Abstract
本发明提供了一种可光致固化组合物,其包含光敏树脂、激光直接结构化添加剂、以及分散剂。该组合物可用于立体光固化成型法(Stereolithography,SLA)或数字光处理成型法(Digital Light Processing,DLP)3D打印以及激光直接结构化方法制造模塑互连器件,从而用于多种应用例如个人电脑、笔记本电脑和便携式电脑、手机天线和其他这类通信设备、医疗应用、RFID应用、以及汽车等应用。
