本发明涉及合成革制造领域,特别涉及一种环保透气超纤合成革结构及生产工艺。
背景技术
合成革是模拟天然革的组成和结构并可作为其代用材料的塑料制品,通常以经浸渍的无纺布为网状层,微孔聚氨脂层作为粒面层制得,其正、反面都与皮革十分相似,并具有一定的透气性,比普通人造革更接近天然革。广泛用于制作鞋、靴、箱包和球类等。
目前的合成革多是将胶料用刮刀直接涂覆在经预处理的基布上,然后入塑化箱进行凝胶化及塑化,再经压花、冷却等工序,得到成品;这样制作出的合成革首先其革面和基底布的透气性较差,局限了合成革的后续应用;此外,合成革属于化工制品,成品上容易产生各种残留,不适合在所有环境下使用。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种环保透气超纤合成革结构及生产工艺,可以有效解决背景技术中问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种环保透气超纤合成革结构,包括合成革主体,所述合成革主体主要有革面层与基底层组成,所述革面层主要由聚氨酯半成品革与光触媒涂层组成,所述基底层由若干层聚四氟乙烯薄膜与尼龙织物组成。
优选的,所述光触媒涂层通过在聚氨酯半成品革的表面喷涂以二氧化钛为原料的光触媒形成。
优选的,所述基底层是由若干层的聚四氟乙烯薄膜与尼龙织物相互交错的层层压制而成复合材料。
一种环保透气超纤合成革生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
第一阶段:基底层基布的生产工艺:
①、选用用尼龙编织成细密的网状织物,同时选用表面有致密微孔的聚四氟乙烯薄膜;
②、利用粘结或层压技术使聚四氟乙烯薄膜与尼龙织物交错结合,形成复合基布;
第二阶段:半成品底基的生产工艺:
①、将湿法PU(聚氨酯)树脂溶解在DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)溶剂中,配制底基用PU混合液;
②、将制作好的底基无纺布浸入配置好的PU(聚氨酯)混合液中;
③、将上述浸涂后基布无纺布放入与DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)溶剂有亲和性而与PU(聚氨酯)树脂不亲合的液体中,提取混合液中的溶剂即进行湿法成膜;
④、成膜后的产品经水洗清除残余的DMF,定型烘干后制得半成品底基;
第三阶段:半成品革的生产工艺:
①、在容器内放入任意重量的PU(聚氨酯),然后加入PU(聚氨酯)重量的2~3倍的稀释剂,搅拌均匀;
②、接着加入PU(聚氨酯)重量5~8%的固化剂,以及PU(聚氨酯)重量15%~20%的聚乙烯粉末搅拌均匀,完成制备PU(聚氨酯)胶料;
③、用刮涂方式将备PU(聚氨酯)胶料以(110~120)g/m的用量涂在用脱模剂处理过的离型纸上,经80~90℃的热风干燥,冷却3~5分钟,赋予合成革革面纹路与颜色;
④、再在合成革表皮层上涂覆(120~150)g/m2的粘接层混合液,将半成品底基无纺布贴上,利用双滚筒挤压,并且控制滚筒挤压的贴布压力在4~5kg/cm2左右;
⑤、以100~120℃热风干燥2~3分钟后进行离型纸剥离,剥离了离型纸后的产品即为半成品革;
第四阶段:合成革后期处理的生产工艺:
①、利用二氧化钛粉末配置光触媒涂料;
②、采用喷涂工艺,将配制好的光触媒涂料均匀喷涂到半成品PU(聚氨酯)革上;
③、在喷涂生产线后段利用烘烤箱对合成革进行高温烘烤,使其熟化,控制温度保持在100~120℃,待其冷却后即制成合成革。

通过采用聚四氟乙烯多微孔薄膜与尼龙织物层压成复合材料,既保持了织物的柔软与轻薄,又能很好的透气防水,从而提高基底层基布的透气性;此外,通过在合成革的表层PU(聚氨酯)胶料中添加一定剂量的聚乙烯粉末,利用聚乙烯分子极性小、具有柔性链的特点提高革面的透气性,同时,通过在革面的表层喷涂光触媒涂层,利用光触媒分解掉合成革上残留的各种刺激性化学物质,提高合成革的环保性。

