本发明涉及一种新型玻璃钢格栅自动滑丝机,其特征在于所述框架支架顶端内壁与滑道平台一侧相连接,所述滑道平台上设置滑道,滑丝机支撑杆两端底部、伺服电机A传动杆两端设置的滑轮与滑道相触,滑丝机支撑杆为两根,伺服电机A固定在滑丝机支撑杆底部,伺服电机A传动杆设置在两根滑丝机支撑杆之间,两根滑丝机支撑杆下方设置滑丝机支架。本发明的有益效果是,本发明可以降低职业病的发生,降低原材料对工人身体的危害性,同时可大幅提高生产效率。

本发明涉及玻璃钢制品技术领域,具体的说是一种新型玻璃钢格栅自动滑丝机。
背景技术
目前,玻璃钢格栅生产中的纤维铺设工作为纯手工操作,由工人将纤维丝按照一定次序铺设到玻璃钢格栅模具中。由于完全依赖人力,玻璃钢格栅生产存在效率低下、用时多、人工费用高昂等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种新型玻璃钢格栅自动滑丝机,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明的结构包括滑丝机、伺服电机A、电源控制器、滑丝机支撑杆、滑道平台、框架支架、置料平台、滑丝机支架、伺服电机B、伺服电机B传动杆、气缸组A、气缸组B、气缸组C、钳子嘴、工字弹簧、工字弹簧座、切割锯气缸、切割锯、伺服电机A传动杆、滑轮,其特征在于所述框架支架顶端内壁与滑道平台一侧相连接,所述滑道平台上设置滑道,滑丝机支撑杆两端底部、伺服电机A传动杆两端设置的滑轮与滑道相触,滑丝机支撑杆为两根,伺服电机A固定在滑丝机支撑杆底部,伺服电机A传动杆设置在两根滑丝机支撑杆之间,两根滑丝机支撑杆下方设置滑丝机支架,滑丝机支架内设置伺服电机B,伺服电机B上设置伺服电机B传动杆、压力输出口,伺服电机B传动杆两端设置竖向扭力接头,竖向扭力接头下方设置横向扭力接头,横向扭力接头底部与螺纹杆相连接,螺纹杆下端设置于滑丝机支架上的螺母内,伺服电机A、伺服电机B压力输出口通过管道与压力分配器相连接,压力分配器通过管道分别与气缸组A、气缸组B、气缸组C、切割锯气缸相连接,气缸组A、气缸组B、气缸组C,每组气缸由两台气缸组成,滑丝机支架左下角设置切割锯,切割锯上方滑丝机支架上设置切割锯气缸,切割锯气缸控制切割锯升降,滑丝机支架底部设置两排工字弹簧,工字弹簧上半部分设置在工字弹簧座内,两排工字弹簧座之间设置钳子嘴若干,气缸组A、气缸组C控制钳子嘴张合,气缸组B控制工字弹簧伸缩。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明可以降低职业病的发生,降低原材料对工人身体的危害性,同时可大幅提高生产效率。

的结构包括滑丝机1、伺服电机A2、电源控制器3、滑丝机支撑杆4、滑道平台5、框架支架6、置料平台7、滑丝机支架8、伺服电机B1-1、伺服电机B传动杆1-2、气缸组A1-3、气缸组B1-4、气缸组C1-5、钳子嘴1-6、工字弹簧1-7、工字弹簧座1-8、切割锯气缸1-9、切割锯1-10、伺服电机A传动杆2-1、滑轮2-2,其特征在于所述框架支架6顶端内壁与滑道平台5一侧相连接,所述滑道平台5上设置滑道,滑丝机支撑杆4两端底部、伺服电机A传动杆2-1两端设置的滑轮2-2与滑道相触,滑丝机支撑杆4为两根,伺服电机A2固定在滑丝机支撑杆4底部,伺服电机A传动杆2-1设置在两根滑丝机支撑杆4之间,两根滑丝机支撑杆4下方设置滑丝机支架8,滑丝机支架8内设置伺服电机B1-1,伺服电机B1-1上设置伺服电机B传动杆1-2、压力输出口,伺服电机B传动杆1-2两端设置竖向扭力接头,竖向扭力接头下方设置横向扭力接头,横向扭力接头底部与螺纹杆相连接,螺纹杆下端设置于滑丝机支架8上的螺母内,伺服电机A2、伺服电机B1-1压力输出口通过管道与压力分配器相连接,压力分配器通过管道分别与气缸组A1-3、气缸组B1-4、气缸组C1-5、切割锯气缸1-9相连接,气缸组A1-3、气缸组B1-4、气缸组C1-5,每组气缸由两台气缸组成,滑丝机支架8左下角设置切割锯1-10,切割锯1-10上方滑丝机支架8上设置切割锯气缸1-9,切割锯气缸1-9控制切割锯1-10升降,滑丝机支架8底部设置两排工字弹簧1-7,工字弹簧1-7上半部分设置在工字弹簧座1-8内,两排工字弹簧座1-8之间设置钳子嘴1-6若干,气缸组A1-3、气缸组C1-5控制钳子嘴1-6张合,气缸组B1-4控制工字弹簧1-7伸缩。

1.一种新型玻璃钢格栅自动滑丝机,包括滑丝机(1)、伺服电机A(2)、电源控制器(3)、滑丝机支撑杆(4)、滑道平台(5)、框架支架(6)、置料平台(7)、滑丝机支架(8)、伺服电机B(1-1)、伺服电机B传动杆(1-2)、气缸组A(1-3)、气缸组B(1-4)、气缸组C(1-5)、钳子嘴(1-6)、工字弹簧(1-7)、工字弹簧座(1-8)、切割锯气缸(1-9)、切割锯(1-10)、伺服电机A传动杆(2-1)、滑轮(2-2),其特征在于所述框架支架(6)顶端内壁与滑道平台(5)一侧相连接,所述滑道平台(5)上设置滑道,滑丝机支撑杆(4)两端底部、伺服电机A传动杆(2-1)两端设置的滑轮(2-2)与滑道相触,滑丝机支撑杆(4)为两根,伺服电机A(2)固定在滑丝机支撑杆(4)底部,伺服电机A传动杆(2-1)设置在两根滑丝机支撑杆(4)之间,两根滑丝机支撑杆(4)下方设置滑丝机支架(8),滑丝机支架(8)内设置伺服电机B(1-1),伺服电机B(1-1)上设置伺服电机B传动杆(1-2)、压力输出口,伺服电机B传动杆(1-2)两端设置竖向扭力接头,竖向扭力接头下方设置横向扭力接头,横向扭力接头底部与螺纹杆相连接,螺纹杆下端设置于滑丝机支架(8)上的螺母内,伺服电机A(2)、伺服电机B(1-1)压力输出口通过管道与压力分配器相连接,压力分配器通过管道分别与气缸组A(1-3)、气缸组B(1-4)、气缸组C(1-5)、切割锯气缸(1-9)相连接,气缸组A(1-3)、气缸组B(1-4)、气缸组C(1-5),每组气缸由两台气缸组成,滑丝机支架(8)左下角设置切割锯(1-10),切割锯(1-10)上方滑丝机支架(8)上设置切割锯气缸(1-9),切割锯气缸(1-9)控制切割锯(1-10)升降,滑丝机支架(8)底部设置两排工字弹簧(1-7),工字弹簧(1-7)上半部分设置在工字弹簧座(1-8)内,两排工字弹簧座(1-8)之间设置钳子嘴(1-6)若干,气缸组A(1-3)、气缸组C(1-5)控制钳子嘴(1-6)张合,气缸组B(1-4)控制工字弹簧(1-7)伸缩。
