本发明公开了一种水性合成人造革,包括由外到内的涂饰层、粘接层和基布层,其中涂饰层包括水性聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯树脂、辅助添加剂、碳酸钙、氧化锌、蓖麻油、硬脂精、硅油组合物;粘接层包括氯丁橡胶、氢化丁晴橡胶、多异氰酸酯、丙烯酸丁酯、萜烯树脂、苯乙烯、七氧化二锰、硅微粉、促进剂;基布层由交织绫和海岛型超细纤维制成的无纺布组合而成。本发明采用水性聚氨酯和聚氯乙烯树脂相结合,具有无污染、耐磨性好的优点,同时加入了蓖麻油、硬脂精和硅油组合物,使皮革富有油质感,增加柔软性,改进其回弹性、撕裂强度、耐磨耗性、耐热性。采用新型的粘接剂和制造方法,使产品更加牢固,表面更加均匀。

本发明涉及皮革面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种水性合成人造革及其制造方法。
背景技术
由于昂贵的真皮面料一般人消费不起,应市场需求,仿冒真皮的人造革逐渐流行起来,被广泛应用于制衣、制包。在我国,习惯将用PVC树脂为原料生产的人造革称为PVC人造革(简称人造革),人造革以聚氯乙烯为涂覆材料,以传统织物为基布;用PU树脂与无纺布为原料生产的人造革称为PU合成革(简称合成革),合成革以聚氨酯树脂为涂覆材料,以非织造布为基布。市场上也出现了复合人造革(合成人造革),即由PVC与PU互配,或PVC、PU分别与其他材料互配进行改性,从而获得具有一定性能要求的人造革。
其中,以水性聚氨酯树脂为皮革涂饰层的成为水性合成革。水性聚氨酯树脂是指以水代替有机溶剂作为分散介质的新型聚氨酯体系,具有无污染、安全可靠、机械性能优良、相容性好、易于改性等优点。

所述基布层由交织绫和海岛型超细纤维制成的无纺布组合而成。
进一步改进在于,所述涂饰层按重量份数包括水性聚氨酯45份、聚氯乙烯树脂38份、辅助添加剂12份、碳酸钙6份、氧化锌6份、蓖麻油4份、硬脂精3份、硅油组合物5份。

一种水性合成人造革制造方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按上述比例准备涂饰层原料,将原料放入高速搅拌机中搅拌呈浆状,并控制搅拌温度在105℃-115℃,然后将涂饰层浆料的粘度调至1200cps-1300cps后,将涂饰层浆料涂到匀速传动的离型纸上,并用105℃烘干得到皮质层,冷却至常温备用;
S2、按上述比例准备粘接剂原料,将原料放入高速搅拌机中搅拌成浆状,并控制搅拌温度在82℃-85℃,然后将粘接剂浆料放入流延机中流延成膜,流延温度控制在140℃-150℃,形成皮膜面层备用;
S3、将步骤2制得的皮膜面层放在步骤1制得的皮质层上面,再盖上基布层,120℃下热压贴合20s;
S4、热压贴合结束后放在140℃下烘干,检验合格后制得水性合成人造革。
本发明的有益效果是:采用水性聚氨酯和聚氯乙烯树脂相结合的材料,具有无污染、耐磨性好的优点,同时加入了蓖麻油、硬脂精和硅油组合物,使制成后的皮革色泽更加鲜亮,富有油质感,增加皮革的柔软性,改进其回弹性、柔软性、撕裂强度、耐磨耗性、耐热性。另外,采用新型的粘接剂和制造方法,使产品更加牢固,表面更加均匀。

粘接层,由氯丁橡胶8份、氢化丁晴橡胶8份、多异氰酸酯5份、丙烯酸丁酯4份、萜烯树脂4份、苯乙烯3份、七氧化二锰5份、硅微粉4份、促进剂5份制成;
基布层,由交织绫和海岛型超细纤维制成的无纺布组合而成。
上述各实施例中的辅助添加剂包括着色剂、稳定剂、发泡剂、塑化剂和杀菌剂。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性合成人造革,其特征在于:所述涂饰层按重量份数包括水性聚氨酯45份、聚氯乙烯树脂38份、辅助添加剂12份、碳酸钙6份、氧化锌6份、蓖麻油4份、硬脂精3份、硅油组合物5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性合成人造革,其特征在于:所述粘接层按重量份数包括氯丁橡胶7份、氢化丁晴橡胶6份、多异氰酸酯3份、丙烯酸丁酯3份、萜烯树脂3份、苯乙烯2份、七氧化二锰3份、硅微粉3份、促进剂4份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性合成人造革,其特征在于:所述辅助添加剂包括着色剂、稳定剂、发泡剂、塑化剂和杀菌剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性合成人造革,其特征在于:所述硅油组合物由环氧基改性硅油、氨基改性硅油、醇轻基改性硅油组成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种水性合成人造革,其特征在于:所述环氧基改性硅油、氨基改性硅油、醇轻基改性硅油之间的重量比为2:2:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性合成人造革,其特征在于:所述促进剂选自邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯、柠檬酸三乙酯、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯中的一种或多种。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一所述的水性合成人造革制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、按上述比例准备涂饰层原料,将原料放入高速搅拌机中搅拌呈浆状,并控制搅拌温度在105℃-115℃,然后将涂饰层浆料的粘度调至1200cps-1300cps后,将涂饰层浆料涂到匀速传动的离型纸上,并用105℃烘干得到皮质层,冷却至常温备用;
S2、按上述比例准备粘接剂原料,将原料放入高速搅拌机中搅拌成浆状,并控制搅拌温度在82℃-85℃,然后将粘接剂浆料放入流延机中流延成膜,流延温度控制在140℃-150℃,形成皮膜面层备用;
S3、将步骤2制得的皮膜面层放在步骤1制得的皮质层上面,再盖上基布层,120℃下热压贴合20s;
S4、热压贴合结束后放在140℃下烘干,检验合格后制得水性合成人造革。
