本发明公开了一种防水透气型复合面料,所述防水透气型复合面料包括基布、贴覆在所述基布上的防水透气层、以及贴覆在所述防水透气层上的保温层,所述基布为均布外小里大的倒锥形孔的网眼面料,所述保温层为呢绒面料。通过上述方式,本发明。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域,特别是涉及一种防水透气型复合面料。
背景技术
透气布料指的是那些吸汗透气性能很好的原材料,透气布料被广泛的运用于服装、鞋款的制造中。目前的透气面料都不具备防水功能,只能达到吸湿速干的效果。
一些户外运动类服饰,如登山服等,除了需要具备防水透气功能,还需要具备保暖功能,而呢绒面料的保暖性强,但是通常不防雨水,当在室外突遇大雨,会将呢绒面料服装及内衣打湿,因此一般的呢绒面料不适合制成户外运动类服饰。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防水透气型复合面料,既防水透气,又保暖,同时具有穿着舒适等特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防水透气型复合面料,所述防水透气型复合面料包括基布、贴覆在所述基布上的防水透气层、以及贴覆在所述防水透气层上的保温层,所述基布为均布外小里大的倒锥形孔的网眼面料,所述保温层为呢绒面料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防水透气层采用TPU聚氨酯薄膜。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防水透气层采用TPU多孔聚氨酯薄膜。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防水透气层的厚度为0.015-0.025毫米。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基布与所述防水透气层、所述防水透气层与所述保温层之间胶粘或熔融粘合。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在网眼面料形成的基布与呢绒面料形成的保温层之间贴覆一层防水透气层,且选用具有外小里大的倒锥形孔的网眼面料,使得面料可很好的阻水、透气,同时又具有保暖作用,穿着舒适,适用于户外运动类服饰。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种防水透气型复合面料,所述防水透气型复合面料包括基布1、通过胶粘贴覆在所述基布1上的防水透气层2、以及通过熔融粘合在所述防水透气层2上的保温层3,所述基布1为均布外小里大的倒锥形孔11的网眼面料,所述保温层3为呢绒面料。
所述防水透气层2采用TPU聚氨酯薄膜,优选为TPU多孔聚氨酯薄膜。TPU聚氨酯薄膜不仅拥有卓越的高张力、高拉力、强韧和耐老化的特性,而且还具有高防水性、透湿性、防风、防寒、抗菌、防霉、保暖、抗紫外线以及能量释放等许多优异的功能。
所述防水透气层2的厚度为0.015-0.025毫米,优选为0.02毫米。
本发明揭示了一种防水透气型复合面料,通过在网眼面料形成的基布与呢绒面料形成的保温层之间贴覆一层防水透气层,且选用具有外小里大的倒锥形孔的网眼面料,使得面料可很好的阻水、透气,同时又具有保暖作用,穿着舒适,适用于户外运动类服饰。

Claims (5)
1.一种防水透气型复合面料,其特征在于,所述防水透气型复合面料包括基布、贴覆在所述基布上的防水透气层、以及贴覆在所述防水透气层上的保温层,所述基布为均布外小里大的倒锥形孔的网眼面料,所述保温层为呢绒面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气型复合面料,其特征在于,所述防水透气层采用TPU聚氨酯薄膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水透气型复合面料,其特征在于,所述防水透气层采用TPU多孔聚氨酯薄膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气型复合面料,其特征在于,所述防水透气层的厚度为0.015-0.025毫米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气型复合面料,其特征在于,所述基布与所述防水透气层、所述防水透气层与所述保温层之间胶粘或熔融粘合。
