一种枸杞山楂保健原浆,其特征在于它是由下述重量份数的原料组成为:枸杞浆10-50份,山楂浆5-40份,蓝莓浆1-10份,玫瑰花浆0.5-10份,大豆异黄酮1-10份,抗坏血酸0.025-0.05份,维生素E 0.001-0.004份,胶原蛋白0.5-2份,低聚果糖3-25份。

大豆异黄酮:是大豆生长中形成的一类刺激代谢产物,是一种生物活性物质,与雌激素有相似结构,被称为“植物雌激素”。现代医学研究表明,大豆异黄酮具有提高非特异性免疫的功能。数据显示其具有剂量依赖性提高非特异性免疫功能的作用,可增强鼠的巨噬细胞功能,提高脾重量,使脾脏生成lgM的作用的增强,外周血淋巴细胞含量增多。大豆异黄酮对免疫系统的促进作用强于染料木素,能提高ConA激活的淋巴细胞分泌IL-2和IL-3,具有明显的增强免疫力和延缓衰老的作用。
维生素:抗坏血酸和维生素E被广泛的用于增强免疫力、抗衰老方面,认为他们可清楚人体内的自由基、消除脂褐素在细胞内的沉积,改善细胞的正常功能,减慢组织细胞的衰老过程。
胶原蛋白:胶原蛋白进入皮肤后,可修复断裂老化的弹力纤维网,使皮肤弹性恢复、柔韧充盈。另外可清除体内自由基,多途径抗氧化,减缓皮肤衰老。
低聚果糖:除具有一般功能性低聚糖的物理化学性质外,还能明显改善肠道内微生物种群比例,它是肠内双歧杆菌的活化增殖因子,可减少和抑制肠内腐败物质的产生,抑制有害细菌的生长,调节肠道内平衡;此外还能促进微量元素的吸收与利用;通过改善胃肠道环境促进有效成分的吸收利用,从而起到增强免疫力和养颜抗衰老的功效。
本发明公开的枸杞山楂保健原浆与现有技术相比所具有的优点在于:
(1)采用中药保健原料与新型保健原料配伍使用,其在功效上叠加增效,在口感上又可达到互补和平衡;相比于纯药物食用更加安全。
(2)采用保健原浆的形式,最大限度地保护中药材中有效成分不受损失;所得的保健原浆有效成分保存完整、易吸收;
(3)采用低聚果糖代替白砂糖作为甜味剂,不仅热值低,不会导致肥胖。此外还具有促进有效成分吸收的特点,更加有利于增强免疫力和养颜抗衰老效果。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施方案叙述本发明。除非特别说明,本发明中所用的技术手段均为本领域技术人员所公知的方法。另外,实施方案应理解为说明性的,而非限制本发明的范围,本发明的实质和范围仅由权利要求书所限定。对于本领域技术人员而言,在不背离本发明实质和范围的前提下,对这些实施方案中的物料成分和用量进行的各种改变或改动也属于本发明的保护范围。本发明所用中草药原料及试剂均有市售。
需要说明的是:本发明所采用的单位可以是:份数、百分数、克或公斤,根据生产实际的需要加以选择。
实施例1
枸杞浆50份,山楂浆30份,蓝莓浆5份,玫瑰花浆5份,大豆异黄酮1份,抗坏血酸0.05份,维生素E 0.004份,胶原蛋白2份,低聚果糖6.946份。
所述枸杞山楂原浆的制备方法,其特征在于按如下的步骤进行:(1)分别将枸杞、山楂、蓝莓、玫瑰花进行清洗、灭酶、打浆、超细磨粉碎制成枸杞浆、山楂浆、蓝莓浆、玫瑰花浆;(2)按配方量称取枸杞浆、山楂浆、蓝莓浆、玫瑰花浆、大豆异黄酮、抗坏血酸、维生素E、胶原蛋白、低聚果糖混合均匀,均质机均质;(3)巴氏杀菌、灌装制成枸杞山楂保健原浆;
实施例2
枸杞浆40份,山楂浆20份,蓝莓浆10份,玫瑰花浆10份,大豆异黄酮5份,抗坏血酸0.05份,维生素E 0.004份,胶原蛋白1份,低聚果糖13.946份。
所述枸杞山楂原浆的制备方法,其特征在于按如下的步骤进行:(1)分别将枸杞、山楂、蓝莓、玫瑰花进行清洗、灭酶、打浆、超细磨粉碎制成枸杞浆、山楂浆、蓝莓浆、玫瑰花浆;(2)按配方量称取枸杞浆、山楂浆、蓝莓浆、玫瑰花浆、大豆异黄酮、抗坏血酸、维生素E、胶原蛋白、低聚果糖混合均匀,均质机均质;(3)超高压杀菌、灌装制成枸杞山楂保健原浆;
实施例3
枸杞浆30份,山楂浆40份,蓝莓浆10份,玫瑰花浆5份,大豆异黄酮1份,抗坏血酸0.025份,维生素E 0.001份,胶原蛋白0.5份,低聚果糖13.474份。
所述枸杞山楂原浆的制备方法,其特征在于按如下的步骤进行:(1)分别将枸杞、山楂、蓝莓、玫瑰花进行清洗、灭酶、打浆、超细磨粉碎制成枸杞浆、山楂浆、蓝莓浆、玫瑰花浆;(2)按配方量称取枸杞浆、山楂浆、蓝莓浆、玫瑰花浆、大豆异黄酮、抗坏血酸、维生素E、胶原蛋白、低聚果糖混合均匀,均质机均质;(3)微波杀菌、灌装制成枸杞山楂保健原浆。
实施例4
本发明保健原浆增强免疫力保健功效及安全性评价研究
为了进一步确定本发明的枸杞山楂保健原浆的有益效果,依据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》对本发明保健原浆进行增强免疫力功能动物试验,结果表明:本发明保健原浆连续灌胃30天后,与对照组比较,对小鼠的体重、脏器/体重比无明显影响,对小鼠的细胞免疫试验结果阳性,对小鼠的体液免疫试验结果阳性,对小鼠的单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能试验结果阴性,对小鼠的NK细胞活性试验结果阴性。可见,本发明的保健品对动物具有增强免疫力的功能。
依据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》对本发明保健原浆进行安全性毒理学评价,结果表明:
对大、小鼠急性毒性试验结果显示本发明保健原浆急性毒性属无毒级。
三项遗传毒性试验结果未见致突变作用。
30天喂养试验,可见动物生长发育正常,体征未见异常改变。组织病理学检查结果,未见高剂量组引起动物中毒性损伤。
典型病例:
李某,女,46岁,皮肤干燥、粗糙,失去弹性,颜面褶皱,手上出现老年斑,体力变差,少量运动就会上气不接下气,看起来特别疲惫。服用本发明枸杞山楂保健原浆(按实施例1进行制作)30天后,皮肤干燥、粗糙的情况得到改善,皱纹、老年斑数量减少,体力变好。随后每月随访1次,持续半年,精力日渐充沛,皮肤日渐好转。
郭某,女,25岁,脸上干燥、粗糙、皮肤偏黄、精神困倦,服用本发明枸杞山楂保健原浆(按实施例1进行制作)30天后,脸上干燥、粗糙的症状得到改善,皮肤变得滋润、光滑。继续服用至90天,皮肤光滑白皙、精力充沛。
王某,女,55岁,皮肤干燥、粗糙,失去弹性,颜面褶皱、色斑,手上出现老年斑,体力差,精神困倦。服用本发明枸杞山楂保健原浆(按实施例1进行制作)60天后,皮肤干燥、粗糙的情况得到改善,弹性有所恢复,皱纹、色斑、老年斑数量减少,体力变好。随后每月随访1次,持续半年,精力日渐充沛,皮肤日渐好转。