②、利用粘结或层压技术使聚四氟乙烯薄膜与尼龙织物交错结合,形成复合基布;
第二阶段:半成品底基的生产工艺:
①、将湿法PU(聚氨酯)树脂溶解在DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)溶剂中,配制底基用PU混合液;
②、将制作好的底基无纺布浸入配置好的PU(聚氨酯)混合液中;
③、将上述浸涂后基布无纺布放入与DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)溶剂有亲和性而与PU(聚氨酯)树脂不亲合的液体中,提取混合液中的溶剂即进行湿法成膜;
④、成膜后的产品经水洗清除残余的DMF,定型烘干后制得半成品底基;
第三阶段:半成品革的生产工艺:
①、在容器内放入任意重量的PU(聚氨酯),然后加入PU(聚氨酯)重量的2~3倍的稀释剂,搅拌均匀;
②、接着加入PU(聚氨酯)重量5~8%的固化剂,以及PU(聚氨酯)重量15%~20%的聚乙烯粉末搅拌均匀,完成制备PU(聚氨酯)胶料;
③、用刮涂方式将备PU(聚氨酯)胶料以(110~120)g/m的用量涂在用脱模剂处理过的离型纸上,经80~90℃的热风干燥,冷却3~5分钟,赋予合成革革面纹路与颜色;
④、再在合成革表皮层上涂覆(120~150)g/m2的粘接层混合液,将半成品底基无纺布贴上,利用双滚筒挤压,并且控制滚筒挤压的贴布压力在4~5kg/Gm2左右;
⑤、以100~120℃热风干燥2~3分钟后进行离型纸剥离,剥离了离型纸后的产品即为半成品革;
第四阶段:合成革后期处理的生产工艺:
①、利用二氧化钛粉末配置光触媒涂料;
②、采用喷涂工艺,将配制好的光触媒涂料均匀喷涂到半成品PU(聚氨酯)革上;
③、在喷涂生产线后段利用烘烤箱对合成革进行高温烘烤,使其熟化,控制温度保持在100~120℃,待其冷却后即制成合成革;
生产配料包括:
①、第一阶段的配方:
尼龙织网:10
聚四氟乙烯薄膜:10
②、第二阶段的配方:
湿法PU(聚氨酯)树脂:100
DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)溶剂:20-30
表面活性剂:3-7
色浆:4-6
耗量:1500-1700g/m
③、第三阶段的配方:
PU(聚氨酯):100
稀释剂:200-300
固化剂:5-8
聚乙烯:15-20
表面活性剂:5-7
色浆:4-6
耗量:500-600g/m
④、第四阶段的配方:
二氧化钛粉末:10-15
有机酸根稀土盐:1-2
水基聚氨酯:80-160
水:300-400
耗量:15-20g/m。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种环保透气超纤合成革结构及生产工艺,首先各取10份尼龙织物与聚四氟乙烯薄膜,利用粘结或层压技术使聚四氟乙烯薄膜与尼龙织物交错结合,形成复合基底层基布;取100份湿法PU(聚氨酯)树脂溶解在25份DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)溶剂中,同时向溶剂中添加5份表面活性剂、5份色浆配制底基用PU混合液,同时将制作好的底基无纺布浸入配置好的PU(聚氨酯)混合液中直至完全浸湿,随后将其捞出滤干再将上述浸涂后基布无纺布放入与DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)溶剂有亲和性而与PU(聚氨酯)树脂不亲合的液体中,提取混合液中的溶剂即进行湿法成膜,成膜后的产品再经水洗清除残余的DMF,定型烘干后制得半成品底基;在容器内放入100份的PU(聚氨酯),然后加入260份的稀释剂,搅拌均匀,接着加入6份的固化剂,以及15份聚乙烯粉末搅拌均匀,同时加入5份表面活性剂、5份色浆完成制备PU(聚氨酯)胶料,用刮涂方式将备PU(聚氨酯)胶料以(100~120)g/m的用量涂在用脱模剂处理过的离型纸上,经80~90℃的热风干燥,冷却3~5分钟,赋予合成革革面纹路与颜色,再在合成革表皮层上涂覆(100~150)g/m2的粘接层混合液,将半成品底基无纺布贴上,利用双滚筒挤压,并且控制滚筒挤压的贴布压力在4~5kg/cm2左右,以100~120℃热风干燥2~3分钟后进行离型纸剥离,剥离了离型纸后的产品即为半成品革;取10份二氧化钛粉末、1份有机酸根稀土盐、100份水基聚氨酯,用300份水作为溶剂混合,得到一二氧化钛为原料的光触媒涂料,采用喷涂工艺,将配制好的光触媒涂料均匀喷涂到半成品PU(聚氨酯)革上,在喷涂生产线后段利用烘烤箱对合成革进行高温烘烤,使其熟化,控制温度保持在100~120℃,待其冷却后即制成合成革。

Claims (5)

1.一种环保透气超纤合成革结构,其特征在于:包括合成革主体(1),所述合成革主体(1)主要有革面层(2)与基底层(3)组成,所述革面层(2)主要由聚氨酯半成品革(4)与光触媒涂层(5)组成,所述基底层(3)由若干层聚四氟乙烯薄膜(6)与尼龙织物(7)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保透气超纤合成革结构,其特征在于:所述光触媒涂层(5)通过在聚氨酯半成品革(4)的表面喷涂以二氧化钛为原料的光触媒形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保透气超纤合成革结构及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述基底层(3)是由若干层的聚四氟乙烯薄膜(6)与尼龙织物(7)相互交错的层层压制而成复合材料。
4.一种环保透气超纤合成革生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
第一阶段:基底层基布的生产工艺:
①、选用用尼龙编织成细密的网状织物,同时选用表面有致密微孔的聚四氟乙烯薄膜;
②、利用粘结或层压技术使聚四氟乙烯薄膜与尼龙织物交错结合,形成复合基布;
第二阶段:半成品底基的生产工艺:
①、将湿法PU(聚氨酯)树脂溶解在DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)溶剂中,配制底基用PU混合液;
②、将制作好的底基无纺布浸入配置好的PU(聚氨酯)混合液中;
③、将上述浸涂后基布无纺布放入与DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)溶剂有亲和性而与PU(聚氨酯)树脂不亲合的液体中,提取混合液中的溶剂即进行湿法成膜;
④、成膜后的产品经水洗清除残余的DMF,定型烘干后制得半成品底基;
第三阶段:半成品革的生产工艺:
①、在容器内放入任意重量的PU(聚氨酯),然后加入PU(聚氨酯)重量的2~3倍的稀释剂,搅拌均匀;
②、接着加入PU(聚氨酯)重量5~8%的固化剂,以及PU(聚氨酯)重量15%~20%的聚乙烯粉末搅拌均匀,完成制备PU(聚氨酯)胶料;
