物120以防止电致发光片113不发光时基材111或电致发光片113向外部露出。
所述添加物120在电致发光片113发光时不妨碍光透过,仅在不发光时执行防止透出现象的功能。添加物120可以选用执行这种功能的多种物质,例如可以采用荧光物质或偏光物质。
荧光物质在特定波长具有很强的荧光性,因此倍增从电致发光片113发出的光,能够防止电致发光片113不发光时电致发光片113、基材111等从透明的TPE层的背面透出的现象。
偏光物质仅允许特定波长通过,因此将其制造成仅允许从电致发光片113发出的光透过即可防止电致发光片113不发光时电致发光片113、基材111等从透明的TPE层的背面透出的现象。
图4所示本发明又一实施例的包括电致发光片的发泡一体注塑成型结构200中的添加物120包含于泡沫层115,但本发明不限于此,添加物120包含于位于电致发光片113外侧的其他层也无妨。例如,可以为了提高柔软感而发泡形成表层117,此处,可以向表层117材料添加添加物120进行发泡以防止内部透出现象。
根据另一实施例,可以将位于电致发光片113上侧的泡沫层115、表层117、表面处理层(未示出)等至少一个层构成为其光透过率随着外部施加的电压等变化,以此防止内部透出现象。
即,电致发光片113不发光时,控制部(未示出)识别该情况并生成光透过率调节信号将光透过率降到预定数值以下,解决本发明要解决的技术问题即内部透出问题。
图5显示本发明一个实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构安装在车辆上的一个实施例,可以设置于装饰件(garnish)300或侧面握柄(side grip)400、门上面装饰条500、门肘靠600、车门中心板700。
装饰件300是指安装在开闭门的把手单元10周围确定内侧门饰板1内把手单元10的分界的部件。
并且,侧面握柄400是指能够从朝向车辆内部的内侧门饰板1的一面向平行于内侧门饰板1的方向凸出安装的环形结构,用于乘客单手拉门以关闭门的部件。
门上面装饰条500是位于门饰板的上端部的部件,门肘靠600是位于门饰板中间部的凸出部件,用于乘客搭胳膊,车门中心板700是支撑门肘靠侧面的部件,是接触乘客皮肤的部位,因此主要由具有泡沫层的柔软装饰条结构构成。
本发明一个实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构可安装在车辆内多种位置。
安装于图5所示装饰件300的情况下,即使下车时周围暗也能够轻松地分辨把手单元10。并且,安装于侧面握柄400的情况下能够提高内部装饰,乘车或下车时能够照亮车门周围以提高上下车时便利性。
并且,本发明一个实施例的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构具有泡沫层115,因此能够提高柔软的触感。
如上所述,通过本发明的实施例安装在车辆内部,能够使用户感官上的视觉、触觉有高档感以提高视觉/触觉感性品质。
以上说明只是举例说明本发明的技术方案而已,本领域普通技术人员在不脱离本发明本质特性的范围内可进行多种修正、变更及替换。因此,本发明所公开的实施例及附图并非限定本发明的技术方案,而是用于说明,本发明的保护范围由技术方案确定,与之等同范围的所有技术方案均包含于本发明的技术方案中。
Claims (9)
1.一种包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构,其特征在于,包括:
由硬质材料形成的基材;
电致发光片,其配置于所述基材的上侧且能够发光;
泡沫层,其配置于所述电致发光片的上侧;以及
表层,其配置于所述泡沫层的上侧,
所述泡沫层含有所述电致发光片不发光时防止所述基材或所述电致发光片露出的添加物,
所述基材的上端部埋设有电源线,所述电源线设于所述电致发光片的下侧,
所述表层由能够调节透过率的材料形成,所述材料为透过率随光量变化的材料或光透过率随外部施加的压力或电压变化的材料,从而能够调节所述透过率,
所述表层通过发泡形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构,其特征在于,还包括:
表面处理层,其配置于所述表层的上侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构,其特征在于:
所述表面处理层由能够调节透过率的材料形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构,其特征在于:
所述泡沫层由热塑性弹性体材料形成。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构,其特征在于:
所述电致发光片设置于车辆的门饰板内部一侧,在用户乘车或下车时发光。
6.根据权利要求1所述的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型结构,其特征在于:
所述添加物为荧光物质或偏光物质。
7.一种包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型方法,其特征在于,包括:
形成硬质材料的基材的步骤;
在所述基材的上侧埋设电源线后在其上侧形成能够发光的电致发光片或在所述基材的上侧设置下侧具有所述电源线的所述电致发光片的步骤;
在所述电致发光片的上侧形成含有所述电致发光片不发光时防止所述基材或所述电致发光片露出的添加物的泡沫层的步骤;以及
在所述泡沫层的上侧形成表层的步骤,
所述表层由能够调节透过率的材料形成,所述材料为透过率随光量变化的材料或光透过率随外部施加的压力或电压变化的材料,从而能够调节所述透过率,
所述表层通过发泡注塑形成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型方法,其特征在于:
所述表层在提前预热后被模具内侧转印纹路。
9.根据权利要求7所述的包括电致发光片的泡沫层一体注塑成型方法,其特征在于:
所述基材及电致发光片是在所述电致发光片粘接到所述基材后安装到模具内侧。