Claims (3)

1.一种枸杞山楂保健原浆,其特征在于它是由下述重量份数的原料组成为:
枸杞浆10-50份,山楂浆5-40份,蓝莓浆1-10份,玫瑰花浆0.5-10份,大豆异黄酮1-10份,抗坏血酸0.025-0.05份,维生素E 0.001-0.004份,胶原蛋白0.5-2份,低聚果糖3-25份。
2.权利要求1所述枸杞、山楂、蓝莓、玫瑰花原浆的制备方法,其特征在于按如下的步骤进行:
(1)分别将枸杞、山楂、蓝莓、玫瑰花进行清洗、灭酶、打浆、超细磨粉碎制成枸杞浆、山楂浆、蓝莓浆、玫瑰花浆;
(2)按配方量称取枸杞浆、山楂浆、蓝莓浆、玫瑰花浆、大豆异黄酮、抗坏血酸、维生素E、胶原蛋白、低聚果糖混合均匀,均质机均质;
(3)杀菌、灌装制成枸杞山楂保健原浆;
权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述杀菌为:巴氏杀菌、超高温瞬时杀菌、微波杀菌、超高压杀菌中的一种。
3.权利要求1所述枸杞山楂保健原浆在用于提高人体的免疫功能、延缓机体衰老方面的应用。
